在相关技术中,团体通讯应用通过创建团体对应的群组,便于实现团体内成员之间的通讯。同时,团体通讯应用还将团体内部的组织架构应用于相应的群组中,使得可以通过该组织架构对上述群组进行高效管理。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种基于即时通讯应用的人员与设备的集中管理方法及装置,可以将智能设备的信息添加和展示于团体的组织架构中,以便于对该团体下的成员和智能设备进行统一管理。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供技术方案如下:
根据本申请的第一方面,提出了一种基于即时通讯应用的人员与设备的集中管理方法,包括:
确定被绑定至预设团体的智能设备;
将所述智能设备的信息添加至所述预设团体的组织架构中,使所述预设团体的团体成员在查看即时通讯应用中的组织架构页面时,所述智能设备的信息被展示于所述组织架构页面中。
根据本申请的第二方面,提出了一种基于即时通讯应用的人员与设备的集中管理方法,包括:
获取预设团体的组织架构,所述组织架构对应于所述预设团体的团体成员和被关联至所述预设团体的智能设备;

具体实施方式
在相关技术中,团体通讯应用可以为团体创建相应的群组,将团体成员均添加为该群组的成员,且该团体的组织架构被应用于该群组中,以便于对群组成员的管理,以及群组成员之间的相互通讯。以企业即时通讯应用(EIM,Enterprise Instant Messaging)“钉钉(DING Talk)”为例,如图1所示,当用户属于A公司的员工时,该用户及A公司的其他员工均被添加至该A公司在“钉钉”中对应群组的成员,该用户可以在图1所示的联系人页面中,查看到该A公司对应的“组织架构”入口。
通过触发该“组织架构”入口,可以示出图2所示的组织架构页面,当A公司内包括“研发部”、“设计部”、“***”和“销售部”等成员管理层级(比如与部门、业务组等相对应)时,该组织架构页面中包括分别对应于上述的各个成员管理层级的入口,即图2中显示为“研发部”、“设计部”、“***”和“销售部”等的功能选项,以用于对相应部门的员工进行管理。那么,假定成员管理层级“销售部”对应的入口(即选项)被触发时,用户可以查看到图2所示的“MA”、“MB”等属于该成员管理层级“销售部”的员工,以便于发起通讯事件。
但是,相关技术中的团体通讯应用中,团体的组织架构中仅包含团体成员,即仅针对“人”进行管理,而团体内实际上还可能设置有诸如智能考勤机、智能路由器等多种智能设备,并且这些智能设备往往需要设置于不同地点才能够发挥其作用和效果,使得团体成员对这些智能设备进行管理时,需要经过长距离行走至各个智能设备处,十分耗时费力,不便于对这些智能设备的统筹管理。
因此,本申请通过提出新的设备管理方案,可以解决相关技术中的上述问题。为对本申请进行进一步说明,提供下列实施例:
图3是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种基于服务器侧的基于即时通讯应用的人员与设备的集中管理方法的流程图。如图3所示,该方法应用于服务器上,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤302,确定被绑定至预设团体的智能设备。
在本实施例中,服务器可以在接收到该预设团体的管理用户针对任一智能设备的绑定管理请求时,将该任一智能设备与该预设团体进行绑定或解绑。
在本实施例中,管理用户可以为管理级别高于预设级别的管理人员,或者该预设团体对应群组的管理员、子管理员、群主等。
在本实施例中,智能设备可以为归属于该预设团体的公共设备,例如智能考勤机、智能路由器、智能打印机等,这些智能设备可与团体通讯应用的服务器建立远程连接,从而使得团体成员(如上述的管理人员或普通员工)可以通过该团体通讯应用对这些智能设备进行管理,比如使用这些智能设备或者对这些智能设备进行配置等,而无需行走至这些智能设备的装配地点处,有助于提升对智能设备的管理效率。

在本实施例中,服务器可以在组织架构中添加设备管理层级,并将智能设备的信息关联至该设备管理层级;其中,组织架构还包括对应于团体成员的若干成员管理层级,且该预设团体的团体成员的信息被关联至相应的成员管理层级。
进一步地,设备管理层级还可以包括若干子层级,每一子层级对应于同一类智能设备,从而对同一类智能设备进行统一管理、对不同类智能设备进行分组管理。比如当团体关联于2台智能考勤机、1台智能打印机时,可以分别创建对应于“智能考勤机”和“智能打印机”的子层级,其中“智能考勤机”子层级用于对2台智能考勤机进行管理,“智能打印机”子层级用于对1台智能打印机进行管理。
