具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

在本发明实施例中,参照图1至图11,该全息投影盒用于与平板电脑10结合使用,该全息投影盒包括盒体100、设于盒体100内的成像膜300及放置于盒体100顶面的支撑盖板200,盒体100一侧设置用于观看成像画面的敞口101;支撑盖板200放置有平板电脑10,且支撑盖板200上设有供平板电脑10的屏幕投射图像的开口211;平板电脑10通过开口211为成像膜300提供光源,盒体100包括底板110、左侧板130、右侧板140及与底板110连接的背板120;左侧板130和右侧板140设置在背板120相对的两端上;且盒体100内放置有多个背景板400,多个背景板400的同一端铰接于一体,且背景板400设有翻页杆401;左侧板130和右侧板140的板面上均设有供翻页杆401活动的空隙134(144)。
本实施例中,为了增加全息投影盒的成像更立体,全息投影盒还包括放置在盒体100内的多个背景板400,多个背景板400的同一端铰接于一体,即多个背景板400形成一本书的结构;如此,可方便多个背景板400之间的自由活动;且背景板400均设有可通过折叠操作形成的立体模型,该立体模型与全息投影盒的播放图像或视频为配套产品,背景板400加上在成像膜300成像的图像或视频,形成一个更立体的画面。为了方便用户根据不同的播放图像或视频,切换与其配套的背景板400,因此在背景板400设有翻页杆401,该翻页杆401可设置在背景板400板面相对的两端上或直接一根翻页杆401贯穿具有厚度的背景板400中;左侧板130和右侧板140上均设有供翻页杆401活动的空隙134(144)。在本实施例中,空隙134(144)优选设置呈与背景板400的翻动轨迹一致的弧形空隙,如此设置既可减少外界透入的光对全息投影盒成像的影响,又方便翻动杆401的活动;当然在其他实施例中,空隙134(144)还可以设置呈矩形。优选地,该空隙134(144)中设有可限定翻页杆401纵向位移的限位块,该限位孔位于靠近空隙134(144)上下两端端末的位置,即当需要用到该书页时,该书页的翻页杆401可通过限位块固定纵向方向的位置。如此,可让用户通过左侧板130的空隙134、右侧板140的空隙144,抓取翻页杆401控制多个背景板400之间的切换。优选地,翻页杆401可设置呈不同的颜色或图案,方便用户辨认不同背景板400的内容;翻页杆401优选采用玻璃纤维材料制成,并在翻页杆401的末端套设有环保橡胶套,避免用户使用会刮伤。
优选地,成像膜300与底板110的夹角角度设置为45度,因为这个角度里成像膜300与支撑盖板200之间的成像效果是最佳的,播放出的图像或视频不容易失真。
优选地,多个背景板400均设置有磁铁块402。参照图12,为了不影响多个背景板400之间的使用,在每个背景板400中都设置一磁铁块,让背景板400通过磁铁块可粘贴,也可轻松分离;如此当某一背景板400需要用到的时候,将该背景板400翻开,而不需要用的背景板400因为磁铁块的磁性粘牢于一体。在本实施例中,背景板400优选采用白卡纸,背景板400中的内容采用彩色大豆油墨印刷,封皮采用可再生灰板制成。
优选地,全息投影盒还设置有配套使用的识别卡板500和功能识别卡牌510,识别卡板500放置在底板110朝向敞口101的一端,识别卡板500面向平板电脑10的一板面上设置一识别区域501,识别区域501上放置功能识别卡牌510。因为平板电脑10是放置在支撑盖板200上,不方便通过触摸平板电脑10进行操作,通过与配套APP应用程式配合使用实现交互过程,使操作更方便灵活。
进一步地,背板120在相对的两端上设有第一凸起121,左侧板130和右侧板140对应设有与第一凸起121适配的第一插孔131(141)。
进一步地,所述支撑盖板200为多个;各个支撑盖板200设有嵌入凹槽210,且各个嵌入凹槽210内可放置与其尺寸对应的平板电脑10;开口211设置在嵌入凹槽210的槽底;盒体100在其顶面通过放置与平板电脑10尺寸对应的支撑盖板200,以便适应不同尺寸的平板电脑10应用。具体地,支撑盖板200a为适用于Ipad各代平板电脑,支撑盖板200b为适用于Ipad Air各代平板电脑,支撑盖板200a和支撑盖板200c共同适用于Ipad mini各代平板电脑。
进一步地,盒体100在对应平板电脑10提供光源的位置设有遮光条。所述遮光条包括架设于所述左侧板130和所述右侧板140上的第一遮光条104;所述第一遮光条104靠近所述背板120设置,且与所述支撑盖板200抵接;所述平板电脑10提供光源的位置位于所述背板120与所述成像膜300之间,所述成像膜300的一端限定于所述第一遮光条104与所述支撑盖板200形成的接缝上。在本实施例中,以使用Ipad、Ipad Air及Ipad mini平板电脑为例,第一遮光条104设有两种尺寸,分别是第一遮光条104a、第一遮光条104b。参照图7和图8,当使用Ipad或Ipad Air平板电脑时,使用第一遮光条104a;参照图9,当使用Ipad mini平板电脑时,则使用第一遮光条104a和第一遮光条104b。
