一种电源盒安装结构,包括电源盒(2)和底座(1)。电源盒的第一端和第二端均设置有连接轴(4,5)。底座上设有与连接轴相对应的两个连接耳(6,7)。电源盒的第一端通过连接轴与底座的一个连接耳卡接,第二端通过连接轴与固定锁扣(3)连接后与底座上的另一连接耳卡接。该电源盒安装结构无需通过工具就能将电源盒固定安装,方便省时,且拆卸方便。

电源盒安装结构 技术领域
本公开涉及一种电源盒安装结构。
背景技术
传统的洗衣机电源盒在安装时,洗衣机电源盒的两端多通过螺钉固定。但是在安装螺钉时,需要使用辅助安装工具旋拧螺钉方可将电源盒与洗衣机大框连接。这种连接方式,虽然较为简单,但是需要人工或者机械手臂将螺钉拧紧,同时需要一定的时间,耗时耗力。
或者,在电源盒和洗衣机大框中的一个上上设置卡爪,在电源盒和洗衣机大框中的另一个上设置与卡爪配合的卡槽或凸起。但是在维修过程中,将电源盒拆卸变得困难。同时卡爪与洗衣机大框/电源盒为一体式结构,拆卸时容易被损坏,不利于后期维护安装。
发明内容
本公开提供一种电源盒安装结构,包括电源盒和底座。所述电源盒的第一端设置有第一连接轴,电源盒的第二端设置有第二连接轴,所述底座上设有对应第一连接轴的第一连接耳和对应第二连接轴的第二连接耳,所述电源盒的第一端通过第一连接轴与底座的第一连接耳卡接,第二端通过第二连接轴与固定锁扣连接后与底座的第二连接耳卡接。
可选地,所述固定锁扣***第二连接耳内,所述第一连接轴***所述第一连接耳内,所述第二连接轴***固定锁扣内。
可选地,所述第一连接轴长度大于所述第二连接轴长度。
可选地,所述固定锁扣包括锁扣本体,所述锁扣本体设置有容纳槽,所述第二连接轴伸入容纳槽内,所述锁扣本体顶部设置有弹片,且所述弹片的第一端与所述锁扣本体连接。
可选地,所述第一连接耳包括第一侧壁、第二侧壁以及第一顶壁,所述第一侧壁和第二侧壁均与第一顶壁大体垂直连接;第二连接耳包括第三侧壁、第四侧壁和第二顶壁,所述第三侧壁和第四侧壁均与第二顶壁大体垂直连接。
可选地,根据权利要求5所述的电源盒安装结构,其中,所述弹片顶部设置有限位凸起,所述第二连接耳的第二顶壁上设置有限位槽,所述限位槽与所述限位凸起配合将固定锁扣限位。

电源盒上设置连接轴,底座上设置连接耳,电源盒一端通过连接轴与底座一侧的连接耳卡接,另一端通过连接轴与固定锁扣连接后与底座上的另一连接耳卡接。为了使固定锁扣能够在第二连接耳上被固定,固定锁扣与第二连接耳卡接。
本公开的电源盒安装结构,无需通过工具就能将电源盒固定安装,方便省时,且后期维护方便拆卸。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本公开的技术方案,下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本公开的技术方案。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种电源盒安装结构,如图1-5所示,该电源盒安装结构包括电源盒2和底座1。电源盒2第一侧设置有第一连接轴4,电源盒2的第二侧设置有第二连接轴5。底座设置有连接耳。电源盒2的一端通过第一连接轴4与底座的连接耳卡接,电源盒2的另一端通过第二连接轴5与固定锁扣连接后与底座上的另一连接耳卡接,从而完成电源盒2与底座1的连接。
