Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of water purification, and discloses a pressurizable water storage tank suitable for disinfecting water, comprising a tank body (1) and a disinfecting means (2) which is installed on the tank body (1) and is capable of disinfecting water in the tank body (1); wherein the disinfection means (2) comprises a disinfection lamp. The present water storage tank employs a gas bag-free design, and has a disinfecting function; it has advantages such as low cost, convenient use, low contamination and is highly pragmatic to use.

Description

PRESSURIZED WATER STORAGE TANK WITH UV LAMP HAVING DISINFECTING FUNCTION
Field of the invention
The present invention relates to the field of water purification, in particular to a pressurized water storage tank having a disinfecting function. Background of the invention
At present, the water storage tanks of all household tank-equipped water purifiers use a sealed gas bag to store pure water. This type of water storage tank mainly consists of a top cover, a bottom cover and a rubber gas bag; the interior thereof has the form of a sunken hollow, the rubber gas bag is located between the top and bottom covers, and the interior space is divided into a water storage tank and a gas charging chamber at the top and bottom. The top cover is provided with a water inlet/outlet; pure water treated by the water purifier flows into the top cover through the water inlet/outlet. The bottom cover is provided with a gas charging valve; gas enters the bottom cover through the gas charging valve. During actual use, the gas charging chamber is charged with gas through the gas charging valve such that the bottom cover has a gas pressure, pure water is introduced into the water storage chamber through the water inlet/outlet and stored, and the rubber gas bag is pressed downwards under the weight of the stored water, such that the volume of the gas charging chamber shrinks, and the relative pressure increases. When a user opens the tap switch to use water, the pressure at the water inlet/outlet decreases, and the rubber gas bag then pushes upward under the pressure of the gas charging chamber. In this way, pure water can be dispensed through the water inlet/outlet, to achieve the function of water storage and pressurized water dispensing.
Due to the presence of a gas bag inside this type of water storage tank, the cost of the latter is high, and the gas bag must be charged with gas to pressurize it in order to enable normal operation. Moreover, the presence of the gas bag makes cleaning of the interior of the water storage tank difficult; bacteria readily grow in the interior if it is not used for a long time. Summary of the invention
One aspect of the present invention provides a pressurizable water storage tank suitable for disinfecting water, comprising a tank body and a disinfecting means which is installed on the tank body and is capable of disinfecting water in the tank body; wherein the disinfection means comprises a disinfection lamp.
Another aspect of the present invention provides use of a disinfection means comprising a disinfection lamp in a pressurizable water tank for disinfecting water in a tank body, wherein the pressurized water tank is devoid of a gas bag.
Detailed description of the invention In response to the problems affecting pressurized water storage tanks for water purifiers in the prior art, namely high cost, inconvenient cleaning and susceptibility to bacterial growth, etc., the present invention provides a pressurized water storage tank having a disinfecting function.
To solve the abovementioned technical problems, the present invention employs the following technical solution:
A pressurized water storage tank having a disinfecting function consists of a tank body and a disinfecting means which is installed on the tank body and can disinfect water in the tank body; wherein a water inlet/outlet (3) the is provided at bottom of the tank body (1 ), and a disinfection lamp is installed on the disinfecting means. No gas bag is disposed in the tank body; it generates pressure to retroact on pure water stored in the tank body through a change in the water level in the tank body, thereby realizing pressure variation in the tank body to control the operation of the water purifier. Such a gas bag-free arrangement can effectively lower the cost of the entire water storage tank, at the same time making water storage in the entire water storage tank, and the drawing of water therefrom, simpler and more convenient; better cleaning of the interior of the tank body is also possible.
Preferably, the disinfecting means comprises a main body with an inner cavity; inside the inner cavity of the main body are provided a battery and a conductive plate, as well as a control module connected electrically to the battery, and an ultraviolet disinfection lamp connected to the control module via the conductive plate; the control module controls the operation of the ultraviolet disinfecting lamp according to a pressure value in the water storage tank. The control module controls the opening/closing of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp according to the pressure value in the water storage tank; as the water level in the water storage tank changes, the internal pressure thereof varies, therefore the operating time of ultraviolet disinfection can be set according to the amount of water used each day, to ensure that it can have a rational operating time and a disinfection effect.
Preferably, the top of the tank body is provided with a stepped hole for installing the disinfecting means, the stepped hole being divided into a first stepped hole and a second stepped hole which are connected to each other, and the diameter of the first stepped hole being greater than the diameter of the second stepped hole; an inner thread is provided on a hole wall of the first stepped hole. A middle part of the main body is provided with an outer thread which fits the inner thread on the first stepped hole, a lower part of the main body is inserted into the second stepped hole, and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp is fixed to the lower part of the main body. The disinfecting means is installed on the tank body by means of a threaded connection; this can facilitate removal of the disinfecting means, in order to replace the disinfecting means, and at the same time facilitates cleaning of the interior of the tank body. Preferably, a sealing ring is provided between the lower part of the main body and the second stepped hole. The sealing ring can effectively prevent leakage of pressure at the connection between the disinfecting means and the water storage tank, ensuring smooth operation of the water storage tank, and at the same time can also effectively avoid leakage of water at the connection. Preferably, the top of the main body is provided with a top cover for covering the inner cavity. Covering with the top cover can protect components such as the battery and control module inside the main body, and at the same time can make the entire water storage tank body more aesthetically pleasing.
Preferably, the tank body takes the form of a cuboid. A square design can enlarge the space utilized in a household cabinet to the greatest extent possible. Through the use of the technical solution described above, the present invention has significant technical effects:

A pressurized water storage tank having a disinfecting function, as shown in Figs. 1 - 3, consists of a tank body 1 and a disinfecting means 2 which is installed on the tank body 1 and can disinfect water in the tank body 1 ; the bottom of the tank body 1 is provided with a water inlet/outlet 3.
The water storage tank only comprises the tank body 1 and an ultraviolet disinfection lamp 25 installed on the tank body 1 . No gas bag is disposed in the tank body 1 ; during use, a household water purifier is connected by pipeline to the water inlet/outlet 3 at the bottom of the water storage tank. Since the water inlet/outlet 3 is disposed at the bottom of the tank body 1 , it can be ensured that all of the water in the water storage tank body 1 can be discharged even though there is no gas bag. During operation, the water storage tank uses the slow rising of the water level in the tank body 1 to compress air inside the tank body 1 , such that pressure is generated inside the tank body 1 and retroacts on pure water stored in the tank body 1 ; the pressure generated is transmitted to the water purifier, and when the pressure value reaches a pressure value set for a pressure switch of the water purifier, the water purifier stops operating.
The disinfecting means 2 comprises a main body 21 with an inner cavity; inside the inner cavity of the main body 21 are provided a battery 22 and a conductive plate 23, as well as a control module 24 connected electrically to the battery 22, and a disinfection lamp connected to the control module 24 via the conductive plate 23. The top of the tank body 1 is provided with a stepped hole for installing the disinfecting means 2, the stepped hole being divided into a first stepped hole 1 1 and a second stepped hole 12 which are connected to each other, and the diameter of the first stepped hole 1 1 being greater than the diameter of the second stepped hole 12; an inner thread is provided on a hole wall of the first stepped hole 1 1. A middle part of the main body 21 is provided with an outer thread which fits the inner thread on the first stepped hole 1 1 , a lower part of the main body 21 is inserted into the second stepped hole 12, and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 25 is fixed to the lower part of the main body 21. A sealing ring 26 is provided between the lower part of the main body 21 and the second stepped hole 12; the top of the main body 21 is provided with a top cover 27 for covering the inner cavity.
During installation, the middle part of the main body 21 of the disinfecting means 2 is screwed into the first stepped hole 1 1 ; at the same time, the lower part of the main body 21 is inserted into the second stepped hole 12 as the middle part of the main body 21 is screwed in. A seal is formed between the disinfecting means 2 and the top of the water storage tank under the action of the sealing ring 26, such that an airtight space is formed in the water storage tank. At the same time, the ultraviolet disinfecting lamp 25 on the disinfecting means 2 is enabled to irradiate the interior of the water storage tank body 1 , realizing disinfection of water in the water storage tank body 1. The control module 24 for controlling operation of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 25 is provided on the disinfecting means 2, and a pressure sensor for sensing the pressure in the tank body 1 is provided in the water storage tank. Since differences in the amount of water used in the water storage tank will cause different pressures in the water storage tank, different pressures will be released when the amounts of water used by the user are different; thus different pressure values will be generated in the water storage tank, and the pressure sensor transmits these pressure values to the control module 24; the control module 24 can then control the operation of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 25 according to the pressure values received, to perform disinfection when the internal pressure is lower than a minimum value set for the pressure sensor, and ensure that it can have a rational operation time and a disinfection effect.
The tank body 1 in this embodiment takes the form of a cuboid. Since household cabinets are generally always of square design, designing the tank body 1 to have a cuboid shape can help to make full use of the square space in household cabinets, to reduce as far as possible wastage of space. In one aspect of the invention the tank body 1 has a cube shape. The present invention provides a pressurizable water storage tank suitable for disinfecting water, comprising a tank body and a disinfecting means which is installed on the tank body and is capable of disinfecting water in the tank body; wherein the disinfection means comprises a disinfection lamp. The present invention preferably provides a pressurizable water storage tank suitable for disinfecting water, preferably consisting of a tank body (1 ) and a disinfecting means (2) which is preferably installed on the tank body (1 ) and is preferably capable of disinfecting water in the tank body (1 ); wherein; wherein preferably a water inlet/outlet (3) the is provided at bottom of the tank body (1 ), and wherein preferably the disinfection means (2) comprises a disinfection lamp.
It is preferred that the disinfecting means comprises a main body with an inner cavity; inside the inner cavity of the main body suitable for receiving a battery and a conductive means, a control module connected electrically to the battery, and an ultraviolet disinfection lamp connected to the control module via the conductive means; wherein, the control module controls the operation of the ultraviolet disinfecting lamp as a function of pressure inside the water storage tank. It is preferred that the conductive means is a conductive plate.
It is preferred that the top of the tank body is provided with a stepped hole for installing the disinfecting means, the stepped hole being divided into a first stepped hole and a second stepped hole which are connected to each other, and the diameter of the first stepped hole being greater than the diameter of the second stepped hole; an inner thread is provided on a hole wall of the first stepped hole; a middle part of the main body is provided with an outer thread which fits the inner thread on the first stepped hole, a lower part of the main body is inserted into the second stepped hole. It is preferred that the ultraviolet disinfection lamp is fixed to the lower part of the main body.
It is preferred that a sealing ring is provided between the lower part of the main body and the second stepped hole.
It is preferred that the tank body is rectangular cuboid in shape. It is preferred that the tank body is devoid of a gas bag.
The present invention also provides use of a disinfection means comprising a disinfection lamp in a pressurizable water tank for disinfecting water in a tank body, wherein the pressurized water tank is devoid of a gas bag. In summary, the embodiments above are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made within the patent application scope of the present invention shall be included in the scope of the present invention patent.

