Description

Air conditioner
The present invention relates to a ceiling embedded type air conditioner.
The ceiling-embedded air conditioner that is installed embedded in the ceiling of the room is formed so that the air inlet that sucks in indoor air and the outlet that blows out the air sucked from the air inlet open downward. There is something that has been. Such an air conditioner has a function of preventing the air blown from the blowout outlet from directly hitting a person below (so-called draft) and a function of suppressing ceiling dirt (so-called smudging). There is.
As what has the function which prevents a draft, the draft control is prevented by drastically lowering the wind direction control louver provided in the air outlet, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, and the ceiling surface is smudged. There is an air conditioner to suppress.

However, in the air conditioner described in Patent Document 1, since the wind direction is controlled only by the louver greatly lowered from the air outlet, the air direction from the air outlet to the louver cannot be controlled. Accordingly, there is a possibility that the louver cannot reliably receive the air blown out from the outlet and the draft cannot be sufficiently prevented.
Moreover, in the air conditioner described in Patent Document 1, since the surface of the decorative panel continuously extends from the air outlet to the ceiling, a part of the air blown out from the air outlet extends along the surface of the decorative panel. And the ceiling surface smudging may not be sufficiently suppressed.

In order to solve the above problems, the air conditioner of the present invention employs the following means.
That is, the air conditioner according to an aspect of the present invention is an air conditioner that is a ceiling-embedded type that blows out air sucked from a suction port from a blowout port, and the suction port and the blowout port are formed. A main body, a louver supported by the main body, disposed near the outlet, and configured to adjust a wind direction of air blown from the outlet; and an air supported by the main body and adjusted by the louver. A flap mechanism having a guide portion that guides the air outlet in a predetermined direction, wherein the guide portion closes the blowout port in the vicinity of the louver, and is below the blowout port and by the louver. It is possible to move between the second position where the air whose air direction is adjusted is received.
In the above configuration, the guide portion of the flap mechanism can move between the first position, which is a position near the louver, and the second position, which is located below the outlet. In the air conditioner according to an aspect of the present invention, the main body has a panel connected to the outlet and extending along a ceiling in a downstream direction of the air blown from the outlet. The guide portion may be movable to a third position along the panel portion, and at least a downstream end portion that is an end portion in the downstream direction is lower than the panel portion.
In the above configuration, since the guide portion of the flap mechanism is along the panel portion, when the guide portion is located at the third position, a part of the air blown out from the outlet flows along the lower surface of the guide portion. At this time, since at least the downstream end portion of the guide portion is below the panel portion, the air flowing along the lower surface of the guide portion hardly flows to the ceiling side. Therefore, air convection in the vicinity of the ceiling can be suppressed, and ceiling smudging can be suppressed.
Further, in the air conditioner according to one aspect of the present invention, the downstream end portion of the guide portion located at the third position is located closer to the downstream side than one end of the panel portion in the downstream direction. Also good.
In the above configuration, the downstream end portion of the guide portion located at the third position is located on the downstream side of the downstream end of the panel portion. Therefore, when the guide part of the flap mechanism is located at the third position, the air flowing along the lower surface of the guide part is less likely to flow to the ceiling side. Thereby, it can prevent that air flows along the surface of a panel part. Therefore, air convection in the vicinity of the ceiling can be reliably suppressed, and ceiling smudging can be suppressed.
Moreover, the air conditioner which concerns on 1 aspect of this invention WHEREIN: The said louver has a louver support end part supported by the said main-body part, and the free end part which is the other end of the said louver support end part, The said louver The free end can move up and down with a support end as a fulcrum, and the guide portion includes a downstream end that is an end on the downstream side of the air blown from the outlet, and a downstream end of the downstream end An upstream end that is the other end, and the upstream end of the guide portion that is located at the second position is lower than the downward extension line of the louver when the free end is located at the lowest position. You may locate in the upstream direction side which is an opposite direction with respect to the said downstream direction.
In the above configuration, the upstream end portion of the guide portion located at the second position is located on the upstream side with respect to the downward extension line of the louver when the free end portion is located at the lowest position. Therefore, when the guide portion is located at the second position, the air flowing along the surface of the louver is reliably received by the guide portion without flowing downward from the upstream side of the upstream end portion of the guide portion. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the draft during operation of the air conditioner.
In the air conditioner according to an aspect of the present invention, the flap mechanism includes a rotation driving unit fixed to the main body, a first support end supported by the rotation driving unit, and the first support. A first arm portion having a first connection end which is the other end of the end portion; a second connection end portion rotatably connected to the first connection end portion; and other than the second connection end portion And a second arm portion having a second support portion that is an end and supports the guide portion.
