一种工控仪表面板上的嵌入式仪表从前方拆装的紧固装置,包括工控面板(1)、仪表模块(2)和螺钉(4),工控面板(1)上设有一安装仪表模块(2)的安装孔(11),所述嵌入式仪表的紧固装置还包括旋摆压片(3),该旋摆压片(3)上设有一压力摆片(32)和一螺孔(311);所述仪表模块(2)设有一外边框(21),外边框(21)上设有与螺孔(311)对应的通孔(211),在通孔(211)外壁两侧分别设有限制旋摆压片(3)转动角度的限位档,一为紧挡位(212),一为松挡位(213),螺钉(4)穿过通孔(211)连接旋摆压片(3),顺时针旋转螺钉(4),会停在紧挡位(212),逆时针旋转螺钉(4),会停在松挡位(213)。通过顺时针旋转螺钉(4)将旋摆压片(3)旋至紧挡位(212)压紧面板(1),将仪表模块(2)安装在工控面板(1)上,实现了在不拆工控面板(1)的情况下,仪表模块(2)从工控面板(1)正面的快速安装和拆卸。

Description

一种工控仪表面板上的嵌入式仪表从前方拆装的紧固装置 技术领域
本发明涉及工控面板嵌入式仪表领域,具体涉及一种工控仪表面板上的嵌入式仪表从前方拆装的紧固装置。
背景技术
工控嵌入式仪表模块,严格说来,只需要简单安装就能实现仪表功能,常用于工控设备面板,或者嵌入ATM机,排队机等设备。
如图1所示,目前市场上常见的嵌入式仪表的面板1'仪表模块等零件一般通过面板前方装入机器内,再从机器内部用螺钉锁紧L形压块3'将仪表模块与面板进行锁紧,不打开机箱就无法换修该仪表模块2'。
现有的嵌入式仪表的可拆装更换零件的安装方式的缺点是:要更换拆装面板1'仪表模块2'等零件,需要从面板背后用螺丝刀等工具将螺丝及L形压块3'放松,才能将要更换的面板仪表等零件拆下,拆装更换过程麻烦。有鉴于此,本设计人提出了一种从面板前方就能轻松安装拆下面板仪表模块等零件进行维修更换的机构装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工控仪表面板上的嵌入式仪表从前方拆装的紧固装置,其能使工控仪表面板的嵌入式仪表的安装和拆修方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种工控仪表面板上的嵌入式仪表从前方拆装的紧固装置,包括工控面板、仪表模块和螺钉,工控面板上设有一安装仪表模块的安装孔,其结构特点是,所述嵌入式仪表的紧固装置还包括旋摆压片,该旋摆压片上设有一压力摆片和一螺孔;所述仪表模块设有一外边框,外边框上设有与螺孔对应的通孔,在通孔外壁两侧分别设有限制旋摆压片转动角度的限位档,一为紧挡位,一为松挡位;螺钉穿过通孔连接旋摆压片,顺时针旋转螺钉,会停在紧挡位,逆时针旋转螺钉,会停在松挡位。
所述通孔外壁的紧挡位紧邻通孔外壁设置,紧挡位与松挡位之间形成一个旋摆压片的旋摆角度空间,约60度。
所述外边框的周缘比安装孔稍大,并设有与安装孔尺寸稍小的台阶,使仪表可从前方装入孔洞中,且贴挡在周缘上等待锁紧。
本发明通过旋摆压片和螺钉配合仪表模块和工控面板,将仪表模块安装在工控面板上,顺时针旋紧螺钉将旋摆压片转动至紧邻通孔外壁的紧挡位,然后继续旋转螺钉将旋摆压片锁紧,使旋摆压片与仪表的外边框周缘共同压紧工控面板,完成仪表模块与工控面板的紧固安装。在进行仪表模块拆卸时,将螺钉逆时针旋转,从而带动旋摆压片至松挡位,即可将仪表模块取出。这样就实现了在不拆工控面板的情况下,仪表模块从工控面板正面的快速安装和拆卸。

具体实施方式
为详尽本发明至技术内容、结构特征、所达成目的及功效,以下将例举实施例并配合说明书附图进行详细说明。
参照图2至图11所示,本发明揭示了一种工控仪表面板上的嵌入式仪表从前方拆装的紧固装置,其包括面板1、仪表模块2、连接仪表模块2和面板1的旋摆压片3以及螺钉4。
面板1设置在嵌入式仪表的外端,在面板1上设有一安装仪表模块2的安装孔11。
仪表模块2安装在面板1的安装孔11上,仪表模块2外周设有一外边框21,该外边框21的周缘比安装孔稍大,并设有与安装孔尺寸稍小的台阶,形成一外边框周缘台阶215,该周缘台阶215压制在在安装孔11的外周缘上,也就是说该外边框21尺寸大于安装孔11尺寸。在外边框21上设有四个通孔211,四个通孔211的连接线形成一矩形结构。在通孔211两侧的外边框21上分别设有紧挡位212和松挡位213,紧挡位212紧邻通孔211外壁设置,该紧挡位212使旋摆压片3压制在面板1下端;松挡位213相对于紧挡位212设置在通孔211的另一侧,松挡位213与紧挡位212之间设有间距由此形成一退让区域214,旋摆压片3可旋转至该退让区域214内。
参照图11所示,旋摆压片3设置在外边框21的通孔211下端,其包括一圆柱31,在圆柱31上形成一与通孔211对应的螺孔311,在圆柱31的侧面形成一压力摆片32。旋摆压片3旋转时,压力摆片32可旋转至紧挡位212处,压力摆片32的上端压制面板1的下端,压力摆片32也可旋转至松挡位213处,即压力摆片32旋转至退让区域214内。
螺钉4连接通孔211和旋摆压片3,以实现面板1与仪表模块2的紧固连接。
参照图2至图6并结合图7、图9和图10所示,在进行嵌入式仪表的仪表模块安装时,先将旋摆压片3放置到仪表模块2的外边框21下端,并将旋摆压片3对应到通孔211位置处,使通孔211与旋摆压片3的螺孔311对应,螺钉4穿过通孔211后与旋摆压片3连接。此时,逆时针旋转螺钉4使旋摆压片3的压力摆片32处于退让区域214内。接着将仪表模块2连同旋摆压片3放入面板1的安装孔11内,因旋摆压片3的压力摆片32处于退让区域214内,将仪表模块2放入安装孔11时,旋摆压片3会放置面板1下端,而仪表模块2的外边框周缘台阶215卡在面板1上。
参照图9和图10所示,旋摆压片3可用于不同厚度的面板1,螺钉4在连接旋摆压片3时,压力摆片32与外边框周缘台阶215之间可根据不同面板1的厚度预留出相应的高度。将仪表模块2与面板1锁紧时顺时针旋转螺钉4,螺钉4旋转时带动旋摆压片3顺时针转动,旋摆压片3旋转到紧挡位212的位置后,旋摆压片3固定,继续顺时针旋转螺钉4将旋摆压片3锁紧,使旋摆压片3的压力摆片32压制在面板1的内壁,即可将面板1夹置在压力摆片32和外边框21的周缘台阶215之间,从而实现仪表模块2与面板1的紧固连接。
参照图8所示,在拆装仪表模块2时,将螺钉4逆时针旋转,螺钉4会带动旋摆压片3旋转至退让区域214内,此时,仪表模块2仅通过外边框21的周缘台阶215放置在面板1的安装孔11上,可以将仪表模块2从面板1安装孔11内取出。
本发明通过旋摆压片3和螺钉4配合仪表模块2和面板1将仪表模块2安装在面板1上,通过旋转螺钉4将旋摆压片3转动至紧挡位212处,然后继续旋转螺钉4将旋摆压片3锁紧,使旋摆压片3压紧面板1内壁,完成仪表模块2与面板1的连接。在进行仪表模块2拆卸时,将螺钉4相对于锁紧时反方向旋转,从而带动旋摆压片3至松挡位213处此时旋摆压片3处于退让空间内,将仪表模块2取出即可。这样就实现了在不拆工控面板1的情况下,仪表模块2从面板1正面的快速安装和拆卸。

1、一种工控仪表面板上的嵌入式仪表从前方拆装的紧固装置,包括工控面板、仪表模块和螺钉,工控面板上设有一安装仪表模块的安装孔,其特征在于:所述嵌入式仪表的紧固装置还包括旋摆压片,该旋摆压片上设有一压力摆片和一螺孔;所述仪表模块设有一外边框,外边框上设有与螺孔对应的通孔,在通孔外壁两侧分别设有限制旋摆压片转动角度的限位档,一为紧挡位,一为松挡位,螺钉穿过通孔连接旋摆压片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种工控仪表面板上的嵌入式仪表从前方拆装的紧固装置,其特征在于:所述通孔外壁的紧挡位紧邻通孔外壁设置,紧挡位与松挡位之间形成一个旋摆压片的旋摆角度空间。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种工控仪表面板上的嵌入式仪表从前方拆装的紧固装置,其特征在于:所述外边框周缘尺寸比安装孔大,并在外边框周缘下方设有比安装孔尺寸小的台阶。
