<5> (E)下記一般式(2)で表される共重合体を更に含む前記<1>から<4>のいずれかに記載の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物である。
本発明の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、(A)高級脂肪酸塩、(B)カチオン性ポリマー、(C)炭素数12~22の高級アルコール、ホホバ油、オリーブ油、一価アルコール脂肪酸エステル、及び炭化水素から選択される少なくとも1種を含有し、(D)ノニオン性界面活性剤、及び両性界面活性剤、並びに(E)共重合体を含有することが好ましく、更に必要に応じてその他の成分を含有する。
前記(A)成分の高級脂肪酸塩は、泡の量の多さ、及び泡のクリーミー性を向上させるために含有されている。
前記(A)成分の高級脂肪酸塩は、ラウリン酸塩、ミリスチン酸塩、及びパルミチン酸塩をいずれも含有し、更に必要に応じてステアリン酸塩などのその他の高級脂肪酸塩を含有してもよい。
前記アルカリ金属イオンとしては、例えば、ナトリウムイオン、カリウムイオンなどが挙げられる。
前記アルカノールアミンとしては、例えば、モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン、トリイソプロパノールアミン、2-アミノ-2-メチルプロパノール、2-アミノ-2-メチルプロパンジオールなどが挙げられる。
前記塩基性アミノ酸としては、例えば、リジン、アルギニンなどが挙げられる。
これらの中でも、泡の量の多さ、泡のクリーミー性の点から、カリウムイオンが好ましい。
なお、前記(A)成分の高級脂肪酸塩は、特に制限はなく、高級脂肪酸塩として配合することも可能であるが、高級脂肪酸と、水酸化カリウム、トリエタノールアミン、モノエタノールアミン等の塩と、を別々に、配合槽中に添加して中和反応させて高級脂肪酸塩としてもよい。
前記ステアリン酸塩の含有量としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができるが、前記高級脂肪酸塩の全量に対して、泡の多さの点から、20質量%以下が好ましく、10質量%以下がより好ましい。前記ステアリン酸塩の含有量の下限値としては、0質量%が好ましい。
前記(B)成分のカチオン性ポリマーは、塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム重合体、及び塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体から選択される少なくとも1種であり、タオルドライ後の肌のしっとり感、及び肌のしっとり感の持続性を向上させるために含有されている。

前記(B)成分のカチオン性ポリマーの重量平均分子量は、例えば、SEC-MALLS-RIシステム(測定条件:カラム:東ソー株式会社製TSKgelαシリーズ α-Mカラム30cm、溶媒:硝酸ナトリウム0.3M水溶液)で測定することができる。
前記粘度は、例えば、ブルックフィールド粘度計LVF(ブルックフィールド社製)を用いて測定することができる。
マーコート100(成分名:塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム重合体、ルーブリゾール社製、固形分39質量%~44質量%の25℃での粘度:8,000mPa・s~12,000mPa・s、重量平均分子量:150,000)。前記粘度は、ブルックフィールド粘度計LVF(ブルックフィールド社製)を用いて、25℃でスピンドルNo.3のローターを使用し、6回転/分間の条件において測定することができる。
前記(A)成分の高級脂肪酸塩の含有量(質量%)と、前記(B)成分のカチオン性ポリマーの含有量(質量%)との質量比(A/B)としては、泡の量の多さ、タオルドライ後の肌のしっとり感、及び肌のしっとり感の持続性の点から、5~130であり、20~85が好ましい。前記質量比が5未満であると、泡の量の多さが不十分となることがあり、130を超えると、タオルドライ後の肌のしっとり感、及び肌のしっとり感の持続性が不十分となることがある。
前記(C)成分は、炭素数12~22の高級アルコール、ホホバ油、オリーブ油、一価アルコール脂肪酸エステル、及び炭化水素から選択される少なくとも1種であり、タオルドライ後の肌のしっとり感、肌のしっとり感の持続性、及びタオルドライ後の肌のすべすべ感を向上させるために含有される。
前記高級アルコールとしては、例えば、セチルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコール、イソステアリルアルコール、ヘキシルデカノール、ステアリルアルコールなどが挙げられる。これらは、1種単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を併用してもよい。これらの中でも、タオルドライ後の肌のしっとり感、肌のしっとり感の持続性、及びタオルドライ後の肌のすべすべ感の点から、ベヘニルアルコールが好ましい。
前記流動パラフィンとしては、40℃において液体である流動パラフィンが好ましい。
前記40℃で液体である流動パラフィンの動粘度としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができるが、タオルドライ後の肌のしっとり感、肌のしっとり感の持続性、及びタオルドライ後の肌のすべすべ感の点から、40℃において、12.8mm2s-1~70mm2s-1が好ましく、18.5mm2s-1~70mm2s-1がより好ましい。
