根据本发明实施例的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***200,通过在洗剂瓶30内设置洗剂瓶单向阀10,在洗剂投入接口处设置洗剂盒单向阀40,利用洗剂瓶单向阀10与洗剂盒单向阀40的配合联动,使得洗剂瓶30设在洗剂盒240内时,洗剂瓶30的瓶口和洗剂盒240的洗剂投入接口打开;洗剂瓶脱离洗剂盒240时,洗剂瓶30的瓶口和洗剂盒240的 洗剂投入接口关闭,从而既可以省去分配器盒,简化整体结构,又可以有效地避免洗剂瓶和储液腔内的洗剂泄漏,污染洗剂盒,以及防止安装腔内水流入储液腔内,影响洗剂效果,该用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***200的结构简单、机内空间占用少、密封性好且制造成本低,用户体验好。
其中,洗剂盒240具有安装壁,洗剂投入接口设置在洗剂盒240的安装壁上。从而在保证洗剂盒240内的储液腔210密闭性的同时,利用洗剂盒单向阀40实现洗剂的输送,并且安装壁可以为洗剂瓶单向阀10和洗剂盒单向阀40提供安装平台,保证结构的紧凑性,方便装拆。可选地,安装壁可以形成为设在洗剂盒240内的隔板20以形成洗剂盒240的安装壁。
根据本发明的一些实施例,洗剂瓶30包括具有瓶口的对接壁,洗剂瓶单向阀10设置于瓶口上。从而通过洗剂瓶30的瓶口的对接壁与洗剂盒单向阀40实现配合,使得洗剂瓶单向阀10能够与洗剂盒单向阀40配合联动。
根据本发明的一些实施例,洗剂瓶单向阀10设在洗剂瓶30内以构成在洗剂瓶30设在洗剂盒240内时、洗剂瓶30的瓶口打开,在洗剂瓶30脱离洗剂盒240内时、洗剂瓶30的瓶口关闭;洗剂盒单向阀40与洗剂瓶单向阀10可选择地相连以构造成在洗剂瓶30置于洗剂盒240内、洗剂瓶30的瓶口和洗剂盒240的洗剂投入接口打开,在洗剂瓶30脱离洗剂盒240时、洗剂瓶30的瓶口和洗剂盒240的洗剂投入接口关闭。
由此,通过洗剂瓶单向阀10与洗剂盒单向阀40之间的配合联动,实现洗剂的自动投放,不仅可以省去分配器盒,简化整体结构,而且可以有效地避免洗剂瓶30和洗剂盒240内的洗剂泄漏,污染洗剂盒240,影响洗剂效果,
根据本发明实施例的用于衣物处理装置的联动阀组件100,其中,衣物处理装置(图1至图4中未示出)包括洗剂盒240和洗剂瓶30,洗剂盒240具有间隔开布置的安装腔(未示出)和储液腔210,洗剂瓶30可拆卸地设在安装腔内,联动阀组件100包括洗剂瓶单向阀10和洗剂盒单向阀40。
具体而言,洗剂瓶单向阀10设在洗剂瓶30内以构成在洗剂瓶30设在安装腔内时、洗剂瓶30的瓶口打开,在洗剂瓶30脱离安装腔内时、洗剂瓶30的瓶口关闭,洗剂盒单向阀40设在储液腔210的开口处且与洗剂瓶单向阀10可选择地相连以构造成在洗剂瓶30设在安装腔内时、洗剂瓶30的瓶口和储液腔210的开口打开,在洗剂瓶30脱离安装腔内时、洗剂瓶30的瓶口和储液腔210的开口关闭。
换言之,该联动阀组件100主要由洗剂瓶单向阀10和洗剂盒单向阀40组成。其中,衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***200主要由洗剂盒240、洗剂瓶30和泵送装置250组成,洗剂盒240内限定有用于混合和容纳洗涤液的混合腔220,洗剂盒240上具有与混合腔220 导通的进水口(未示出)、进液口(未示出)和出液口230,出液口230位于洗衣剂盒240的底壁且沿洗衣剂盒240的竖直方向向下延伸,出液口230大致形成为圆管状结构,出液口230与衣物处理装置的内筒(未示出)导通,利用泵送装置250的泵压作用,增大连接管路内洗涤剂或水流的压力,使得洗剂瓶30中的洗剂能够顺利地输送到洗剂盒240的混合腔220内,进而将溶解后的溶剂导入衣物处理装置的内筒内。
进一步地,洗剂盒240上设有多个安装腔和多个储液腔210,多个洗剂瓶30可拆卸地安装在安装腔内,多个储液腔210的位置和数量与多个洗剂瓶30相对应且不同储液腔210之间间隔开布置,例如,如图6所示,在本实施例中,洗剂瓶30数量为2,且沿洗剂盒240的宽度方向排布多个截面大致形成为长方形的洗剂瓶30安装在安装腔上,可以想象,储液腔210的数量也为2,与洗剂瓶30位置对应,也沿洗剂盒240的宽度方向排布。同时,多个洗剂瓶30上设有分别洗剂瓶单向阀10,多个储液腔210的开口处设有洗剂盒单向阀40,洗剂盒单向阀40与安装在洗剂瓶30瓶口的洗剂瓶单向阀10配合联动。
具体地,当用户将洗剂瓶30安装在安装腔时,洗剂瓶单向阀10和洗剂盒单向阀40同时打开,从而使得洗剂瓶30的瓶口和储液腔210的开口同时打开,进而使得洗剂瓶30与储液腔210之间导通,洗剂瓶30中的洗剂会通过储液腔210的开口流进储液腔210,直到储液腔210流满为止。
而当用户进行洗涤时,通过泵送装置250抽取储液腔210内的洗剂使用,洗剂瓶30中的洗剂会再次通过储液腔210的开口自动流进储液腔210进行补充;当用户需要拆卸洗剂瓶30时,在洗剂瓶30脱离安装腔时,安装在洗剂瓶30的洗剂瓶单向阀10和储液腔210开口处的洗剂盒单向阀40会同时关闭,从而使得洗剂瓶30的瓶口和储液腔210的开口同时关闭,进而使得洗剂瓶30与储液腔210之间被阻断,避免洗剂瓶30中的洗剂流出以及储液腔210中的洗剂漏出,造成洗剂盒240和洗剂瓶30污染,影响美观。
优选地,在储液腔210内设有液位检测装置,当液位检测装置检测到储液腔210内的洗剂低于设定值,而洗剂瓶30内的洗剂已经用完,无法及时自动补充储液腔210内的洗剂时,报警装置会自动报警,提示用户及时更换洗剂瓶30。
由此,通过在洗剂瓶30内设置洗剂瓶单向阀10,在储液腔210开口处设置洗剂盒单向阀40,利用洗剂瓶单向阀10与洗剂盒单向阀40的配合联动,使得洗剂瓶30设在安装腔内时,洗剂瓶30的瓶口和储液腔210的开口打开;洗剂瓶30脱离安装腔时,洗剂瓶30的瓶口和储液腔210的开口关闭,从而既可以省去分配器盒,简化整体结构,又可以有效地避免洗剂瓶30和储液腔210内的洗剂泄漏,污染洗剂盒240,以及防止安装腔内水流入储液腔210内,影响洗剂效果,因此,该用于衣物处理装置的联动阀组件100的结构简单、机内空间占用少、密封性好且制造成本低,可以简化衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***200 的结构,用户体验好。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,洗剂盒240内设有隔板20,隔板20将安装腔与储液腔210隔开,隔板20上设有开口,洗剂盒单向阀40设在隔板20上且位于安装腔外。
参照图1和图5,隔板20设在洗剂盒240的安装腔内且沿水平方向(如图1中所示左右方向)延伸,从而将安装腔与储液腔210间隔开,有效地避免储液腔210内的洗剂泄漏出来污染安装腔,隔板20上设有开口,开口与储液腔210导通,洗剂盒单向阀40沿竖直方向(如图1所示上下方向)设在开口处并且位于安装腔的下端,从而在保证储液腔210密闭性的同时,利用洗剂盒单向阀40实现洗剂的输送,并且隔板20可以为洗剂瓶单向阀10和洗剂盒单向阀40提供安装平台,保证结构的紧凑性,方便装拆。
其中,洗剂瓶30具有柱状凸部31,柱状凸部31被构造成在洗剂瓶30设在安装腔内时、柱状凸部31伸出开口。
具体地,如图1所示,洗剂瓶30的截面大致形成为长方形,洗剂瓶30的下端设有沿其长度方向(如图1所示的上下方向)延伸的柱状凸部31,柱状凸部31的截面圆得外径小于隔板20开口处的直径,当洗剂瓶30安装在安装腔内时,柱状凸部31沿竖直方向向下伸出隔板20的开口,且柱状凸部31的下端面与洗剂盒单向阀40的上端止抵,从而利用洗剂瓶30以及瓶内洗剂的重力作用,使得洗剂盒单向阀40打开,进而使得洗剂能够从洗剂瓶30流入储液腔210。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,洗剂瓶单向阀10包括:支架11、第一顶杆13和密封件14,支架11固定在洗剂瓶30内,支架11内限定有沿其轴向延伸的通道,支架11具有与通道导通的通水孔,第一顶杆13可活动地设在通道内,密封件14套设在第一顶杆13上以在第一顶杆13活动时、打开和关闭瓶口。
