随着互联网技术的发展,基于互联网的聊天工具得到了广泛地使用。目前可以在聊天工具中组建聊天群,该聊天群包括多个成员,每个成员可以通过聊天群进行群聊,每个成员在群聊过程中会产生群聊信息且聊天工具将群聊过程中产生的群聊信息显示在聊天窗口中。
目前,每个成员在群聊过程中产生的群聊信息具有发布时间,聊天工具根据群聊过程中产生的每条群聊信息的发布时间,在聊天界面中显示群聊过程中产生的群聊信息。其中,需要说明的是:聊天界面的显示窗口大小是固定的,当群聊过程中产生的群聊信息较多时,聊天工具会将显示窗口中发布时间最早的群聊信息向上移出显示窗口,并在显示窗口中设置滚动条。如果用户想查看发布时间较早的群聊信息,可以通过拖动滚动条,将需要查看的群聊信息移到显示窗口中。聊天群的每个成员在使用聊天群进行群聊时,当某个成员发布一条关键信息,而存在某些其他成员可能一时没有关注聊天界面,该条关键信息可能会因新产生的群聊信息而被移出显示窗口,从而导致这些其他成员错过该条关键信息。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种群信息的处理方法、装置,可以解决现有 的群聊信息中错失关键信息概率高的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请第一方面提供一种群信息的处理方法,包括:
检测到群信息显示界面上对第一联系人的操作;
在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述第一联系人的所有信息;
隐藏其他联系人的信息。
可选地,所述方法还包括:
检测到所述群信息显示界面上所述第一联系人的头像按照第一方向被拖动到预设的距离;
根据所述第一联系人的头像,在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述第一联系人的所有信息;
在所述群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量。
可选地,所述方法还包括:
改变所述群信息显示界面的肤色;和/或在所述群信息显示界面上显示筛选所述第一联系人的信息的提示。
可选地,所述方法还包括:
在所述群信息显示界面上预设位置处显示第一图标和第二图标,其中所述第一图标表示所有联系人的图标,所述第二图标表示被筛选的所述第一联系人的头像图标。
可选地,所述方法还包括:
在所述群信息显示界面上预设位置处,检测到所述第一图标被点击触发时,按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述所有联系人的信息;和/或
在所述群信息显示界面上,检测到所述信息数量被点击触发时,按照 信息发布时间顺序显示所述信息数量对应的所有信息。
可选地,根据所述第一联系人的头像,在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述第一联系人的所有信息之后,还包括:
检测到群信息显示界面上第二联系人的头像按照第一方向被拖动到预设的距离;
根据所述第二联系人的头像,在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序增加显示所述第二联系人的所有信息,其中,所述第一联系人的所有信息和所述第二联系人的所有信息按照信息发布时间顺序显示;
在所述群信息显示界面上预设位置处增加显示第三图标,所述第三图标表示被筛选的所述第二联系人的头像图标;
在所述群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示的信息数量减去对应的第二联系人的信息数量。
可选地,所述方法还包括:
检测到在所述群信息显示界面上预设位置处的第二图标或第三图标按照第二方向被拖动到预设的距离;
所述群信息显示界面上不显示所述第二图标或第三图标对应的联系人的信息;
在所述群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示的信息数量增加所述第二图标或第三图标对应的联系人的信息数量。
可选地,所述方法还包括:
检测到新信息时,若确定所述新信息是被筛选的联系人发布的新信息或用户本人发布的新信息,则在所述群信息显示界面上显示所述新信息;
若确定所述新信息是其他联系人发布的新信息,则在所述群信息显示 界面上不显示所述新信息,按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量。
本申请实施例还提供一种群信息的处理装置,包括:
检测模块,用于检测到群信息显示界面上对第一联系人的操作;
第一显示模块,用于在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述第一联系人的所有信息;
隐藏模块,用于隐藏其他联系人的信息。
可选地,所述检测模块,用于检测到群信息显示界面上第一联系人的头像按照第一方向被拖动到预设的距离;
所述第一显示模块,用于根据所述第一联系人的头像,在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述第一联系人的所有信息;
可选地,所述装置还包括:
第二显示模块,用于在所述群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量。

本发明实施例中通过在群信息显示界面上操作被筛选的联系人,即可在群信息显示界面上被筛选联系人的信息内容,隐藏其他联系人的信息内容,或者自动按照其他联系人的信息发布时间在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量。这样可以使得用户快速又便捷在群聊信息界面上筛选出需要知道的联系人发布的信息,不会错失用户需要知道的联系人发布的信息,降低了信息错失的概率。
当然,实施本申请的任一产品必不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有技术效果。

以下将配合附图及实施例来详细说明本申请的实施方式,藉此对本申请如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