前記流動パラフィンとしては、適宜合成したものを使用してもよいし、市販品を使用してもよい。前記市販品としては、商品名:80-S(動粘度12.8mm2s-1~14.8mm2s-1)、商品名:90-S(動粘度14.4mm2s-1~16.4mm2s-1)、商品名:100-S(動粘度16.0mm2s-1~20.0mm2s-1)、商品名:120-S(動粘度18.5mm2s-1~22.5mm2s-1)、商品名:150-S(動粘度23.4mm2s-1~27.4mm2s-1)、商品名:260-S(動粘度46.0mm2s-1~52.0mm2s-1)、商品名:350-S(動粘度64.0mm2s-1~70.0mm2s-1)(以上、三光化学工業株式会社製)などが挙げられる。これらは、1種単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を併用してもよい。これらの中でも、商品名:120-S、商品名:150-S、商品名:260-S、商品名:350-Sが好ましく、商品名:350-Sがより好ましい。
前記(D)成分の界面活性剤は、保存安定性を向上させるために含有される。
前記(D)成分の界面活性剤としては、ノニオン性界面活性剤、及び両性界面活性剤を含有することが好ましい。
前記ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルにおけるアルキル基の炭素数としては、保存安定性の点から、12~22が好ましく、12~16がより好ましい。
前記ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルにおけるエチレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数としては、保存安定性の点から、7~100が好ましく、7~25がより好ましい。
前記イソステアリン酸ポリオキシエチレングリセリルにおけるエチレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数としては、保存安定性の点から、3~60が好ましく、3がより好ましい。
前記ジイソステアリン酸ポリオキシエチレングリセリルにおけるエチレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数としては、保存安定性の点から、10~60が好ましく、10がより好ましい。
前記トリイソステアリン酸ポリオキシエチレングリセリルにおけるエチレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数としては、保存安定性の点から、10~60が好ましく、10がより好ましい。
前記アミノ酸系両性界面活性剤としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、βラウリルアミノプロピオン酸ナトリウムなどが挙げられる。
前記ベタイン系両性界面活性剤としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、ラウリルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタイン、ラウリン酸アミドプロピルヒドロキシスルホベタイン、ミリスチン酸アミドプロピルベタインなどが挙げられる。これらの中でも、保存安定性の点で、ラウリルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタインが好ましい。
前記(E)成分の共重合体は、すすぎ時の肌のなめらかさを向上させるために含有される。前記(E)成分の共重合体としては、下記一般式(2)で表される共重合体が用いられる。
前記nは、0~34が好ましく、前記mは26.5~31が好ましく、前記lは35~70が好ましい。
これらの中でも、すすぎ時の肌のなめらかさの点から、前記一般式(2)におけるn:m:l=(0:30:70)が好ましい。

マーコート550PR(成分名:塩化ジメチルアリルアンモニウム-アクリルアミド共重合体、ルーブリゾール社製、固形分8.8質量%~9.8質量%の25℃での粘度:7,500mPa・s~15,000mPa・s、重量平均分子量:1,600,000、前記一般式(2)におけるn:m:l=0:30:70)。前記粘度は、ブルックフィールド粘度計LVF(ブルックフィールド社製)を用いて、25℃でスピンドルNo.4のローターを使用し、10回転/分間の条件で測定することができる。
本発明の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物には、前記(A)~前記(E)の各成分以外にも、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で必要に応じて、その他の成分を配合することができる。
前記その他の成分としては、例えば、精製水、前記(B)成分以外のカチオン性ポリマー、及び前記(E)成分の共重合体以外の水溶性ポリマー、アーモンド油、コメヌカ油、コメ胚芽油、ゴマ油、サフラワー油、ダイズ油、ナタネ油、ヒマシ油、パーム油等の前記(C)成分以外の油分、低級アルコール、前記(C)成分以外の高級アルコール等のアルコール類、ラノリン誘導体、蛋白誘導体、アクリル樹脂分散液、ビタミンなどの薬剤、殺菌剤、防腐剤、pH調整剤、粘度調整剤、酸化防止剤、金属封鎖剤、紫外線吸収剤、動植物抽出物又はその誘導体、色素、香料、顔料、無機粉体、粘土鉱物;ナイロン、ポリエチレン等の水不溶性ポリマー粉体などが挙げられる。これらは、1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
本発明の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物の製造方法としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、前記(A)~(C)成分、必要に応じて、前記(D)~(E)成分、前記その他の成分、及び前記精製水(液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物全体が100質量%となるように残量配合)を混合して得ることができる。
具体的には、以下のようにして製造することができる。70℃~80℃に加温した精製水に前記(A)成分の高級脂肪酸塩、及び前記(C)成分の油分を溶解し、40℃以下に冷却してから、前記(B)成分のカチオン性ポリマー、及び必要に応じて前記(D)成分の界面活性剤、前記(E)成分の共重合体を添加して製造できる。
