A dispenser system (1 ) comprising;
a processing unit (200),
one or more dispensers (100, 1 10, 120) each having a detection zone (130) and being connected to the processing unit (200), wherein each dispenser (100, 1 10, 120) is configured for containing a sanitizing material, the one or more dispensers (100, 1 10, 120) includes a first dispenser,
wherein the first dispenser is configured to:
detect a first person within a first detection zone;
retrieve alert data (420) representative of at least a first alert signal chosen among a plurality of alert signals from the processing unit (200);
provide the first alert signal;
detect release or no release of the sanitizing material from the first dispenser;
transmit first sanitary data (410) representative of the release or no release of sanitizing material to the processing unit (200); and wherein the processing unit (200) is configured to;
compile a plurality of historical data sets (400) wherein each historical data set (400) of the historical data sets (400) comprises data representative of a provided alert signal and release or no release of sanitizing material subsequently the provided alert signal,
analysing the plurality of historical data sets (400) and determining whether a user behaviour pattern has changed positively, negatively or is unchanged, and based on the historical effect of the provided alert signals on the user behaviour patterns determine at least the first alert signal to be provided to the first person onwardly, and 41
storing the alert data representative of the first alert signal so that the first alert signal can be retrieved by the first dispenser.
The dispenser system according to claim 1 , wherein the historical data sets (400) are configured to be updated to include the first sanitary data.
The dispenser system according to any of claims 1 or 2 comprising one or more identification tags (510) configured for being carried by persons present within a facility including the first person, wherein a first identification tag of the one or more identification tags (510) is configured to be carried by the first person, and wherein the first dispenser is configured to detect the first person within the first detection zone by detecting the first identification tag.
The dispenser system according to claim 3, wherein one or more historical data set (400) of the historical data sets (400) further comprises identification data (452) representative of an identification tag (510) of the one or more identification tags (510) detected within a detection zone (130) of a dispenser (100) of the one or more dispensers (100).
The dispenser system according to any of claims 3 or 4, wherein the first dispenser is configured to transmit first identification data representative of the first identification tag to the processing unit (200).
The dispenser system according to any of claims 5, wherein the historical data sets (400) are configured to be updated to include the first identification data. The dispenser system according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the one or more dispensers (100, 110, 120) includes a second dispenser, and wherein the second dispenser is configured to: detect the first person and/or a second person, within a second detection zone;
retrieve alert data representative of at least the first and/or a second alert signal of the one or more alert signals from the processing unit (200);
provide the first or the second alert signal;
detect release of the sanitizing material from the second dispenser;
transmit second sanitary data representative of the release of sanitizing material to the processing unit (200).
The dispenser system according to any of the preceding claims comprising one or more region detection units (500) configured to detect a person carrying one of the one or more identification tags (510), such as the first person and/or the second person, within a region detection zone, and configured to transmit region data (453) representative of the detection of the person.
The dispenser system according to claim 8, wherein the region data (453) is configured to be transmitted to the processing unit (200), and wherein the one or more historical data set (400) of the historical data sets (400) further comprises information representative of the detection of a person within the region detection zone.
The dispenser system according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the one or more dispensers (100, 110, 120) each comprises a conventional dispenser already installed in a facility and a separate dispenser unit being connectable to the conventional dispenser. A method for controlling a dispenser system (1) comprising one or more dispensers (100, 110, 120) configured for containing a sanitizing material, the one or more dispensers (100, 10, 120) includes a first dispenser, the method comprising:
