- 一种折叠箱,所述折叠箱包括底座和两对相对的侧板,所述底座的外周设有护边,所述侧板铰接至所述底座并可相对于所述底座折叠,其特征在于,所述侧板内形成有空腔,且所述空腔的至少一部分在所述侧板的上缘沿该侧板的长度方向从左端延伸至右端,所述空腔的至少另一部分在所述侧板的左右两端的连接部内沿该侧板的高度方向从下缘延伸至上缘,以及所述空腔的至少还一部分在在所述侧板的下缘内沿该侧板的长度方向从左端延伸至右端。
- 一种折叠箱,所述折叠箱包括底座和两对相对的侧板,所述底座的外周设有护边,所述侧板铰接至所述底座并可相对于所述底座折叠,其特征在于,所述侧板的下缘内部设有空腔,以及所述侧板的下缘的下侧设有铰链座,所述铰链座的两端设有铰链轴,以及所述铰链座的中部设有挂台,所述底座上设有铰链槽,所述铰链槽内设有第一限位凸台和第二限位凸台,其中所述挂台与所述第一限位凸台配合,所述铰链轴与所述第二限位凸台配合。
- 根据权利要求47所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述铰链轴的端部设有第三限位凸台,该第三限位凸台的轮廓面与所述第二限位凸台配合。49.一种折叠箱,所述折叠箱包括底座和两对相对的侧板,所述两对相对的侧板中的一对是相对的长侧板,另一对是相对的短侧板,所述侧板铰接至所述底座并可相对于所述底座折叠,其特征在于,所述长侧板的左右端部内部设有沿侧板高度方向的空腔。
- 根据权利要求49所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述空腔从所述长侧板的底部延伸到所述长侧板的顶部。
- 根据权利要求49所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述长侧板的左右端部均设有连接部,所述空腔形成于所述连接部内。
- 根据权利要求51所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述连接部的外侧设有咬合结构,所述短侧板上也设有对应的咬合结构,所述短侧板上的咬合结构与所述长侧板上的咬合结构相互咬合。
- 根据权利要求51所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述空腔为气辅成型空腔。
- 根据权利要求49所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述侧板为双光面侧板。
- 一种折叠箱,所述折叠箱包括底座和两对相对的侧板,所述侧板铰接至所述底座并可相对于所述底座折叠,所述两对相对的侧板中的一对是相对的长侧板,另一对是相对的短侧板,以及所述长侧板和所述短侧板通过能够锁定机构相互锁定,其特征在于,所述短侧板的左右端部内部设有沿侧板高度方向的空腔。
- 根据权利要求55所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述短侧板的左右端部设有连接部,所述空腔形成于所述连接部内。
- 根据权利要求56所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述连接部的外侧设有咬合结构,所述长侧板上也设有对应的咬合结构,所述短侧板上的咬合结构与所述长侧板上的咬合结构相互咬合。
- 根据权利要求55所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述空腔由相互间隔开的第一段空腔和第二段空腔构成,其中所述第一段空腔从所述短侧板的底部延伸到锁定机构的安装孔的底部,以及所述第二段空腔从所述锁定机构的安装孔的 顶部延伸到所述短侧板的顶部。
- 根据权利要求55所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述空腔为气辅成型空腔。
- 根据权利要求55所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述侧板为双光面侧板。
- 一种折叠箱,所述折叠箱包括底座和两对相对的侧板,所述两对相对的侧板中的一对是相对的长侧板,另一对是相对的短侧板,所述侧板铰接至所述底座并可相对于所述底座折叠,以及所述长侧板和所述短侧板通过能够锁定机构相互锁定,其特征在于,所述长侧板的左右端部设有连接部,所述短侧板的左右端部设有与所述长侧板的连接部配合的连接部,以及所述长侧板的左右端部内部和/或所述短侧板的左右端部内部均设有沿侧板高度方向的空腔。
- 根据权利要求61所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述长侧板的左右端部内的空腔从所述长侧板的底部延伸到所述长侧板的顶部,且所述短侧板的空腔由相互间隔开的第一段空腔和第二段空腔构成,其中所述第一段空腔从所述短侧板的底部延伸到锁定机构的安装孔的底部,以及所述第二段空腔从所述锁定机构的安装孔的顶部延伸到所述短侧板的顶部。
- 根据权利要求61所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述短侧板的连接部的外侧设有咬合结构,所述长侧板的连接部的外侧上也设有对应的咬合结构,所述短侧板上的咬合结构与所述长侧板上的咬合结构相互咬合。
- 根据权利要求61所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述空腔为气辅成型空腔。
- 根据权利要求61所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述侧板为双光面侧板。
