一种电动平衡车 【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种代步工具,特别是涉及一种电动平衡车。
【背景技术】
现有的平衡车,大多数是具有左右配置的两个轮子的个人代步工具,由于具备平衡控制***,因而虽只有两个轮子却能够保持平衡。
但目前的平衡车由于只有两个轮子,虽然骑行比较灵活方便,但是在停放时,则比较麻烦,需要寻找可以抵靠的固定物,如墙体等,以增加停放状态的稳定性,很不方便。
应该注意,上面对技术背景的介绍只是为了方便对本申请的技术方案进行清楚、完整的说明,并方便本领域技术人员的理解而阐述的。不能仅仅因为这些方案在本申请的背景技术部分进行了阐述而认为上述技术方案为本领域技术人员所公知。
【发明内容】
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够提高停放时,平衡车稳定性的电动平衡车。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种电动平衡车,包括左侧车体、右侧车体和连接所述左侧车体和右侧车体的中间箱体;
所述中间箱体设置有可以在上下方向上伸缩的支撑脚,所述支撑脚的最大伸缩长度与所述电动平衡车的车轮的高度相当。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明由于设置有中间箱体,且中间箱体设置有支撑脚,在需要时,支撑脚可以伸出以配合两个轮子制成车体,方便平衡车的停放;另外,由于中间箱体的设置,鉴于中间箱体设置在中部,且许多物件可以设置在中间箱体内,使得中间箱体成为整个平衡车的重心,减少用户在使用平 衡车时,重心不稳的情况发生。

中间箱体2设置有可以在上下方向上伸缩的支撑脚21,支撑脚21的最大伸缩长度与电动平衡车的车轮的高度相当。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明由于设置有中间箱体,且中间箱体设置有支撑脚,在需要时,支撑脚可以伸出以配合两个轮子制成车体,方便平衡车的停放;另外,由于中间箱体的设置,鉴于中间箱体设置在中部,且许多物件可以设置在中间箱体内,使得中间箱体成为整个平衡车的重心,减少用户在使用平衡车时,重心不稳的情况发生。
本实施例优选的,中间箱体2内还设置有用于为电动平衡车提供动力的电源组(图中未示出),以及通过传动齿轮23与支撑脚21配合的动力结构22;
动力结构22由电源组提供电力。电源组是平衡车的主要重物,将该电源组设置在中间箱体内,有利于平衡车的重心平衡;而与支撑脚配合的动力结构的设置,使得支撑脚无需人工进行操作伸缩,提高了该支撑脚的操作便利性;同时,该动力结构由电源组供电,使得电源组得以被充分利用。
本实施例优选的,动力结构22包括电机组25,电机组25通过固定件26固定于中间箱体的内部上表面;
电机组25通过转轴26连接于传动齿轮23,支撑脚21包括一长方形主体24,长方形主体24与传动齿轮23配合的侧面设置有传动涡轮201,传动齿轮23转动时,通过传动涡轮201控制长方形主体24向上或者向下运动。当平衡车需要停放时,电机组通过转轴控制传动齿轮转动,继而带动传动涡轮向下运动,长方形主体即向下运动至预设位置,无需手动拉出支撑脚,给用户以操作便利。
本实施例优选的,动力结构22有两组,两组动力结构22之间设置有用于控制动力结构的电路板27,中间箱体上设置有耦合与电路板耦合的按钮28;
当按钮28收到按压时,动力结构22控制支撑脚21向上或者向下运动。该 按钮可以设置在中间箱体上表面或者上侧面,方便用户用手或者脚按压;电路板则用于设置支撑脚及其相关部件的操作逻辑,当然有需求的话,还可以用于其他适用部件的控制。
本实施例优选的,支撑脚21至少设置有两组,每组一个,两组支撑脚分别设置在所述中间箱体靠近前后两侧边的位置。两组支撑脚配合轮子,保证整个平衡车停放的稳定性,避免两支撑点或三支撑点固定时,平衡车有一面不够稳固,容易前或者后侧翻的问题发生。
本实施例优选的,支撑脚21有两组,每组两个,均匀设置在所述中间箱体靠近前后两侧边的位置。两组支撑脚配合轮子,保证整个平衡车停放的稳定性,避免两支撑点或三支撑点固定时,平衡车有一面不够稳固,容易前或者后侧翻的问题发生。
本实施例优选的,中间箱体还设置有通过传动齿轮23连接于支撑脚21的动力结构22,动力结构22包括电机组25,电机组25在中间箱体前后两侧面分别通过转轴26连接于传动齿轮23;
支撑脚包括一长方形主体24,长方形主体24与传动齿轮23配合的侧面设置有传动涡轮201,传动齿轮23转动时,通过传动涡轮201控制长方形主体24向上或者向下运动;
靠近中间箱体前后两侧边的两个支撑脚通过一固定板203固定。固定板的设置使得被固定在一起的支撑脚的运动保持一致性,避免传动齿轮或者传动涡轮打滑而造成两支撑脚不同步而造成的平衡车停放不稳定的问题发生;并且,该固定板的设置提高了支撑脚的强度,提高了支撑脚的使用寿命,减少支撑脚被损怀的情况发生。
