eSIM的切换方法、切换装置及终端
本申请要求于2016年6月30日提交中国专利局,申请号为201610506308.2、发明名称为“eSIM的切换方法、切换装置及终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及终端技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种eSIM的切换方法、一种eSIM的切换装置和一种终端。
背景技术
eSIM(Embedded SIM,嵌入式客户识别模块)就是将传统SIM(Subscriber Identity Module,客户识别模块)卡直接嵌入到设备芯片上,而不是作为独立的可移除零部件加入设备中,这一做法将允许用户更加灵活的选择运营商套餐,或者在无需解锁设备、购买新设备的前提下随时更换运营商 。
在设备具备多个eSIM时,而在不同的场景下,可能需要设备切换至支持不同功能的eSIM,然而在相关技术中,通常都是基于用户手动切换来实现eSIM的切换,整个切换过程比较繁琐,影响用户的使用体验。
因此,如何实现eSIM的自动切换成为亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述技术问题至少之一,提出了一种新的eSIM的切换方案,实现了eSIM的自动切换,无需用户手动切换,简化了整个操作过程,提升了用户的使用体验。
有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种eSIM的切换方法,包括:检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力;判断所述终端的多个eSIM中支持VoWiFi功能的目标eSIM是否被启用;在所述终端所接入的目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力,且所述目标eSIM未被启用时,切换至所述目标eSIM。
在该技术方案中,VoWiFi(Voice over WiFi)能力是指基于WiFi (Wireless-Fidelity,无线保真)语音通话能力,终端若要实现VoWiFi功能则需接入无线局域网络以及开通VoWiFi业务,而终端一般通过接入接入点(Access Point,AP)来实现接入无线局域网络,所以通过检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力,以及判断终端的多个eSIM中支持VoWiFi功能的目标eSIM是否被启用,在确定目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力、且支持VoWiFi功能的目标eSIM未被启用时,切换至目标eSIM,以基于目标eSIM开通VoWiFi业务,从而实现了eSIM的自动切换,无需用户手动切换,简化了整个操作过程,提升了用户的使用体验。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否具有VoWiFi能力的步骤具体包括:检测所述终端基于所述目标接入点是否获取到ePDG地址;在确定所述终端基于所述目标接入点获取到ePDG地址,且所述目标接入点基于所述ePDG地址连接至ePDG服务器时,确定所述目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力。
在该技术方案中,可以通过检测终端是否能够基于目标接入点获取到目标接入点的ePDG(Evolved Packet Data Gataway,演进型分组数据网关)地址,并进一步地确定目标接入点基于该ePDG地址是否能够连接到ePDG服务器,若同时满足基于目标接入点获取到目标接入点的ePDG地址,并确定目标接入点基于该ePDG地址连接到ePDG服务器,则确定目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力,保障了目标接入点的VoWiFi能力检测的准确性。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力的步骤具体包括:检测所述目标接入点是否为VoWiFi接入点;在所述目标接入点是VoWiFi接入点时,确定所述目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力。
在该技术方案中,由于VoWiFi接入点具备VoWiFi能力,所以还通过检测目标接入点是否为VoWiFi接入点,在目标接入点为VoWiFi接入点时,可确定目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力,整个检测过程简单方便。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,在检测所述目标接入点是否为VoWiFi接入点的步骤之前,还包括:获取所述终端能够检测到的至少一个接入点的标识信息;判断所述至少一个接入点中是否存在标识信息中包含有标识VoWiFi能力信息的任一接入点;在确定所述至少一个接入点中存在所述任一接入点时,将所述任一接入点作为所述目标接入点。
在该技术方案中,获取所述终端能够检测到的至少一个接入点的标识信息(如信标帧或探测响应帧),以及判断至少一个接入点中是否存在标识信息中包含有标识VoWiFi能力信息的任一接入点,若存在,则将任一接入点作为目标接入点,具体地,终端可主动向能够检测到接入点发送探测响应请求,接入点在收到探测响应请求,向终端反馈探测响应帧,并在探测响应帧中表明是否具有VoWiFi能力(即标识VoWiFi能力信息),在探测响应帧中表明具有VoWiFi能力的接入点即为上述任一接入点;或能够检测到接入点主动向终端发送信标帧,并在信标帧中表明是否具有VoWiFi能力(即标识VoWiFi能力信息),在信标帧中表明具有VoWiFi能力的接入点即为上述任一接入点。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,在检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力的步骤之前,还包括:提示用户确认是否接入所述目标接入点;在接收到确认接入所述目标接入点的指令时,根据与所述目标接入点对应的预存储接入信息或根据获取到的所述用户输入的接入信息接入所述目标接入点。
