2016年2月18日,全球移动通信协会(GSMA)发布了可重复编程客户识别模块(SIM,Subscriber Identification Module)卡的远程配置规范,面向物联网市场。GSMA尚未替这类SIM卡命名,外界则将其称为嵌入式SIM(eSIM,Embedded SIM)。GSMA表示,适用于智能手机等智能终端的eSIM规范将于2016年6月发布。
eSIM仍然是SIM卡的范畴,但它将传统SIM卡直接嵌入到设备芯片上,而不是作为独立的可移除零部件加入设备中。使用eSIM的设备可以取消掉传统的SIM卡插槽,而节省出来的空间让设备进一步变得纤薄,同时避免了卡槽容易进入灰尘、剧烈震动导致接触不良等问题,而且不用担心经常换卡插拔会损坏SIM卡及卡槽。
随着终端用户的增加,一个运营商的移动网络号码(MNC,Mobile Network Code)只能满足10亿用户,届时,就会出现国际移动用户识别码(IMSI,International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number)资源不足的情形。这样,多个终端设备共享一个号码必然会成为一种趋势。而eSIM就能很方便的担当这样的责任。多个eSIM终端设备可下载同一个号码,并将其中一个终端设备作为主设备,其他终端设备作为从设备。主设备和从设备可以共享流量或拨号功能,而主设备则专有业务查询与修改、接听电话等权限。采用这种主、从设备管理机制,会存在以下问题:当用户当前不 能使用主设备时(例如主设备没电而不能使用,或者用户忘记携带主设备导致主设备没在用户身边不能使用等),用户只能进行从设备权项的操作,没办法执行主设备权限的操作,会给用户的使用造成很大的不便,降低了用户体验的满意度。
发明内容
本发明实施例期望提供一种主从设备切换方法、从设备、管理服务器及计算机存储介质。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种主从设备切换方法,主设备和从设备中的eSIM卡使用同一号码;所述方法包括:
从设备接收主从切换指令;
基于所述主从切换指令,所述从设备向eSIM卡管理服务器发起主从切换认证;
所述从设备接收所述eSIM卡管理服务器对所述主从切换认证进行认证通过后反馈的切换成功通知。
本发明实施例还还提供了一种主从设备切换方法,包括:
eSIM卡管理服务器接收eSIM卡的从设备发起的主从切换认证;
eSIM卡管理服务器对所述从设备发起的主从切换认证进行认证通过后,将所述从设备设置为所述eSIM卡的主设备,并向所述从设备发送切换成功通知。
本发明实施例还提供一种从设备,所述从设备与eSIM卡的主设备使用同一号码,其包括:
交互模块,配置为接收主从切换指令;
切换申请模块,配置为在所述交互模块接收到主从切换指令后,向eSIM卡管理服务器发起主从切换认证,以及配置为接收所述eSIM卡管理服务器对所述主从切换认证进行认证通过后反馈的切换成功通知。
本发明实施例还提供了一种管理服务器,包括:
接收模块,配置为接收eSIM卡的从设备发起的主从切换认证;
切换处理模块,配置为对所述从设备发起的主从切换认证进行认证,且在认证通过后,将所述从设备设置为所述eSIM卡的主设备,并向所述从设备发送切换成功通知。
本发明实施例还提供了一种存储介质,所述存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行本发明实施例的应用于从设备中的主从设备切换方法。
本发明实施例还提供了一种存储介质,所述存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行本发明实施例的应用于管理服务器中的主从设备切换方法。
本发明实施例的有益效果是:
