在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述外壳还包括电源线盒,所述容纳槽由所述电源盒的壁板围成,所述后外罩、所述第一侧外罩及所述微波腔室的后壁间具有容纳空间,所述后外罩及所述第一侧外罩相连接的部位设有连接缺口,所述电源线盒安装在所述容纳空间内,且所述电源线盒的边缘与所述连接缺口的边缘固定连接。
容纳槽位于后外罩和第一侧外罩的连接部位,容纳槽直接由后外罩和第一侧外罩加工成型的难度高,因此本方案增设电源线盒这一零件,并在后外罩和第一侧外罩上相应位置设置连接缺口,电源盒包括多个壁板,各壁板围出上述容纳槽,将电源盒固定安装在连接缺口位置,以满足产品在后外罩和第一侧外罩连接位置设容纳槽的设计要求,这样降低了产品外壳的生产加工难度。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述电源线上设有第一固定结构,所述电源线盒上设有第二固定结构,所述电源线通过所述第一固定结构与所述第二固定结构配合固定在所述电源线盒上。
本方案中,在电源线和电源线盒上设置相配合的固定结构,以固定电源线和电源线盒的相对位置,避免电源线松动,以防止产品安装到安装柜中后因电源线松动导致电源线脱离电源插座或插接不实的问题发生。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述电源线上间隔设置两个凸台,所述电源线盒的边缘设有固定缺口,所述电源线进入所述固定缺口后,所 述固定缺口的边缘卡入所述两个凸台之间,以固定所述电源线。
本方案在电源线盒的边缘设置固定缺口,在电源线上间隔设置两个凸台,两凸台间形成卡槽,将电源线推入固定缺口,固定缺口的边缘卡入卡槽,从而固定电源线与电源线盒的相对位置,这样设计固定结构的结构简单,电源线和电源线盒的生产加工难度低。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,电源线盒与所述第一侧外罩连接的边缘上设有所述固定缺口,且所述第一侧外罩将所述电源线压紧在所述固定缺口中;或者电源线盒与所述后外罩连接的边缘上设有所述固定缺口,且所述后外罩将所述电源线压紧在所述固定缺口中。
本方案通过外罩压紧电源线防止电源线从固定缺口中脱出,以提升对电源线的固定效果。微波烹饪器具产品装配时,若固定缺口开设在电源线盒与第一侧外罩连接的边缘上,则先完成后外罩与微波腔室部分的装配,并将电源线卡入电源线盒的固定缺口,然后将电源线盒固定安装到后外罩上,最后完成第一侧外罩与外壳其余部分的连接,以使第一侧外罩将电源线压紧;若固定缺口开设在电源线盒与所述后外罩连接的边缘上,则先完成第一侧外罩与微波腔室部分的装配,并将电源线卡入电源线盒的固定缺口,然后将电源线盒固定安装到第一侧外罩上,最后完成后外罩与外壳其余部分的连接,以使后外罩将电源线压紧。其中,电源线盒与后外罩、第一侧外罩通常通过螺钉固定,外壳的底板、各外罩间通常也通过螺钉连接。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述电源线盒的边缘和所述连接缺口的边缘均设有翻边。
电源线盒的边缘和连接缺口的边缘设置翻边方便电源线盒与外罩的连接,可提升电源线盒与外罩的连接效果,避免连接位置出现缝隙。
在上述任一技术方案中,可选地,所述电源线盒包括:侧壁板、前壁板、上壁板和下壁板,所述连接缺口由设置在所述后外罩上的第一子缺口和设置在所述第一侧外罩上的第二子缺口围成。
本方案中,容纳槽的顶部、底部封闭,具体地,电源线盒由侧壁板、前壁板、上壁板和下壁板组成,电源线可由任一壁板出线,后外罩上设置有第一子缺口,第一侧外罩上设置有第二子缺口,电源线盒上壁板的边缘 与后外罩、第一侧外罩连接,电源线盒下壁板的边缘与后外罩、第一侧外罩连接,电源线盒侧壁板的边缘与后外罩连接,电源线盒前壁板的边缘与第一侧外罩连接。
在上述任一技术方案中,可选地,所述电源线盒包括:侧壁板、前壁板和上壁板,所述连接缺口由设置在所述后外罩上的第一子缺口、设置在所述第一侧外罩上的第二子缺口以及设置在所述底板上的第三子缺口围成。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发 明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
如图1至图9所示,本发明的实施例提供了一种嵌入式微波烹饪器具,安装在安装柜9预留的安装空间内,安装空间的后壁的左侧或右侧设有向外凸出的电源插座,嵌入式微波烹饪器具包括外壳和设置在外壳内的微波腔室,外壳包括顶外罩1、底板2、两个侧外罩和后外罩4,后外罩4与两个侧外罩中靠近电源插座的第一侧外罩3的连接处设有容纳槽50,具体来说,若电源插座位于安装空间后壁的左侧,则左外罩为第一侧外罩3,若电源插座位于安装空间后壁的右侧,则右外罩为第一侧外罩3,电源插座伸入容纳槽50,嵌入式微波烹饪器具的电源线6穿过容纳槽50的槽壁伸入容纳槽50,并与电源插座配合插接。