前記液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、装置を用いて調製してもよい。前記装置としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、剪断力があり、全体を混合することができる攪拌羽根を備えた攪拌装置などが挙げられる。
前記攪拌羽根としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、プロペラ、タービン、ディスパーなどが挙げられる。
前記液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物の25℃におけるpHとしては、泡の量の点から、9.5~11.0が好ましく、9.8~10.6がより好ましい。前記pHの値が前記数値範囲であれば、泡の量の多さが良好となり、皮膚刺激がない。
前記pHは、例えば、pHメーター(HM-30R、TOA DKK社製)を使用して測定することができる。
前記液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物の25℃における粘度としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができるが、1mPa・s~6,000mPa・sが好ましく、50mPa・s~4,000mPa・sがより好ましい。
前記粘度は、例えば、BM型粘度計(株式会社東京計器製)を用いて、試料温度25℃にて、以下の条件で測定することができる。前記粘度が、1mPa・s~3,000mPa・sであれば、BMアダプター、回転数30rpm、No.3のローターを用いて1分間後の粘度を測定し、3,000mPa・sを超える場合は、BMアダプター、回転数30rpm、No.4のローターにて1分間後の粘度を測定することにより測定できる。
本発明の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、特に制限はなく、通常の容器に充填して使用される。
前記容器としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、ポンプディスペンサー容器、チューブ、フォーマー容器、袋状容器などが挙げられる。これらの中でも、ポンプディスペンサー容器が好ましい。前記ポンプディスペンサー容器としては、例えば、株式会社吉野工業所製のノズル口径(内径)3.5mm、吐出量3mLのポンプディスペンサー容器などが挙げられる。
本発明の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、泡の量が多く、泡のクリーミー性、タオルドライ後の肌のしっとり感、肌のしっとり感の持続性、及びタオルドライ後の肌のすべすべ感が良好であるため、例えば、洗顔料、ハンドソープ、ボディソープ、クレンジングフォーム、メイク落としなどに用いられ、特にボディソープに好適に用いられる。
下記表1~表7に示す組成、及び含有量の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物を常法により調製した。具体的には、以下の方法により調製した。
最終的に得られる液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物の全量の95質量%になる量の精製水を、70℃~80℃に加温し、(A)成分の高級脂肪酸塩、及び(C)成分の油分を溶解し、40℃以下に冷却してから、(B)成分のカチオン性ポリマーを添加することにより液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物を調製した。その後、所定のpHに満たない場合は、共通成分である水酸化カリウムを添加し、所定のpHに調整後、全体量が100質量%になるように精製水を加えて、目的とする液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得た。また、攪拌羽根としてはプロペラを使用し、スリーワンモーター(HEIDON BL1200、新東化学株式会社製)を用いて攪拌した。なお、pHは、pHメーター(HM-30R、TOA DKK社製)を用いて、25℃で測定した。
得られた実施例1~27及び比較例1~12の各液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、ポンプディスペンサー付き容器[吐出量3mL、ノズル口径(内径)3.5mm、株式会社吉野工業所製]に充填した。
専門評価者10名が、40℃の温水に濡らして、軽く水気をとったナイロンタオルに、実施例1~27、及び比較例1~12の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物を2プッシュ(約6g)取り、ナイロンタオルを10回擦って泡立てたときの、泡の量の多さ、及び泡のクリーミー性を観察し、下記評価基準に従って評価した。結果は、前記専門評価者10名の平均評価点を求め、「泡の量の多さ」、及び「泡のクリーミー性」を評価した。なお、平均評価点が3.0点以上であれば、「泡の量の多さ」、及び「泡のクリーミー性」は良好である。

専門評価者10名が、40℃の温水に濡らして、軽く水気をとったナイロンタオルに、実施例1~27、及び比較例1~12の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物を2プッシュ(約6g)取り、10回擦って泡立て、前記ナイロンタオルで全身を擦った後、40℃の温水で、前記液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物をすすぎ流し、タオルで水滴を拭き取った。水滴を拭き取った後すぐに「タオルドライ後の肌のしっとり感」、及び「タオルドライ後の肌のすべすべ感」を、下記評価基準に従って評価した。