进一步地,遮光条还包括与所述第一遮光条104同一端面的第二遮光条405,且所述第二遮光条105靠近所述敞口101设置。
进一步地,底板110在远离背板120的一端上设置有依次连接且宽度一致的第一折板150、第二折板160、第三折板170及第四折板180;通过第一折板150、第二折板160、第三折板170及第四折板180之间的折叠与底板110板形成一立体凸起102;成像膜300的一端限定于立体凸起101与底板110之间的接缝处上;立体凸起102的第四折板180与底板110形成一空腔103;左侧板130、右侧板140在远离与支撑盖板200连接的一端上均设有可插接于空腔103中的卡接板133(143)。
进一步地,左侧板130和右侧板140在与底板110连接的一端上架设有固定条106,所述固定条106靠近所述立体凸起102设置。
进一步地,左侧板130和右侧板140上均设有第二凸起132(142),支撑盖板200上对应设有与所述第二凸起132(142)适配的第二插孔201。
进一步地,左侧板130为直角梯形板,左侧板130在其锐角的位置与支撑盖板200连接。
本发明还提供一种如上所述全息投影盒的成像方法,所述背景板400均设置可通过折叠操作形成的立体模型,所述立体模型与全息投影盒的播放图像或视频为配套产品,所述平板电脑10播放图像或视频通过所述成像膜300成像于所述盒体100内,所述成像膜300映照出所述平板电脑10播放的图像或视频与所述背景板400结合形成一个立体的画面。由于将全息投影盒结合平板电脑10使用,所述全息投影盒的盒体100内设置多个背景板400,形成具有纵深感的舞台,使全息投影盒的观影效果更佳;所述盒体100内设置有与所述底板110成45度角的成像膜300,使成像膜300与支撑盖板200之间的成像效果更好,使播放出的图像或视频不容易失真。
本发明还提供一种如上所述全息投影盒的交互方法,其方法包括如下步骤:
在所述平板电脑10上打开与全息投影盒配套使用的APP应用程式;
将所述平板电脑10设置有摄像头的一端朝所述敞口101的方向放置;
将相应的所述功能识别卡牌510放置在识别卡板500上的识别区域501上,所述APP应用程序调用所述平板电脑10的所述前置摄像头用于扫描所述功能识别卡牌510,将识别到的所述功能识别卡牌510的图像内容转换为相应的指令,完成交互过程。
具体地,使用的平板电脑10内均安装有全息投影配套使用的APP应用程式,参照图13,全息投影盒还设置一功能识别卡牌510与该APP应用程式交互使用,为了方便用户将功能识别卡牌510能正确而快速地放置在让平板电脑10扫描的位置,放置一识别卡板500在底板110与第一折板150连接的一端上,识别卡板500面向平板电脑10的一板面上设有一识别区域501;如此当用户将相应需要的功能识别卡牌510放置在识别卡板500上的识别区域501上,此时所述APP应用程序调用所述平板电脑10的所述前置摄像头用于扫描所述功能识别卡牌510,将识别到的所述功能识别卡牌510的图像内容转换为相应的指令,完成一个完整的交互过程。在本实施例中,功能识别卡牌510和识别卡板500均采用单粉纸材料制成。
优选地,所述识别卡板500上的识别区域501放置的功能识别卡牌510为数字卡牌,用于不同剧目的切换,所述数字卡牌的数量为多个,所述平板电脑10播放不同的剧目对应不同的数字卡牌,不同的数字卡牌对应不同的背景板400,根据不同的数字卡牌,抓取翻页杆401切换与其配套的背景板400。具体地,数字卡牌包括如数字卡牌1、数字卡牌2、数字卡牌3、数字卡牌4、数字卡牌5等,当选用数字卡牌1放在识别区域501上时,平板电脑10播放剧目1,
优选地,识别卡板500上的识别区域501放置的功能识别卡牌510为指令操控卡牌,用于进行指令操控切换,所述指令卡牌包括播放卡牌、暂停卡牌、返回卡牌、上一个卡牌和下一个卡牌中的一个或多个。具体地,当选用播放卡牌放置在识别区域501上,所述APP应用程序调用所述平板电脑10的所述前置摄像头用于扫描所述功能识别卡牌510,将识别到的所述播放卡牌的图像内容转换为播放的指令。
优选地,识别卡板500上的识别区域501放置的功能识别卡牌510为章节切换卡牌,用于进行不同章节的切换。章节切换卡牌包括剧场切换卡牌和游戏切换卡牌,放置剧场切换卡牌进入全息立体剧观看环节,放置游戏切换卡牌进入游戏互动环节。
优选地,识别卡板500上的识别区域501放置的功能识别卡牌510为互动道具卡牌,放置互动道具卡牌画面中掉落道具。具体地,互动道具卡牌包括水晶球卡牌、星星卡牌和钻石卡牌。放置水晶卡牌在识别区域501上,画面中就会掉落水晶,放置星星卡牌在识别区域501上,画面中就会掉落星星,放钻石卡牌在识别区域501上,画面中就会掉落钻石。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种全息投影盒,用于与平板电脑结合使用,其特征在于,包括盒体、设于所述盒体内的成像膜及放置于所述盒体顶面的支撑盖板,所述盒体一侧设置用于观看成像画面的敞口;