本实施例中,连接耳分别为第二连接耳7、第一连接耳6。第一连接轴4***第一连接耳6内使电源盒的一侧被固定。第二连接耳7内***固定锁扣3且第二连接轴5伸入固定锁扣3的容纳槽31内,使电源盒2的另一侧被固定。通过上述连接关系,该电源盒2被固定在底座1上。为了使固定锁扣3在底座1振动时不会从第二连接耳7上脱落,本实施例中,固定锁扣3与第二连接耳7卡接。在另一个实施例中,固定锁扣3与第二连接耳7通过过盈配合连接。
需要注意的是,第一连接轴4长度大于第二连接轴5长度。如图3-5所示,第一连接轴4伸入第一连接耳6内,而第二连接轴5则不伸入第二连接耳7内,第二连接轴5的最大长度与电源盒安装完成后电源盒侧壁到第二连接耳7的距离相等,上述电源盒侧壁是指第二连接轴5所在的电源盒的侧壁,而非第一连接轴6所在的电源盒的侧壁。对应的,第一连接耳6厚度h应小于第二连接耳7厚度H,这样能够保证固定锁扣3固定于第二连接耳7内,且第一连接耳6不会造成材料浪费。
请参考图2、图4、图6,固定锁扣3包括锁扣本体32,锁扣本体32靠近第二连接轴5的一端开设有容纳槽31,第二连接轴5伸入容纳槽31。容纳槽31的深度应不小于第二连接轴5的长度的二分之一。可选地,容纳槽31为通槽。锁扣本体32顶部设置有弹片33,设置弹片33的目的是将固定锁扣3能够限定在第二连接耳7内。弹片33的第一端与所述锁扣本体32连接,第二端悬空设置。对应的锁扣本体32横截面为梯形结构,该种结构方便按压弹片33。第一连接耳6、第二连接耳7均包括两竖直侧壁以及分别与两竖直侧壁相连的水平顶壁,两竖直侧壁一端与底座1连接,另一端与水平侧壁连接,使第一连接耳6、第二连接耳7从外形上为门型结构。可选地,所述第一连接耳包括第一侧壁、第二侧壁以及第一顶壁,所述第一侧壁和第二侧壁均与第一顶壁大体垂直连接;第二连接耳包括第三侧 壁、第四侧壁和第二顶壁,所述第三侧壁和第四侧壁均与第二顶壁大体垂直连接。
该种结构方便连接轴、固定锁扣3***连接耳内。上述弹片33第二端还设置有按压凸起331,该按压凸起331方便操作人员按压,且在按压时不会发生打滑的情况。
由于底座1在工作中会发生振动,固定锁扣3也会随底座一起振动,长时间的振动会使固定锁扣3与第二连接耳7脱离。本实施例中弹片33顶部设置有限位凸起34,第二连接耳7的水平顶壁设置有限位槽8,安装时,将限位凸起34限制在限位槽8内使固定锁扣3不易与第二连接耳分离。
如图6所示,固定锁扣3为一体式结构。锁扣本体32底部、弹片33顶部均设置有安装凸起35。安装凸起35沿锁扣本体32长度方向设置。在固定锁扣3的底部与顶部不平整的情况下,这种设置能够使安装更方便。
安装时,先将第一连接轴4***第一连接耳6内,第二连接轴5位于第二连接耳7一侧,将固定锁扣3从第二连接耳7的另一侧***,固定锁扣3***过程中需要将弹片33按压,当弹片33上的限位凸起34位于限位槽8正下方时,释放弹片,使限位凸起34落入限位槽8内,此时安装完成。后期维护时,只需要将固定锁扣3从第二连接耳7中取出,即可完成电源盒的拆卸。
本实施例中提供的电源盒安装结构,无需使用安装工具就可完成电源盒的安装,方便省时。
本实施例中的涉及的底座是指洗衣机、干衣机、洗碗机上的电源盒的底座。
实施例2
本实施例中,与实施例1不同之处在于:
底座1的两端的连接耳均为第二连接耳,其中第一连接轴4和第二连接轴5 的长度相同,且第一连接轴4与第二连接轴5均不伸入第二连接耳7内,第一连接轴4与第二连接轴5均伸入固定锁扣3的容纳槽31内将电源盒2固定。
其他结构与实施例1中相同,在此不再赘述。
