现有高频超声波雾化器,主要依靠导油棉导油,导油速率难以进行控制,容易出现供油过快出现雾化片泡油现象亦或者出现供油不足,即供油速率难以控制的问题,导致超声波高频雾化片无法正常工作,如雾化片雾化不出烟雾,难以发挥最佳雾化效果;即使控油速率合适,但雾化的烟雾需要穿过吸油棉才能被人体吸出,但是烟雾经过吸油棉的时候会导致颗粒长大且烟雾被削弱的负面影响;另外,连续吸烟时,若雾化片出现供油不足时还容易产生烧棉现象,影响烟雾口味;同时,导油棉干烧容易出现糊味或异味,甚至产生有害物质,危害使用者的身体健康。最后,导油棉带走热量多,导致烟体发烫,热效率低下,雾化启动速度慢等不良现象。
在电子烟中,雾化片可以将烟油变成烟雾,其材料一般为压电陶瓷。
中国专利CN201610145881.5公开了一种电子烟雾化器及电子烟,雾化器包括吸嘴和油杯,所述油杯与所述吸嘴之间设置有雾化腔连接;雾化腔由上盖和底座盖合形成;雾化腔内固定有第一发热体;第一发热体与储油片接触;储油片与油杯内的导油结构顶端接触;上盖上开设有至少一个与吸嘴腔连通的出气孔。第一发热体工作时,将液体雾化形成烟雾,与此同时雾化腔内的空气也被第一发热体加热使得雾化腔内的空气受热膨胀,此时雾化腔内形成一个高温高压的腔体,从而使烟雾与已经加热的空气在雾化腔内混合,之后 进而从出烟油雾通道自动喷出;由于雾化腔内烟雾是与已经加热的空气混合雾化的,因此烟雾口感细腻。
中国专利CN201610160216.3公开了一种超声波雾化器及电子烟,超声波雾化器包括雾化片和用于将液体导入到所述雾化片上表面的导液结构;所述导液结构与储液腔连通;所述雾化片上表面与气流通道相通;所述雾化片包括压电陶瓷层和用于驱动所述压电陶瓷层振动的导电体。该雾化片上不需要设置微孔喷出雾化气体,因此不会发生雾化气体颗粒较大堵塞微孔而无法喷出雾化气体的情况,同时可以更好地防止雾化器液体泄漏。
上述两项专利是申请人前期研究成果,但依然无法解决导油棉存在的过度供油或供油不足的弊端。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种无棉型超声波雾化器及电子烟,该雾化器利用第一雾化片喷雾供油,再用第二雾化片雾化烟油,两者结合可以解决传统导油棉存在的过度供油或供油不足的弊端。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种无棉型超声波雾化器,包括油杯、进气通道、出烟油雾通道和雾化组件;其结构特点是,所述雾化组件包括第一雾化片、第二雾化片;所述第一雾化片和第二雾化片之间形成雾化腔,且该第一雾化片的喷出端正对第二雾化片的雾化表面;所述第一雾化片与油杯的出油口连通,所述进气通道与所述雾化腔连通,该雾化腔与所述出烟油雾通道连通;所述第一雾化片上开有孔,第二雾化片为实心雾化片。
优选第一雾化片上的孔为微孔。
由此,本发明利用第一雾化片(最好是超声雾化片)将一定量的烟油通过微孔喷出来供油,再利用第二雾化片将适量烟油雾化,此种结构供油速率可控且精准,另外该雾化器没有采用导油棉作为储油或导油,可避免供油不足或供油过快造成的烧棉或者泡油现象,可以解决传统利用导油棉导油所造成的负面效果。
根据本发明的实施例,还可以对本发明作进一步的优化,以下为优化后形成的技术方案:
优选地,所述第一雾化片用于对烟油进行一级振荡雾化,所述第二雾化片用于对烟油进行二级振荡雾化。
在本发明的两个实施例中,优选所述第一雾化片和第二雾化片设置于油杯内侧。
作为一种具体的固定形式,所述第一雾化片和第二雾化片固定在一硅胶座的中空腔内,所述雾化腔由硅胶座的内壁面、第一雾化片和第二雾化片围成;所述硅胶座侧壁上开有与进气通道连通的通气槽孔和与出烟油雾通道连通的烟雾排出孔。
所述油杯的顶部通过环形的上底座固定有上盖,该上盖上端装有吸嘴;所述上盖下端装有位于油杯内的第一管和套装在第一管内的第二管;所述第一管和第二管之间的间隙形成与雾化腔连通的进气通道,该上盖侧壁上开有与该进气通道连通的通气孔槽;所述第二管的管内通道与吸嘴连通而形成与雾化腔连通的出烟油雾通道。
为了方便拆开油杯加注烟油,所述上底座与上盖之间为螺纹连接。
优选地,所述第一管和第二管的底端均固定在一固定座上,该固定座内固定有用于固定第一雾化片和第二雾化片的硅胶座,位于油杯内的该固定座 的侧壁上开有与进气通道连通的进气孔和与出烟油雾通道连通的烟雾排出孔。
