背景技术
随着电视技术的发展,越来越多的电视生产厂商在电视上设置高清晰度的摄像头,提供给用户拍摄功能。然而,当用户操作电视的摄像头进行拍摄时,由于电视通常只能固定使用,使得电视仅能对其放置处的固定场景进行拍摄,如仅能对客厅、卧室等处进行拍摄,存在电视的拍摄操作不够灵活的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种拍摄方法及***,旨在提升电视拍摄操作的灵活性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种拍摄方法,该拍摄方法包括以下步骤:
在侦测到拍摄指令时,所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄,得到场景图片;
所述电视获取当前播放的视频的展示图片,其中,展示图片包括所述视频的视频截图和/或所述视频的海报图片;
所述电视按照预设合成模式将所述场景图片与所述展示图片合成为当次拍摄操作的结果图片,以供展示;
所述电视展示所述场景图片以及合成得到的结果图片,以供用户选取;

本发明提出的拍摄方法及***,在应用于电视时,通过将电视实时拍摄的图片与其实时播放的视频的展示图片合成为拍摄操作的结果图片,其中,展示图片包括所述视频的视频截图和/或所述视频的海报图片,使得电视在每次执行拍摄操作时,即使针对同一场景进行拍摄,拍摄得到的结果图片也不尽相同,提升了电视拍摄操作的灵活性。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种拍摄方法,参照图1,在本发明拍摄方法的第一实施例中,该拍摄方法包括:
步骤S10,在侦测到拍摄指令时,电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄,得到场景图片;
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,预先在电视面板和遥控器设置有触发拍摄指令的拍照按键,当用户存在拍摄需求时,可以按下电视面板或者遥控器上设置的拍照按键触发拍摄指令。可选地,在其他实施例中,还可以在电视的实时显示界面叠加显示用于触发拍摄指令的拍摄控件,供用户按需触发拍摄指令。
电视在侦测到拍摄指令时,通过设置的摄像头对待拍摄场景进行拍摄,得到场景图片,例如,拍摄得到的场景图片为用户在客厅手持遥控器的图片。
其中,设置的摄像头的可以是相对于电视固定的,也可以是相对于电视可旋转的,待拍摄场景即摄像头的拍摄角度所指向的场景。
例如,当摄像头相对于电视固定时,待拍摄场景通常为电视所面向的场景;又例如,当摄像头相对于电视可旋转时,用户可以操作遥控器或者电视面板设置的方向键按需旋转摄像头,以改变其拍摄角度,待拍摄场景为摄像头的拍摄角度实时指向的场景。
步骤S20,电视获取当前播放的视频的展示图片,其中,展示图片包括视频的视频截图和/或视频的海报图片;
在完成对待拍摄场景的拍摄,得到场景图片之后,电视识别当前是否处于视频播放状态;若是,则获取当前播放的视频的展示图片。其中,所述展示图片包括当前播放的视频的视频截图和海报图片中的至少一种。
例如,在拍摄得到场景图片之后,电视识别到当前处于视频播放状态,且当前播放的视频的视频源为机顶盒(TV信源),则电视通过连接的机顶盒获取到当前播放的视频的EPG信息,从获取的EPG信息中提取出当前播放的视频的视频名称,再根据提取出的视频名称基于互联网搜索当前播放的视频的海报图片,将获取到的海报图片作为当前播放的视频的展示图片;
又例如,在拍摄得到场景图片之后,电视识别到当前处于视频播放状态,且当前播放的视频的视频源为本地运行的视频应用,则电视基于该视频应用从该视频应用的云端服务器获取到当前播放的视频的海报图片,将获取到的海报图片作为当前播放的视频的展示图片。
步骤S30,电视按照预设合成模式将场景图片与展示图片合成为当次拍摄操作的结果图片,以供展示。
需要说明的是,本实施例在电视本地预设有多种不同的合成模式,在获取到当前播放的视频的展示图片之后,电视可以按照缺省设置的合成模式(可以为多种合成模式中的任一合成模式)将拍摄的场景图片和获取的展示图片合成为结果图片;也可以按照用户设置的合成模式将拍摄的场景图片和获取的展示图片合成为结果图片;还可以分别按照各预设的合成模式,将拍摄的场景图片和获取的展示图片合成为不同的结果图片。