結果は、前記専門評価者10名の平均評価点を求め、「タオルドライ後の肌のしっとり感」、及び「タオルドライ後の肌のすべすべ感」を評価した。なお、平均評価点が3.0点以上であれば、「タオルドライ後の肌のしっとり感」、及び「タオルドライ後の肌のすべすべ感」は良好である。

専門評価者10名が、40℃の温水に濡らして、軽く水気をとったナイロンタオルに、実施例1~27、及び比較例1~12の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物を2プッシュ(約6g)取り、10回擦って泡立て、前記ナイロンタオルで全身を擦った後、40℃の温水で、前記液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物をすすぎ流し、タオルで水滴を拭き取った。
その後、25℃、40%RHの部屋にて3時間安静にし、3時間後の「肌のしっとり感の持続性」を下記評価基準に従って評価した。なお、平均評価点が3.0点以上であれば、「肌のしっとり感の持続性」は良好である。

得られた実施例28~37、及び比較例13の各液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、ポンプディスペンサー付き容器[吐出量3mL、ノズル口径(内径)3.5mm、株式会社吉野工業所製]に充填した。
実施例28~37、及び比較例13の各液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物を50mL容量の透明ガラス瓶(SV-50A、日電理化硝子株式会社製)に50mL入れ、ガラス瓶の蓋を閉めて、密封して、40℃において、28日間(4週間)保存した。保存後、専門評価者1名が、液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物を観察し、下記評価基準に従って「保存安定性」を評価した。なお、平均評価点が「○」以上であれば、「保存安定性」は良好である。

得られた実施例38~42、及び比較例14の各液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、ポンプディスペンサー付き容器[吐出量3mL、ノズル口径(内径)3.5mm、株式会社吉野工業所製]に充填した。
専門評価者10名が、40℃の温水に濡らして、軽く水気をとったナイロンタオルに、実施例38~42、及び比較例14の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物を2プッシュ(約6g)取り、ナイロンタオルを10回擦って泡立て、全身を洗浄した。すすぎ流した時の肌のなめらかさについて、下記評価基準に従って評価した。結果は、前記専門評価者10名の平均評価点を求め、「すすぎ時の肌のなめらかさ」を評価した。なお、平均評価点が3.0点以上であれば、「すすぎ時の肌のなめらかさ」は良好である。

最終的に得られる液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物の全量の95質量%になる量の精製水を、70℃~80℃に加温し、(A)成分の高級脂肪酸塩、及び(C)成分の油分を溶解し、40℃以下に冷却してから、(B)成分のカチオン性ポリマー(D)成分の界面活性剤、及び(E)成分の共重合体を添加することにより液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物を調製した。その後、所定のpHに満たない場合は、共通成分である水酸化カリウムを添加し、所定のpHに調整後、全体量が100質量%になるように精製水を加えて、目的とする液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得た。また、攪拌羽根としてはプロペラを使用し、スリーワンモーター(HEIDON BL1200、新東化学株式会社製)を用いて攪拌した。なお、pHは、pHメーター(HM-30R、TOA DKK社製)を用いて、25℃で測定した。
得られた実施例43~44の各液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、ポンプディスペンサー付き容器[吐出量3mL、ノズル口径(内径)3.5mm、株式会社吉野工業所製]に充填した。
下記表12に示す組成、及び含有量の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物を常法により調製した。具体的には、以下の方法により調製した。
最終的に得られる液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物の全量の95質量%になる量の精製水を、70℃~80℃に加温し、(A)成分の高級脂肪酸塩、(C)成分の油分、及びその他の成分(フェノキシエタノールと香料と水酸化カリウムと精製水を除く)を溶解し、40℃以下に冷却してから、(B)成分のカチオン性ポリマー、(D)成分の界面活性剤、(E)成分の共重合体、フェノキシエタノール、及び香料を添加することにより液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物を調製した。その後、所定のpHに満たない場合は、共通成分である水酸化カリウムを添加し、所定のpHに調整後、全体量が100質量%になるように精製水を加えて、目的とする液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得た。また、攪拌羽根としてはプロペラを使用し、スリーワンモーター(HEIDON BL1200、新東化学株式会社製)を用いて攪拌した。なお、pHは、pHメーター(HM-30R、TOA DKK社製)を用いて、25℃で測定した。
得られた実施例45の各液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、ポンプディスペンサー付き容器[吐出量3mL、ノズル口径(内径)3.5mm、株式会社吉野工業所製]に充填した。