根据本发明实施例提供的主从设备切换方法、从设备、管理服务器以及计算机存储介质,eSIM卡的主设备和从设备中的eSIM卡使用同一号码;本发明实施例中的从设备可以接收主从切换指令,接收到主从切换指令后,向eSIM卡管理服务器发起主从切换认证;eSIM卡管理服务器对从设备发起的主从切换认证进行认证通过后,将该从设备设置为eSIM卡的主设备,并向从设备发送切换成功通知。因此用户在不能使用主设备时,例如主设备没电或者主设备没有在用户设备等,可以向从设备发送主从切换指令将从设备切换为主设备,从而可以正常行驶主设备权项的操作,能提升用户体验的满意度,更利于eSIM卡的推广使用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例只是本发明中一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
本实施例中,多个设有eSIM卡的设备可以使用同一号码。本实施例中的这多个eSIM卡的设备中,其中至少一个可以设置为主设备,其余的设备设置为从设备。本实施例中主设备具有专有的主设备权限,从设备之间的权限可以相同,也可以不同。且本实施例汇总主设备和从设备的具体权限可以根据具体应用场景灵活设定。例如可以设置主设备具有专有的业务查询、业务修改、业务申请等特有权限,而从设备则具有一般的流量使用、拨号等权限。
本实施例中,在从设备侧,eSIM卡的主从设备切换过程参见图1所示,包括:
S101:从设备接收主从切换指令。
本实施例中的主从切换指令可以是设备用户下发的,例如用户因为主设备没电或不在身份而导致当前不能正常使用主设备时,其可以向当前能正常使用的从设备下发主动切换指令。但应当理解的是,本实施例中主从切换指令的下发,也不排除由从设备之外的其他设备或装置检测到满足相应的切换条件时向从设备下发主从切换指令。例如可以设定:主设备在检测到自身电量低于一定阈值,预测到自己在短时间内会关机时,其可以自动向其中至少一个从设备下发主从切换指令。
本实施例中,除了用户不能正常使用主设备时下发主从切换指令外,用户还可以在其他任意时刻下发主从切换指令。也即本实施例中主从切换指令下发的时机可以根据具体应用场景灵活设定。例如还可以在号码信息有更新时下发或者从设备开机后下发等。
S102:基于所述主从切换指令,从设备向eSIM卡管理服务器发起主从切换认证。
本实施例中,从设备向eSIM卡管理服务器发起主从切换认证的方式包括但不限于以下两种:
方式一:
从设备向eSIM卡管理服务器发送主从切换申请,从设备所发送的主从切换申请中直接包含身份验证信息;
方式二:
从设备向eSIM卡管理服务器发送主从切换请求;
基于所述身份验证指令,所述从设备接收eSIM卡管理服务器发送的身份验证指令;
所述从设备向eSIM卡管理服务器发送身份验证信息。
对于上述两种方式可以根据具体需求灵活选用。本实施例中的身份验证信息包含设备身份验证信息和eSIM卡身份验证信息。也即本实施例中进 行身份验证时需要对设备和eSIM卡身份同时进行验证。具体的,本实施例中设备身份验证信息可以是能唯一识别设备的各种设备标识信息,例如设备的国际移动设备标识(IMEI,International Mobile Equipment Identity)。本实施例中的eSIM卡身份验证信息可以能唯一识别移动用户身份的各种标识,例如IMSI。
S103:从设备接收eSIM卡管理服务器对主从切换认证进行认证通过后反馈的切换成功通知。这样用户就可以知道从设备已经切换为主设备,具有主设备的权项,可以使用该从设备行使主设备权项的操作。能避免主设备不能被用户正常使用时,用户只能行使从设备权项的问题,可提升用户体验的满意度。
根据图1所示的切换过程可知,本实施例中使用同一号码的多个设备中,一个设备在某一时刻可能为主设备,但在下一时刻则可能由主设备切换为从设备,当然其也可一直为主设备。而对于一个当前为从设备的设备,则其可能在后续某个时刻切换为主设备。也即,本实施例中的设备可以在从设备和主设备之间切换,且可以来回切换。因此,本实施例中,当某一设备(从设备)向eSIM卡管理服务器发起主从切换认证之前,还包括判断自身当前是否为从设备,如不是,则没有必要发起该认证。如是,才向eSIM卡管理服务器发起该主从切换认证。
本实施例中,设备判断自身当前是否是从设备的方式包括但不限于以下方式:
方式一:向eSIM卡管理服务器发送查询消息查询自己当前是否是从设备。