例如,电视设置的预设合成模式包括背景模式和贴纸模式,在合成时,电视分别按照背景模式和贴纸模式,将拍摄的场景图片和获取的展示图片合成第一结果图片和第二结果图片。其中,在按照背景模式合成时,电视将获取的展示图片作为背景图像,将拍摄的场景图片作为前景图像合成得到图2所示的结果图片;在按照贴纸模式合成时,电视基于获取的展示图片生成贴纸模板,具体将展示图片预设区域(具体按实际需要进行设置,如设置该区域成不规则的多边形、呈圆形、正方形等)内的图像数据删除,然后按照同样的预设区域在拍摄的场景图片中提取出部分图像数据,将提取出的部分图像数据融合到贴纸模板中,得到图3所示的结果图片。
此外,在其他实施例中,前述电视识别当前是否处于视频播放状态之后,若识别到当前不处于视频播放状态,则电视利用内置的截屏功能对当前显示界面进行截取,然后按照前述预设合成模式将拍摄的场景图片与当前截取的图片合成为当次拍摄操作的结果图片,具体可参照前述电视按照预设合成模式将拍摄的场景图片与获取的展示图片合成为结果图片的操作,此处不再赘述。
本实施例提出的拍摄方法,在应用于电视时,通过将电视实时拍摄的场景图片与其实时播放的视频的展示图片合成为拍摄操作的结果图片,其中,展示图片包括所述视频的视频截图和/或所述视频的海报图片,使得电视在每次执行拍摄操作时,即使针对同一场景进行拍摄,拍摄得到的结果图片也不尽相同,提升了电视拍摄操作的灵活性。
进一步地,基于第一实施例,提出本发明拍摄方法的第二实施例,在本实施例中,展示图片包括第一展示图片和第二展示图片,步骤S20包括:
所述电视截取所述视频的播放界面,将所述视频的视频截图作为所述视频的第一展示图片;
所述电视获取所述视频的海报图片,将获取的海报图片作为所述视频的第二展示图片。
需要说明的是,本实施例在前述第一实施例的基础上,对展示图片的获取操作进行进一步说明,其他可参照前述实施例,此处不再赘述。
在本实施例中,需要获取的视频的展示图片包括第一展示图片和第二展示图片,其中,可将当前播放的视频的视频截图作为前述第一展示图片,将当前播放的视频的海报图片作为前述第二展示图片。
具体的,电视在拍摄得到场景图片之后,首先利用内置的截屏功能截取当前播放的视频的播放界面,将截取的图片(即当前播放的视频的视频截图)作为第一展示图片;然后对当前播放的视频的视频源进行识别,其中,在识别到当前播放的视频的视频源为机顶盒(TV信源)时,电视通过连接的机顶盒获取到当前播放的视频的EPG信息,从获取的EPG信息中提取出当前播放的视频的视频名称,再根据提取出的视频名称基于互联网搜索当前播放的视频的海报图片,将获取到的海报图片作为当前播放的视频的第二展示图片;在识别到当前播放的视频的视频源为本地运行的视频应用时,电视基于该视频应用从该视频应用的云端服务器获取到当前播放的视频的海报图片,将获取到的海报图片作为当前播放的视频的第二展示图片。
在本发明实施例中,在获取到第一展示图片以及第二展示图片之后,分别按照预设合成模式将拍摄的场景图片与第一展示图片和第二展示图片合成为不同的结果图片,其中,电视执行的合成操作可参照前述第一实施例的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
为进一步提升电视拍摄操作的灵活性,在本实施例中,所述预设合成模式包括背景模式和贴纸模式,步骤S20包括:
所述电视按照背景模式将所述场景图片分别与所述第一展示图片和所述第二展示图片合成为结果图片;
所述电视按照贴纸模式将所述场景图片分别与所述第一展示图片和所述第二展示图片合成为结果图片。
具体的,在获取到第一展示图片以及第二展示图片之后,电视按照背景模式将第一展示图片作为背景图像,将拍摄的场景图片作为前景图像合成得到第一结果图片;将第二展示图片作为背景图像,将拍摄的场景图片作为前景图像合成得到第二结果图片。
电视按照贴纸模式基于第一展示图片生成第一贴纸模板,具体将第一展示图片预设区域(按实际需要进行设置,如设置该区域成不规则的多边形、呈圆形、正方形等)内的图像数据删除,然后按照同样的预设区域在拍摄的场景图片中提取出部分图像数据,将提取出的部分图像数据融合到第一贴纸模板中,得到第三结果图片;如前所述,电视基于第二展示图片生成第二贴纸模板,将拍摄的场景图片中的部分图像数据融合到第二贴纸模板,得到第四结果图片。
