因为还包括有第二电动推杆和橡胶锤,收集框外壁右侧设有第二电动推杆,第二电动推杆上端设有橡胶锤,橡胶锤位于摇匀箱下方,第二电动推杆伸长和缩短能带动橡胶锤不断敲击摇匀箱底部,能加快环氧树脂的流出。
因为还包括有加强筋,底板与右架之间设有加强筋,加强筋能使右架更加牢固,能增强装置的稳定性。
因为底板材料为不锈钢,不锈钢耐腐蚀性强,能增强装置的使用寿命。
因为右架的材料为Q235钢,Q235钢硬度高,不易变形,能起到更好的支撑作用,能使装置的使用寿命更长。
因为电机为伺服电机,伺服电机抗过载能力强,高速性能好,能精准控制其转速。
(3)有益效果
本实用新型达到了结构简单、搅拌摇匀效率高、搅拌摇匀均匀的效果,能实现环氧树脂的快速搅拌和摇匀,不仅能提高企业的工作效率,还能有效的节约生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种LED灯用环氧树脂搅拌摇匀装置,如图1-3所示,包括有底板1、收集框2、第一出料斗3、第一电控阀4、摇匀箱5、第一连杆6、第一进料斗7、电机8、第二电控阀9、第二出料斗10、第二连杆11、第一摆动座12、第一电动推杆13、第三连杆14、第二摆动座15、第三摆动座16、第一电动绕线轮17、第一拉线18、第三电控阀19、搅拌杆20、滑块21、滑轨22、顶板23、第二电动绕线轮24、第二拉线25、固定板26、第二进料斗27、第四电控阀28、转轴29、搅拌箱30和右架31,底板1顶部从左至右依次设有收集框2和右架31,右架31左侧中部设有第一摆动座12,右架31上端设有顶板23,顶板23底部从左至右依次设有第二电动绕线轮24、滑轨22、第一电动绕线轮17和第三摆动座16,右架31与顶部连接处设有第二摆动座15,第三摆动座16上铰接连接有第三连杆14,第二摆动座15上铰接连接有第一电动推杆13,第三连杆14下端与第一电动推杆13下端铰接连接,第三连杆14下端与第一电动推杆13下端复合铰接连接有第二连杆11,第一摆动座12上铰接连接有第一连杆6,第一连杆6与第二连杆11中部铰接连接,第二连杆11下端设有摇匀箱5,摇匀箱5顶部左侧设有第一进料斗7,第一进料斗7上设有第二电控阀 9,摇匀箱5底部左侧设有第一出料斗3,第一出料斗3上设有第一电控阀4,第一出料斗3位于收集框2正上方,滑轨22上滑动式连接有滑块21,滑块21下端设有固定板26,第二电动绕线轮24上绕有第二拉线25,第二拉线25与滑块21左侧连接,第一电动绕线轮17上绕有第一拉线18,第一拉线18与滑块21右侧连接,固定板26下端设有搅拌箱30,搅拌箱30外底部设有电机8,电机8上端设有转轴29,转轴29伸入搅拌箱30内部,转轴29上设有搅拌杆20,搅拌箱30左侧设有第二进料斗27,第二进料斗27上设有第四电控阀28,搅拌箱30右侧下端设有第二出料斗10,第二出料斗10位于第一进料斗7正上方,第二出料斗10上设有第三电控阀19。
还包括有第二电动推杆32和橡胶锤33,收集框2外壁右侧设有第二电动推杆32,第二电动推杆32上端设有橡胶锤33,橡胶锤33位于摇匀箱5下方。
还包括有加强筋34,底板1与右架31之间设有加强筋34。
底板1的材料为不锈钢。
右架31的材料为Q235钢。
电机8为伺服电机8。
工作原理:当需要对环氧树脂进行搅拌摇匀时,工作人员先将第四电控阀28打开,再将环氧树脂加入第二进料斗27内,环氧树脂经过第二进料斗27进入搅拌箱30内,当搅拌箱30内装有足够量的环氧树脂时,停止往第二进料斗27内加入环氧树脂。控制第四电控阀28关闭,启动电机8,电机8带动转轴29转动,转轴29带动搅拌杆 20转动并对搅拌箱30内的环氧树脂进行充分的搅拌,搅拌完成后,控制电机8停止转动。控制第三电控阀19开启,搅拌箱30内的环氧树脂经过第二出料斗10进入第一进料斗7内,再控制第二电控阀9开启,环氧树脂进入摇匀箱5内,当搅拌箱30内的环氧树脂完全进入摇匀箱5内后,控制第三电控阀19和第二电控阀9关闭。控制第二电动绕线轮24顺时针转动,第二电动绕线轮24通过第二拉线25带动滑块21向左运动,滑块21带动其下端连接装置向左运动,当搅拌箱30向左运动一定距离后,控制第二电动绕线停止转动。控制第一电动推杆13伸长,第一电动推杆13推动第二连杆11和第三连杆14上端向左摆动,第一连杆6与第二连杆11中部铰链连接,第二连杆11下端带动摇匀箱5向右摆动,控制第一电动推杆13收缩并带动第二连杆11和第三连杆14上端向右摆动,第二连杆11下端带动摇匀箱5向左摆动,经过摇匀箱5的左右摆动,环氧树脂在混合箱内能充分摇匀,摇匀完成后,当摇匀箱5回到初始位置时,控制第一电动推杆13停止运动。控制第一电控阀4打开,摇匀箱5内的环氧树脂经过第一出料斗3进入收集框2内,当摇匀箱5内的环氧树脂完全进入收集框2内后,控制第一电控阀4关闭。控制第一电动绕线轮17逆时针转动,第一电动绕线轮17通过第一拉线18带动滑块21向右运动,滑块21带动其下端连接装置向右运动,当搅拌箱30回到初始位置时,控制第一电动绕线轮17停止运动。