相应地,图4是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种基于终端侧的基于即时通讯应用的人员与设备的集中管理方法的流程图。如图4所示,该方法应用于作为终端的电子设备上,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤402,获取预设团体的组织架构,所述组织架构对应于所述预设团体的团体成 员和被关联至所述预设团体的智能设备。

在本实施例中,团体成员可以被划分至组织架构中相应的成员管理层级,而智能设备被划分至组织架构中相应的设备管理层级;那么,终端可以示出组织架构页面,且该组织架构页面中包含对应于成员管理层级的成员管理层级入口,以及对应于设备管理层级的设备管理层级入口。
其中,当检测到针对任一成员管理层级入口的触发操作时,终端可以展示相应的成员管理层级下的团体成员的信息;当检测到针对任一设备管理层级入口的触发操作时,终端可以展示相应的设备管理层级下的智能设备的信息。可见,通过将智能设备绑定至团体,并在组织架构中添加设备管理层级,团体成员可以直接在终端上查看到被绑定至团体的智能设备,以便于对这些智能设备进行管理。
进一步地,终端还可以获取所述智能设备的工作状态,比如该工作状态可以由智能设备上报至服务器,并由服务器告知该终端;然后,终端可以在所述组织架构页面中,标示出所述智能设备的工作状态,使得团体成员可以通过终端快速了解到智能设备的工作状态,而无需行走至智能设备处进行查看,有助于提升对智能设备的管理效率。
进一步地,当检测到任一智能设备的信息被触发时,终端可以切换至所述任一智能设备的详情页面,所述详情页面中包含对所述任一智能设备的功能按键;其中,当任一功能按键被触发时,终端可以执行针对所述任一智能设备的相应控制功能,使得团体成员可以通过终端对智能设备进行远程控制,比如团体成员可以对智能设备进行远程启用、停用等。
为了便于理解,下面针对终端、服务器和智能设备之间的交互过程,结合图5对本申请的基于即时通讯应用的人员与设备的集中管理方案进行详细描述;其中,图5是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种设备管理方法的流程图。如图5所示,该方法可以包括以下步骤:

在本实施例中,智能设备接收到服务器分配的激活码后,可以将该激活码保存至存储空间中,并且此后一直应用该激活码。或者,智能设备可以按照预设周期主动老化获得的激活码,并向服务器重新请求新的激活码,那么服务器可以使用该新的激活码来替换旧的激活码(即被老化的激活码),比如更新下述的激活码与该智能设备之间的对应关系。
步骤506A,服务器存储智能设备与激活码之间的对应关系。
在本实施例中,在智能设备发送的激活码获取请求中,可以包含该智能设备的MAC地址等,以作为该智能设备的ID信息,使得服务器可以而在该ID信息与分配的激活码之间建立对应关系。
当然,对于激活码不需要更新变化的情况下,也可以事先将激活码写入到智能设备内部,以及将该激活码与该智能设备之间的对应关系存储于服务器中,那么智能设备可以直接读取和应用该激活码,而无需通过上述步骤向服务器请求获取激活码。
步骤506B,考勤设备展示激活码。
在本实施例中,以图6所示的智能考勤机为例,激活码可以为图6所示的二维码或其他形式的图形码,那么该智能考勤机可以直接显示出该图形码。或者,激活码可以为一组字符串或其他形式的非图形信息,那么智能设备可以直接显示出该字符串,也可以对该字符串进行转换,并显示出转换得到的诸如图6所示的图形码等。当然,激活码还可以采用其他形式,而智能设备也可以通过更多方式对该激活码进行显示,本申请并不对此进行限制。
步骤508,终端从智能设备上读取激活码。
在本实施例中,电子设备上可以安装有配合于上述服务器的应用程序的客户端;例如,该应用程序可以为“钉钉”等。那么,电子设备可以通过该客户端,获取智能设备展示的标识信息,即读取智能设备上的激活码,而服务器上已经存储有该标识信息与该智能设备之间的对应关系。
在一实施例中,当智能设备上的激活码为图形码形式时,可以通过客户端上的“扫码”功能,启动终端上的摄像头组件对该图形码进行采集,然后通过内容识别而读取激活码的内容;例如,通过对图6所示的二维码进行读取后,可以识别出该二维码对应的激活码为“gfd1s5g451f24sg54sg241fd1”。