本实施例优选的,长方形主体的外侧均设置有加强筋202,加强筋202上设置有螺丝口(图中未示出),固定板203通过螺丝口分别固定于加强筋202。加强筋的设置,提高了支撑脚的强度,提高了支撑脚的使用寿命,减少支撑脚被损怀的情况发生。
本实施例优选的,中间箱体还设置有通过传动齿轮23连接于支撑脚21的动力结构22,动力结构22包括电机组25,电机组25在中间箱体前后两侧面分别通过转轴26连接于传动齿轮23;
支撑脚包括一长方形主体24,长方形主体24与传动齿轮23配合的侧面设置有传动涡轮201,传动齿轮23转动时,通过传动涡轮201控制长方形主体24向上或者向下运动;
支撑脚的外侧面设置有加强筋202;
靠近中间箱体前后两侧边的两个支撑脚通过一滑动板(图中未示出)连接,滑动板与支撑脚配合的侧面设置有与加强筋配合滑动的滑动槽(图中未示出),滑动板固定在中间箱体的内部的前后两侧面上。虽然支撑脚由传动涡轮控制向上或向下运动,但是长久使用,可能出现连接问题,支撑脚可以倾斜,而造成不必要的问题发生;而滑动板、滑动槽则可以用于限位支撑脚,保证其中的长方形主体在向上或者向下的方向上运动。
本实施例优选的,电动平衡车还包括用于驱动电动平衡车的车轮的轮毂电机(图中未示出);
以及连接于轮毂电机,并用于控制轮毂电机驱动所述车轮转动的平衡控制***(图中未示出);
中间箱体内设置有用于为电动平衡车提供动力的电源组;
中间箱体的左右两侧面设置有用于与左侧车体及右侧车体配合固定的配合件29;
配合件29的中间开有通孔,电源组延伸出的电源线通过该通孔连接于轮毂电机和平衡控制***。电源组一物多用。

  1. 一种电动平衡车,其中:包括左侧车体、右侧车体和连接所述左侧车体和右侧车体的中间箱体;
    所述中间箱体设置有可以在上下方向上伸缩的支撑脚,所述支撑脚的最大伸缩长度与所述电动平衡车的车轮的高度相当。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述中间箱体内还设置有用于为所述电动平衡车提供动力的电源组,以及通过传动齿轮与所述支撑脚配合的动力结构;
    所述动力结构由所述电源组提供电力。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述动力结构包括电机组,所述电机组通过固定件固定于所述中间箱体的内部上表面;
    所述电机组通过转轴连接于所述传动齿轮,所述支撑脚包括一长方形主体,所述长方形主体与所述传动齿轮配合的侧面设置有传动涡轮,所述传动齿轮转动时,通过传动涡轮控制所述长方形主体向上或者向下运动。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述动力结构有两组,两组动力结构之间设置有用于控制所述动力结构的电路板,所述中间箱体上设置有耦合与所述电路板耦合的按钮;
    当按钮收到按压时,所述动力结构控制所述支撑脚向上或者向下运动。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述支撑脚至少设置有两组,每组一个,两组支撑脚分别设置在所述中间箱体靠近前后两侧边的位置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述支撑脚有两组,每组两个,均匀设置在所述中间箱体靠近前后两侧边的位置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述中间箱体还设置有通过传动齿轮连接于所述支撑脚的动力结构,所述动力结构包括电机组,电机组在中 间箱体前后两侧面分别通过转轴连接于所述传动齿轮;
    所述支撑脚包括一长方形主体,所述长方形主体与所述传动齿轮配合的侧面设置有传动涡轮,所述传动齿轮转动时,通过传动涡轮控制所述长方形主体向上或者向下运动;
    靠近中间箱体前后两侧边的两个支撑脚通过一固定板固定。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述长方形主体的外侧均设置有加强筋,所述加强筋上设置有螺丝口,所述固定板通过螺丝口分别固定于所述加强筋。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述中间箱体还设置有通过传动齿轮连接于所述支撑脚的动力结构,所述动力结构包括电机组,电机组在中间箱体前后两侧面分别通过转轴连接于所述传动齿轮;
    所述支撑脚包括一长方形主体,所述长方形主体与所述传动齿轮配合的侧面设置有传动涡轮,所述传动齿轮转动时,通过传动涡轮控制所述长方形主体向上或者向下运动;
    所述支撑脚的外侧面设置有加强筋;
