本实用新型涉及一种前置式油烟净化装置及具有其的吸油烟机,前置式油烟净化装置安装在吸油烟机风柜的进风端上。
背景技术
吸油烟机已经成为了厨房必备家电,吸油烟机在工作时凭着内部风机的强大动风力,把室内的油烟抽吸并通过管道直接排出室外。油烟排出室外时并没有进行有效净化,容易对室外空气造成污染,不符合越来越严格的排放要求。
因此,需要进行提升和改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种结构简单合理、油烟净化效果好、可通用性强的前置式油烟净化装置,以解决现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种前置式油烟净化装置,包括箱体模块,其结构特征在于,所述箱体模块由前板、后板和左右侧板共同围成呈模块框架状,其上、下端均敞开形成油烟通道;该油烟通道内设有若干组高频高压静电净化装置,油烟气从油烟通道通过时,受高频高压静电净化装置所产生的高压静电场而净化。
所述高频高压静电净化装置包括若干负极板和正极板、负极导电柱及正极导电柱;两导电柱分别横向安装在前板与后板之间,并相互平行,正、负极板竖向设置在油烟通道内且相互间隔设置,每块正极板的前、后两侧设有一负极板,负极板均与负极导电柱电连接,正极板均与正极导电柱电连接。
所述负极板通过紧配合或导电机构与负极导电柱安装并电连接,负极板对应正极导电柱的位置设有镂空孔;正极板通过紧配合或导电机构与正极导电柱安装并电连接,正极板对应负极导电柱的位置设有镂空孔。
所述负极板为边缘平齐的薄板,正极板为边缘呈锯齿状的薄板,且负极板的长度及宽度尺寸均大于正极板。
所述左右侧板内侧对应正、负极板的边缘位置设有安装槽;正、负极板之间夹有绝缘块,绝缘块安装在该安装槽上。
所述前板对应负极导电柱、正极导电柱的安装位置设有盖住它们的绝缘盖。
所述后板对应负极导电柱、正极导电柱的安装位置设有接线板,它们之间分别通过导电弹簧连接。
所述若干组高频高压静电净化装置依次上、下排列在油烟通道内。
所述箱体模块由前板、后板和左右侧板通过螺钉首尾拼接而成,前板上设有挽手组件。
上述的前置式油烟气净化装置可根据吸油烟机的不同结构及尺寸进行定制,起到油烟气净化的目的,通用性强。
本实用新型还提供一种结构简单合理、油烟净化效果好的吸油烟机,以解决现有技术中的不足之处。
一种吸油烟机,包括烟机主体和设置在烟机主体顶部的风柜,其结构特征在于,所述风柜内部的对应其进风端上设有安装槽位,安装槽位可拆装安装有如前述的前置式油烟净化装置。
本实用新型通过上述的技术改进,具有以下有益效果:
本产品前置式油烟净化装置能够安装在吸油烟机的进风柜(进风口处)上,形成前置式的油烟净化效果,油烟气被吸入进风柜的蜗壳组件前先被净化,能够有效降低油烟气的油烟含量,减少油油烟气对蜗壳组件的污染,减少对风机、叶轮关键部件的清洗维护次数,延长风机及叶轮的使用寿命,使蜗壳组件能保持强吸动力,而且油烟经过净化后再排出,污染物得到最大化减小,能有效避免对环境的污染。
其模块化的设计使拆装更方便,容易安装清洗,并且可适用多种类型的烟机上,企业更容易推广应用,商业价值大。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参见图1-图3,本前置式油烟净化装置,包括箱体模块,箱体模块由前板1、后板2和左右侧板3共同围成呈模块框架状,其上、下端均敞开形成油烟通道,箱体模块为标准化设计,使其与吸油烟机之间的装配更加便捷,符合前置式的使用方式,可通用于更多类型的吸油烟机;该油烟通道内设有若干组高频高压静电净化装置,油烟气从油烟通道通过时,受高频高压静电净化装置所产生的高压静电场而净化。