如图1和图4所示,洗剂瓶单向阀10主要由支架11、第一顶杆13和密封件14组成,支架11大致形成为圆管状结构,支架11的第一端111通过洗剂瓶30的瓶口伸入洗剂瓶30内,支架11的第二端112形成为沿周向延伸的台阶且止抵洗剂瓶30的瓶口,并且第二端112与洗剂瓶30的瓶口处侧壁之间形成密封,避免洗剂瓶30内洗剂从支架11的第二端112与洗剂瓶30的瓶口之间流出。
进一步地,支架11内形成有沿轴向方向延伸的通道,而支架11的第一端111中部设有与洗剂瓶30内部贯通的通孔,从而使得支架11的通道通过第一端111处的贯通通孔与洗剂瓶30内部导通,支架13下端中部设有沿轴向方向贯通的通水孔,从而使得支架11的通道通过支架13下端中部的贯通通水孔与外界导通,由此,洗剂瓶30内部的洗剂通过支架11的第一端111处的贯通通孔与支架11的通道连通,进而通过支架11的通水孔与洗剂瓶30的瓶口的外端导通。
第一顶杆13的截面大致形成为“干”字形结构,第一顶杆13沿轴向方向可活动地设在支架11的通道内,第一顶杆13的一端穿过支架11的第一端111中部的贯穿通孔,第一顶杆13的另一端穿过支架11中部的通水孔,当第一顶杆13沿轴向方向向洗剂瓶30瓶口的内部运动至如图4所示位置时,通水孔被打开,此时洗剂瓶30瓶口处于打开状态,洗剂瓶30内部的洗剂能够通过通水孔排出;当第一顶杆13沿轴向方向洗剂瓶30瓶口的外部运动时,通水孔被封闭,此时洗剂瓶30瓶口处于关闭状态,洗剂瓶30内部的洗剂无法排出。
此外,第一顶杆13具有上凸台133、下凸台131,上凸台133和下凸台131之间形成有第一顶杆槽132,第一顶杆13与通水孔的内壁之间形成有间隙,密封件14套设在“干”形第一顶杆13形成的第一顶杆槽132内,当第一顶杆13沿轴向方向向洗剂瓶30瓶口的内部运动时,密封件14随第一顶杆13沿轴向方向向洗剂瓶30瓶口的内部运动,此时第一顶杆13与通水孔内壁之间的间隙打开,此时洗剂瓶30瓶口处于打开状态,洗剂瓶30内部的洗剂能够通过通水孔排出;当第一顶杆13沿轴向方向向洗剂瓶30瓶口的外部运动时,密封件14止抵通水孔内壁,第一顶杆13与通水孔内壁之间形成的间隙被封闭,此时洗剂瓶30瓶口处于关闭状态,洗剂瓶30内部的洗剂无法排出。
有利地,第一顶杆13上设有弹性件14,弹性件14的两端分别与第一顶杆13和支架11止抵相连。
具体地,如图1和图4所示,“干”形第一顶杆13的下端套设有弹性件12,弹性件12的一端与支架11的第一端111止抵,弹性件12的另一端与“干”形第一顶杆13的下凸台131止抵,从而利用弹性件12的弹力特性,使得当第一顶杆13受推力作用克服弹性件12的弹力时,第一顶杆13沿轴向方向向洗剂瓶30内运动,从而打开通水孔,使得洗剂瓶30内部的洗剂能够通过通水孔排出;当作用于第一顶杆13的推力去除后,弹性件12利用自身变形后能够恢复原状的特性,会产生推动第一顶杆13沿轴向方向向洗剂瓶30外运动的助力,进而使得套设在第一顶杆槽132内的密封件14随第一顶杆13运动止抵通水孔内壁,从而自动封闭第一顶杆13与通水孔内壁之间的间隙,避免洗剂瓶30内的洗剂漏出。
值得说明的是,弹性件12可以是弹簧,也可以是其他具有弹性特性的构件,对此,本发明并不做出限定。
其中,洗剂盒单向阀40包括安装架41、封堵部42和弹性件43,安装架41与隔板20相连,安装架41上设有第二顶杆414,第二顶杆414的自由端可选择地与洗剂瓶单向阀10止抵相连,封堵部42套设在第二顶杆414上且可沿其轴向活动以在洗剂瓶30设在安装腔内时、止抵柱状凸部31,封堵部42的中部与第二顶杆414之间限定出水流通道421,第二顶杆414的一端的径向尺寸大于水流通道421的径向尺寸以构造成在封堵部42活动时、连通和断开水流通道421和洗剂瓶30,弹性件43套设在第二顶杆414上且位于封堵部42和 安装架41之间。