所述固定座下端装有外电极环,以及通过绝缘环装在外电极环内侧的内电极环;所述油杯底端固定有下底座,该下底座上内侧通过连接绝缘环装有连接电极环,该连接电极环与所述内电极环电连接;所述内电极环通过导线分别与所述第一雾化片和第二雾化片电连接。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述第一雾化片位于第二雾化片的上方,所述固定座包括内筒和外筒,该外筒的壁面上部开有进油孔,该进油孔与第一雾化片的上端面连通。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,所述第一雾化片位于第二雾化片的下方,外电极环的侧壁上开有进油孔,该进油孔与所述第一雾化片的下端面连通。由此,第一雾化片将烟油雾喷向第二雾化片的雾化表面,经过第二雾化片雾化后,当依然存在大颗粒烟油雾时,大颗粒烟油雾在自身重力的作用下滴落在第一雾化片上从而被第一雾化片再次喷向第二雾化片的雾化表面进行三次雾化。
优选地,所述第一雾化片的孔径为40μm-100μm,更优选为45μm-60μm。
基于同一个发明构思,本发明还提供了一种电子烟,其包括电池组件和超声雾化器;所述超声雾化器为上述的无棉型超声波雾化器,所述电池组件分别为所述无棉型超声波雾化器的第一雾化片和第二雾化片供电。
藉由上述结构,本发明利用超声波第一雾化片雾化原理将烟油以雾状喷出至第二雾化片表面,由于第一雾化片喷出的烟雾属于大颗粒烟雾,并非所谓的升温雾化产生的烟雾,因此,经微孔雾化的烟雾无法达到传统电子烟的 雾化口感,需要再由高频超声波雾化片将大颗粒烟油雾化成细小颗粒烟雾,方能达到传统电子烟的雾化效果,并且将气道设于两雾化片中间,可将雾化的烟雾带出;且这种用第一雾化片喷雾来供给烟油,其供油量可以很好的控制,没口的供给量一致性好。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、雾化启动速度快,雾化效果充分,烟雾量大。

其中,puff为口数,即相同时间内雾化烟油的重量。
从以上的图表中可以看出:雾化启动时间最短的是本发明的技术方案—第一雾化片+第二雾化片,烟雾量的大小是指在单位口数中能雾化的烟油重量,即本发明的第一雾化片+第二雾化片组合方案能雾化的烟油量最多,因此烟雾量最大。
2、相对于第一雾化片+发热丝的传统方案而言,本发明的雾化器热效率高,热损失小,节能省电。因为第一雾化片需要发热丝给烟油加热,随烟油温度越高流动性越强,只有烟油温度上升到一定温度(临界温度)时,第一雾化片才能将烟油雾化形成烟雾;而本发明的第一雾化片+第二雾化片组合方案是先通过第一雾化片将烟油以烟液滴的形式定量的喷到第二雾化片上,然后第二雾化片再将这些烟液滴雾化形成烟雾,这样不仅雾化更加充分,烟雾量更大,而且更加省电省烟油。
3、雾化过程无棉参与,无糊味,异味,口味更加纯正。
4、由于本发明的雾化器始终保持无棉的状态,烟油保质期更长,烟雾口感更纯。

具体实施方式
以下将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。为叙述方便,下文中如出现“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”字样,仅表示与附图本身的上、下、左、右方向一致,并不对结构起限定作用。
实施例1
一种无棉型超声波雾化器,如图1-3所示,包括油杯14,该油杯14的顶部通过环形的上底座12固定有上盖2,该上盖2上装有吸嘴1;所述上底座12与上盖2之间为螺纹连接,上底座12与油杯14顶端之间设有密封环13。 所述上盖2下端装有位于油杯14内的第一管3和套装在第一管3内的第二管4;所述第一管3和第二管4之间的间隙形成进气通道,该上盖2侧壁上开有与该进气通道连通的通气孔槽19;所述第二管4的管内通道与吸嘴1连通而形成与吸嘴1连通的出烟油雾通道。
如图2和3所示,本发明的雾化组件包括用于对烟油进行一级振荡雾化的第一雾化片7、用于对烟油进行二级振荡雾化的第二雾化片6,其中所述第一雾化片7和第二雾化片6固定在一硅胶座8的中空腔内,所述硅胶座8为中空结构,内壁上开有第二雾化片固定槽23和第一雾化片固定槽24。所述硅胶座8的内壁面、第一雾化片7和第二雾化片6围成雾化腔。所述硅胶座8侧壁上开有与进气通道连通的通气槽孔22和与出烟油雾通道连通的烟雾排出孔。所述上底座12与上盖2之间为螺纹连接。所述第一雾化片7和第二雾化片6设置油杯14的中心位置,所述进气通道与所述雾化腔连通,该雾化腔与所述出烟油雾通道连通。
