为了达到上述技术目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种阻燃热塑性弹性体电缆,包括外护套,所述外护套外设置有第一阻燃层,所述第一阻燃层被若干第一分割带隔开,所述第一阻燃层的材料为无卤阻燃材料,所述第一分隔带的材料为含卤阻燃材料;所述外护套内设置有电缆内芯,所述电缆内芯之间填充有填充物,所述电缆内芯包括导体和依次包覆在导体外的绝缘层和第二阻燃层,所述第二阻燃层被若干第二分割带隔开,所述第二阻燃层的材料为无卤阻燃材料,所述第二分隔带的材料为含卤阻燃材料。
所述第二分隔带的厚度大于第二阻燃层的厚度。
本实用新型第一阻燃层、第二阻燃层利用无卤阻燃材料的优点的同时,间隔地结合含卤阻燃材料(分隔带),即结合含卤阻燃材料的优点,从而获得优异的阻燃效果。本实用新型的电缆是保持普通电缆的电性能和理化性能的同时,具有自熄性,即不易燃烧;当电缆因故自身着火或是外火源引燃着火时,在着火熄灭后电缆不再继续燃烧,延燃长度很短。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种阻燃热塑性弹性体电缆,包括外护套1,所述外护套2外设置有第一阻燃层1,所述第一阻燃层1被若干第一分割带7隔开(沿电缆轴向),如图2所示,所述第一阻燃层1的材料为无卤阻燃材料,所述第一分隔带7的材料为含卤阻燃材料。
所述外护套2内设置有电缆内芯,所述电缆内芯之间填充有填充物3,所述电缆内芯包括导体4和依次包覆在导体4外的绝缘层5和第二阻燃层6,所述第二阻燃层6被若干第二分割带隔开(沿电缆轴向),所述第二分隔带的厚度大于第二阻燃层6的厚度,所述第二阻燃层6的材料为无卤阻燃材料,所述第二分隔带的材料为含卤阻燃材料。
无卤阻燃材料相对于含卤阻燃材料有低毒、低烟、无卤的优点。但是阻燃级别不高。本实用新型第一阻燃层1、第二阻燃层6利用无卤阻燃材料的优点的同时,间隔地结合含卤阻燃材料(分隔带),即结合含卤阻燃材料的优点,降低了延燃的几率,从而获得优异的阻燃效果。
上述实施例不以任何方式限制本实用新型,凡是采用等同替换或等效变换的方式获得的技术方案均落在本实用新型的保护范围内。

  1. 一种阻燃热塑性弹性体电缆,其特征在于包括外护套,所述外护套外设置有第一阻燃层,所述第一阻燃层被若干第一分割带隔开,所述第一阻燃层的材料为无卤阻燃材料,所述第一分隔带的材料为含卤阻燃材料;所述外护套内设置有电缆内芯,所述电缆内芯之间填充有填充物,所述电缆内芯包括导体和依次包覆在导体外的绝缘层和第二阻燃层,所述第二阻燃层被若干第二分割带隔开,所述第二阻燃层的材料为无卤阻燃材料,所述第二分隔带的材料为含卤阻燃材料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃热塑性弹性体电缆,其特征在于:所述第二分隔带的厚度大于第二阻燃层的厚度。
