Abstract
一种探头套(1)、喇叭口(2)、喇叭口组件及探头套(1)的喇叭口(2)缠绕方法,其中,所述探头套(1)包括大口径段(11)和小口径段(12);所述大口径段(11)的自由端为开口端(111),所述小口径段(12)的自由端为封闭端(121)。所述探头套(1)为腔内探头套/经食道探头套,可以替代避孕套,配合喇叭口(2)使用,在手术过程中可以做到无菌操作。所述探头套(1)的喇叭口(2)缠绕方法将探头套(1)缠绕于喇叭口(2)上,用于超声波B超手术,能够满足无菌手术的要求。
Description
本发明涉及超声波B超手术技术领域,具体涉及一种探头套、喇叭口、喇叭口组件及探头套的喇叭口缠绕方法。
目前,市场上没有腔内探头套/经食道探头套,1.进入腔内(***或者***)大部分是使用避孕套代替;2.进入食道的,B超探头消毒后直接进入食道,不使用避孕套或者任何探头保护套。但是腔内探头套使用避孕套代替存在以下问题,无菌手术过程中,卷套避孕套,无法做到无菌,在卷套的过程中,避孕套会碰到B超探头和医生的手套,从而使这些接触的表面都变成了非无菌区,从而增加了手术中的风险。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中没有腔内探头套/经食道探头套,腔内探头套都是使用避孕套代替,或者食道探头不使用任何探头保护套,无法做到无菌操作的缺陷,本发明提供一种探头套、喇叭口、喇叭口组件及探头套的喇叭口缠绕方法,进行手术前,B超探头从喇叭口本体穿插进探头套内,只需少许用力往前直推B超探头,探头套就会从喇叭口上的安装段上自动捋开,探头套外壁不会接触到任何部位,达到真正无污染,无菌的状态,可以在手术过程中做到无菌操作。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种探头套,包括大口径段和小口径段;其中,
所述大口径段的自由端为开口端,所述小口径段的自由端为封闭端。
优选的,所述探头套还包括连接于所述大口径段和小口径段之
间的锥状的过渡段。
所述探头套为腔内探头套/经食道探头套,可以替代避孕套,在手术过程中可以做到无菌操作。
一种与上述任一项所述探头套配套使用的喇叭口,所述喇叭口上部为喇叭口本体、下部为安装段;其中,
所述安装段上端设有环形凸台。
优选的,所述安装段上部为筒状段,下部为锥状段。
所述喇叭口配合上述探头套使用,可以在超声波B超手术中做到无菌操作。
一种喇叭口组件,包括上述任一项所述的探头套以及上述任一项所述的喇叭口;其中,
所述探头套的大口径段套于所述安装段上,所述探头套的小口径段缠绕于所述安装段上。
优选的,所述喇叭口组件还包括橡皮圈;其中,
所述橡皮圈可套于所述喇叭口本体底部,并卡于所述环形凸台上方,用于将所述探头套固定于所述喇叭口上。所述环形凸台可以防止所述橡皮圈从所述喇叭口上滑落。
一种探头套的喇叭口缠绕方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将探头套的大口径段套入喇叭口的安装段;
B、用橡皮圈将探头套大口径段的开口端固定于喇叭口本体底部位于所述环形凸台上方的位置;
C、将探头套往上捋,直至探头套大口径段全部套在喇叭口的安装段上;
D、将探头套小口径段缠绕在喇叭口的安装段上。
采用本发明的探头套的喇叭口缠绕方法将探头套缠绕于喇叭口上,用于超声波B超手术,能够满足无菌手术的要求。
本发明的有益效果为:所述探头套为腔内探头套/经食道探头套,可以替代避孕套,配合喇叭口使用,在手术过程中可以做到无菌操作。同样,采用本发明的探头套的喇叭口缠绕方法将探头套缠绕于喇叭口上,用于超声波B超手术,能够满足无菌手术的要求。

下面结合附图对本发明的结构进行详细解释说明。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的探头套1包括大口径段11和小口径段12,所述大口径段11和小口径段12为一体式结构;其中,所述大口径段11的自由端为开口端111,所述小口径段12的自由端为封闭端121。
本发明实施例提供的探头套1还可以包括连接于所述大口径段
11和小口径段12之间的锥状的过渡段13,当所述探头套1包括大口径段11、锥状的过渡段13和小口径段12时,所述大口径段11、过渡段13和小口径段12可以为一体式结构。