所述第一雾化片7的喷出端正对第二雾化片6的雾化表面;所述第一雾化片7与油杯14的出油口连通。
如图4所示,在喷嘴1的侧壁上开有与所述上盖2的通气孔槽19连通的通气口27。
如图2所示,所述第一管3和第二管4的底端均固定在一固定座5上,该固定座5内固定有用于固定第一雾化片7和第二雾化片6的硅胶座8,位于油杯14内的该固定座5的侧壁上开有与进气通道连通的进气孔20和与出烟油雾通道连通的烟雾排出孔21。所述固定座5下端装有外电极环9,以及通过绝缘环10装在外电极环9内侧的内电极环11;所述油杯14底端固定有下底座16,在下底座16与油杯14底端之间设有密封环15。所述下底座16上 内侧通过连接绝缘环17装有连接电极环18,该连接电极环18与所述内电极环11电连接;所述内电极环11通过导线分别与所述第一雾化片7和第二雾化片6电连接。
在本实施例中,所述第一雾化片7位于第二雾化片6的上方,所述固定座5包括内筒和外筒,该外筒的壁面上部开有进油孔28,该进油孔28与第一雾化片7的上端面连通。
本实施例中,所述第一雾化片7的孔径为40μm-100μm,烟油26由第一雾化片7振荡雾化形成50μm-120μm的大颗粒烟油雾,烟油雾喷向高频雾化片6的雾化表面由高频雾化片6振荡雾化形成70nm-130nm的小颗粒烟油雾。
一种电子烟,包括电池组件和超声雾化器;所述超声雾化器为上述的无棉型超声波雾化器,所述电池组件分别为所述无棉型超声波雾化器的第一雾化片7和第二雾化片6供电。
本实施例中,第一雾化片7的振动频率为100KHZ-200KHZ,第二雾化片6为实心结构,其振动频率为1MHZ-3MHZ。
本实施例的优点是:
1.采用超声波第一雾化片供给定量小颗粒烟油,然后采用高频超声波雾化片将小颗粒烟油雾化。
2.一体式雾化器,无棉结构,不糊味,不泡油,不会因为有棉而影响烟雾口感或引起烟油变质的问题,有效的提高烟油的保质期和烟雾口感更加纯正。
3.如图5和6所示,两个雾化片采用平放结构,且雾化面相对,第一雾化片设在第二雾化片之上,有利于烟油腔内的烟油快速的为第一雾化片供油;第一雾化片往下喷油至第二雾化片表面,第二雾化片将第一雾化片喷出的烟油 雾化。
4.气流从吸嘴处进气,然后经过第二雾化片后将烟雾从第二管排出,供用户吸食,这可以防止用户吸到第一雾化片上的微小烟油。
5.雾化器与电池采用带螺纹锁紧环锁紧挤压接触导电。
6.旋开吸嘴,则带动雾化芯拔出,即可往沿油杯内加注烟油26。
实施例2
一种无棉型超声波雾化器,如图7-9所示,所述第一雾化片7位于第二雾化片6的下方,外电极环9的侧壁上开有进油孔25,该进油孔25与所述第一雾化片7的下端面连通,余下结构与实施例1类似,不再赘述。
如图10所示,第二雾化片设置于第一雾化片的上方,当第二雾化片将烟油雾化后,如还有颗粒比较的烟液滴时,大颗粒烟液滴29滴落在第一雾化片的表面再次被第一雾化片振动喷射到第二雾化片上再次雾化;小颗粒烟雾被气流带走,供给用户吸食。
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:
1.超声波第二雾化片设置在第一雾化片的上方,使小颗粒的烟雾被带走,供用户吸食;大颗粒烟液滴29被滴落在第一雾化片上再次被喷射到高频超声雾化片雾化,提升烟雾口感。
2.外电极环上开设有进油孔25,使烟油26与第一雾化片7的表面直接接触。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种无棉型超声波雾化器,包括油杯(14)、进气通道、出烟油雾通道和雾化组件;其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括第一雾化片(7)、第二雾化片(6);所述第一雾化片(7)和第二雾化片(6)之间形成雾化腔,且该第一雾化片(7)的喷出端正对第二雾化片(6)的雾化表面;所述第一雾化片(7)与油杯(14)的出油口连通,所述进气通道与所述雾化腔连通,该雾化腔与所述出烟油雾通道连通;所述第一雾化片(7)上开有孔,第二雾化片为实心雾化片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无棉型超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一雾化片(7)用于对烟油进行一级振荡雾化,所述第二雾化片(6)用于对烟油进行二级振荡雾化。