在另一实施例中,当智能设备上的激活码为字符串形式时,可以通过该客户端上的 相关功能,启动终端上的摄像头组件对该字符串进行采集,然后通过诸如OCR(Optical Character Recognition,光学字符识别)等方式识别该字符串。当然,客户端也可以示出输入框,使得用户可以将智能设备上示出的字符串手动输入至终端中,帮助终端完成对该字符串的读取操作。
此外,为了引导用户对激活码的读取操作,图6所示的智能考勤机上,可以示出诸如“请用钉钉扫描右侧二维码,以完成设备绑定”的文字信息,以提示用户执行相应的操作。
步骤510,服务器接收到终端发送的绑定管理请求,该绑定管理请求中包含激活码。
步骤512,服务器在团体与智能设备之间建立绑定关系。
在本实施例中,终端可以向服务器发送包含激活码的绑定管理请求,而服务器提取该激活码后,并根据在步骤506A中存储的对应关系确定该激活码对应的智能设备。
其中,“终端”是指登录有某一用户账号的电子设备,该用户账号属于相应的用户,而该用户隶属于一个或多个团体。当用户仅隶属于一个团体时,服务器可以直接在该团体与智能设备之间建立绑定关系;而当用户隶属于多个团体时,终端可以示出图7所示的团体选择页面,该团体选择页面中包含该用户归属的所有团体,比如“阿里巴巴”、“湖畔家园”、“超级无敌体验设计大队”等,以供该用户选择和确定该智能设备所需绑定的一个或多个团体,然后服务器在智能设备与被选中的团体之间建立绑定关系。
步骤514,服务器将智能设备添加至组织架构。
步骤516,终端接收到服务器推送的组织架构数据。
步骤518,终端示出组织架构。
在本实施例中,服务器在图2所示组织架构的基础上,在组织架构中添加设备管理层级,使得组织架构同时包含图2所示的“研发部”、“设计部”等成员管理层级以及此处添加的设备管理层级;相应地,当智能设备对组织架构进行展示时,如图8所示,可以分别示出对应于“***”、“销售部”等的成员管理层级的成员管理层级入口,以及对应于“智能设备”等设备管理层级的设备管理层级入口。
当终端检测到针对设备管理层级入口的触发操作时,例如当图8所示的“智能设备”被触发时,可以示出属于相应设备管理层级的智能设备,比如图8所示的“钉盒”、“打印机”、“智能路由器”、“智能考勤机”等。当然,组织架构中可以包括多个设备管理层级,比如根据智能设备的类型,分别为每一类型的智能设备创建相应的设备管理层级,并在组织架构页面中分别示出相应的设备管理层级入口。
而对于每一设备管理层级而言,服务器还可以创建若干子层级。比如某一设备管理层级包含多种类型的智能设备时,可以根据各个智能设备的类型,分别为每一类智能设备创建相应的子层级。例如图9所示,在设备管理层级“智能设备”的基础上,可以分别创建“钉盒”、“打印机”、“智能路由器”、“智能考勤机”等多个子层级,那么当同时存在两台考勤机时,两台考勤机可以被统一归纳于子层级“智能考勤机”下,而当“智能考勤机”对应的子层级入口被触发时,可以示出相应的智能设备的信息,比如图9所示的考勤机1、考勤机2等。
步骤520,服务器获取智能设备的工作状态,并推送至终端。
步骤522,终端示出智能设备的工作状态。
在本实施例中,智能设备可以在自身的工作状态发生变化时,向服务器通知其工作状态,以使得服务器将该工作状态进一步推送至终端,并由终端对相应的智能设备进行工作状态的标示。当然,也可以由服务器定期向智能设备询问其工作状态,或者通过该其他方式采集工作状态的信息,本申请并不对此进行限制。
例如图8和图9所示,对于处于待机状态下的智能设备,比如“打印机”、“智能路由器”等,可以采用“○”进行标示其工作状态;而对于处于使用状态下的智能设备,比如“钉盒”等,可以采用“●”以及“正在使用”等文字,标示出相应的工作状态。
步骤524,终端向服务器发送针对智能设备的控制请求。
步骤526,服务器根据接收到的控制请求,向智能设备发出相应的控制指令。
在本实施例中,当检测到任一智能设备的信息被触发时,终端可以由组织架构页面切换至该任一智能设备的详情页面,该详情页面中包含对该任一智能设备的功能按键。比如图8或图9所示的“钉盒”被触发时,可以切换至图10所示的详情页面,该详情页面中包含该智能设备“钉盒”的信息,比如“装配地点”为“会议室202”、“使用状态”为“正在使用”等;同时,该详情页面中还包括针对“钉盒”的功能按键,比如左上角的“解绑”、下方的“停用”等。
那么,当任一功能按键被触发时,终端可以执行针对该任一智能设备的相应控制功能。比如当“停用”按键被触发时,终端可以向服务器发起针对该“钉盒”的控制请求,并由服务器进一步向该“钉盒”发送控制指令,以实现对该“钉盒”的“停用”控制。
再例如,图9所示的“考勤机1”被触发时,可以切换至图11所示的详情页面,该详情页面中包含该智能设备“考勤机1”的信息,比如“装配地点”为“1号楼3层”、“使用状态”为“待机中”等;同时,该详情页面中还包括针对“考勤机1”的功能按 键,比如左上角的“解绑”、下方的“查看考勤统计数据”等。
