Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système d'accès centralisé (100) utilisé pour la gestion d'accès d'utilisateurs à une pluralité d'installations réparties, par exemple, une pluralité locaux pour bureaux partagés disposés à des emplacements géographiquement différents. Chaque utilisateur possède un dispositif d'accès (16) tel qu'une carte à puce comportant un identifiant unique associé à l'utilisateur. Un utilisateur peut s'abonner pour obtenir un accès à un ou plusieurs parmi la pluralité de locaux pour bureaux pour une période de temps, et chaque local pour bureau peut comporter une pluralité de verrous électroniques qui sont connectés à un serveur central (14) du système. Le serveur (14) peut ensuite commander les verrous respectifs (21) de sorte que l'utilisateur ait accès au local pour bureau, et tout service qui y est fourni, à l'emplacement et à l'heure qui ont été réservés.