在该技术方案中,通过提示用户确认是否接入目标接入点,并在接收到确认接入目标接入点的指令时接入目标接入点,由用户来确定终端将要接入的接入点,保证了终端基于所接入接入点的通信安全,同时也提升了用户的交互体验,另外,接入目标接入点的方法包括多种:若目标接入点是可信接入点或之前已建立过连接的接入点,则终端侧会存储目标接入点对应的接入信息(如接入密码),并基于预存储接入信息自动接入目标接入点,无需用户手动控制接入,整个接入点接入过程简单方便;若终端中未存储目标接入点对应的接入信息,则可提供信息输入界面接收用户输入的接入信息,并基于用户输入的接入信息接入目标接入点,保障了终端可以顺利接入目标接入点,满足了用户的不同需求。
根据本发明的第二方面,提出了一种eSIM的切换装置,包括:检测单元,设置为检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力;第一判断单元,设置为判断所述终端的多个eSIM中支持VoWiFi功能的目标eSIM是否被启用;切换单元,设置为在所述终端所接入的目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力,且所述目标eSIM未被启用时,切换至所述目标eSIM。

通过以上技术方案,实现了eSIM的自动切换,无需用户手动切换,简化了整个操作过程,提升了用户的使用体验。

步骤102,检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力。
具体地,可通过多种方式来检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力:
方法一:优选地,所述检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否具有VoWiFi能力的步骤具体包括:检测所述终端基于所述目标接入点是否获取到所述目标接入点的ePDG地址;在确定所述终端基于所述目标接入点获取到所述目标接入点的ePDG地址,且所述目标接入点基于所述目标接入点的ePDG地址连接至ePDG服务器时,确定所述目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力。具体可以是,终端监听所述目标接入点与ePDG服务器之间是否有数据通信,也可以是所述目标接入点对已与ePDG服务器建立通信连接进行标记并通知所述终端。
可以通过检测终端是否能够基于目标接入点获取到所述目标接入点的ePDG地址,并进一步地确定目标接入点基于该ePDG地址是否能够连接到ePDG服务器,若同时满足基于目标接入点获取到目标接入点的ePDG地址,并确定目标接入点基于该ePDG地址连接到ePDG服务器,则确定目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力,保障了目标接入点的VoWiFi能力检测的准确性。
方法二:优选地,检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力的步骤具体包括:检测所述目标接入点是否为VoWiFi接入点;在所述目标接入点是VoWiFi接入点时,确定所述目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力。

如图2所示,根据本发明的实施例的eSIM的切换装置200,包括:检测单元202、第一判断单元204和切换单元206。
其中,检测单元202设置为检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力。
具体地,检测单元202可通过多种方式来检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力:
方法一:检测单元202具体设置为:检测所述终端基于所述目标接入点是否获取到所述目标接入点的ePDG地址;在确定所述终端基于所述目标接入点获取到所述目标接入点的ePDG地址,且所述目标接入点基于所述目标接入点的ePDG地址连接至ePDG服务器时,确定所述目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力。具体可以是,终端监听所述目标接入点与ePDG服务器之间是否有数据通信,也可以是所述目标接入点对已与ePDG服务器建立通信连接进行标记并通知所述终端。

方法二:检测单元202具体设置为:检测所述目标接入点是否为VoWiFi接入点;在所述目标接入点是VoWiFi接入点时,确定所述目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力。
由于VoWiFi接入点具备VoWiFi能力,所以还通过检测目标接入点是否为VoWiFi接入点,在目标接入点为VoWiFi接入点时,可确定目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力,整个检测过程简单方便。
第一判断单元204设置为判断所述终端的多个eSIM中支持VoWiFi功能的目标eSIM是否被启用。
切换单元206设置为在所述终端所接入的目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力,且所述目标eSIM未被启用时,切换至所述目标eSIM。

在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,还包括:获取单元208,设置为在所述检测单元202检测所述目标接入点是否为VoWiFi接入点之前,获取所述终端能够检测到的至少一个接入点的标识信息;第二判断单元210,设置为判断所述至少一个接入点中是否存在标识信息中包含有标识VoWiFi能力信息的任一接入点;处理单元212,设置为在所述第二判断单元210确定所述至少一个接入点中存在所述任一接入点时,将所述任一接入点作为所述目标接入点。

如图3所示,根据本发明的实施例的终端300,包括:如图2所示的eSIM的切换装置200。