参照图1至图3,洗剂盒单向阀40主要由安装架41、封堵部42和弹性件43组成,安装架41上设有第二顶杆414,第二顶杆414上端端部可以与洗剂瓶单向阀10的第一顶杆13可活动地止抵相连,封堵部42沿竖直方向(如图1中所示上下方向)延伸且套设在第二顶杆414上,并且封堵部42沿竖直方向可活动,封堵部42上端设有沿竖直方向延伸的凸起422,凸起422沿封堵部42的周向方向延伸,封堵部42中部与第二顶杆414之间限定出沿第二顶杆414周向方向延伸的环形水流通道421,第二顶杆414的上端端部的径向尺寸大于环形水流通道421的径向尺寸,弹性件43沿轴向方向套设第二顶杆414上,弹性件43的一端止抵安装架41的底壁上端,另一端止抵封堵部42的下端。
当用户将洗剂瓶30安装在对应的安装腔时,洗剂瓶30瓶口的洗剂瓶单向阀10与储液腔210开口处的洗剂盒单向阀40对应安装,洗剂瓶单向阀10的第一顶杆13的上凸台133与洗剂盒单向阀40的第二顶杆414的上端止抵,洗剂瓶30的柱状凸部31与封堵部42的上端的凸起422止抵,由于洗剂瓶30、洗剂瓶单向阀10和瓶内洗剂的自重作用,第一顶杆13受到第二顶杆414的顶端沿竖直方向向上的推力作用,从而克服第一顶杆13上套设的弹性件12的弹力推力,推动第一顶杆13沿竖直方向(即第一顶杆13的轴向方向)运动,从而打开通水孔,使得洗剂瓶30内部的洗剂能够通过通水孔排出。
同时,封堵部42上端的凸起422也受到洗剂瓶30的柱状凸部31沿竖直方向向下的推力作用,从而克服封堵部42受到的弹性件43的弹性推力,推动封堵部42沿竖直方向向下运动,进而带动封堵部42中部的水流通道421沿第二顶杆414轴向方向向下运动,使得第二顶杆414的圆台状顶端的下壁与水流通道421脱离,从而打开洗剂盒单向阀40的开口,最终,使得洗剂瓶30通过通水孔、洗剂盒单向阀40的开口与储液腔210导通。
当用户需要拆卸洗剂瓶30时,沿竖直方向向上提起洗剂瓶30,使得洗剂瓶30的洗剂瓶单向阀10与洗剂盒单向阀40脱离,弹性件12和弹性件43利用自身变形后能够恢复原状的特性,分别产生推动第一顶杆13沿竖直方向向下运动的助力和产生推动封堵部42沿竖直方向向上运动的助力,从而使得套设在第一顶杆槽132内的密封件14随第一顶杆13运动止抵通水孔内壁,进而自动封闭第一顶杆13与通水孔内壁之间的间隙,避免洗剂瓶30内的洗剂漏出;也使得封堵部42的水流通道421随封堵部42向上运动止抵第二顶杆414圆台状顶端的下壁,从而封闭封堵部42中部的环形水流通道421,防止储液腔210内储存的洗剂漏出。
进一步地,安装架41包括安装板411、支撑板412和多个支撑条413,安装板411与隔板20焊接相连,安装板411上设有与开口同心布置的安装孔415,支撑板412与安装板411间隔开布置且正对安装孔415,第二顶杆414的一端与支撑板412相连,另一端朝向安 装孔415延伸且超出安装板411,多个支撑条413沿支撑板412的周向间隔开布置,每个支撑条413的两端分别与支撑板412和安装板411相连。
如图1和图2所示,安装架41主要由安装板411、支撑板412和多个支撑条413组成,安装板411与隔板20焊接相连,安装板411上设有安装孔415,安装孔415的径向尺寸大于洗剂瓶30的瓶口的径向尺寸,且与开口同心布置,从而使得洗剂瓶30的柱状凸起31能够深入开口和安装孔415与封堵部42上端的凸起422止抵。
支撑板412设在在洗剂盒240的底壁上且与安装板411间隔开,支撑板412与安装孔415正对,从而便于弹性件43的对中安装,支撑板412大致形成为圆盘状,第二顶杆414一端与支撑板412的中部相连,另一端沿轴线方向(如图1所示上下方向)向上延伸,且通过安装孔415向上超出安装板411,从而使得第二顶杆414能够与第一顶杆13止抵,并且第二顶杆414推动第一顶杆13向上运动的同时,柱状凸起31和支架11能够推动封堵部42向下运动,从而实现洗剂瓶单向阀10与洗剂盒单向阀40的配合联动。