Claims
1. A pressurizable water storage tank suitable for disinfecting water, comprising a tank body (1 ) and a disinfecting means (2) which is installed on the tank body (1 ) and is capable of disinfecting water in the tank body (1 ); wherein the disinfection means (2) comprises a disinfection lamp.
2. A pressurizable water storage tank according to claim 1 , wherein, the pressurizable water storage tank consists of a tank body (1 ) and a disinfecting means (2) which is installed on the tank body (1 ) and is capable of disinfecting water in the tank body (1 ); wherein a water inlet/outlet (3) is provided at the bottom of the tank body (1 ), and wherein the disinfection means (2) comprises a disinfection lamp.

A pressurizable water storage tank according to Claim 1 or 2, wherein, the disinfecting means (2) comprises a main body (21 ) with an inner cavity; inside the inner cavity of the main body (21 ) suitable for receiving a battery (22) and a conductive means (23), a control module (24) connected electrically to the battery (22), and an ultraviolet disinfection lamp (25) connected to the control module (24) via the conductive means (23); wherein, the control module (24) controls the operation of the ultraviolet disinfecting lamp (25) as a function of pressure inside the water storage tank.
4. A pressurizable water storage tank according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the conductive means comprises a conductive plate.

A pressurizable water storage tank according to any of the preceding claims, wherein, the top of the tank body (1 ) is provided with a stepped hole for installing the disinfecting means (2), the stepped hole being divided into a first stepped hole (1 1 ) and a second stepped hole (12) which are connected to each other, and the diameter of the first stepped hole (1 1 ) being greater than the diameter of the second stepped hole (12); an inner thread is provided on a hole wall of the first stepped hole (1 1 ); a middle part of the main body (21 ) is provided with an outer thread which fits the inner thread on the first stepped hole (1 1 ), a lower part of the main body (21 ) is inserted into the second stepped hole (12).
6. A pressurizable water storage tank according to any of the preceding claims, wherein and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp (25) is fixed to the lower part of the main body (21 ).
7. A pressurizable water storage tank according to any of the preceding claims, wherein, a sealing ring (26) is provided between the lower part of the main body (21 ) and the second stepped hole (12).
8. A Pressurizable water storage tank according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the tank body (1 ) is rectangular cuboid in shape.
9. A Pressurizable water storage tank according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the tank body (1 ) is devoid of a gas bag.
10. Use of a disinfection means comprising a disinfection lamp in a pressurizable water tank for disinfecting water in a tank body, wherein the pressurized water tank is devoid of a gas bag.
