本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种同城卖家到货提醒技术的数据采集方法以及推送***。
背景技术
现在企业申请的专利数量越来越多,而且将专利用在市场上、产品中的情形也越来越多。
根据国家知识产权的数据库显示, OPPO公司 在2014年申请的发明专利数为938个,而同期 的腾讯公司 的发明专利数为1447个。这两家公司的发明中,有关于用户体验和用户直接操作相关的发明专利约占总数的80%左右。当然包括其他以用户体验为主的公司的类似专利申请也是具有很大的数量级,比如小米公司等。
考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
所以需要有一种方法能够通过实在的数据,及时评估相关技术的市场接受度或价值,同时,为了使得本人的上一个申请《一种同城卖家商品更新时的提醒方法和推送***》中的相关技术得到及时评估,特提出一种技术使用数据的采集/发送的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种同城卖家到货提醒技术的数据采集方法,目的在于针对于当前用户在网上购物时,同城商家没有现货,需要用户提前预定,或是不预定但需要用户随时关注商家到货情况,上述两种情况,对用户来说是非常不方便并且浪费时间的,这种用户体验不佳的情况,需要提供一种能够提醒用户同城商家的商品到货的方法,同时也可以方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种同城卖家到货提醒技术的数据采集方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户的信息接收端、用户输入的关注商品、用户预设的城市;
判断所述用户预设的城市的商家是否有所述用户输入的关注商品的现货;
若否,保持原状;
若是,向所述用户的信息接收端发送到货提醒,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
本发明实施例还提供了一种推送***,包括:
记录单元,判断单元,到货提醒单元,技术数据采集单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录用户的信息接收端、用户输入的关注商品、用户预设的城市;

该发明通过记录用户输入的关注商品,当同城的商家有货时,可以第一时间向用户发送信息提醒,从而用户不必关注特定商家的到货情况,也不必跟特定商家订货,方便用户网上购物,提升用户的网上购物体验,同时也可以方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。

在步骤S101中,记录用户的信息接收端、用户输入的关注商品、用户预设的城市。
在本实施例中,以用户网上购物为例,当用户希望在同城购买需要的商品,但商家没有现货时,用户把需要购买的商品、用户自己的到货信息接收端以及用户的城市,输入到***里。
信息接收端可以是手机短信、阿里旺旺、QQ、微信等。
在步骤S102中,判断所述用户预设的城市的商家是否有所述用户输入的关注商品的现货;若否,则进入步骤S103中,保持原状;若是,则进入步骤是S104中,向所述用户的信息接收端发送到货提醒,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
当有现货时,商家可在所述商品上添加现货标签,***根据所述标签判断是否有现货。

其工作原理是:记录单元21记录用户的信息接收端、用户输入的关注商品、用户预设的城市;判断单元22判断所述用户预设的城市的商家是否有所述用户输入的关注商品的现货;当所述用户预设的城市的商家有所述用户输入的关注商品的现货时,到货提醒单元23向所述用户的信息接收端发送到货提醒,同时,技术数据采集单元24向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。

    判断所述用户预设的城市的商家是否有所述用户输入的关注商品的现货;
    若否,保持原状;
    若是,向所述用户的信息接收端发送到货提醒,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
  2. 一种推送***,其特征在于,所述推送***包括:
    记录单元,判断单元,到货提醒单元,技术数据采集单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录用户的信息接收端、用户输入的关注商品、用户预设的城市;