此外,多个支撑条413沿支撑板412的周向间隔开布置,支撑条413的一端与支撑板412相连,封堵部42沿周向方向相应地间隔设有凹部(未示出),支撑条413的另一端通过凹部与安装板411相连,从而不仅可以限制封堵部42周向方向的自由度,增强密闭性,而且也可以减小封堵部42与周壁的摩擦力,方便封堵部42沿竖直方向上下运动。
其中,弹性件43的两端分别与支撑板412和封堵部42止抵相连。
参照图1至图3,弹性件43沿轴向方向套设第二顶杆414上,弹性件43的一端止抵支撑板412的上壁面上,另一端止抵封堵部42的下端,从而利用弹性件43的自身变形后能够恢复原状的特性,产生推动封堵部42沿竖直方向向上运动的助力,及时封闭封堵部42的水流通道421,避免洗剂泄漏以及储液腔210进水。
优选地,第二顶杆414与安装架41一体成型。一体成型的结构不仅可以保证各部件的连接可靠性,增大第二顶杆414与安装架41的结构强度,而且成型方便简化了加工工序,从而提高生产效率,当然,第二顶杆414与安装架41也可以是固定连接的组合件,对此,本发明并不作出限定。
可选地,封堵部42为橡胶密封圈。由此,不仅可以利用橡胶的弹性特性,可以有效地增大封堵部42的密封性能,而且橡胶材料价格低廉,具有较好的可塑性,也可以有效地降低制造成本。
下面结合附图1到图8具体描述根据本发明第二方面实施例的衣物处理装置300。
根据本发明实施例的衣物处理装置300包括根据本发明实施例的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***200。
具体地,如图7和图8所示,衣物处理装置300由衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***200、 机体320和门组件310组成,用户通过打开门组件310向衣物处理装置300的内筒内投放待洗涤衣物,关闭门组件310后,进行洗涤。
其中,如图5和图6所示,衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***200主要由联动阀组件100、洗剂盒240、洗剂瓶30和泵送装置250组成,洗剂盒240内限定有用于混合和容纳洗涤液的混合腔220,洗剂盒240上具有与混合腔220导通的进水口(未示出)、进液口(未示出)和出液口230,出液口230位于洗衣剂盒240的底壁且沿洗衣剂盒240的竖直方向向下延伸,出液口230大致形成为圆管状结构,出液口230与衣物处理装置的内筒(未示出)导通,利用泵送装置250的泵压作用,增大连接管路内洗涤剂或水流的压力,使得洗剂瓶30中的洗剂能够顺利地输送到洗剂盒240的混合腔220内,进而将溶解后的溶剂导入衣物处理装置的内筒内。

由此,该衣物处理装置300的整体结构简单且更加紧凑,密封性好且制造成本低,可以简化衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***200的结构,防止洗剂发生泄漏,用户体验好。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***,包括洗剂盒,所述洗剂盒具有洗剂投入接口,其特征在于,还包括用以容纳洗涤剂的洗剂瓶,所述洗剂瓶可拆卸式安装于所述洗剂盒内,在所述洗剂瓶和洗剂盒之间设有联动阀组件,所述联动阀组件包括设置于洗剂盒的洗剂投入接口上的洗剂盒单向阀,以及设置于洗剂瓶上的洗剂瓶单向阀,当洗剂瓶放置入洗剂盒内时,洗剂瓶上的洗剂瓶单向阀与洗剂盒单向阀对接后,洗剂瓶内的洗涤剂经由洗剂盒的洗剂投入口投入。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***,其特征在于,所述洗剂盒具有安装壁,所述洗剂投入接口设置在所述洗剂盒的安装壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***,其特征在于,所述洗剂瓶包括具有瓶口的对接壁,所述洗剂瓶单向阀设置于瓶口上。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***,其特征在于,