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的无棉型超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一雾化片(7)和第二雾化片(6)设置于油杯(14)内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的无棉型超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一雾化片(7)和第二雾化片(6)固定在一硅胶座(8)的中空腔内,所述雾化腔由硅胶座(8)的内壁面、第一雾化片(7)和第二雾化片(6)围成;所述硅胶座(8)侧壁上开有与进气通道连通的通气槽孔(22)和与出烟油雾通道连通的烟雾排出孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的无棉型超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述油杯(14)的顶部通过环形的上底座(12)固定有上盖(2),该上盖(2)上端装有吸嘴(1);所述上盖(2)下端装有位于油杯(14)内的第一管(3)和套装在第一管(3)内的第二管(4);所述第一管(3)和第二管(4)之间的间 隙形成与雾化腔连通的进气通道,该上盖(2)侧壁上开有与该进气通道连通的通气孔槽(19);所述第二管(4)的管内通道与吸嘴(1)连通而形成与雾化腔连通的出烟油雾通道。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的无棉型超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述上底座(12)与上盖(2)之间为螺纹连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的无棉型超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一管(3)和第二管(4)的底端均固定在一固定座(5)上,该固定座(5)内固定有用于固定第一雾化片(7)和第二雾化片(6)的硅胶座(8),位于油杯(14)内的该固定座(5)的侧壁上开有与进气通道连通的进气孔(20)和与出烟油雾通道连通的烟雾排出孔(21)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的无棉型超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述固定座(5)下端装有外电极环(9),以及通过绝缘环(10)装在外电极环(9)内侧的内电极环(11);所述油杯(14)底端固定有下底座(16),该下底座(16)上内侧通过连接绝缘环(17)装有连接电极环(18),该连接电极环(18)与所述内电极环(11)电连接;所述内电极环(11)通过导线分别与所述第一雾化片(7)和第二雾化片(6)电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的无棉型超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一雾化片(7)位于第二雾化片(6)的上方,所述固定座(5)包括内筒和外筒,该外筒的壁面上部开有进油孔(28),该进油孔(28)与第一雾化片(7)的上端面连通。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的无棉型超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一雾化片(7)位于第二雾化片(6)的下方,外电极环(9)的侧壁上开有进油孔(25),该进油孔(25)与所述第一雾化片(7)的下端面连通。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10之一所述的无棉型超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一雾化片的孔径为40μm-100μm,优选为45μm-60μm。
  12. 一种电子烟,包括电池组件和超声雾化器;其特征在于,所述超声雾化器为权利要求1-11之一所述的无棉型超声波雾化器,所述电池组件分别为所述无棉型超声波雾化器的第一雾化片(7)和第二雾化片(6)供电。