当然,在步骤524-526中,终端也可以直接向服务器发送控制指令,而服务器将该控制指令直接转发至相应的智能设备,而无需由服务器单独生成控制指令。
综上所述,本申请通过获取智能设备与团体之间的绑定关系,将被绑定的智能设备添加至相应团体的组织架构中,使得团体成员可以通过组织架构查看相关智能设备的信息,以便于对被绑定至团体的智能设备进行快速查看和操作,从而实现对团体内的智能设备的高效管理。
图12示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图12,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器1202、内部总线1204、网络接口1206、内存1208以及非易失性存储器1210,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器1202从非易失性存储器1210中读取对应的计算机程序到内存1202中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成设备管理装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。
请参考图13,在软件实施方式中,该设备管理装置可以包括确定单元1302和添加单元1304。其中:
确定单元1302,确定被绑定至预设团体的智能设备;

步骤1602,向预设用户示出即时通讯会话窗口,所述即时通讯会话窗口的目标通讯 方包括预设智能设备。
在本实施例中,预设智能设备被关联至该预设用户所属的预设团体,并被添加至该预设团体的组织架构,即该预设智能设备可以理解为上述图3至图5所示实施例中的“智能设备”,例如图8所示的钉盒、打印机、智能路由器、智能考勤机等。
其中,通过将智能设备关联至预设团体,并添加至该预设团体的组织架构中,那么结合即时通讯应用对组织架构的展示功能,使得该预设团体的团体成员(如上述的预设用户)可以在即时通讯应用上实现对智能设备的快捷管理。其中,即时通讯应用可以为企业即时通讯应用,比如下面均以企业即时通讯应用“钉钉”为例进行说明。
步骤1604,获取所述预设用户在所述即时通讯会话窗口输入的特定即时通讯消息。
步骤1606,发出所述特定即时通讯消息,以使所述预设智能设备实现相应的预设功能。
在本实施例中,由于每一智能设备可以完成诸多功能,如果将所有功能都采用诸如虚拟按键等方式展示在诸如图10和图11所示的详情页面中,那么可能造成电子设备上的显示空间不足,而且需要用户在众多虚拟按键中进行查看和挑选,反而不利于用户操作,造成用户的操作效率低下、使用体验差。因此,本申请在将智能设备添加至团体的组织架构的基础上,进一步将智能设备“拟人化”,使得团体成员可以直接与智能设备进行“通讯”,将即时通讯功能与设备管理功能进行深度融合,而无需用户手动查看和挑选所需的功能,有助于简化用户操作,提升用户的操作效率和使用体验。
以智能设备“考勤机1”为例,在如图17所示的详情页面中,可以示出诸如“开始聊天”入口,使得预设用户触发该入口后,可以转入图18所示的电子设备上的即时通讯会话窗口,以使预设用户可以通过该即时通讯会话窗口与该考勤机1进行“通讯”,以实现对该考勤机1的管理。
一种情况下,假定该即时通讯会话窗口为单聊窗口,那么预设用户可以输入任意消息,电子设备均会将其作为特定即时通讯消息,以实现对相应智能设备的控制。例如,当预设用户通过图17所示的详情页面,转入图18所示的即时通讯会话窗口时,该即时通讯会话窗口为该预设用户与考勤机1之间的单聊窗口,那么假定该预设用户希望查看当天的考勤统计数据时,可以直接输入“今天的考勤统计数据”,该电子设备可以直接将其作为特定即时通讯消息,以控制考勤机1返回当天的考勤统计数据。
其中,电子设备可以先将特定即时通讯消息发送至服务器,由服务器对该特定即时通讯消息进行识别后,得到相应的控制指令,并将该控制指令发送至考勤机1,那么考 勤机1通过执行该控制指令即可得到当天的考勤统计数据,可以由服务器将该考勤统计数据(作为考勤机1的预设功能的处理数据)转发给电子设备,并表现为图18所示的“对话”方式(或者其他任意方式,本申请并不对此进行限制)。
