Description

一种具有加湿除菌功能的空气净化装置 技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化设备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种具有加湿除菌功能的空气净化装置。
背景技术
空气净化设备(又称“空气清洁设备”、空气清新机),是指能够滤除或杀灭空气污染物、有效提高空气清洁度的产品,目前以清除室内空气污染的家用和商用空气净化设备为主。空气净化设备可以过滤空气悬浮微粒、细菌、病毒、真菌孢子、花粉、石棉、氡气衰变产物等污染物。现有的空气净化设备一般局限于单通道的空气净化方式,空气净化效率不高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种净化效率更高的具有加湿除菌功能的空气净化装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种具有加湿除菌功能的空气净化装置,包括空气净化主机;其中,还包括与所述空气净化主机相连接的控制板和空气加湿主机,所述空气加湿主机内设置有空气除菌装置。
本发明所述的空气净化装置,其中,所述空气加湿主机包括进气口和出气口,所述进气口与所述空气净化主机的空气出口相连通。
本发明所述的空气净化装置,其中,所述空气加湿主机包括储水箱和超声雾化器。
本发明所述的空气净化装置,其中,所述空气净化主机包括空气进口、空气出口和连接所述空气进口和所述空气出口的空气净化筒,所述空气进口处和所述空气出口处分别设置有过滤网;所述空气净化筒内设置有上层净化通道和下层净化通道;其中,所述上层净化通道内设置有第一过滤器、第二过滤器和第三过滤器,所述下层净化通道内设置有第四过滤器、第五过滤器和第六过滤器;所述空气进口处设置有空气质量检测器和第一风机,所述第一过滤器和所述第二过滤器之间设置有第二风机,所述第四过滤器和所述第五过滤器之间设置有第三风机;其中,所述第一风机功率大于所述第二风机和所述第三风机的功率。
本发明所述的空气净化装置,其中,控制板上设置有分别用于控制所述第一风机、第二风机和第三风机开关的风机控制电路;所述控制板上还设置有用于接收所述空气质量检测器发送的空气质量参数的数据接收模块和用于与外部控制设备进行数据通信的无线收发模块。
本发明所述的空气净化装置,其中,所述第二过滤器和所述第五过滤器是用于滤除0.5-0.8微米以上颗粒物质的过滤器。
本发明所述的空气净化装置,其中,所述第一过滤器和所述第四过滤器为紫外光催化空气过滤器。
本发明所述的空气净化装置,其中,所述第三过滤器内和所述第六过滤器内设置有活性炭层。
本发明所述的空气净化装置,其中,所述第一过滤器、所述第二过滤器、所述第四过滤器和所述第五过滤器的表面设置为有褶皱的曲面。
本发明所述的空气净化装置,其中,所述过滤网边缘设置有LED灯,所述控制板上设置有与所述LED灯无线连接的NFC通讯模块。
本发明所述的空气净化装置,其中,所述第一风机为离心式风机。
本发明所述的空气净化装置,其中,所述过滤网为不锈钢过滤网。
本发明所述的空气净化装置,其中,所述活性炭层设置有多个均匀设置的空气通过孔。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过在空气加湿装置的基础上增加空气加湿主机和空气除菌装置,进一步提高了空气净化装置的空气净化效率,并使得净化后的空气湿度和洁净度更适合人体需求。

为了使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发 明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的部分实施例,而不是全部实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明较佳实施例的具有加湿除菌功能的空气净化装置结构如图1所示,包括空气净化主机101;还包括与空气净化主机101相连接的控制板60和空气加湿主机102,空气加湿主机102内设置有空气除菌装置103。其中,空气加湿主机102包括进气口和出气口,进气口与空气净化主机101的空气出口相连通。空气加湿主机102包括储水箱和超声雾化器。本发明通过在空气加湿装置的基础上增加空气加湿主机和空气除菌装置,进一步提高了空气净化装置的空气净化效率,并使得净化后的空气湿度和洁净度更适合人体需求。
具体地,如图2所示,上述实施例中的空气净化主机包括空气进口11、空气出口12和连接空气进口11和空气出口12的空气净化筒,空气进口处和空气出口处分别设置有过滤网;空气净化筒内设置有上层净化通道和下层净化通道;其中,上层净化通道内设置有第一过滤器21、第二过滤器22和第三过滤器23,下层净化通道内设置有第四过滤器24、第五过滤器25和第六过滤器26;空气进口11处设置有空气质量检测器13和第一风机31,第一过滤器21和第二过滤器22之间设置有第二风机32,第四过滤器24和第五过滤器25之间设置有第三风机33;其中,第一风机31功率大于第二风机32和第三风机33的功率;控制板60上设置有分别用于控制第一风机31、第二风机32和第三风机33开关的风机控制电路61;控制板60上还设置有用于接收空气质量检测器13发送的空气质量参数的数据接收模块62和用于与外部控制设备进行数据通信的无线收发模块63。本实施例通过在空气净化装置中设置上下双层 通道,并在上下双层通道内分别设置不同的过滤器及风机,进一步提高了空气净化装置的空气净化效率。