进一步地,基于前述任一实施例,提出本发明拍摄方法的第三实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S30之后,还包括:
所述电视展示所述场景图片以及合成得到的结果图片,以供用户选取;
在接收到用户基于展示的所述场景图片和/或所述结果图片触发的选择指令时,所述电视将所述选择指令对应的场景图片和/或结果图片储存至预设的存储路径指向的存储区域。
需要说明的是,本实施例在前述实施例基础上,增加了拍摄结果的预览操作,使得用户能够在电视完成拍摄操作并合成得到结果图片之后,及时发现是否满意拍摄结果,以下仅针对该区别进行说明,其他可参照前述实施例的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
以本实施例基于第三实施例为例,在得到拍摄的场景图片以及合成得到的第一结果图片、第二结果图片、第三结果图片、第四结果图片共5张不同的图片。参照图4,电视对前述5张图片进行展示。若用户对对其中的任一图片或多张图片比较满意,则可操作焦点框选中满意的图片,并然后按下确认按键(可以为遥控器和电视面板设置的实体按键,也可以是电视显示的虚拟控件)触发携带用户选择信息的选择指令。
在侦测到选择指令,电视根据选择指令携带的选择信息将用户选择的图片储存至预设的存储路径指向的存储区域。其中,预设的存储路径指向的存储区域可以是电视本地的储存区域,也可以电视附接设备的储存区域,还可以是云端的储存区域。
可选地,在本实施例中,在储存用户选择的场景图片和/或结果图片时,还可同时删除缓存的其他未被选中的图片。
进一步地,基于前述任一实施例,提出本发明拍摄方法的第四实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S10之前,还包括:
在侦测到拍摄指令时,所述电视对所述待拍摄场景进行人像识别;
在识别到人像时,转入执行步骤S10。
需要说明的是,本实施例在前述实施例的基础上,对电视是否执行拍摄指令进行限制,以防止误操作。以下仅针对该区别进行,其他可分别参照前述实施例,此处不再赘述。
在本实施例中,当侦测到拍摄指令时,电视首先对所述待拍摄场景进行人像识别,在且仅在识别到待拍摄场景中的人像时,对待拍摄场景进行拍摄,以确保拍摄得到的场景图片中包含用户人像。其中,在识别待拍摄场景中的人像时,本实施例并不限制采用何种人像识别技术,本领域技术人员可以按需采用合适的人像识别技术。
本实施例通过在且仅在识别到待拍摄场景中的人像时,对待拍摄场景进行拍摄,能够提高合成得到结果图片的成像质量。
本发明还提供一种执行前述拍摄方法的拍摄***,参照图5,对应于前述拍摄方法的第一实施例,在本发明拍摄***的第一实施例中,所述拍摄***包括:
拍摄模块10,用于在侦测到拍摄指令时,对待拍摄场景进行拍摄,得到场景图片;

例如,在拍摄模块10拍摄得到场景图片之后,获取模块20识别到其所在电视当前处于视频播放状态,且当前播放的视频的视频源为机顶盒(TV信源),则获取模块20通过其所在电视连接的机顶盒获取到当前播放的视频的EPG信息,从获取的EPG信息中提取出当前播放的视频的视频名称,再根据提取出的视频名称基于互联网搜索当前播放的视频的海报图片,将获取到的海报图片作为当前播放的视频的展示图片;
又例如,在拍摄模块10拍摄得到场景图片之后,获取模块20识别到其所在电视当前处于视频播放状态,且当前播放的视频的视频源为其所在电视本地运行的视频应用时,获取模块20基于该视频应用从该视频应用的云端服务器获取到当前播放的视频的海报图片,将获取到的海报图片作为当前播放的视频的展示图片。
合成模块30,用于按照预设合成模式将所述场景图片与所述展示图片合成为当次拍摄操作的结果图片,以供展示。
需要说明的是,本实施例在电视本地预设有多种不同的合成模式,在获取模块20获取到其所在电视当前播放的视频的展示图片之后,合成模块30可以按照缺省设置的合成模式(可以为多种合成模式中的任一合成模式)将拍摄的场景图片和获取的展示图片合成为结果图片;也可以按照用户设置的合成模式将拍摄的场景图片和获取的展示图片合成为结果图片;还可以分别按照各预设的合成模式,将拍摄的场景图片和获取的展示图片合成为不同的结果图片。
