Description

一种磁性积木块以及积木组件 技术领域
本发明涉及玩具,具体为一种磁性积木块以及积木组件。
背景技术
以往常规的积木都是木头或塑料材质的多面体,一般在每一表面装饰着字母或图画,其结构单一、玩法不灵活。目前市面上出现了一些磁性积木,如中国专利CN 103816673 A所公开的磁性积木块,多个积木块的表面相互吸附,形成丰富多样的形状,但是这种积木块的结构比较复杂,不易于制造和装配。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种磁性积木块以及积木组件,其结构简单、易于制造装配,玩法多样灵活。
第一方面,本发明提供的一种磁性积木块,包括立方体形的积木块本体,所述积木块本体每个面的中心设有安装盲孔,在所述各安装盲孔内分别设有一磁铁,所述磁铁过盈压装在各安装盲孔中。
优选的,所述磁铁为圆柱形。
优选的,所述积木块本体各面上贴有贴纸。
优选的,所述积木块本体为木质或塑料材质。
优选的,所述积木块本体上的磁铁的外端面内凹于积木块本体的表面。
优选的,所述积木块本体中相互相邻的三个面上的磁铁外侧同为S极,另外三个面上的磁铁外侧同为N极。
优选的,所述安装盲孔的开口处倒斜角。
由以上技术方案可知,本磁性积木块的结构十分简单,各磁铁直接过盈压 装在各面的安装盲孔内,装配快捷方便,制造成本低。
第二方面,本发明还提供一种积木组件,包括基座连接块以及多个上述的磁性积木块,在所述基座连接块的顶面间隔布置有多个磁铁,所述磁铁嵌设于基座连接块顶面,所述各磁性积木块通过其表面的磁铁与基座连接块顶面的磁铁相吸附连接。
优选的,所述基座连接块的底面具有插接凸柱。
优选的,所述基座连接块的底面具有插接孔。
由上述技术方案可知,各磁性积木块之间不但可以相互吸附组装成各种形状,还可以吸附在基座连接块上,其玩法更加多样。另外,在该基座连接块底面设置插接凸柱或插接孔,能够将该基座连接块与市面上的其他插接组装式积木(如乐高积木块)相配合,扩展了本磁性积木块的使用范围。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1、图2所示,为本发明第一实施例提供的磁性积木块,包括立方体形的积木块本体1,积木块本体1可采用木质或低密度可塑性高的塑料材质制成。
所述积木块本体1每个面的中心设有安装盲孔101,在所述各安装盲孔101内分别设有一颗圆柱形的磁铁2,所述积木块本体中相互相邻的三个面(前面、上面、左面)上的磁铁外侧同为S极,另外三个面(后面、底面、右面)上的磁铁外侧同为N极。
所述安装盲孔的孔径略小于圆柱形的磁铁几丝,磁铁2过盈压装在各安装盲孔101中,能够保证磁铁不会从安装盲孔内脱出。所述安装盲孔的开口处倒45°的斜角102,斜角102的宽度和高度为20丝(2mm),倒角的作用是方便将所述磁铁2压进安装盲孔内,提高装配效率,并减少对积木块本体的损害,降低了积木的报废率。并且,所述积木块本体上各磁铁的外端面低于积木块本体的表面0.2mm,使得所述各磁铁的外端面略内凹于积木块表面,可以有效避免各个磁性积木块相互吸附连接时,磁铁因经常相互碰触而磨损。所述积木块本体各面上贴有贴纸3,以美化积木外观。
如图3所示,为本发明第二实施例提供的积木组件,包括基座连接块4以及多个上述的磁性积木块。
在所述基座连接块4的顶面间隔布置有多个磁铁2,所述磁铁嵌设于基座连接块顶面。磁性积木块通过其表面的磁铁与基座连接块顶面的磁铁相吸附连接。参见图4,所述基座连接块的底面具有插接孔401,该基座连接块能够通过其底面的插接孔401组装到乐高积木块的插接凸柱上,从而将本积木组件与乐高积木组件有机结合,丰富了积木的玩法。
如图5所示,为本发明第三实施例提供的积木组件,该实施例与第二实施例的区别在于,其中基座连接块的底面具有插接凸柱402,参见图6,其中透视虚线为乐高积木块的示意,该基座连接块能够通过其底面的插接凸柱402组装到乐高积木块的插接孔上。

  1. 一种磁性积木块,包括立方体形的积木块本体,其特征在于:所述积木块本体每个面的中心设有安装盲孔,在所述各安装盲孔内分别设有一磁铁,所述磁铁过盈压装在各安装盲孔中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的磁性积木块,其特征在于:所述磁铁为圆柱形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的磁性积木块,其特征在于:所述积木块本体各面上贴有贴纸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的磁性积木块,其特征在于:所述积木块本体为木质或塑料材质。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的磁性积木块,其特征在于:所述积木块本体上的磁铁的外端面内凹于积木块本体的表面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的磁性积木块,其特征在于:所述积木块本体中相互相邻的三个面上的磁铁外侧同为S极,另外三个面上的磁铁外侧同为N极。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的磁性积木块,其特征在于:所述安装盲孔的开口处倒斜角。
  8. 一种积木组件,其特征在于:包括基座连接块以及多个如权利要求1-7中任一所述的磁性积木块,在所述基座连接块的顶面间隔布置有多个磁铁,所述磁铁嵌设于基座连接块顶面,所述各磁性积木块通过其表面的磁铁与基座连接块顶面的磁铁相吸附连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的积木组件,其特征在于:所述基座连接块的底面具有插接凸柱。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的积木组件,其特征在于:所述基座连接块的底面具有插接孔。