在一个典型的配置中,计算设备包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读 光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括非暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。

为了解决现有的群聊信息中错失关键信息概率高的问题,本发明的发 明思想:在检测到群信息显示界面上对第一联系人的操作,在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述第一联系人的所有信息,隐藏其他联系人的信息,这样可以使得用户快速又便捷在群聊信息界面上筛选出需要知道的联系人发布的信息,不会错失用户需要知道的联系人发布的信息,降低了信息错失的概率。下面通过具体实现方式对本发明进行详细的描述:
图1是本申请实施例的一种群信息的处理方法的流程示意图;如图1所示,包括:
101、检测到群信息显示界面上第一联系人的头像按照第一方向被拖动到预设的距离;
图2为一种群信息显示界面示意图,如图2所示的高中同学群,当群里的联系人发布信息时,每一条信息会按照信息发布时间顺序显示在群信息显示界面上。
本发明实施例中的第一方向可以是沿着触摸屏的水平向右方向,当然第一方向还可以是沿着触摸屏的垂直方向或者其他方向,本发明对第一方向不做任何限定。图3为本发明实施例一种头像拖动方向示意图,如图3所示,当用户想筛选出群里A联系人(第一联系人)的信息时,可以通过手指或者其他触摸工具点击(锁定或选定)A联系人在群信息显示界面中的头像(简称A的头像),将A的头像沿着触摸屏的水平向右方向拖动一定距离(预设的距离),可选地,本发明实施例中的群信息显示界面的肤色可以发生改变,如图3所示,将A的头像沿着触摸屏的水平向右方向拖动一定距离(预设的距离)之后,群信息显示界面的肤色变为灰色,可选地,在群信息显示界面上显示被筛选的联系人的信息的提示,如图3所示,显示“筛选出A联系人的所有消息”的提示。
102、根据所述第一联系人的头像,在所述群信息显示界面上按照信 息发布时间顺序显示所述第一联系人的所有信息;
图4为本发明实施例一种筛选后的联系人的信息的显示界面示意图,如图4所示,当放开手指(即释放A联系人的头像),在群信息显示界面中显示A联系人发布的所有信息,具体地按照A联系人信息发布时间顺序显示所有信息。
可选地,如图4所示,在群信息显示界面上预设位置(如图4所示的群信息显示界面的顶部位置)处显示第一图标和第二图标,其中第一图标表示所有联系人的图标,如图4所示的图标“全部”,第二图标表示被筛选的第一联系人的头像图标,如图4所示的图标“A联系人的头像”。本发明中为了表示被筛选的联系人,可以对第二图标进行高亮显示或其他颜色显示。
其中上述预设位置不限于群信息显示界面的顶部位置。
103、在所述群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量。
当A联系人的信息被筛选出显示在群信息显示界面上之后,其他联系人发布的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量,如图4所示,在A联系人发布第一条信息之后,其他联系人也发布了信息,则在显示A联系人发布的第一条信息的位置下面,不显示其他联系人的信息内容,只显示其他联系人发布的信息的数量。
当然,本发明实施例中,用户本人发布的信息是按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示信息内容。
本发明实施例中通过在群信息显示界面上按照预设的方向拖动被筛选联系人的头像到预设距离之后,即可在群信息显示界面上被筛选联系人的信息内容,其他联系人的信息内容不进行显示,而是自动按照信息发布 时间在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量。这样可以使得用户快速又便捷在群聊信息界面上筛选出需要知道的联系人发布的信息,不会错失用户需要知道的联系人发布的信息,降低了信息错失的概率。

本发明实施例中通过在群信息显示界面上的预设位置处点击第一图标(如“全部“图标),即可在群信息显示界面按照信息发布时间显示所有联系人发布的信息,或者通过点击群信息显示界面上信息数量,即可在群信息显示界面按照信息发布时间在对应的显示位置处显示对应的信息内容。这样可以使得用户快速又便捷地恢复在群聊信息界面上其他联系人发布的信息。
图8是本申请实施例的一种群信息的处理方法的流程示意图;当第一联系人的信息被筛选出来之后,用户如果还想筛选出第二联系人的信息时,如图8所示,所述方法包括:
401、检测到群信息显示界面上第二联系人的头像按照第一方向被拖动到预设的距离;
当用户已经筛选出来A联系人的信息后,想再筛选出来B联系人的信息,如图9所示,在触摸屏水平向右方向拖动B联系人的头像到预设距离。
402、根据第二联系人的头像,在群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序增加显示所述第二联系人的所有信息;
其中,所述第一联系人的所有信息和所述第二联系人的所有信息按照信息发布时间顺序显示;如图10所示,在群信息显示界面上显示A联系人发布的信息和B联系人发布的信息,其中,A联系人发布的信息和B联系人发布的信息按照信息发布时间顺序显示;
403、在群信息显示界面上预设位置处增加显示第三图标;
其中,第三图标表示被筛选的所述第二联系人的头像图标;
如图10所示,在群信息显示界面的顶部位置(预设位置)增加B联系人(第二联系人)的头像,对B联系人的头像进行高亮显示或颜色显示(橙色显示)。
404、在群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示的信息数量减去对应的第二联系人的信息数量。
如图4所示,原来在A联系人信息下面的2条消息中,其中有1条是B联系人发布的信息,当B联系人的信息被筛选出来之后,那么B联系人发布的信息后面只剩下1条其他联系人的信息了,如图10所示,在群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示的信息数量减去对应的B联系人发布(第二联系人)的信息数量。
图11是本申请实施例的一种群信息的处理方法的流程示意图;如图11所示,包括:
501、检测到在所述群信息显示界面上预设位置处的第二图标或第三图标按照第二方向被拖动到预设的距离;