In the above configuration, when the guide portion of the flap mechanism is moved, first, the rotation driving portion is driven to rotate and move the first arm portion around the first support end portion. When the first arm portion rotates, the second arm portion that is freely connected to the first arm portion moves, and thereby the guide portion fixed to the second arm portion moves. Therefore, in the above configuration, the guide unit can be moved by one rotational drive unit, so that the flap mechanism can be made simpler and less expensive than when a plurality of drive units are used.
Further, in the air conditioner according to one aspect of the present invention, the first arm portion may be positioned so as to extend vertically downward when the guide portion is positioned at the second position.
In the above configuration, the guide portion is positioned at the second position when the first arm portion supported by the rotation driving portion is positioned so as to extend vertically downward, that is, in the direction of gravity. Therefore, even if the rotation drive unit is not driven, the guide unit can be positioned at the second position. Therefore, the structure which positions a guide part in a 2nd position is realizable at low cost. Moreover, even if the rotation drive unit is in a state where it cannot be driven due to a failure or the like, the guide unit can be positioned at the second position by hanging down due to its own weight, and drafting can be prevented.
According to the present invention, drafting can be prevented while controlling the wind direction.
Moreover, it is possible to suppress ceiling smudging while controlling the wind direction.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The perspective view which looked at the air conditioner 1 which concerns on this embodiment from diagonally downward is shown by FIG. In FIG. 1, the flap mechanism 18 (see, for example, FIG. 2) is omitted. The air conditioner 1 according to the present embodiment is a ceiling-embedded air conditioner that is installed so as to be embedded in an indoor ceiling 30, and includes a main body 2 as shown in FIG. . The unit body 3 is a box that is open in the lower side of a tetragonal shape installed in the ceiling 30, and has a turbofan 5 that is installed at the center of the inside, and a rectangular shape that is arranged so as to surround the periphery. A heat exchanger 6 that is bent, a drain pan 7 disposed below the heat exchanger 6, and a blowout air passage 8 formed between the peripheral wall of the drain pan 7 and the inner peripheral surface of the unit body 3. The configuration includes a bell mouth 9 and the like arranged on the suction side of the turbo fan 5. The air conditioner 1 is connected to an outdoor unit (not shown) through two refrigerant pipes 10 including a liquid pipe and a gas pipe and an electric wiring 11.
The panel body 4, which is installed so as to cover the lower surface of the unit body 3 and is also called a ceiling panel or a decorative panel, is a panel having a substantially square shape. The panel body 4 is provided with a suction port 12, which is an opening for sucking indoor air, at a central portion, and a suction grill 13 is installed in the suction port 12. The suction grill 13 is provided with an air filter (not shown) on the inner surface side of the grill. In order to replace or clean the air filter, a wire 14, a lifting motor (not shown) and the like are installed so as to be movable up and down with respect to the panel body 4 so that the air filter is lowered to near the floor surface in the room. . In addition, in order to clean an air filter automatically, it is good also as a structure incorporating an air filter automatic cleaning mechanism.
The panel body 4 is provided with outlets 15 in four directions corresponding to the four sides of the panel body 4 so as to surround the room air inlet 12. Each of the air outlets 15 is air sucked from the air inlet 12 and cooled or heated by the heat exchanger 6 to be blown into the room as conditioned air.
The panel body 4 has a panel portion 17. The panel unit 17 is connected to the blowout port 15 and extends along the ceiling 30 (see FIG. 2) from the outer end of the blowout port 15 toward the outside. The panel portion 17 has an upper surface in contact with the ceiling 30 and a lower surface curved so as to decrease the thickness of the panel portion 17 as it goes downstream.
One louver 16 is provided in the vicinity of each of the four-direction outlets 15. Since the structure of the four louvers 16 is the same, only one louver 16 will be described below. The louver 16 adjusts the blowing direction (wind direction) of the air blown from the blowing port 15. One end of the louver 16 is provided with a louver support end 16a supported by a louver motor (not shown), and the other end of the louver 16 is provided with a free end 16b of the louver support end 16a. . The louver 16 is rotatably supported by the panel body 4 via a louver motor, and is movable so that the free end portion 16b rotates about the louver support end portion 16a by a predetermined angle. The four louvers 16 can be moved individually and independently.