进一步地,上述实施例中,通过外部控制设备向上述空气净化装置发送启动控制信号,控制板60上的数据接收模块62实时接收空气质量检测器13检测到的当前室内空气质量参数,并通过无线收发模块63发送给外部控制设备,外部控制设备根据当前空气质量参数判断是否需要进行空气净化,以及需要进行几级空气净化,如果空气质量优,则可暂不进行净化处理,如果空气有轻微的污染,则可控制第一风机31开启,同时启动净化模式。否则,可同时启动第二风机32和第三风机33同时进行增强模式的空气净化程序。
优选地,上述第二过滤器22和第五过滤器25是用于滤除0.5-0.8微米以上颗粒物质的过滤器。
优选地,上述第一过滤器21和第四过滤器24为紫外光催化空气过滤器,具体包括纳米载体蜂窝陶瓷片和紫外灯。
上述颗粒物过滤器与紫外光催化空气过滤器相配合可实现空气的高效净化。
优选地,如图3所示,上述第三过滤器23内和第六过滤器26内设置有活性炭层,且活性炭层设置有多个均匀设置的空气通过孔,以提高空气净化效率。其中,活性炭层的厚度优选为0.5cm。
优选地,上述第一过滤器21、第二过滤器22、第四过滤器24和第五过滤器25的表面设置为有褶皱的曲面,可提高空气接触面积,提高空气净化效率。
进一步地,上述空气净化装置中,如图4所示,过滤网边缘设置有LED灯,控制板60上设置有与LED灯无线连接的NFC通讯模块64,以实现对LED灯的无线供电,在空气净化装置工作时,可开启LED灯标示工作状态,并可根 据空气净化装置的空气净化强度模式对LED灯进行不同的亮度控制。
进一步地,上述空气净化装置中,第一风机31为离心式风机,第二风机32和第三风机33为功率较低的风机。
进一步地,上述空气净化装置中,过滤网为不锈钢过滤网,过滤网可初步进行空气过滤,过滤网可拆卸的安装于空气进口11和空气出口12处。
进一步地,上述空气净化装置中,如图3所示,活性炭层设置有多个均匀设置的空气通过孔,以提高空气净化效率。其中,活性炭层的厚度优选为0.5cm。
上述空气净化装置中,过滤网密封设置在空气进口11处,在开启第一风机51时,外部空气全部经由过滤网进入到空气净化筒内的上层净化通道或下层净化通道内。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种具有加湿除菌功能的空气净化装置,包括空气净化主机;其特征在于,还包括与所述空气净化主机相连接的控制板和空气加湿主机,所述空气加湿主机内设置有空气除菌装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述空气加湿主机包括进气口和出气口,所述进气口与所述空气净化主机的空气出口相连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述空气加湿主机包括储水箱和超声雾化器。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述空气净化主机包括空气进口、空气出口和连接所述空气进口和所述空气出口的空气净化筒,所述空气进口处和所述空气出口处分别设置有过滤网;所述空气净化筒内设置有上层净化通道和下层净化通道;其中,
    所述上层净化通道内设置有第一过滤器、第二过滤器和第三过滤器,所述下层净化通道内设置有第四过滤器、第五过滤器和第六过滤器;所述空气进口处设置有空气质量检测器和第一风机,所述第一过滤器和所述第二过滤器之间设置有第二风机,所述第四过滤器和所述第五过滤器之间设置有第三风机;其中,所述第一风机功率大于所述第二风机和所述第三风机的功率。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述控制板上设置有分别用于控制所述第一风机、第二风机和第三风机开关的风机控制电路;所述控制板上还设置有用于接收所述空气质量检测器发送的空气质量参数的数据接收模块和用于与外部控制设备进行数据通信的无线收发模块。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述第二过滤器 和所述第五过滤器是用于滤除0.5-0.8微米以上颗粒物质的过滤器。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述第一过滤器和所述第四过滤器为紫外光催化空气过滤器。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述第三过滤器内和所述第六过滤器内设置有活性炭层。