另一种情况下,假定即时通讯会话窗口为群聊窗口,那么用户需要在输入内容中添加针对预设智能设备的特定标识,才能够使电子设备将其识别为特定即时通讯消息,用于实现对相应的预设智能设备的控制。例如图19所示,当即时通讯会话窗口为群组“工作小组”的群聊窗口时,假定预设用户希望了解打印机的剩余油墨量,如果预设用户直接输入“剩余油墨量”,由于目标对象除了打印机之外还存在其他的用户、智能设备等,因而该输入内容会被作为普通的即时通讯消息而发出,而如果预设用户输入诸如“@打印机剩余油墨量”时,由于存在“@打印机”为针对打印机的特定标识,因而电子设备可以确定为针对打印机的特定即时通讯消息,以控制打印机返回自身的剩余油墨量。
在群聊情况下,仍然可以采用图18所示的处理方式,即电子设备将特定即时通讯消息发送至服务器进行识别,并由服务器将得到的控制指令发送至智能设备,以由智能设备进行执行并实现相应功能。
或者,群聊情况下可以采用图19所示的处理方式,即电子设备将特定即时通讯消息发送至服务器后,服务器直接将其转发至打印机等智能设备,使得打印机等智能设备可以主动对该特定即时通讯消息进行识别,从而生成并执行相应的控制指令,以实现相应功能,例如读取自身的剩余油墨量后,通过服务器告知电子设备,使得电子设备可以采用诸如图19所示的“对话”方式,展示该处理数据(即“剩余油墨量:35%”)。当然,图19所示的上述处理方式,也可以适用于单聊场景下,本申请并不对此进行限制。
图20示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图20,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器2002、内部总线2004、网络接口2006、内存2008以及非易失性存储器2010,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器2002从非易失性存储器2010中读取对应的计算机程序到内存2002中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成设备管理装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。

    确定被绑定至预设团体的智能设备;
    将所述智能设备的信息添加至所述预设团体的组织架构中,使所述预设团体的团体成员在查看即时通讯应用中的组织架构页面时,所述智能设备的信息被展示于所述组织架构页面中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述智能设备的信息添加至所述预设团体的组织架构中,包括:
    在所述组织架构中添加设备管理层级,并将所述智能设备的信息关联至所述设备管理层级;
    其中,所述组织架构还包括对应于团体成员的若干成员管理层级,且所述预设团体的团体成员的信息被关联至相应的成员管理层级。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述设备管理层级包括若干子层级,每一子层级对应于同一类智能设备。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:

    当检测到任一智能设备的信息被触发时,切换至所述任一智能设备的详情页面,所述详情页面中包含对所述任一智能设备的功能按键;
    当任一功能按键被触发时,执行针对所述任一智能设备的相应控制功能。
  9. 一种基于即时通讯应用的人员与设备的集中管理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,确定被绑定至预设团体的智能设备;
    添加单元,将所述智能设备的信息添加至所述预设团体的组织架构中,使所述预设团体的团体成员在查看即时通讯应用中的组织架构页面时,所述智能设备的信息被展示于所述组织架构页面中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述添加单元具体用于:
    在所述组织架构中添加设备管理层级,并将所述智能设备的信息关联至所述设备管理层级;
    其中,所述组织架构还包括对应于团体成员的若干成员管理层级,且所述预设团体的团体成员的信息被关联至相应的成员管理层级。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述设备管理层级包括若干子层级,每一子层级对应于同一类智能设备。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    管理单元,当接收到所述预设团体的管理用户针对任一智能设备的绑定管理请求时,将所述任一智能设备与所述预设团体进行绑定或解绑。