Further, one flap mechanism 18 is provided near each of the four-way outlets 15. Since the structure of the four flap mechanisms 18 is the same, only one flap mechanism 18 will be described below. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the flap mechanism 18 includes a motor (rotation drive unit) 19 fixed to the panel body 4, a first arm unit 20 supported by the motor 19, and a first arm. It has the 2nd arm part 21 connected to the part 20, and the guide part 22 supported by the 2nd arm part 21. As shown in FIG. The guide portion 22 of the flap mechanism 18 has a first position (FIG. 2) that closes the outlet near the louver 16, and a second position that receives air whose wind direction is adjusted by the louver 16 below the outlet. 3) and a third position (FIG. 4) extending outward along the panel portion 17 are movable.
One end of the first arm portion 20 is provided with a first support end portion 20 a that is rotatably supported by the motor 19, and the other end of the first arm portion 20 is connected to the second arm portion 21. One connection end 20b is provided. The first arm portion 20 extends linearly from the first support end portion 20a to the first connection end portion 20b. One end of the second arm portion 21 is provided with a second connection end portion 21a that is rotatably connected to the first arm portion 20, and the other end of the second arm portion 21 supports the guide portion 22. A second support end 21b is provided. The second arm portion 21 extends linearly from the second connection end portion 21a to the second support end portion 21b. The guide part 22 is plate-shaped and guides the air whose wind direction is adjusted by the louver 16 in a predetermined direction. An actuator or the like is not mounted on the connection portion between the first connection end portion 20b and the second connection end portion 21a. Even if the first arm portion 20 rotates and moves, the second arm portion 21 does not move due to gravity. It is the structure which maintains the state extended in a substantially perpendicular direction.
制御部は、例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、及びコンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体等から構成されている。 The louver motor and motor 19 described above are servo motors and are driven by a control unit (not shown). The control unit obtains the rotation angle of the louver motor and the motor 19 and controls the angle according to a predetermined sequence. The control unit includes, for example, a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a ROM (Read Only Memory), and a computer-readable storage medium. A series of processes for realizing various functions is stored in a storage medium or the like in the form of a program as an example, and the CPU reads the program into a RAM or the like to execute information processing / arithmetic processing. As a result, various functions are realized. The program is preinstalled in a ROM or other storage medium, provided in a state stored in a computer-readable storage medium, or distributed via wired or wireless communication means. Etc. may be applied. The computer-readable storage medium is a magnetic disk, a magneto-optical disk, a CD-ROM, a DVD-ROM, a semiconductor memory, or the like.
Next, the operation of the louver 16 and the flap mechanism 18 of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5 indicate the position of the louver 16 when the operation is stopped.
FIG. 2 shows a state where the air conditioner 1 has stopped operating. In the state where the air conditioner 1 is stopped, as shown in FIG. 2, the first arm portion 20 is moved downward inward with the motor 19 exerting the driving force in the clockwise direction in FIG. The guide portion 22 is located at a first position which is a position where the outlet 15 is closed. At this time, the louver 16 is located above the guide portion 22, and the free end portion 16 b is located near the upper surface of the guide portion 22.
When the operation of the air conditioner 1 is started and the guide unit 22 is moved from the first position to the second position, the motor 19 gradually decreases the driving force. When the driving force of the motor 19 is gradually reduced, the first arm portion 20 rotates counterclockwise in the drawing due to gravity, and extends from the inner downward direction to the first connecting end centering on the first support end portion 20a. When the driving force of the motor 19 disappears, the first arm portion 20 extends in the vertical direction and is supported by the first arm portion 20 via the second arm portion 21. The guided portion 22 is positioned at the second position (see FIG. 3). When the movement of the guide portion 22 is completed, the louver motor is driven, and the louver 16 rotates around the louver support end portion 16a so that the free end portion 16b faces downward, and moves to a predetermined position. The inner end (left end in the figure) of the guide portion 22 located at the second position is located on the inner side of the downward extension line L1 of the louver 16 when the free end portion 16b of the louver 16 is located at the lowest position. (See FIG. 5). The movement of the louver 16 may not be performed after the movement of the guide unit 22 is completed, and may be performed simultaneously with the movement of the guide unit 22. Moreover, the guide part 22 can be moved from the second position to the first position. In that case, the flap mechanism 18 performs an operation opposite to the movement from the first position to the second position described above.