例如,设置的预设合成模式包括背景模式和贴纸模式,在合成时,合成模块30分别按照背景模式和贴纸模式,将拍摄模块10拍摄的场景图片和获取的展示图片合成第一结果图片和第二结果图片。其中,在按照背景模式合成时,合成模块30将获取模块20获取的展示图片作为背景图像,将拍摄模块10拍摄的场景图片作为前景图像合成得到图2所示的结果图片;在按照贴纸模式合成时,合成模块30基于获取模块20获取的展示图片生成贴纸模板,具体将展示图片预设区域(具体按实际需要进行设置,如设置该区域成不规则的多边形、呈圆形、正方形等)内的图像数据删除,然后按照同样的预设区域在拍摄模块10拍摄的场景图片中提取出部分图像数据,将提取出的部分图像数据融合到贴纸模板中,得到图3所示的结果图片。
此外,在其他实施例中,前述获取模块20识别其所在电视当前是否处于视频播放状态之后,若识别到其所在电视当前不处于视频播放状态,则利用其所在电视内置的截屏功能对当前显示界面进行截取,然后由合成模块30按照前述预设合成模式将拍摄模块10拍摄的场景图片与获取模块20当前截取的图片合成为当次拍摄操作的结果图片,具体可参照前述合成模块30按照预设合成模式将拍摄模块10拍摄的场景图片与获取模块20获取的展示图片合成为结果图片的操作,此处不再赘述。
本实施例提出的拍摄***,在应用于电视时,通过将电视实时拍摄的图片与其实时播放的视频的展示图片合成为拍摄操作的结果图片,其中,展示图片包括所述视频的视频截图和/或所述视频的海报图片,使得电视在每次执行拍摄操作时,即使针对同一场景进行拍摄,拍摄得到的结果图片也不尽相同,提升了电视拍摄操作的灵活性。
进一步地,基于第一实施例,提出本发明拍摄***的第二实施例,对应于前述拍摄方法的第二实施例,在本实施例中,获取的展示图片包括第一展示图片和第二展示图片,所述获取模块20还用于,
截取所述视频的播放界面,将所述视频的视频截图作为所述视频的第一展示图片;以及
获取所述视频的海报图片,将获取的海报图片作为所述视频的第二展示图片。
需要说明的是,本实施例在前述第一实施例的基础上,对展示图片的获取操作进行进一步说明,其他可参照前述实施例,此处不再赘述。
在本实施例中,获取模块20需要获取的视频的展示图片包括第一展示图片和第二展示图片,其中,可将其所在电视当前播放的视频的视频截图作为前述第一展示图片,将其所在电视当前播放的视频的海报图片作为前述第二展示图片。
具体的,在拍摄模块10拍摄得到场景图片之后,获取模块20首先利用其所在电视内置的截屏功能截取其所在电视当前播放的视频的播放界面,将截取的图片(即当前播放的视频的视频截图)作为第一展示图片;然后对当前播放的视频的视频源进行识别,其中,在识别到当前播放的视频的视频源为机顶盒(TV信源)时,获取模块20通过其所在电视连接的机顶盒获取到其所在电视当前播放的视频的EPG信息,从获取的EPG信息中提取出其所在电视当前播放的视频的视频名称,再根据提取出的视频名称基于互联网搜索其所在电视当前播放的视频的海报图片,将获取到的海报图片作为当前播放的视频的第二展示图片;在识别到当前播放的视频的视频源为本地运行的视频应用时,获取模块20基于该视频应用从该视频应用的云端服务器获取到其所在电视当前播放的视频的海报图片,将获取到的海报图片作为当前播放的视频的第二展示图片。
在本发明实施例中,在获取到第一展示图片以及第二展示图片之后,由合成模块30分别按照预设合成模式将拍摄的场景图片与第一展示图片和第二展示图片合成为不同的结果图片,其中,合成模块30执行的合成操作可参照前述第一实施例的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
为进一步提升电视拍摄操作的灵活性,在本实施例中,所述预设合成模式包括背景模式和贴纸模式,所述合成模块30还用于,
按照背景模式将所述场景图片分别与所述第一展示图片和所述第二展示图片合成为结果图片;以及
按照贴纸模式将所述场景图片分别与所述第一展示图片和所述第二展示图片合成为结果图片。
具体的,在获取模块20获取到第一展示图片以及第二展示图片之后,合成模块30按照背景模式将第一展示图片作为背景图像,将拍摄的场景图片作为前景图像合成得到第一结果图片;将第二展示图片作为背景图像,将拍摄的场景图片作为前景图像合成得到第二结果图片。
合成模块30按照贴纸模式基于第一展示图片生成第一贴纸模板,具体将第一展示图片预设区域(按实际需要进行设置,如设置该区域成不规则的多边形、呈圆形、正方形等)内的图像数据删除,然后按照同样的预设区域在拍摄的场景图片中提取出部分图像数据,将提取出的部分图像数据融合到第一贴纸模板中,得到第三结果图片;如前所述,合成模块30基于第二展示图片生成第二贴纸模板,将拍摄的场景图片中的部分图像数据融合到第二贴纸模板,得到第四结果图片。
