Le procédé comprend : l'enregistrement de récipients correspondant à des codes bidimensionnels, et l'enregistrement d'une quantité d'eau correspondant à chaque code bidimensionnel ; la détection, lorsqu'un utilisateur a besoin de recevoir de l'eau depuis un distributeur d'eau, du code bidimensionnel d'un récipient ; la distribution d'eau selon la quantité d'eau correspondant au code bidimensionnel, et l'envoi de davantage d'informations de brevet à l'utilisateur. En préétablissant des récipients correspondant à des codes bidimensionnels, et une quantité d'eau correspondant à chaque code bidimensionnel, et en distribuant l'eau selon la quantité d'eau correspondant à un code bidimensionnel lorsqu'un utilisateur a besoin de recevoir de l'eau depuis un distributeur d'eau, la présente invention réduit l'intervention manuelle pendant la distribution d'eau, et évite le gaspillage provoqué par l'utilisateur qui oublie de fermer le robinet en raison d'une perturbation externe. En outre, la présente invention protège également les droits du titulaire de brevet (demandeur).