方式二:设备在本地设置主设备标识和从设备标识,且该标识可以由用户设置,也可以由eSIM卡管理服务器对各设备进行对应的设置,例如eSIM卡管理服务器可以在对某个设置的权限设置成功后向该设备反馈对应 的主设备或从设备标识。这样设备可以直接从本地获取对应的标识判断自己当前是主设备还是从设备。
本实施例中,当某一从设备切换为主设备之后,还包括从eSIM卡管理服务器获取eSIM卡的主从设备信息。这样用户可以获取并查看到该eSIM卡的所有主设备和从设备信息,便于后续管理。
本实施例中,主从切换指令可以是在从设备开机过程中触发。此时,从设备接收主从切换指令之前,还包括:
从设备开机,获取自身eSIM卡的号码信息,具体可以在本地获取,也可以向eSIM卡管理服务器获取,并向用户发送是否进行主从切换的提醒指令;
本实施例中从设备开机并获取到eSIM卡的号码信息后,还可以先判断自身是否是从设备,如是,则向用户发送是否进行主从切换的提醒指令。向用户发送是否进行主从切换的提醒指令,可以在号码信息显示界面进行是否进行主从切换的提醒。显示本地的号码信息时,可以显示包括但不限于具体的号码、所述运营商、套餐情况以及套餐剩余情况等,还可显示设备自身信息,并同时显示主从切换的提醒框以供用户选择。具体参见图2所示。对于主设备开机获取到自身号码信息后也可以进行显示,具体参见图3所示。
在从设备完成开机后,用户可以在任意时刻根据自身需求向从设备下发主从切换指令。
本实施例中,主从切换指令也可以是在有号码更新时触发。从设备从eSIM卡管理服务器获取eSIM卡的号码更新信息后,向用户发送是否进行主从切换的提醒指令。从设备从eSIM卡管理服务器获取eSIM卡的号码更新信息的过程参见图4所示,包括:
S401:从设备接收eSIM卡管理服务器发送的号码信息更新通知后向 eSIM卡管理服务器发送号码信息获取请求,或从设备定时向eSIM卡管理服务器发送号码信息获取请求;
S402:从设备接收eSIM卡管理服务器发送的身份验证指令;
S403:基于所述身份验证指令,从设备向eSIM卡管理服务器发送身份验证信息;
S404:从设备接收eSIM卡管理服务器对其身份认证通过之后反馈的eSIM卡的号码更新信息。
本实施例S403中的身份验证信息也包括上述设备身份验证信息以及eSIM卡身份验证信息。从设备获取到更新后的号码信息后,也可以在号码信息显示界面向用户发送是否进行主从切换的提醒指令,显示方式参见图2所示。
本实施例中,在云端的eSIM卡管理服务器侧,eSIM卡的主从设备切换过程参见图5所示,包括:
S501:eSIM卡管理服务器接收从设备发起的主从切换认证。
如上所述,该主从切换认证可以是从设备开机后,且判定自身当前是从设备时所发起的。其触发条件及过程参见上述所示。
S502:eSIM卡管理服务器对从设备发起的主从切换认证进行认证通过后,将从设备设置为eSIM卡的主设备,并向从设备发送切换成功通知。
本实施例中,eSIM卡管理服务器对所述主从切换认证进行认证的过程包括但不限于:对发起该认证的从设备进行认证,包括从设备身份以及该设备中的eSIM卡身份进行验证。当从设备直接发送包含身份验证信息的主从切换申请时,则直接进行对该身份验证信息进行验证。当从设备发送的是不包含身份验证信息的主从切换请求时,则向该从设备下发身份验证指令,要求其发送身份验证信息进行验证。
S502中,eSIM卡管理服务器对从设备发起的主从切换认证进行认证通 过后,将从设备设置为eSIM卡的主设备,也即将该从设备的权限更新为主设备对应的权限。且eSIM卡管理服务器还可以将原来的主设备切换为从设备,也即将原主设备的权限更新为从设备权限。当然eSIM卡管理服务器也可以对原来的eSIM卡管理服务器不做任何改动,此时则允许同时存在多个eSIM卡的主设备。
应当理解的是,本实施例中的eSIM卡管理服务器可以为云端的运营商所设置的管理服务器,也可以是各运营商所设置的专门用于对eSIM卡用户进行管理的各种代理服务器。
实施例二:
本实施例还提供了一种eSIM卡的从设备,从设备与eSIM卡的主设备使用同一号码。本实施例中使用同一号码的多个设备中,一个设备在某一时刻可能为主设备,但在下一时刻则可能由主设备切换为从设备,当然其也可一直为主设备。而对于一个当前为从设备的设备,则其可能在后续某个时刻切换为主设备。也即,本实施例中的设备可以在从设备和主设备之间切换,且可以来回切换。请参见图6所示,本实施例中eSIM卡的从设备包括:
交互模块61,配置为接收主从切换指令;
切换申请模块62,配置为在交互模块61接收到主从切换指令后,向eSIM卡管理服务器发起主从切换认证,以及配置为接收eSIM卡管理服务器对主从切换认证进行认证通过后反馈的切换成功通知。这样用户就可以知道从设备已经切换为主设备,具有主设备的权项,可以使用该从设备行使主设备权项的操作。能避免主设备不能被用户正常使用时,用户只能行使从设备权项的问题,可提升用户体验的满意度。
本实施例中的主从切换指令可以是设备用户下发的,例如用户因为主设备没电或不在身份而导致当前不能正常使用主设备时,其可以向当前能 正常使用的从设备下发主动切换指令。但应当理解的是,本实施例中主从切换指令的下发,也不排除由从设备之外的其他设备或装置检测到满足相应的切换条件时向从设备下发主从切换指令。例如可以设定:主设备在检测到自身电量低于一定阈值,预测到自己在短时间内会关机时,其可以自动向其中至少一个从设备下发主从切换指令。
本实施例中,所述切换申请模块62向eSIM卡管理服务器发起主从切换认证的方式包括但不限于以下两种:
方式一:
切换申请模块62向eSIM卡管理服务器发送主从切换申请,且所发送的主从切换申请中直接包含身份验证信息;
方式二:
切换申请模块62先向eSIM卡管理服务器发送主从切换请求;
切换申请模块62基于所述主从切换请求,接收eSIM卡管理服务器发送的身份验证指令;
切换申请模块62向eSIM卡管理服务器发送身份验证信息。
对于上述两种方式可以根据具体需求灵活选用。本实施例中的身份验证信息包含设备身份验证信息和eSIM卡身份验证信息。也即本实施例中进行身份验证时需要对设备和eSIM卡身份同时进行验证。具体的,本实施例中设备身份验证信息可以是能唯一识别设备的各种设备标识信息,例如设备的IMEI。本实施例中的eSIM卡身份验证信息可以能唯一识别移动用户身份的各种标识,例如IMSI。
本实施例中,当某一从设备切换为主设备之后,切换申请模块62还从eSIM卡管理服务器获取eSIM卡的主从设备信息。这样用户可以获取并查看到该eSIM卡的所有主设备和从设备信息,便于后续管理。
本实施例中,主从切换指令可以是在从设备开机过程中触发。参见图7 所示,从设备还包括检测模块63和号码管理模块64;
检测模块63配置为在从设备开机后,获取从设备eSIM卡的号码信息,具体可以在从设备本地获取,也可以向eSIM卡管理服务器获取,并向用户发送是否进行主从切换的提醒指令;
本实施例中检测模块63在从设备开机并获取到eSIM卡的号码信息后,还可以先判断该设备当前是否是从设备,如是,再执行后续的主从切换过程。
本实施例中的号码管理模块64配置为对获取的号码信息进行显示,并在显示界面进行是否进行主从切换的提醒。显示本地的号码信息时,可以显示包括但不限于具体的号码、所述运营商、套餐情况以及套餐剩余情况等,还可显示设备自身信息,并同时显示主从切换的提醒框以供用户选择。具体参见实施例一中的图2所示。对于主设备的号码管理模块64进行号码信息后也可以进行显示,具体参见实施例一种的图3所示。
在从设备完成开机后,用户可以在任意时刻通过交互模块61根据自身需求向从设备下发主从切换指令。
本实施例中,主从切换指令也可以是在有号码更新时触发。从设备的检测模块63还配置为接收eSIM卡管理服务器发送的号码信息更新通知后向eSIM卡管理服务器发送号码信息获取请求,或定时向eSIM卡管理服务器发送号码信息获取请求;以及配置为接收eSIM卡管理服务器发送的身份验证指令;检测模块63向eSIM卡管理服务器发送身份验证信息,接收eSIM卡管理服务器对其身份认证通过之后反馈的eSIM卡的号码更新信息。
此处的身份验证信息也包括上述设备身份验证信息以及eSIM卡身份验证信息。从设备获的检测模块取到更新后的号码信息后,在检测设备当前是从设备时,号码管理模块64也可以在号码信息显示界面向用户发送是否进行主从切换的提醒指令,显示方式参见实施例一的图2所示。