・モノエタノールアミン(株式会社日本触媒製)
・プロピレングリコール(化粧用プロピレングリコール、株式会社ADEKA)
・フェノキシエタノール(ニューポールEFP、三洋化成工業株式会社)
・メタクリル酸-アクリル酸エチル-アクリル酸ブチル共重合体(レオアール MS-200)
・エチレンジアミン四酢酸(ディゾルビンZ、ライオンスペシャリティケミカルズ株式会社製)
・香料:下記表13に示した組成を有する香料
・水酸化カリウム(液体苛性カリ、旭硝子株式会社製)
※2:ミリスチン酸カリウムは、ミリスチン酸(NAA-142、日油株式会社製)を、水酸化カリウム(液体苛性カリ、旭硝子株式会社製)を用いて100%中和したものである。
※3:パルミチン酸カリウムは、パルミチン酸(NAA-160、日油株式会社製)を、水酸化カリウム(液体苛性カリ、旭硝子株式会社製)を用いて100%中和したものである。
※4:ステアリン酸カリウムは、ステアリン酸(NAA-180、日油株式会社製)を、水酸化カリウム(液体苛性カリ、旭硝子株式会社製)を用いて100%中和したものである。
なお、カチオン化セルロースは、グルコースに由来する構造単位を有するポリマーである。

Claims (5)
- (A)ラウリン酸塩、ミリスチン酸塩、及びパルミチン酸塩をいずれも含む高級脂肪酸塩10質量%~32質量%、
(B)塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム重合体、及び塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体から選択される少なくとも1種のカチオン性ポリマー0.2質量%~3質量%、
(C)炭素数12~22の高級アルコール、ホホバ油、オリーブ油、一価アルコール脂肪酸エステル、及び炭化水素から選択される少なくとも1種0.05質量%~3質量%を含有し、
前記(B)成分の塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体における塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムに由来する構造単位のモル比率が65モル%以上であり、
前記(A)成分の高級脂肪酸塩の含有量(質量%)と、前記(B)成分のカチオン性ポリマーの含有量(質量%)との質量比(A/B)が、5~130であることを特徴とする液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物。 - 前記(C)成分が、セチルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコール、イソステアリルアルコール、ヘキシルデカノール、ステアリルアルコール、ホホバ油、イソステアリン酸イソステアリル、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、イソステアリン酸ヘキシルデシル、ネオペンタン酸イソデシル、ネオペンタン酸イソステアリル、及び流動パラフィンから選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1に記載の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物。
- (D)ノニオン性界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤を更に含有し、
前記ノニオン性界面活性剤が、アルキル基の炭素数が12~22かつエチレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数が7~100であるポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、エチレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数が3~60であるイソステアリン酸ポリオキシエチレングリセリル、エチレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数が10~60であるジイソステアリン酸ポリオキシエチレングリセリル、及びエチレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数が10~60であるトリイソステアリン酸ポリオキシエチレングリセリルから選択される少なくとも1種であり、
前記両性界面活性剤が、アミノ酸系両性界面活性剤、及びベタイン系両性界面活性剤から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物。 - 前記ノニオン性界面活性剤が、アルキル基の炭素数が12~16かつエチレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数が7~25であるポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、エチレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数が3であるイソステアリン酸ポリオキシエチレングリセリル、エチレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数が10であるジイソステアリン酸ポリオキシエチレングリセリル、及びエチレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数が10であるトリイソステアリン酸ポリオキシエチレングリセリルから選択される少なくとも1種であり、
前記両性界面活性剤が、ベタイン系両性界面活性剤である請求項3に記載の液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物。