502、在群信息显示界面上不显示所述第二图标或第三图标对应的联系人的信息;
503、在所述群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示的信息数量增加所述第二图标或第三图标对应的联系人的信息数量。
如图12所示,当用户想要在群信息显示界面上,删除被筛选的B联系人的信息时,只需要在群信息显示界面的顶部位置(预设位置)选择B联系人的头像(第三图标),将B联系人的头像在触摸屏的水平向下方面(第二方向)拖动到一定距离,在群信息显示界面上即可不显示B联系人发布的信息,如图4所示,在群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示的信息数量增加B联系人 发布的信息的数量。
本发明实施例通过将被筛选的联系人的头像按照预设方向拖动到一定距离,即可删除被筛选的联系人在群信息显示界面上发布的信息,并将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示的信息数量增加被删除的联系人发布的信息数量。这样可以使得用户快速又便捷地删除被筛选的联系人在群聊信息界面上发布的信息。因为在现有技术中,如果是要删除群信息中某个联系人发布的信息,需要在群信息显示界面更上一条条选中某个联系人发布的信息进行删除,操作繁琐,通过本发明实施例的方案可以简化了信息删除的操作,提高用户体验度。
图13是本申请实施例的一种群信息的处理方法的流程示意图;如图13所示,包括:
601、检测到新信息;
602、判断发布新信息的联系人是否被筛选,若是则执行步骤603,否则执行步骤604;
通常,联系人在群里发布信息时,每条信息中携带有该联系人的用户信息,通过新信息中携带的联系人的用户信息即可确定发布该新信息的联系人。根据上述图1所示实施例中的方法,如果用户筛选了群里其中的一个或几个联系人的信息时,将发布新信息的联系人与被筛选的联系人进行匹配,若能匹配成功则说明发布该新信息的联系人被筛选了,如果匹配不成功则说明发布该新信息的联系人没有被筛选。
603、在群信息显示界面上现在该新信息;
604、判断是否是用户本人发布的新信息,若是则执行步骤603,否则执行步骤605;
若确定新信息是用户本人发布的新信息,则在群信息显示界面上显示 该新信息;
605、按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量。
若确定新信息是其他联系人(非用户本人和被筛选的联系人)发布的新信息,则在群信息显示界面上不显示该新信息,按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量。
本发明实施例通过用户设备了被筛选的联系人之后,当检测到新信息时,先判断是否是被筛选的联系人或用户本人发布的信息,若是则在群信息显示界面直接显示该新信息,否则不显示新信息的内容,而是按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量,使得用户可以方便又快捷的看到被筛选的联系人(用户需要知道的联系人)的信息,大大提高用户体验度。

所述第二显示模块73,还用于在所述群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示的信息数量增加所述第二图标或第三图标对应的联系人的信息数量。
可选地,所述第一显示模块72,还用于在所述检测模块检测到新信息,且确定所述新信息是被筛选的联系人发布的新信息或用户本人发布的新信息时,在所述群信息显示界面上显示所述新信息;
所述第二显示模块73,还用于在所述检测模块检测到新信息,且确定所述新信息是其他联系人发布的新信息时,在所述群信息显示界面上不显示所述新信息,按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量。
图14所示装置可以执行图1-图13所示实施例所述的方法,实现原理和技术效果不再赘述,可以参考上述实施例中的相关描述。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种群信息的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测到群信息显示界面上对第一联系人的操作;
    在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述第一联系人的所有信息;
    隐藏其他联系人的信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    检测到所述群信息显示界面上所述第一联系人的头像按照第一方向被拖动到预设的距离;
    根据所述第一联系人的头像,在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述第一联系人的所有信息;
    在所述群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    改变所述群信息显示界面的肤色;和/或在所述群信息显示界面上显示筛选所述第一联系人的信息的提示。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述群信息显示界面上预设位置处显示第一图标和第二图标,其中所述第一图标表示所有联系人的图标,所述第二图标表示被筛选的所述第一联系人的头像图标。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述群信息显示界面上预设位置处,检测到所述第一图标被点击触发时,按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述所有联系人的信息;和/或
    在所述群信息显示界面上,检测到所述信息数量被点击触发时,按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述信息数量对应的所有信息。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述第一联系人的头像,在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述第一联系人的所有信息之后,还包括:
    检测到群信息显示界面上第二联系人的头像按照第一方向被拖动到预设的距离;
    根据所述第二联系人的头像,在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序增加显示所述第二联系人的所有信息,其中,所述第一联系人的所有信息和所述第二联系人的所有信息按照信息发布时间顺序显示;
    在所述群信息显示界面上预设位置处增加显示第三图标,所述第三图标表示被筛选的所述第二联系人的头像图标;
    在所述群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示的信息数量减去对应的第二联系人的信息数量。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测到在所述群信息显示界面上预设位置处的第二图标或第三图标按照第二方向被拖动到预设的距离;
    所述群信息显示界面上不显示所述第二图标或第三图标对应的联系人的信息;
    在所述群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示的信息数量增加所述第二图标或第三图标对应的联系人的信息数量。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测到新信息时,若确定所述新信息是被筛选的联系人发布的新信息或用户本人发布的新信息,则在所述群信息显示界面上显示所述新信息;
    若确定所述新信息是其他联系人发布的新信息,则在所述群信息显示 界面上不显示所述新信息,按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量。
  9. 一种群信息的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    检测模块,用于检测到群信息显示界面上对第一联系人的操作;
    第一显示模块,用于在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述第一联系人的所有信息;
    隐藏模块,用于隐藏其他联系人的信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于:
    所述检测模块,用于检测到群信息显示界面上第一联系人的头像按照第一方向被拖动到预设的距离;
    所述第一显示模块,用于根据所述第一联系人的头像,在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述第一联系人的所有信息;
    所述装置还包括:
    第二显示模块,用于在所述群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    筛选提示模块,用于在所述检测模块检测到群信息显示界面上第一联系人的头像按照第一方向被拖动到预设的距离之后,改变所述群信息显示界面的肤色;和/或在所述群信息显示界面上显示筛选所述第一联系人的信息的提示。
  12. 根据权利要求9或10所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第三显示模块,用于在所述群信息显示界面上预设位置处显示第一图标和第二图标,其中所述第一图标表示所有联系人的图标,所述第二图标表示被筛选的所述第一联系人的头像图标。
  13. 根据权利要求9或10所述的装置,其特征在于:
    所述检测模块,还用于在所述群信息显示界面上预设位置处,检测到所述第一图标被点击触发;
    所述第一显示模块,还用于按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述群信息中所有联系人的信息;和/或
    所述检测模块,还用于在所述群信息显示界面上,检测到所述信息数量被点击触发;
    所述第一显示模块,还用于按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述信息数量的图标对应的所有信息。
  14. 根据权利要求9或10所述的装置,其特征在于:
    所述检测模块,还用于当所述第一显示模块在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序显示所述第一联系人的所有信息之后,检测到群信息显示界面上第二联系人的头像按照第一方向被拖动到预设的距离;
    所述第一显示模块,还用于根据所述第二联系人的头像,在所述群信息显示界面上按照信息发布时间顺序增加显示所述第二联系人的所有信息,其中,所述第一联系人的所有信息和所述第二联系人的所有信息按照信息发布时间顺序显示;
    所述第三显示模块,还用于在所述群信息显示界面上预设位置处增加显示第三图标,所述第三图标表示被筛选的所述第二联系人的头像图标;
    所述第二显示模块,还用于在所述群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示的信息数量减去对应的第二联系人的信息数量。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于:
    所述检测模块,还用于检测到在所述群信息显示界面上预设位置处的第二图标或第三图标按照第二方向被拖动到预设的距离;
    所述第一显示模块,还用于所述群信息显示界面上不显示所述第二图 标或第三图标对应的联系人的信息;
    所述第二显示模块,还用于在所述群信息显示界面上,将其他联系人的信息按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示的信息数量增加所述第二图标或第三图标对应的联系人的信息数量。
  16. 根据权利要求9-15中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于:
    所述第一显示模块,还用于在所述检测模块检测到新信息,且确定所述新信息是被筛选的联系人发布的新信息或用户本人发布的新信息时,在所述群信息显示界面上显示所述新信息;
    所述第二显示模块,还用于在所述检测模块检测到新信息,且确定所述新信息是其他联系人发布的新信息时,在所述群信息显示界面上不显示所述新信息,按照信息发布时间顺序在对应的显示位置处显示信息数量。