应当理解的是,本实施例中的交互模块61、切换申请模块62以及检测模块63和号码管理模块64的各功能可以由设备的处理器或控制器实现,上述各模块可以够构造于处理器或控制器内,也可以单独的构造。
本实施例还提供了一种eSIM卡管理服务器,该eSIM卡管理服务器可以为云端的运营商所设置的管理服务器,也可以是各运营商所设置的专门用于对eSIM卡用户进行管理的各种代理服务器。参见图8所示,eSIM卡管理服务器包括:
接收模块81,配置为接收从设备发起的主从切换认证;
切换处理模块82,配置为对从设备发起的主从切换认证进行认证,且在认证通过后,将所述从设备设置为所述eSIM卡的主设备,并向从设备发送切换成功通知。
如上所述,该主从切换认证可以是从设备开机后,且判定自身当前是从设备时所发起的。其触发条件及过程参见上述所示。
所述切换处理模块82对主从切换认证进行认证的过程包括但不限于:对发起该认证的从设备进行认证,包括从设备身份以及该设备中的eSIM卡身份进行验证。当从设备直接发送包含身份验证信息的主从切换申请时,则直接进行对该身份验证信息进行验证。当从设备发送的是不包含身份验证信息的主从切换请求时,则向该从设备下发身份验证指令,要求其发送身份验证信息进行验证。
所述切换处理模块82对从设备发起的主从切换认证进行认证通过后,将从设备设置为eSIM卡的主设备,也即将该从设备的权限更新为主设备对应的权限。且eSIM卡管理服务器还可以将原来的主设备切换为从设备,也即将原主设备的权限更新为从设备权限。当然eSIM卡管理服务器也可以对原来的eSIM卡管理服务器不做任何改动,此时则允许同时存在多个eSIM卡的主设备。
本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述本发明实施例的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在计算机存储介质(ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。所以,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
为了更好的理解本实施例方案,下面以设备开机或云端的eSIM卡管理服务器通知号码信息发生变更后进行主从切换指令提示的整个流程进行示例说明。参见图9所示,包括:
S901:设备开机或云端通知号码信息发生变更。
S902:设备获取号码信息。
S903:判断当前是否是从设备,如是,转至S904,否则,转至S907。
S904:结合从设备菜单进行号码信息显示,提示用户是否进行主从切换。
S905:判断是否接收到主从切换指令,如是,转至S906;否则,转至S908。
S906:向云端申请切换为主设备,申请过程参见上述切换过程。
S907:结合主设备菜单进行号码信息显示。
S908:结束本次会话。
通过本实施例提供的方案,用户在不能使用主设备时,例如主设备没电或者主设备没有在用户设备等,可以向从设备发送主从切换指令将从设备切换为主设备,从而可以正常行驶主设备权项的操作,能提升用户体验的满意度,更利于eSIM卡的推广使用。

  1. 一种主从设备切换方法,主设备和从设备中的嵌入式SIM eSIM卡使用同一号码;所述方法包括:
    从设备接收主从切换指令;
    基于所述主从切换指令,所述从设备向eSIM卡管理服务器发起主从切换认证;
    所述从设备接收所述eSIM卡管理服务器对所述主从切换认证进行认证通过后反馈的切换成功通知。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的主从设备切换方法,其中,所述从设备向eSIM卡管理服务器发起主从切换认证包括:
    所述从设备向所述eSIM卡管理服务器发送主从切换申请,所述主从切换申请中包含身份验证信息;
    或,

    所述从设备接收所述eSIM卡管理服务器发送的身份验证指令;