本方案在嵌入式微波烹饪器具外壳与安装空间上电源插座相对的位置设置一个足够容纳电源插座和电源线6的容纳槽50,电源线6从容纳槽50的任一槽壁上出线,嵌入式微波烹饪器具装入安装空间后,电源插座伸入容纳槽50并与电源线6配合插接,这样设计解决了电源插座与嵌入式微波烹饪器具后外罩4的空间干涉问题,提升了嵌入式微波烹饪器具对安装空间的利用率,从而可增大嵌入式微波烹饪器具微波腔室的深度,以提升产品的烹饪空间。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,外壳还包括电源线盒5,容纳槽50由电源盒的壁板围成,后外罩4、第一侧外罩3及微波腔室的后壁间具有容纳空间,后外罩4及第一侧外罩3相连接的部位设有连接缺口,电源线盒5安装在容纳空间内,且电源线盒5的边缘与连接缺口的边缘固定连接。
容纳槽50位于后外罩4和第一侧外罩3的连接部位,容纳槽50直接由后外罩4和第一侧外罩3加工成型的难度高,因此本方案增设电源线盒5这一零件,并在后外罩4和第一侧外罩3上相应位置设置连接缺口,电源盒包括多个壁板,各壁板围出上述容纳槽50,将电源盒固定安装在连接缺口位置,以满足产品在后外罩4和第一侧外罩3连接位置设容纳槽50的设计要求,这样降低了产品外壳的生产加工难度。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,电源线6上设有第一固定结构,电 源线盒5上设有第二固定结构,电源线6通过第一固定结构与第二固定结构配合固定在电源线盒5上。
本方案中,在电源线6和电源线盒5上设置相配合的固定结构,以固定电源线6和电源线盒5的相对位置,避免电源线6松动,以防止产品安装到安装柜9中后因电源线6松动导致电源线6脱离电源插座或插接不实的问题发生。
如图2和图3所示,在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,电源线6上间隔设置两个凸台61,电源线盒5的边缘设有固定缺口55,电源线6进入固定缺口55后,固定缺口55的边缘卡入两个凸台61之间,以固定电源线6。
本方案在电源线盒5的边缘设置固定缺口55,在电源线6上间隔设置两个凸台61,两凸台61间形成卡槽,将电源线6推入固定缺口55,固定缺口55的边缘卡入卡槽,从而固定电源线6与电源线盒5的相对位置,这样设计固定结构的结构简单,电源线6和电源线盒5的生产加工难度低。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,电源线盒5与第一侧外罩3连接的边缘上设有固定缺口55,且第一侧外罩3将电源线6压紧在固定缺口55中;或者电源线盒5与后外罩4连接的边缘上设有固定缺口55,且后外罩4将电源线6压紧在固定缺口55中。
本方案通过外罩压紧电源线6防止电源线6从固定缺口55中脱出,以提升对电源线6的固定效果。微波烹饪器具产品装配时,若固定缺口55开设在电源线盒5与第一侧外罩3连接的边缘上,则先完成后外罩4与微波腔室部分的装配,并将电源线6卡入电源线盒5的固定缺口55,然后将电源线盒5固定安装到后外罩4上,最后完成第一侧外罩3与外壳其余部分的连接,以使第一侧外罩3将电源线6压紧;若固定缺口55开设在电源线盒5与后外罩4连接的边缘上,则先完成第一侧外罩3与微波腔室部分的装配,并将电源线6卡入电源线盒5的固定缺口55,然后将电源线盒5固定安装到第一侧外罩3上,最后完成后外罩4与外壳其余部分的连接,以使后外罩4将电源线6压紧。其中,电源线盒5与后外罩4、第一侧外罩3通常通过螺钉固定,外壳的底板2、各外罩间通常也通过螺钉连接。
如图3所示,在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,电源线盒5的边缘和 连接缺口的边缘均设有翻边56。
电源线盒5的边缘和连接缺口的边缘设置翻边56方便电源线盒5与外罩的连接,可提升电源线盒5与外罩的连接效果,避免连接位置出现缝隙。
在发明提供的技术放方案中,容纳槽50只要足够容纳电源线6和电源插座即可,容纳槽50的具体形态包括多种实施方式:
实施例一:
如图1至图4所示,容纳槽50的顶部、底部封闭,具体地,电源线盒5由侧壁板51、前壁板52、上壁板54和下壁板53组成,电源线6可由任一壁板出线,后外罩4上设置有第一子缺口41,第一侧外罩3上设置有第二子缺口31,电源线盒5上壁板54的边缘与后外罩4、第一侧外罩3连接,电源线盒5下壁板53的边缘与后外罩4、第一侧外罩3连接,电源线盒5侧壁板51的边缘与后外罩4连接,电源线盒5前壁板52的边缘与第一侧外罩3连接。
实施例二:
如图5所示,容纳槽50为顶部封闭、底部打通,具体地,电源线盒5由侧壁板51、前壁板52和上壁板54组成,电源线6可由任一壁板出线,后外罩4上设置有第一子缺口41,第一侧外罩3上设置有第二子缺口31,底板2上设置有第三子缺口,电源线盒5上壁板54的边缘与后外罩4、第一侧外罩3连接,电源线盒5侧壁板51的边缘与后外罩4、底板2连接,电源线盒5前壁板52的边缘与第一侧外罩3、底板2连接。
实施例三:
如图6所示,容纳槽50为顶部打通、底部封闭,具体地,电源线盒5由侧壁板51、前壁板52和下壁板53组成,电源线6可由任一壁板出线,后外罩4上设置有第一子缺口41,第一侧外罩3上设置有第二子缺口31,顶外罩1上设置有第四子缺口,电源线盒5下壁板53的边缘与后外罩4、第一侧外罩3连接,电源线盒5侧壁板51的边缘与后外罩4、顶外罩1连接,电源线盒5前壁板52的边缘与第一侧外罩3、顶外罩1连接。
实施例四:
如图7所示,容纳槽50为顶部、底部打通,具体地,电源线盒5由侧 壁板51和前壁板52,电源线6可由任一壁板出线,后外罩4上设置有第一子缺口41,第一侧外罩3上设置有第二子缺口31,底板2上设置有第三子缺口,顶外罩1上设置有第四子缺口,电源线盒5侧壁板51的边缘与后外罩4、顶外罩1、底板2连接,电源线盒5前壁板52的边缘与第一侧外罩3、顶外罩1、底板2连接。