图4示出了根据本发明实施例公开的终端300的硬件结构示意图。本发明实施例中的终端300可以是不同类型的电子设备,例如:智能手机、平板电脑、掌上电脑以及移动互联网设备、个人数字助理、媒体播放器、智能电视、智能手表、智能眼镜、智能手环等。如图4所示,本发明实施例中的终端300包括:至少一个处理器310,例如CPU,至少一个接收器313,至少一个存储器314,至少一个发送器315,至少一个通信总线312。其中,所述通信总线312用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。其中,所述接收器313和所述发送器315可以是有线发送端口,也可以为无线设备,例如包括天线装置,用于与其他设备进行数据通信。所述存储器314可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
所述处理器310可执行所述终端300的操作***以及安装的各类应用程序、程序代码等,例如,上述的各个单元,包括所述检测单元202、第一判断单元204、切换单元206、获取单元208、第二判断单元210、处理单元212、提示单元214以及接入单元216等。
所述存储器314中存储有程序代码,且所述处理器310可通过通信总线312,调用所述存储器314中存储的程序代码以执行相关的功能。例如,图2中所述的各个单元(例如,所述检测单元202、第一判断单元204、切换单元206、获取单元208、第二判断单元210、处理单元212、提示单元214以及接入单元216等)是存储在所述存储器314中的程序代码,并由所述处理器310所执行,从而实现所述各个单元的功能以实现eSIM的切换。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述存储器314存储多个指令,所述多个指令被所述处理器310所执行以实现eSIM的切换。具体而言,所述处理器310检测所述终端300所接入的目标接入点是否具有VoWiFi能力;判断所述终端300的多个eSIM中支持VoWiFi功能的目标eSIM是否被启用;在所述终端300所接入的目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力,且所述目标eSIM未被启用时,切换至所述目标eSIM。
在进一步的实施例中,所述检测终端300所接入的目标接入点是否具有VoWiFi能力的步骤具体包括:
检测所述终端300基于所述目标接入点是否获取到ePDG地址;
在确定所述终端300基于所述目标接入点获取到ePDG地址,且所述目标接入点基于所述ePDG地址连接至ePDG服务器时,确定所述目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力。
在进一步的实施例中,检测终端300所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力的步骤具体包括:
检测所述目标接入点是否为VoWiFi接入点;
在所述目标接入点是VoWiFi接入点时,确定所述目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力。
在进一步的实施例中,在检测所述目标接入点是否为VoWiFi接入点的步骤之前,所述处理器310还:
获取所述终端300能够检测到的至少一个接入点的标识信息;
判断所述至少一个接入点中是否存在标识信息中包含有标识VoWiFi能力信息的任一接入点;
在确定所述至少一个接入点中存在所述任一接入点时,将所述任一接入点作为所述目标接入点。
在进一步的实施例中,在检测终端300所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力的步骤之前,所述处理器310还:
提示用户确认是否接入所述目标接入点;
在接收到确认接入所述目标接入点的指令时,根据与所述目标接入点对应的预存储接入信息或根据获取到的所述用户输入的接入信息接入所述目标接入点。
具体地,所述处理器310对上述指令的具体实现方法可参考图1对应实施例中相关步骤的描述,在此不赘述。
以下结合图5对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
在本实施例中,主要针对VoWiFi场景,终端可能安装了多张eSIM,其中一张eSIM开通了VoWiFi业务,终端实时检测所接入的接入点是否具有VoWiFi能力,如果该接入点具有VoWiFi能力,则终端将切换到开通了VoWiFi业务的eSIM上。
如图4所示,根据本发明的另一实施例的eSIM的切换方法,包括:
步骤402,终端实时检测所关联接入点(目标接入点)VoWiFi能力。
步骤404,判断该接入点是否具有VoWiFi能力,若是,执行步骤406;否则,结束。
步骤406,从多个eSIM中检测开通了VoWiFi能力的eSIM。
步骤408,判断是否存在开通了VoWiFi能力的eSIM,若是,执行步骤410;否则,结束。
步骤410,切换至开通了VoWiFi能力的eSIM。
其中,步骤404中已关联接入点VoWiFi能力的检测判断依据主要是判断该接入点是否加入到EPC(Evolved Packet Core,演进分组核心网)网络中,如终端基于该接入点发现接入点的ePDG地址(具体地,终端可触发接入点获取接入点的ePDG地址,或接入点的标识信标帧中会表明ePDG地址),确定接入点基于ePDG地址是否连接到ePDG服务器,如果该接入点有发现ePDG地址且连接到ePDG服务器,则证明该接入点具有VoWiFi能力。终端自动将eSIM切换到开通VoWiFi能力的eSIM上,其中eSIM的VoWiFi能力可以存储在eSIM中。
对于终端未关联接入点的场景,终端通过WiFi扫描获取能够检测到可用接入点的接入能力,如果存在可用VoWiFi接入点(即目标接入点),且该接入点终端之前已连接过或者是可信VoWiFi接入点,此时终端可自动连接到具有VoWiFi能力接入点上,对于具有VoWiFi能力但终端之前未连接过的接入点,终端可提示用户附近具有VoWiFi接入点确认是否连接,并根据用户输入的接入信息(如接入密码)接入VoWiFi接入点,在终端连接上VoWiFi接入点后,确定终端的接入接入点具有VoWiFi能力。其中,获取可用VoWiFi接入点的方法包括:终端主动向能够检测到可用接入点发送探测响应请求,可用接入点在收到探测响应请求,向终端反馈探测响应帧,并在探测响应帧中表明是否具有VoWiFi能力,在探测响应帧中表明具有VoWiFi能力的接入点即为可用VoWiFi接入点;或能够检测到可用接入点主动向终端发送信标帧,并在信标帧中表明是否具有VoWiFi能力,在信标帧中表明具有VoWiFi能力的接入点即为可用VoWiFi接入点。
