Description

本发明属于手机领域,尤其是涉及 一种信息自动回复后的技术权属状态推送方法以及手机 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 一种自动回复信息的方法以及手机 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种信息自动回复后的技术权属状态推送方法 , 目的在于 针对于当前手机不能主动识别用户运动状态、进行相应的操作的缺陷,需要提供一种蓝牙技术自动回复信息的方法, 同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种信息自动回复后的技术权属状态推送方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户的运动状态激活方式以及蓝牙发射器的信号与手机的匹配关系,记录自动回复电话拨打人的短信息;
通过接收到的蓝牙发射器的信号,判断用户是否激活运动状态;
若否,保持原样;
若是,调为无声状态;
判断是否有电话拨入;
若否,保持原样;
若是,向拨入的号码发送所述自动回复电话拨打人的短信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种手机,包括:
记录单元,运动判断单元,状态调整单元,电话拨入判断单元,信息回复单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录用户的运动状态激活方式以及蓝牙发射器的信号与手机的匹配关系,记录自动回复电话拨打人的短信息;
运动判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于通过接收到的蓝牙发射器的信号,判断用户是否激活运动状态;
状态调整单元,其输入端与所述运动判断单元的输出端连接,用于调为无声状态;
电话拨入判断单元,其输入端与所述状态调整单元的输出端连接,用于判断是否有电话拨入;
信息回复单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述电话拨入判断单元的输出端连接,用于向拨入的号码发送所述自动回复电话拨打人的短信息;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述信息回复单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过判断用户是否处于运动状态,可以通过其运动鞋内置的蓝牙发射器向手机发送信号,将手机自动调整为无声状态,并可以向来电的电话拨打人自动回复信息,让用户专心运动,避免了手机来电的打扰,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

在步骤 S101 中记录用户的运动状态激活方式以及蓝牙发射器的信号与手机的匹配关系,记录自动回复电话拨打人的短信息。
在本实施例中,以用户 A 的手机为例,记录用户的运动状态激活方式为其运动鞋内置的压力感应器持续 5 分钟以上感应到所受压力大于预设的最低运动压力,记录鞋内蓝牙发射器的信号与手机的匹配关系,记录自动回复电话拨打人的短信息为'抱歉,本人暂时无法接听手机,将在一小时内回复您。'。
在步骤 S102 中,通过接收到的蓝牙发射器的信号,判断用户是否激活运动状态。
根据现有技术,手机内置的蓝牙模块持续接收用户 A 的运动鞋内的蓝牙发射器信号,判断用户是否激活运动状态,即压力感应器持续 5 分钟以上感应到所受压力大于预设的最低运动压力。
在步骤 S103 中,若未激活运动状态,保持原样。
若未激活运动状态,说明用户 A 当前并未开始运动,保持原样。
在步骤 S104 中,若激活运动状态,调为无声状态。
若判断出用户 A 激活运动状态,手机自动调为无声状态。
在步骤 S105 中,判断是否有电话拨入。
当前用户正在运动,无暇接听电话,需要判断是否有电话拨入。
在步骤 S106 中,若无电话拨入,保持原样。
若无电话拨入,不需要进行任何操作,保持原样。
在步骤 S107 中,若有电话拨入,向拨入的号码发送所述自动回复电话拨打人的短信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
若有电话拨入,用户在运动过程中,暂时不便于接听,手机自动向拨入的号码发送所述自动回复电话拨打人的短信息:'抱歉,本人暂时无法接听手机,将在一小时内回复您'。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过判断用户是否处于运动状态,可以通过其运动鞋内置的蓝牙发射器向手机发送信号,将手机自动调整为无声状态,并可以向来电的电话拨打人自动回复信息,让用户专心运动,避免了手机来电的打扰,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

    记录用户的运动状态激活方式以及蓝牙发射器的信号与手机的匹配关系,记录自动回复电话拨打人的短信息;
    通过接收到的蓝牙发射器的信号,判断用户是否激活运动状态;
    若否,保持原样;
    若是,调为无声状态;
    判断是否有电话拨入;
    若否,保持原样;
    若是,向拨入的号码发送所述自动回复电话拨打人的短信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种手机,其特征在于,所述手机包括:
    记录单元,运动判断单元,状态调整单元,电话拨入判断单元,信息回复单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录用户的运动状态激活方式以及蓝牙发射器的信号与手机的匹配关系,记录自动回复电话拨打人的短信息;