进一步地,高频高压静电净化装置包括若干负极板41和正极板42、负极导电柱43及正极导电柱44;两导电柱分别横向安装在前板1与后板2之间,并相互平行,两导电柱之间相互隔开一定距离,能够防止短路事故的发生;正、负极板竖向设置在油烟通道内且相互间隔设置,每块正极板42的前、后两侧设有一负极板41,负极板41均与负极导电柱43电连接,正极板42均与正极导电柱44电连接。正、负极板之间能够产生高压静电墙,油烟气通过时,高压静电墙强力吸附油烟细小份子,使油烟气能够得到很好的净化,形成前置式的油烟净化效果,油烟气被吸入进风柜的蜗壳组件前先被净化,能够有效降低油烟气的油烟含量,延长风柜的清洗时间,使风柜能保持强吸风量,而且油烟经过净化后再排出,污染物得到最大化减小,能有效避免对环境的污染。
进一步地,负极板41通过紧配合(或导电机构,如螺钉卡、扣等)与负极导电柱43安装并电连接,负极板41对应正极导电柱44的位置设有镂空孔(图中无标号);正极板42通过紧配合(或导电机构,如螺钉卡、扣等)与正极导电柱44安装并电连接,正极板42对应负极导电柱43的位置设有镂空孔(图中无标号)。紧配合时,可通过冲压、焊接等工序加工,步骤简便、制造成本低,另外,镂空孔可防止短路事故的发生。
进一步地,负极板41为边缘平齐的薄板,正极板42为边缘呈锯齿状的薄板,且负极板41的长度及宽度尺寸均大于正极板42,使正极板42能够更好地对负极板41放电,保证高压静电墙的产生。
进一步地,左右侧板3内侧对应正、负极板的边缘位置设有安装槽31;正、负极板之间夹有绝缘块32,绝缘块32安装在该安装槽31上,该技术方案能够保证正、负极板长期使用后不会产生变形等现象,避免产 生过大的气流阻力,及短路事故的发生。
进一步地,前板1对应负极导电柱43、正极导电柱44的安装位置设有盖住它们的绝缘盖11,防止人意外触电。
进一步地,后板2对应负极导电柱43、正极导电柱44的安装位置设有接线板5,它们之间分别通过导电弹簧6连接,接线板5可固定安装在吸油烟机内部,采用该技术方案,可解决正、负极导电柱的接线问题,免接线的设计,更有利于模块化生产、组装,且该技术方案也能保证吸油烟机导电的可靠性。
进一步地,若干组高频高压静电净化装置依次上、下排列在油烟通道内,理论上采用越多组高频高压静电净化装置,其对油烟的净化率越高,本实施例在油烟通道内采用了两组高频高压静电净化装置,确保其对油烟的净化率达到设计要求。
进一步地,箱体模块由前板1、后板2和左右侧板3通过螺钉首尾拼接而成,组装简便,前板1上设有挽手组件12,便于人搬动该前置式油烟净化装置。
参见图4和图5,本吸油烟机,包括烟机主体100和设置在烟机主体100顶部的风柜200,风柜200内部的对应其进风端上设有安装槽位101,安装槽位101可拆装安装有如前述的前置式油烟净化装置。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的前置式油烟净化装置,其特征在于:所述高频高压静电净化装置包括若干负极板(41)和正极板(42)、负极导电柱(43)及正极导电柱(44);两导电柱分别横向安装在前板(1)与后板(2)之间,并相互平行,正、负极板竖向设置在油烟通道内且相互间隔设置,每块正极板(42)的前、后两侧设有一负极板(41),负极板(41)均与负极导电柱(43)电连接,正极板(42)均与正极导电柱(44)电连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的前置式油烟净化装置,其特征在于:所述负极板(41)通过紧配合或导电机构与负极导电柱(43)安装并电连接,负极板(41)对应正极导电柱(44)的位置设有镂空孔;正极板(42)通过紧配合或导电机构与正极导电柱(44)安装并电连接,正极板(42)对应负极导电柱(43)的位置设有镂空孔。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的前置式油烟净化装置,其特征在于:所述负极板(41)为边缘平齐的薄板,正极板(42)为边缘呈锯齿状的薄板,且负极板(41)的长度及宽度尺寸均大于正极板(42)。