  13. 一种基于即时通讯应用的人员与设备的集中管理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,获取预设团体的组织架构,所述组织架构对应于所述预设团体的团体成员和被关联至所述预设团体的智能设备;

  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述团体成员被划分至所述组织架构中相应的成员管理层级,所述智能设备被划分至所述组织架构中相应的设备管理层 级;所述展示单元具体用于:
    示出组织架构页面,所述组织架构页面中包含对应于所述成员管理层级的成员管理层级入口,以及对应于所述设备管理层级的设备管理层级入口;
    当检测到针对任一成员管理层级入口的触发操作时,展示相应的成员管理层级下的团体成员的信息;当检测到针对任一设备管理层级入口的触发操作时,展示相应的设备管理层级下的智能设备的信息。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    状态获取单元,获取所述智能设备的工作状态;
    标示单元,在所述组织架构页面中,标示出所述智能设备的工作状态。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    切换单元,当检测到任一智能设备的信息被触发时,切换至所述任一智能设备的详情页面,所述详情页面中包含对所述任一智能设备的功能按键;
    执行单元,当任一功能按键被触发时,执行针对所述任一智能设备的相应控制功能。
  17. 一种基于即时通讯应用的人员与设备的集中管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    向预设用户示出即时通讯会话窗口,所述即时通讯会话窗口的目标通讯方包括预设智能设备,所述预设智能设备被关联至所述预设用户所属的预设团体,并被添加至所述预设团体的组织架构;
    获取所述预设用户在所述即时通讯会话窗口输入的特定即时通讯消息;
    发出所述特定即时通讯消息,以使所述预设智能设备实现相应的预设功能。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,
    当所述即时通讯会话窗口为单聊窗口时,所述特定即时通讯消息为所述预设用户输入的任意消息;
    当所述即时通讯会话窗口为群聊窗口时,所述特定即时通讯消息中包含所述预设用户输入的针对所述预设智能设备的特定标识。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发出所述特定即时通讯消息,包括:
    将所述特定即时通讯消息发送至服务器,以由所述服务器通过识别所述特定即时通讯消息得到相应的控制指令,使所述预设智能设备通过接收和执行所述控制指令而实现相应的预设功能;
    或者,将所述特定即时通讯消息发送至所述预设智能设备以由所述预设智能设备通 过识别所述特定即时通讯消息得到相应的控制指令,并通过执行所述控制指令而实现相应的预设功能。
  20. 一种基于即时通讯应用的人员与设备的集中管理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    展示单元,向预设用户示出即时通讯会话窗口,所述即时通讯会话窗口的目标通讯方包括预设智能设备,所述预设智能设备被关联至所述预设用户所属的预设团体,并被添加至所述预设团体的组织架构;
    获取单元,获取所述预设用户在所述即时通讯会话窗口输入的特定即时通讯消息;
    发送单元,发出所述特定即时通讯消息,以使所述预设智能设备实现相应的预设功能。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,
    当所述即时通讯会话窗口为单聊窗口时,所述特定即时通讯消息为所述预设用户输入的任意消息;
    当所述即时通讯会话窗口为群聊窗口时,所述特定即时通讯消息中包含所述预设用户输入的针对所述预设智能设备的特定标识。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元具体用于:
    将所述特定即时通讯消息发送至服务器,以由所述服务器通过识别所述特定即时通讯消息得到相应的控制指令,使所述预设智能设备通过接收和执行所述控制指令而实现相应的预设功能;
    或者,将所述特定即时通讯消息发送至所述预设智能设备以由所述预设智能设备通过识别所述特定即时通讯消息得到相应的控制指令,并通过执行所述控制指令而实现相应的预设功能。