具体地,嵌入式微波烹饪器具可以是微波炉或微波烤箱,如图8和图9所示,其开门方式可选用抽屉式开门方式,这样方便用户取放食物。微波腔室的左右两侧对称安装导轨,抽屉7可滑动地与导轨配合,抽屉7前面板可封闭微波腔室的开口,抽屉7前面板上设有透明视窗71和把手72,通过透明视窗71可以看到内部烹任的食物,把手72的设计方便用户开关抽屉7,抽屉7上还可以安装自动推杆器,使抽屉7不但可由用户推拉开关,还可通过控制键控制自动推杆器自动开关,箱产品前端位于抽屉7前面板上方部位设有控制面板8,用户通过控制面板8控制烹饪器具工作。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种嵌入式微波烹饪器具,安装在安装柜预留的安装空间内,所述安装空间的后壁的左侧或右侧设有向外凸出的电源插座,所述嵌入式微波烹饪器具包括外壳和设置在所述外壳内的微波腔室,所述外壳包括顶外罩、底板、两个侧外罩和后外罩,其特征在于,
    所述后外罩与所述两个侧外罩中靠近所述电源插座的第一侧外罩的连接处设有容纳槽,所述电源插座伸入所述容纳槽,所述嵌入式微波烹饪器具的电源线穿过所述容纳槽的槽壁伸入所述容纳槽,并与所述电源插座配合插接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式微波烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述外壳还包括电源线盒,所述容纳槽由所述电源盒的壁板围成,所述后外罩、所述第一侧外罩及所述微波腔室的后壁间具有容纳空间,所述后外罩及所述第一侧外罩相连接的部位设有连接缺口,所述电源线盒安装在所述容纳空间内,且所述电源线盒的边缘与所述连接缺口的边缘固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的嵌入式微波烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述电源线上设有第一固定结构,所述电源线盒上设有第二固定结构,所述电源线通过所述第一固定结构与所述第二固定结构配合固定在所述电源线盒上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的嵌入式微波烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述电源线上间隔设置两个凸台,所述电源线盒的边缘设有固定缺口,所述电源线进入所述固定缺口后,所述固定缺口的边缘卡入所述两个凸台之间,以固定所述电源线。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的嵌入式微波烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    电源线盒与所述第一侧外罩连接的边缘上设有所述固定缺口,且所述第一侧外罩将所述电源线压紧在所述固定缺口中;或者
    电源线盒与所述后外罩连接的边缘上设有所述固定缺口,且所述后外罩将所述电源线压紧在所述固定缺口中。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的嵌入式微波烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述电源线盒的边缘和所述连接缺口的边缘均设有翻边。
  7. 根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的嵌入式微波烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述电源线盒包括:侧壁板、前壁板、上壁板和下壁板,所述连接缺口由设置在所述后外罩上的第一子缺口和设置在所述第一侧外罩上的第二子缺口围成。
  8. 根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的嵌入式微波烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述电源线盒包括:侧壁板、前壁板和上壁板,所述连接缺口由设置在所述后外罩上的第一子缺口、设置在所述第一侧外罩上的第二子缺口以及设置在所述底板上的第三子缺口围成。
  9. 根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的嵌入式微波烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述电源线盒包括:侧壁板、前壁板和下壁板,所述连接缺口由设置在所述后外罩上的第一子缺口、设置在所述第一侧外罩上的第二子缺口以及设置在所述顶外罩上的第四子缺口围成。
  10. 根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的嵌入式微波烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述电源线盒包括:侧壁板和前壁板,所述连接缺口由设置在所述后外罩上的第一子缺口、设置在所述第一侧外罩上的第二子缺口、设置在所述底板上的第三子缺口以及设置在所述顶外罩上的第四子缺口围成。