在上述实施例中,针对VoWiFi场景,终端实时监测所接入的接入点是否具有VoWiFi能力,如果有则自动切换到具有VoWiFi能力的eSIM上,从而可在VoWiFi的场景下自动完成eSIM的切换,方便灵活,提升了用户的使用体验。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,本发明的技术方案提出了一种新的eSIM的切换方案,实现了eSIM的自动切换,无需用户手动切换,简化了整个操作过程,提升了用户的使用体验。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种eSIM的切换方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否具有VoWiFi能力;
    判断所述终端的多个eSIM中支持VoWiFi功能的目标eSIM是否被启用;
    在所述终端所接入的目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力,且所述目标eSIM未被启用时,切换至所述目标eSIM。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的eSIM的切换方法,其特征在于,所述检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否具有VoWiFi能力的步骤具体包括:
    检测所述终端基于所述目标接入点是否获取到ePDG地址;
    在确定所述终端基于所述目标接入点获取到ePDG地址,且所述目标接入点基于所述ePDG地址连接至ePDG服务器时,确定所述目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的eSIM的切换方法,其特征在于,检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力的步骤具体包括:
    检测所述目标接入点是否为VoWiFi接入点;
    在所述目标接入点是VoWiFi接入点时,确定所述目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的eSIM的切换方法,其特征在于,在检测所述目标接入点是否为VoWiFi接入点的步骤之前,还包括:
    获取所述终端能够检测到的至少一个接入点的标识信息;
    判断所述至少一个接入点中是否存在标识信息中包含有标识VoWiFi能力信息的任一接入点;
    在确定所述至少一个接入点中存在所述任一接入点时,将所述任一接入点作为所述目标接入点。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的eSIM的切换方法,其特征在于,在检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力的步骤之前,还包括:
    提示用户确认是否接入所述目标接入点;
    在接收到确认接入所述目标接入点的指令时,根据与所述目标接入点对应的预存储接入信息或根据获取到的所述用户输入的接入信息接入所述目标接入点。
  6. 一种eSIM的切换装置,其特征在于,包括:
    检测单元,设置为检测终端所接入的目标接入点是否为具有VoWiFi能力;
    第一判断单元,设置为判断所述终端的多个eSIM中支持VoWiFi功能的目标eSIM是否被启用;
    切换单元,设置为在所述终端所接入的目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力,且所述目标eSIM未被启用时,切换至所述目标eSIM。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的eSIM的切换装置,其特征在于,所述检测单元具体设置为:
    检测所述终端基于所述目标接入点是否获取到ePDG地址;
    在确定所述终端基于所述目标接入点获取到ePDG地址,且所述目标接入点基于所述ePDG地址连接至ePDG服务器时,确定所述目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的eSIM的切换装置,其特征在于,所述检测单元具体设置为:
    检测所述目标接入点是否为VoWiFi接入点;
    在所述目标接入点是VoWiFi接入点时,确定所述目标接入点具有VoWiFi能力。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的eSIM的切换装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取单元,设置为在所述检测单元检测所述目标接入点是否为VoWiFi接入点之前,获取所述终端能够检测到的至少一个接入点的标识信息;
    第二判断单元,设置为判断所述至少一个接入点中是否存在标识信息中包含有标识VoWiFi能力信息的任一接入点;
    处理单元,设置为在所述第二判断单元确定所述至少一个接入点中存在所述任一接入点时,将所述任一接入点作为所述目标接入点。
  10. 根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的eSIM的切换装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    提示单元,设置为提示用户确认是否接入所述目标接入点;
    接入单元,设置为在接收到确认接入所述目标接入点的指令时,根据与所述目标接入点对应的预存储接入信息或根据获取到的所述用户输入的接入信息接入所述目标接入点。
  11. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求6至10中任一项所述的eSIM的切换装置。
