但是,由于汽车轮毂为配合不同规格的轮胎,以及自身材质制造工艺的差别,造成轮毂的轮辋尺寸,形状各异。现有的爆胎安全装置所需对应的规格种类繁多,通用性差,而且安装固定不方便,造成了装配效率低等问题。另外,爆胎安全装置需要安装在轮毂光滑的轮辋上,安装后的可靠性对产品性能至关重要。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中的上述缺陷或不足,期望提供一种汽车爆胎应急安全装置。
本发明的技术方案可以是:一种汽车爆胎应急安全装置,包括:支撑环,所述支撑环用于卡箍在轮辋上,所述支撑环的内环面上分布有的多个凹槽;和多个枕块,每个所述枕块的后部能够被接收并可拆卸设置在所述凹槽内。
优选地,所述枕块的后部设有定位插脚,所述定位插脚沿所述轮毂的轴向方向插设在相应的所述凹槽内。
进一步优选地,所述定位插脚沿轮毂的轴向方向在所述凹槽内的***深度是可调节的。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种汽车爆胎应急安全装置,包括:
    支撑环,所述支撑环用于卡箍在轮毂的轮槽上,所述支撑环的内环面上分布有的多个凹槽;和
    多个枕块,每个所述枕块的后部能够被接收并可拆卸地设置在所述凹槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:所述枕块的后部设有定位插脚,所述定位插脚沿所述轮毂的轴向方向***相应的所述凹槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:所述定位插脚沿轮毂的轴向方向在所述凹槽内的***深度是可调节的。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的汽车爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:所述凹槽的顶壁和所述定位插脚中的一者在沿轮毂的轴向方向上设有多个凸起,而另一者在沿轮毂的轴向方向上设有多个凹陷,所述凹槽和定位插脚通过所述凸起与所述凹陷之间的卡接而连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的汽车爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:所述支撑环与所述定位插脚之间通过径向设置的紧固件紧固。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的汽车爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:所述支撑环的前端面在位于每个所述凹槽的两侧位置处均设有定位孔,所述枕块与所述定位孔对应的位置处设有定位柱,所述定位柱与所述定位孔插接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:所述枕块的后部连接在所述凹槽的顶壁上,并可沿着所述凹槽的顶壁所在面内旋转。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:所述枕块的后部通过沿轮毂的径向设置并旋转连接于所述凹槽顶壁上的旋转柱与所述凹槽的顶壁可旋转连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的汽车爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:所述旋转柱包括呈圆周分布副旋转柱和位于圆周中心的主旋转柱。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项权利要求所述的汽车爆胎应急安全 装置,其特征在于:所述枕块的前部设有柔性部件。
  11. 根据权利要求1-9任一项权利要求所述的汽车爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:所述支撑环包括呈半圆形的第一环体和第二环体,所述第一环体和所述第二环体的两端部相互可拆卸地连接。
  12. 根据权利要求1-9任一项权利要求所述的汽车爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:所述支撑环由多个支撑块构成,每个相邻的所述支撑块之间活动连接,所述凹槽设置在所述支撑块上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的汽车爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:所述支撑环包括呈半圆形的第一环体和第二环体,所述第一环体和所述第二环体均由多个所述支撑块构成,所述第一环体和所述第二环体的两端部相互可拆卸地连接。
  14. 根据权利要求1-9任一项权利要求所述的汽车爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:所述支撑环的外环面上设有保护环。