本发明实施例提供的探头套1可以做为腔内探头套/经食道探头套使用,可以替代避孕套,在手术过程中可以做到无菌操作。
如图2所示,本发明实施例提供的与上述探头套1配套使用的喇叭口2,所述喇叭口2上部为喇叭口本体21、下部为安装段22;其中,所述安装段22上端设有环形凸台23。所述安装段22上部为筒状段221,下部为锥状段222。
如图3至图4所示,本发明实施例提供的喇叭口组件,包括上述探头套1、上述喇叭口2及橡皮圈3;其中,
所述探头套1的大口径段11套于所述安装段22上;其中,
所述橡皮圈3套于所述喇叭口本体21底部,并卡于所述环形23上方,将所述探头套1固定于所述喇叭口2上,所述探头套1的小口径段12缠绕于所述安装段22上。在具体操作时,优选将所述探头套1的大口径段11套于所述喇叭口2的筒状段221上,将所述探头套1的小口径段12缠绕于所述锥状段222上。
需要说明的是,由于所述安装段上端设有环形凸台23,当所述橡皮圈3套于所述喇叭口本体21底部时,所述橡皮圈3会被卡于所述环形凸台23上方,使所述橡皮圈3不会向下滑落。
如图5所示,本发明实施例提供的探头套的喇叭口缠绕方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将探头套1的大口径段11套入喇叭口2的安装段22;
B、用橡皮圈3将探头套1大口径段11的开口端111固定在喇叭口本体21底部位于所述环形凸台23上方的位置;
C、将探头套1往上捋,直至探头套1大口径段11全部套在喇叭口2的安装段22上;
D、将探头套1小口径段12缠绕在喇叭口2的安装段22上。
在手术时,只需将B超探头从喇叭口本体21处***,探头套1会从喇叭口2上自动捋下,将探头套1全部覆盖于B超探头表面,而且探头套1的外表面在套入B超探头的过程中不会接触到任何部位,达到真正的无菌状态。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明实质内容上所作的任何修改、等同替换和简单改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

- 一种探头套,其特征在于,所述探头套(1)包括大口径段(11)和小口径段(12);其中,所述大口径段(11)的自由端为开口端(111),所述小口径段(12)的自由端为封闭端(121)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的探头套,其特征在于,所述探头套(1)还包括连接于所述大口径段(11)和小口径段(12)之间的锥状的过渡段(13)。
- 一种与权利要求1-2任一项所述探头套配套使用的喇叭口,其特征在于,所述喇叭口(2)上部为喇叭口本体(21)、下部为安装段(22);其中,所述安装段(22)上端设有环形凸台(23)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的喇叭口,其特征在于,所述安装段(22)上部为筒状段(221),下部为锥状段(222)。
- 一种喇叭口组件,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-2任一项所述的探头套(1)以及权利要求3-4任一项所述的喇叭口(2);其中,所述探头套(1)的大口径段(11)套于所述安装段(22)上,所述探头套(1)的小口径段(12)缠绕于所述安装段(22)上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的喇叭口组件,其特征在于,所述喇叭口组件还包括橡皮圈(3);其中,所述橡皮圈(3)可套于所述喇叭口本体(21)底部,并卡于所述环形凸台(23)上方,用于将所述探头套(1)固定于所述喇叭口(2)上。
- 一种探头套的喇叭口缠绕方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:A、将探头套(1)的大口径段(11)套入喇叭口(2)的安装段(22);B、用橡皮圈(3)将探头套(1)大口径段(11)的开口端(111)固定于喇叭口本体(21)底部位于所述环形凸台(23)上方的位置;C、将探头套(1)往上捋,直至探头套(1)大口径段(11)全部套在喇叭口(2)的安装段(22)上;D、将探头套(1)小口径段(12)缠绕在喇叭口(2)的安装段(22)上。
