Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a semi-prefabricated concrete-filled steel tubular column (CFST) having inner high-strength steel and a fabrication method for same, comprising a steel tube and arranged within same a vertical sequence of prefabricated concrete sections separated each from the others; a gap is left between the inner wall of the steel tube and the outer walls of the prefabricated concrete sections; vertically reserved in the center of each prefabricated concrete section is a through-hole for steel rebar, said rebar through-hole being used for inserting steel rebar; a gap is left between the walls of the rebar through-hole and the outer wall of the steel rebar; grout is injected into the inside of the steel tubular column; the grout fills in all the gaps left between the concrete sections, the gaps between the walls of the rebar through-hole and the outer wall of the steel rebar, and the gap left between the inner wall of the steel tube and the outer walls of the prefabricated concrete sections. The semi-prefabricated CFST having inner high-strength steel of the present method presents noticeably reduced sectional dimensions for same bearing requirements, thus increasing the usable floorspace of buildings and achieving excellent economic and social benefits.