因为还包括有第二电动推杆32和橡胶锤33,收集框2外壁右侧设有第二电动推杆32,第二电动推杆32上端设有橡胶锤33,橡胶锤 33位于摇匀箱5下方,第二电动推杆32伸长和缩短能带动橡胶锤33不断敲击摇匀箱5底部,能加快环氧树脂的流出。
因为还包括有加强筋34,底板1与右架31之间设有加强筋34,加强筋34能使右架31更加牢固,能增强装置的稳定性。
因为底板1材料为不锈钢,不锈钢耐腐蚀性强,能增强装置的使用寿命。
因为右架31的材料为Q235钢,Q235钢硬度高,不易变形,能起到更好的支撑作用,能使装置的使用寿命更长。
因为电机8为伺服电机8,伺服电机8抗过载能力强,高速性能好,能精准控制其转速。

  1. 一种LED灯用环氧树脂搅拌摇匀装置,其特征在于,包括有底板(1)、收集框(2)、第一出料斗(3)、第一电控阀(4)、摇匀箱(5)、第一连杆(6)、第一进料斗(7)、电机(8)、第二电控阀(9)、第二出料斗(10)、第二连杆(11)、第一摆动座(12)、第一电动推杆(13)、第三连杆(14)、第二摆动座(15)、第三摆动座(16)、第一电动绕线轮(17)、第一拉线(18)、第三电控阀(19)、搅拌杆(20)、滑块(21)、滑轨(22)、顶板(23)、第二电动绕线轮(24)、第二拉线(25)、固定板(26)、第二进料斗(27)、第四电控阀(28)、转轴(29)、搅拌箱(30)和右架(31),底板(1)顶部从左至右依次设有收集框(2)和右架(31),右架(31)左侧中部设有第一摆动座(12),右架(31)上端设有顶板(23),顶板(23)底部从左至右依次设有第二电动绕线轮(24)、滑轨(22)、第一电动绕线轮(17)和第三摆动座(16),右架(31)与顶部连接处设有第二摆动座(15),第三摆动座(16)上铰接连接有第三连杆(14),第二摆动座(15)上铰接连接有第一电动推杆(13),第三连杆(14)下端与第一电动推杆(13)下端铰接连接,第三连杆(14)下端与第一电动推杆(13)下端复合铰接连接有第二连杆(11),第一摆动座(12)上铰接连接有第一连杆(6),第一连杆(6)与第二连杆(11)中部铰接连接,第二连杆(11)下端设有摇匀箱(5),摇匀箱(5)顶部左侧设有第一进料斗(7),第一进料斗(7)上设有第二电控阀(9),摇匀箱(5)底部左侧设 有第一出料斗(3),第一出料斗(3)上设有第一电控阀(4),第一出料斗(3)位于收集框(2)正上方,滑轨(22)上滑动式连接有滑块(21),滑块(21)下端设有固定板(26),第二电动绕线轮(24)上绕有第二拉线(25),第二拉线(25)与滑块(21)左侧连接,第一电动绕线轮(17)上绕有第一拉线(18),第一拉线(18)与滑块(21)右侧连接,固定板(26)下端设有搅拌箱(30),搅拌箱(30)外底部设有电机(8),电机(8)上端设有转轴(29),转轴(29)伸入搅拌箱(30)内部,转轴(29)上设有搅拌杆(20),搅拌箱(30)左侧设有第二进料斗(27),第二进料斗(27)上设有第四电控阀(28),搅拌箱(30)右侧下端设有第二出料斗(10),第二出料斗(10)位于第一进料斗(7)正上方,第二出料斗(10)上设有第三电控阀(19)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯用环氧树脂搅拌摇匀装置,其特征在于,还包括有第二电动推杆(32)和橡胶锤(33),收集框(2)外壁右侧设有第二电动推杆(32),第二电动推杆(32)上端设有橡胶锤(33),橡胶锤(33)位于摇匀箱(5)下方。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯用环氧树脂搅拌摇匀装置,其特征在于,还包括有加强筋(34),底板(1)与右架(31)之间设有加强筋(34)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯用环氧树脂搅拌摇匀装置,其特征在于,底板(1)的材料为不锈钢。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯用环氧树脂搅拌摇匀装置,其 特征在于,右架(31)的材料为Q235钢。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯用环氧树脂搅拌摇匀装置,其特征在于,电机(8)为伺服电机(8)。