进一步地,基于前述任一实施例,提出本发明拍摄***的第三实施例,对应于前述拍摄方法的第三实施例,在本实施例中,所述拍摄***还包括:
展示模块,用于展示所述场景图片以及合成得到的结果图片,以供用户选取;
储存模块,用于在接收到用户基于展示的所述场景图片和/或所述结果图片触发的选择指令时,将所述选择指令对应的场景图片和/或结果图片储存至预设的存储路径指向的存储区域。
需要说明的是,本实施例在前述实施例基础上,增加了拍摄结果的预览操作,使得用户能够在电视完成拍摄操作并合成得到结果图片之后,及时发现是否满意拍摄结果,以下仅针对该区别进行说明,其他可参照前述实施例的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
以本实施例基于第三实施例为例,在得到拍摄的场景图片以及合成得到的第一结果图片、第二结果图片、第三结果图片、第四结果图片共5张不同的图片。参照图4,展示模块在其所在电视的屏幕对前述5张图片进行展示。若用户对对其中的任一图片或多张图片比较满意,则可操作焦点框选中满意的图片,并然后按下确认按键(可以为遥控器和电视面板设置的实体按键,也可以是电视显示的虚拟控件)触发携带用户选择信息的选择指令。
在侦测到选择指令,储存模块根据选择指令携带的选择信息将用户选择的图片储存至预设的存储路径指向的存储区域。其中,预设的存储路径指向的存储区域可以是电视本地的储存区域,也可以电视附接设备的储存区域,还可以是云端的储存区域。
可选地,在本实施例中,储存模块在储存用户选择的场景图片和/或结果图片时,还可同时删除缓存的其他未被选中的图片。
进一步地,基于前述任一实施例,提出本发明拍摄***的第四实施例,对应于前述拍摄方法的第四实施例,在本实施例中,所述拍摄模块10还用于,
在侦测到拍摄指令时,对所述待拍摄场景进行人像识别;以及
在识别到人像时,对所述待拍摄场景进行拍摄。
需要说明的是,本实施例在前述实施例的基础上,对拍摄模块10是否执行拍摄指令进行限制,以防止误操作。以下仅针对该区别进行,其他可分别参照前述实施例,此处不再赘述。
在本实施例中,当侦测到拍摄指令时,拍摄模块10首先对所述待拍摄场景进行人像识别,在且仅在识别到待拍摄场景中的人像时,对待拍摄场景进行拍摄,以确保拍摄得到的场景图片中包含用户人像。其中,在拍摄模块10识别待拍摄场景中的人像时,本实施例并不限制采用何种人像识别技术,本领域技术人员可以按需采用合适的人像识别技术。
本实施例通过在且仅在识别到待拍摄场景中的人像时,对待拍摄场景进行拍摄,能够提高合成得到结果图片的成像质量。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种拍摄方法,应用于电视,其特征在于,所述拍摄方法包括以下步骤:
    在侦测到拍摄指令时,所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄,得到场景图片;
    所述电视获取当前播放的视频的展示图片,其中,展示图片包括所述视频的视频截图和/或所述视频的海报图片;
    所述电视按照预设合成模式将所述场景图片与所述展示图片合成为当次拍摄操作的结果图片,以供展示;
    所述电视展示所述场景图片以及合成得到的结果图片,以供用户选取;
    在接收到用户基于展示的所述场景图片和/或所述结果图片触发的选择指令时,所述电视将所述选择指令对应的场景图片和/或结果图片储存至预设的存储路径指向的存储区域;其中,
    获取的展示图片包括第一展示图片和第二展示图片,所述电视获取当前播放的视频的展示图片的步骤包括:
    所述电视截取所述视频的播放界面,将所述视频的视频截图作为所述视频的第一展示图片;
    所述电视获取所述视频的海报图片,将获取的海报图片作为所述视频的第二展示图片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拍摄方法,其特征在于,所述预设合成模式包括背景模式和贴纸模式,所述电视按照预设合成模式将所述场景图片与所述展示图片合成为当次拍摄操作的结果图片的步骤包括:
    所述电视按照背景模式将所述场景图片分别与所述第一展示图片和所述第二展示图片合成为结果图片;
    所述电视按照贴纸模式将所述场景图片分别与所述第一展示图片和所述第二展示图片合成为结果图片。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的拍摄方法,其特征在于,所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄的步骤之前,还包括:
    在侦测到拍摄指令时,所述电视对所述待拍摄场景进行人像识别;
    在识别到人像时,转入执行所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄的步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的拍摄方法,其特征在于,所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄的步骤之前,还包括:
    在侦测到拍摄指令时,所述电视对所述待拍摄场景进行人像识别;
    在识别到人像时,转入执行所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄的步骤。
  5. 一种拍摄方法,应用于电视,其特征在于,所述拍摄方法包括以下步骤:
    在侦测到拍摄指令时,所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄,得到场景图片;
    所述电视获取当前播放的视频的展示图片,其中,展示图片包括所述视频的视频截图和/或所述视频的海报图片;
    所述电视按照预设合成模式将所述场景图片与所述展示图片合成为当次拍摄操作的结果图片,以供展示。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的拍摄方法,其特征在于,获取的展示图片包括第一展示图片和第二展示图片,所述电视获取当前播放的视频的展示图片的步骤包括:
    所述电视截取所述视频的播放界面,将所述视频的视频截图作为所述视频的第一展示图片;
    所述电视获取所述视频的海报图片,将获取的海报图片作为所述视频的第二展示图片。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的拍摄方法,其特征在于,所述预设合成模式包括背景模式和贴纸模式,所述电视按照预设合成模式将所述场景图片与所述展示图片合成为当次拍摄操作的结果图片的步骤包括:
    所述电视按照背景模式将所述场景图片分别与所述第一展示图片和所述第二展示图片合成为结果图片;
    所述电视按照贴纸模式将所述场景图片分别与所述第一展示图片和所述第二展示图片合成为结果图片。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的拍摄方法,其特征在于,所述电视按照预设合成模式将所述场景图片与所述展示图片合成为当次拍摄操作的结果图片的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述电视展示所述场景图片以及合成得到的结果图片,以供用户选取;
    在接收到用户基于展示的所述场景图片和/或所述结果图片触发的选择指令时,所述电视将所述选择指令对应的场景图片和/或结果图片储存至预设的存储路径指向的存储区域。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的拍摄方法,其特征在于,所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄的步骤之前,还包括:
    在侦测到拍摄指令时,所述电视对所述待拍摄场景进行人像识别;
    在识别到人像时,转入执行所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄的步骤。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的拍摄方法,其特征在于,所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄的步骤之前,还包括:
    在侦测到拍摄指令时,所述电视对所述待拍摄场景进行人像识别;
    在识别到人像时,转入执行所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄的步骤。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的拍摄方法,其特征在于,所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄的步骤之前,还包括:
    在侦测到拍摄指令时,所述电视对所述待拍摄场景进行人像识别;
    在识别到人像时,转入执行所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄的步骤。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的拍摄方法,其特征在于,所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄的步骤之前,还包括:
    在侦测到拍摄指令时,所述电视对所述待拍摄场景进行人像识别;
    在识别到人像时,转入执行所述电视对待拍摄场景进行拍摄的步骤。
  13. 一种拍摄***,应用于电视,其特征在于,所述拍摄***包括:
    拍摄模块,用于在侦测到拍摄指令时,对待拍摄场景进行拍摄,得到场景图片;
    获取模块,用于获取所述电视当前播放的视频的展示图片,其中,展示图片包括所述视频的视频截图和/或所述视频的海报图片;
    合成模块,用于按照预设合成模式将所述场景图片与所述展示图片合成为当次拍摄操作的结果图片,以供展示。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的拍摄***,其特征在于,获取的展示图片包括第一展示图片和第二展示图片,所述获取模块还用于,
    截取所述视频的播放界面,将所述视频的视频截图作为所述视频的第一展示图片;以及
    获取所述视频的海报图片,将获取的海报图片作为所述视频的第二展示图片。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的拍摄***,其特征在于,所述预设合成模式包括背景模式和贴纸模式,所述合成模块还用于,
    按照背景模式将所述场景图片分别与所述第一展示图片和所述第二展示图片合成为结果图片;以及
    按照贴纸模式将所述场景图片分别与所述第一展示图片和所述第二展示图片合成为结果图片。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的拍摄***,其特征在于,所述拍摄***还包括:
    展示模块,用于展示所述场景图片以及合成得到的结果图片,以供用户选取;
    储存模块,用于在接收到用户基于展示的所述场景图片和/或所述结果图片触发的选择指令时,将所述选择指令对应的场景图片和/或结果图片储存至预设的存储路径指向的存储区域。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的拍摄***,其特征在于,所述拍摄模块还用于,
    在侦测到拍摄指令时,对所述待拍摄场景进行人像识别;以及
    在识别到人像时,对所述待拍摄场景进行拍摄。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的拍摄***,其特征在于,所述拍摄模块还用于,
    在侦测到拍摄指令时,对所述待拍摄场景进行人像识别;以及
    在识别到人像时,对所述待拍摄场景进行拍摄。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的拍摄***,其特征在于,所述拍摄模块还用于,
    在侦测到拍摄指令时,对所述待拍摄场景进行人像识别;以及
    在识别到人像时,对所述待拍摄场景进行拍摄。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的拍摄***,其特征在于,所述拍摄模块还用于,
    在侦测到拍摄指令时,对所述待拍摄场景进行人像识别;以及
    在识别到人像时,对所述待拍摄场景进行拍摄。
