Definitions
- the invention relates to a climate tube for an aircraft for guiding a gas.
- climate tubes lead e.g. Air for air conditioning.
- the air conditioning takes place for an interior of the aircraft, e.g. the passenger cabin of the aircraft.
- the air tube is therefore intended to mount in the passenger cabin of the aircraft.
- the air conditioning tubes in the aviation sector must also be as light as possible and meet fire safety requirements.
- the object of the present invention is to propose improvements in terms of air-conditioning tubes.
- the air tube is used to guide a gas and is intended for proper installation in an aircraft.
- the air tube has a wall.
- the wall is a sandwich component.
- the wall contains at least one fabric which forms a first layer of the wall and at least one non-woven of glass-containing material which forms a second layer of the wall.
- the fabric is in particular a glass fabric or a glass-carbon fabric (hybrid weave) or a carbon fabric.
- the nonwoven contains in particular an oxidic glass. Preferably, it is an E-glass. It preferably contains 53 to 55 wt .-% SiO z and 14 to 15 wt .-% Al 2 0 3rd
- the glass has a temperature resistance up to 1000 ° C. In particular, the nonwoven on a uniform fiber distribution.
- the wall limits the air tube to an outside space.
- the exterior space is the space surrounding the climate pipe. In the bounded by the wall interior, the gas is passed.
- the nonwoven results in a reduction in the microporosity of the fiber composite of the first and second layers. This serves to improve the tightness, in particular airtightness, of the wall and thus of the climate pipe and thus leads to a reduction in the leakage rate at Kll arohr.
- the leakage rate describes how much gas penetrates the wall per unit of time.
- the wall may contain further layers of nonwovens, fabrics or other layers.
- the or one of the nonwovens forms a cover layer which faces the interior.
- the fleece is thus the innermost layer, which at best, for example. is still surrounded by resin of a prepreg, paint or applications.
- the fleece or a nonwoven material results in an improvement in the surface of the climate pipe, since a nonwoven fabric as a cover layer results in a smoother component surface on the climate pipe. Overall, this results in a lower leakage rate of the tube.
- the wall contains another fabric forming a third layer of the wall.
- the nonwoven fabric of the second layer is disposed between the two fabrics of the first and third layers.
- the interposition of a fleece between two fabrics in the sandwich component results in an overall more stable sandwich construction, which is also thanks to the fleece also tight against gas passage.
- at least one of the fabrics is a fabric of a pre-impregnated fiber (fabric impregnated with resin). The fabric is thus made available or processed as a prepreg for the sandwich composite. Prepregs are commercially available in a large selection, so that the air tube in this regard is easy to produce.
- all fabrics are those of respective prepregs.
- this embodiment results in an integration of nonwoven or nonwoven fabric in a prepreg composite for improving the leakage properties of the air tube.
- a - especially dry - semi-finished nonwoven fabric in the prepreg composite the required tightness of the air tube, in particular in the form of air guide components, achieved and (especially in the case of nonwoven as cover layer) significantly improves the surface of the wall.
- the web has a grammage of from 20 grams per square meter to 70 grams per square meter, especially a grammage of from 30 grams per square meter to 50 grams per square meter. According to the invention, this results in the use of particular dry nonwoven fabrics with a low basis weight of 30 to 50 grams per square meter. These weights have been found, especially for aerospace applications, as a good compromise between the weight of the fleece or the air tube and the achievable lowering of the leakage rate.
- the climate pipe is a climate pipe for guiding air as a gas. According to this embodiment, therefore, there is an air-conditioning tube with improved airtightness.
- At least one of the nonwovens has a thickness of 0.1 to 0.8 millimeters, in particular 0.3 to 0.5 millimeters.
- At least one of the nonwovens has a binder content of 3 percent to 10 percent, in particular 5 percent.
- the binder is used in the production of the nonwoven fabric for cohesion of the nonwoven fibers.
- the object is also achieved by a method according to claim 9.
- the method is used for producing a climate pipe according to the invention.
- the procedure and at least a part of its embodiments and the respective advantages have been explained analogously already in connection with the Klimarohr invention.
- At least one of the fabrics forming the first layer of the wall and at least one of the nonwovens forming the second layer of the wall are manufactured as a sandwich component to the wall.
- the production of the air tube as a sandwich component is particularly simple and inexpensive.
- At least one of the fabrics is provided as or in the form or as part of a prepreg.
- One of the nonwovens is consolidated with the prepreg into a dressing.