    所述洗剂瓶单向阀设在所述洗剂瓶内以构成在所述洗剂瓶设在所述洗剂盒内时、所述洗剂瓶的瓶口打开,在所述洗剂瓶脱离所述洗剂盒内时、所述洗剂瓶的瓶口关闭;
    洗剂盒单向阀,所述洗剂瓶单向阀可选择地相连以构造成在所述洗剂瓶置于所述洗剂盒内、所述洗剂瓶的瓶口和所述洗剂盒的洗剂投入接口打开,在所述洗剂瓶脱离所述洗剂盒时、所述洗剂瓶的瓶口和所述洗剂盒的洗剂投入接口关闭。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***,其特征在于,所述洗剂盒内设有隔板,所述隔板与所述洗剂盒的内壁限定出间隔开布置的安装腔与储液腔,所述隔板上设有所述开口,所述洗剂盒单向阀设在所述隔板上且位于所述安装腔外。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***,其特征在于,所述洗剂瓶具有柱状凸部,所述柱状凸部被构造成在所述洗剂瓶设在所述安装腔内时、所述柱状凸部伸出所述开口。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***,其特征在于,所述洗剂瓶单向阀包括:
    支架,所述支架固定在所述洗剂瓶内,所述支架内限定有沿其轴向延伸的通道,所述支架具有与所述通道导通的通水孔;
    第一顶杆,所述第一顶杆可活动地设在所述通道内;
    密封件,所述密封件套设在所述第一顶杆上以在所述第一顶杆活动时、打开和关闭所述瓶口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***,其特征在于,所述第一顶杆上设有弹性件,所述弹性件的两端分别与所述第一顶杆和所述支架止抵相连。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***,其特征在于,所述洗剂盒单向阀包括:
    安装架,所述安装架与所述隔板相连,所述安装架上设有第二顶杆,所述第二顶杆的自由端可选择地与所述洗剂瓶单向阀止抵相连;
    封堵部,所述封堵部套设在所述第二顶杆上且可沿其轴向活动以在所述洗剂瓶设在所述安装腔内时、止抵所述柱状凸部,所述封堵部的中部与所述第二顶杆之间限定出水流通道,所述第二顶杆的一端的径向尺寸大于所述水流通道的径向尺寸以构造成在所述封堵部活动时、连通和断开所述水流通道和所述洗剂瓶;
    弹性件,所述弹性件套设在所述第二顶杆上且位于所述封堵部和所述安装架之间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***,其特征在于,所述安装架包括:
    安装板,所述安装板与所述隔板焊接相连,所述安装板上设有与所述开口同心布置的安装孔;
    支撑板,所述支撑板与所述安装板间隔开布置且正对所述安装孔,所述第二顶杆的一端与所述支撑板相连,另一端朝向所述安装孔延伸且超出所述安装板;
    多个支撑条,多个所述支撑条沿支撑板的周向间隔开布置,每个所述支撑条的两端分别与所述支撑板和所述安装板相连。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***,其特征在于,所述弹性件的两端分别与所述支撑板和所述封堵部止抵相连。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***,其特征在于,所述第二顶杆与所述安装架一体成型。
  13. 根据权利要求9-12中任一项所述的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***,其特征在于,所述封堵部为橡胶密封圈。
  14. 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂投放***。