    所述支撑盖板放置有所述平板电脑,且所述支撑盖板上设有供所述平板电脑的屏幕投射图像的开口,所述平板电脑通过所述开口为所述成像膜提供光源;
    所述盒体包括底板、左侧板、右侧板及与所述底板连接的背板,所述左侧板和所述右侧板设置在所述背板相对的两端上;
    且所述盒体内放置有多个背景板,多个所述背景板的同一端铰接于一体,且所述背景板设有翻页杆;所述左侧板和所述右侧板的板面上均设有供所述翻页杆活动的空隙。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,所述成像膜与底板的夹角角度设置为45度。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,多个所述背景板均设置有磁铁块。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,还设置有配套使用的识别卡板和功能识别卡牌,所述识别卡板放置在所述底板朝向敞口的一端,所述识别卡板面向所述平板电脑的一板面上设置一识别区域,所述识别区域上放置所述功能识别卡牌。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的全息投影盒的成像方法,其特征在于,所述背景板均设置可通过折叠操作形成的立体模型,所述立体模型与全息投影盒的播放图像或视频为配套产品,所述平板电脑播放图像或视频通过所述成像膜成像于所述盒体内,所述成像膜映照出所述平板电脑播放的图像或视频与所述背景板结合形成一个立体的画面。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的全息投影盒的成像方法,其特征在于,所述背景板均设置可通过折叠操作形成的立体模型,所述立体模型与全息投影盒的播放图像或视频为配套产品,所述平板电脑播放图像或视频通过所述成像膜成像于所述盒体内,所述成像膜映照出所述平板电脑播放的图像或视频与所述背景板结合形成一个立体的画面。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的全息投影盒的成像方法,其特征在于,所述背景板均设置可通过折叠操作形成的立体模型,所述立体模型与全息投影盒的播放图像或视频为配套产品,所述平板电脑播放图像或视频通过所述成像膜成像于所述盒体内,所述成像膜映照出所述平板电脑播放的图像或视频与所述背景板结合形成一个立体的画面。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的全息投影盒的成像方法,其特征在于,所述背景板均设置可通过折叠操作形成的立体模型,所述立体模型与全息投影盒的播放图像或视频为配套产品,所述平板电脑播放图像或视频通过所述成像膜成像于所述盒体内,所述成像膜映照出所述平板电脑播放的图像或视频与所述背景板结合形成一个立体的画面。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的全息投影盒的交互方法,其特征在于,其方法包括如下步骤:
    在所述平板电脑上打开与所述全息投影盒配套使用的APP应用程式;
    将所述平板电脑设置有前置摄像头的一端朝所述敞口的方向放置,所述平板电脑的前置摄像头朝下;
    将相应的所述功能识别卡牌放置在所述识别卡板上的识别区域上,所述APP应用程序调用所述平板电脑的所述前置摄像头用于扫描所述功能识别卡牌,将识别到的所述功能识别卡牌的图像内容转换为相应的指令,完成交互过程。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的全息投影盒的交互方法,其特征在于,所述识别卡板上的识别区域放置的功能识别卡牌为数字卡牌,用于不同剧目的切换,所述数字卡牌的数量为多个,所述平板电脑播放不同的剧目对应不同的数字卡牌,不同的数字卡牌对应不同的背景板,根据不同的数字卡牌,抓取翻页杆切换与其配套的背景板。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的全息投影盒的交互方法,其特征在于,所述识别卡板上的识别区域放置的功能识别卡牌为指令操控卡牌,用于进行指令操控切换,所述指令卡牌包括播放卡牌、暂停卡牌、返回卡牌、上一个卡牌和下一个卡牌中的一个或多个。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的全息投影盒的交互方法,其特征在于,所述识别卡板上的识别区域放置的功能识别卡牌为章节切换卡牌,用于进行不同章节的切换。