- the nonwoven can be provided as a prepreg.
- This means that the nonwoven fabric has been impregnated with a resin, preferably with the same resin as the fabric.
- the wall or the air tube is made using the dressing - in particular together with other layers - to the air tube.
- solidate is meant the corresponding adhesion or adhesion of the web to the resin or the sticky surface of the prepreg. After production of the prepreg, therefore, the nonwoven is applied to the prepreg. Additional resin or other auxiliaries are not necessary for this, since the prepreg per se has sufficient resin or a sticky surface to which the nonwoven adheres.
- the handling of the nonwoven in the manufacturing process for the air tube is particularly simple, since this no longer has to be handled separately.
- the fleece is provided as a dry nonwoven semifinished product and consolidated into a dressing.
- the handling of a dry nonwoven semifinished product is particularly easy to consolidate.
- the dressing is consolidated by rolling up the prepreg together with the web.
- a Anyakrang results. Pressing force with which the nonwoven is pressed onto the prepreg, so that it adheres particularly well to the excess resin of the prepreg or the sticky surface of the prepreg.
- the bandage on the one hand and at least one further layer of the wall of the air tube on the other hand inserted into separate steps in a mold before the inserted in the mold structure is made in the form to the wall or the air tube.
- the production of the air tube thus runs in principle the same as in the same climate tubes without fleece insert, in which the fabric is inserted alone as a prepreg.
- the motivation of the invention is an improvement of the leakage or leakage properties of climate pipes.
- An improvement in the air-tightness or a reduction in the leakage rate on a climate pipe can be achieved by brushing sealing lacquer on the component surface, that is to say the surface of the climate pipe.
- the invention consists in particular in the use of a nonwoven, in particular dry nonwoven, as a micro sandwich in air conduction components. According to the invention, nonwoven webs are used in particular.
- a reduction of the workload is achieved, in particular eliminates the sealing varnish or its order.
- Components according to the invention have higher stability at almost the same weight.
- the fleece is in particular a dry fleece, that is to say such without resin application.
- an already existing or known air tube according to the invention can be modified in particular in the field of aviation.
- a fleece is thus introduced during the production of the air tube. Since the fleece is in itself an incombustible material, the fire load in the air tube and thus in the aircraft is thereby changed only slightly or not at all.
- An aeronautical approval for such a modified air tube is therefore particularly simple and inexpensive possible.
- a dry nonwoven web after the preparation of a prepreg without the use of additional resin is consolidated therewith by rolling up. According to the invention results in a leakage optimization of air guide components.
- FIG. 1 shows a climate pipe according to the invention
- Figure 2 shows a wall of a climate pipe according to the invention in their production
- Figure 3. the insertion of the components of the air tube in a mold during manufacture.
- FIG. 1 shows a finished air-conditioning tube 2.
- the climate-controlled tube has a wall 8.
- the wall 8 limits the air tube to an outside space 16.
- the air tube is thus surrounded by an exterior space 16.
- the air tube extends along a central longitudinal axis 18.
- the wall 8 surrounds an interior 24 of the air tube.
- the interior 24 serves to guide a gas, not shown here, here air.
- FIG. 2 symbolically shows a section of the air tube 2 or its wall 8 during its production between a metallic tool 4 and a press bladder 6.
- the central longitudinal axis 18 is symbolically indicated here.
- the wall 8 is a sandwich component.
- the wall 8 includes a fabric 10 forming a first layer of the wall 8, a nonwoven fabric 12 formed of a glass containing material forming a second layer of the wall 8, and a fabric 1 forming a third layer of the wall 8.
- the fleece 12 is thus arranged between the two fabrics 10, 14.
- the fabrics 10, 14 are prefabricated in the example as prepregs, that is impregnated or impregnated with a resin.
- the components are hissing tool 4 and press bladder 6 assembled by pressure of the press bladder 6 in the direction of the tool 4 out.
- the fabrics 10, 14 are each provided in the form of a prepreg 20.
- the fabric 10 and the nonwoven fabric 12 are prior to introduction between tool 4 and compressed bladder 6 are consolidated into a dressing 22, which is indicated in Figure 1 by a dashed frame.
- the mat 12 is applied to the prepreg 20 and held thereon by the excess resin or tacky surface of the prepreg 20.
- the dressing 22, and the remaining fabric 14, which is also provided as a prepreg 20, are then made to the air tube 2 and the wall 8, respectively.

Description
Leckageeigenschaften an Klimarohren.
