Abstract
디스플레이 성능 저하 없이 디스플레이 패널과 중첩 배치될 수 있고, 자체 발광 소자를 이용하여 디스플레이 광 및 외부 광의 영향 없이 높은 정확도로 지문 이미지를 스캐닝할 수 있는 발광 지문 인식 패널 및 이를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치가 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 발광 지문 인식 패널은, 절연성 기판; 및, 상기 절연성 기판상에 매트릭스 형태로 배열된 다수의 단위 발광-수광 화소를 포함하고, 상기 단위 발광-수광 화소는, 적어도 일부가 투명한 발광 소자를 갖는 발광부; 상기 발광부의 동작을 제어하는 발광 스위칭부; 및, 적어도 일부가 투명한 광센서 소자를 갖는 수광부를 포함하도록 구성된다.