    基于所述身份验证指令,所述从设备向所述eSIM卡管理服务器发送身份验证信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的主从设备切换方法,其中,所述身份验证信息包含设备身份验证信息和eSIM卡身份验证信息。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的主从设备切换方法,其中,所述从设备向eSIM卡管理服务器发起主从切换认证之前,所述方法还包括:判断自身当前是否为从设备。
  5. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的主从设备切换方法,其中,所述从设备切换为主设备后,还包括从所述eSIM卡管理服务器获取所述eSIM卡的主从设备信息。
  6. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的主从设备切换方法,其中,所述从设备接收主从切换指令之前,还包括:
    所述从设备开机,获取自身eSIM卡的号码信息,并向用户发送是否进行主从切换的提醒指令;
    或,
    所述从设备从所述eSIM卡管理服务器获取eSIM卡的号码更新信息后,向用户发送是否进行主从切换的提醒指令。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的主从设备切换方法,其中,所述从设备从所述eSIM卡管理服务器获取eSIM卡的号码更新信息时,包括:
    所述从设备接收所述eSIM卡管理服务器发送的号码信息更新通知后,向所述eSIM卡管理服务器发送号码信息获取请求,或所述从设备定时向所述eSIM卡管理服务器发送号码信息获取请求;
    所述从设备接收所述eSIM卡管理服务器发送的身份验证指令;
    基于所述身份验证指令,所述从设备向所述eSIM卡管理服务器发送身份验证信息;
    所述从设备接收所述eSIM卡管理服务器对其身份认证通过之后反馈的eSIM卡的号码更新信息。
  8. 一种主从设备切换方法,包括:
    eSIM卡管理服务器接收从设备发起的主从切换认证;
    eSIM卡管理服务器对所述从设备发起的主从切换认证进行认证通过后,将所述从设备设置为所述eSIM卡的主设备,并向所述从设备发送切换成功通知。
  9. 一种从设备,所述从设备与eSIM卡的主设备使用同一号码,其包括:
    交互模块,配置为接收主从切换指令;
    切换申请模块,配置为在所述交互模块接收到主从切换指令后,向eSIM卡管理服务器发起主从切换认证,以及配置为接收所述eSIM卡管理服务器对所述主从切换认证进行认证通过后反馈的切换成功通知。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的从设备,其中,所述切换申请模块,配置为向所述eSIM卡管理服务器发送主从切换申请,所述主从切换申请中包含身份验证信息;或者,向所述eSIM卡管理服务器发送主从切换请求;接收所述eSIM卡管理服务器发送的身份验证指令;基于所述身份验证指令,向所述eSIM卡管理服务器发送身份验证信息。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的从设备,其中,所述从设备还包括检测模块和号码管理模块;其中,
    所述判断模块,配置为开机后,获取eSIM卡的号码信息;并向用户发送是否进行主从切换的提醒指令;
    所述号码管理模块,配置为对获取的eSIM卡的号码信息进行显示,并在显示界面进行是否进行主从切换的提醒。
  12. 一种管理服务器,包括:
    接收模块,配置为接收从设备发起的主从切换认证;
    切换处理模块,配置为对所述从设备发起的主从切换认证进行认证,且在认证通过后,将所述从设备设置为所述eSIM卡的主设备,并向所述从设备发送切换成功通知。
  13. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至7任一项所述的主从设备切换方法。
  14. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求8所述的主从设备切换方法。