When moving the guide unit 22 from the second position to the third position, the motor 19 starts driving. The motor 19 rotates the first arm portion 20 in the state extending in the vertical direction counterclockwise in the drawing to rotate to the state extending in the horizontal outer direction. When the first arm portion 20 rotates, the second arm portion 21 connected to the first arm portion 20 also moves, and the guide portion 22 supported by the second arm portion 21 moves to the third position ( (See FIG. 4). The outer end of the guide portion 22 located at the third position is located outside the line L2 extending vertically downward from the outer end of the panel portion 17. The guide unit 22 can be moved from the third position to the second position. In that case, the flap mechanism 18 performs an operation opposite to the movement from the second position to the third position described above.
Next, the flow of air blown out from the blowout port 15 of the present embodiment will be described.
When the guide portion 22 is positioned at the second position as shown in FIG. 3, the air direction of the air sucked from the suction port 12 is adjusted by the louver 16 in the vicinity of the blowout port 15 as indicated by an arrow in FIG. 3. The air whose wind direction has been adjusted by the louver 16 is received by the upper surface of the guide portion 22 located below the louver 16 and guided in the direction in which the guide portion 22 extends. When the guide portion 22 is located at the third position, as shown by an arrow in FIG. 4, a part of the air blown out from the blowout port 15 is transferred from the outer end of the blowout port 15 to a part of the lower surface of the panel portion 17. After flowing along, it flows along the lower surface of the guide portion 22.
The operation and effect of the air conditioner 1 of the present embodiment described above will be described.
In the above configuration, the louver 16 is provided in the vicinity of the blowout port 15 and the air direction of the air blown from the blowout port 15 can be adjusted by the louver 16, so that the blown air can be sent in a desired direction.
In the above configuration, the guide portion 22 of the flap mechanism 18 can move between the first position, which is a position near the louver 16, and the second position, which is located below the outlet 15. Therefore, the guide portion 22 can easily move from the vicinity of the louver 16 to the second position where the wind of the louver 16 is easily received at a short distance. Therefore, the air from the louver 16 can be suitably received by the guide unit 22, and drafting can be prevented.
In the above configuration, when the guide unit 22 is located at the third position (see FIG. 4), a part of the air blown out from the outlet 15 flows along the lower surface of the guide unit 22. At this time, since the guide part 22 is located below the panel part 17, the air flowing along the lower surface of the guide part 22 hardly flows to the ceiling 30 side. Therefore, air convection in the vicinity of the ceiling 30 can be suppressed, and smudging of the ceiling 30 can be suppressed.
In the above configuration, the outer end portion of the guide portion 22 located at the third position is located outside the one end of the panel portion 17 in the outer direction. Therefore, when the guide part 22 of the flap mechanism 18 is located at the third position, the air flowing along the lower surface of the guide part 22 is less likely to flow to the ceiling 30 side. Thereby, it is possible to prevent air from flowing along the surface of the panel portion 17. Therefore, air convection in the vicinity of the ceiling 30 can be reliably suppressed, and smudging of the ceiling 30 can be suppressed.
In the above configuration, the inner end portion of the guide portion 22 located at the second position is located on the inner side of the downward extension line L1 of the louver 16 when the free end portion 16b is located at the lowest position, as shown in FIG. Located in. Therefore, when the guide portion 22 is located at the second position, the air flowing along the surface of the louver 16 is reliably received by the guide portion 22 without flowing downward from the inner end of the guide portion 22. . Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the draft during operation of the air conditioner.
In the above configuration, when the guide portion 22 of the flap mechanism 18 is moved, the motor 19 is first driven to rotate the first arm portion 20 around the first support end portion 20a. When the first arm portion 20 rotates, the second arm portion 21 connected to the first arm portion 20 in a freely rotating manner moves, whereby the guide portion 22 fixed to the second arm portion 21 is moved. Moving. Therefore, in the above configuration, since the guide unit 22 can be moved by the single motor 19, the flap mechanism 18 can be made simple and inexpensive as compared with the case of using a plurality of motors.
In the above configuration, when the first arm portion 20 supported by the motor 19 is positioned so as to extend vertically downward, that is, in the direction of gravity, the guide portion 22 is positioned at the second position. Therefore, even if the motor 19 is not driven, the guide portion 22 can be positioned at the second position. Therefore, the structure which positions the guide part 22 in the 2nd position is realizable at low cost. Further, even if the motor 19 is in a state where it cannot be driven due to a failure or the like, the guide portion 22 can be positioned at the second position by hanging down due to its own weight, and drafting can be prevented.
In the present embodiment, the motor 19 is used as a configuration for driving the first arm unit 20, but the configuration for driving the first arm unit 20 is not limited to this. It may be an actuator other than the motor 19 or may be driven manually.
