一种车载空气过滤器,包括圆柱形结构的滤芯(7),滤芯(7)的第一端端头套接有第一滤芯盖板(8),滤芯(7)的第二端端头套接有第二滤芯盖板(12),第一滤芯盖板(8)的第一端端头与第一风机(1)相连,第二滤芯盖板(12)的第二端端头与第二风机(2)相连,第一风机(1)和第二风机(2)之间设置有多根起支撑作用的支架(9),多根支架(9)均匀环布于滤芯(7)的外部,支架(9)上连接有用于罩住滤芯(7)的滤壳(3),滤壳(3)上开设有多个进气孔(4)。

Description

车载空气过滤器 技术领域
本公开涉及汽车配件领域,例如涉及一种车载空气过滤器。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车逐渐在国内市场普及,汽车尾气的增加及日益严峻的环境,使车主越发关注PM2.5细颗粒物对人体的危害。除此之外,汽车内饰中释放出来的化学物质,如甲醛、苯、TVOC(总挥发性有机化合物,Total Volatile Organic Compounds)、溴等也弥漫在空气中;再加上空调内空气循环挥发的有害物质也会逐渐积累,空气中的颗粒、粉尘和有害化学物质等均会进入空调***,威胁车内人员的健康。
鉴于上述问题,车载空气过滤器应运而生。然而,相关技术中市场上的车载空气过滤器,仍然存在结构复杂,过滤效果差的问题,由此,急需解决。
发明内容
本公开针对上述问题,提供一种车载空气过滤器,解决了相关技术中车载空气过滤器结构复杂、过滤效果差的问题。
本公开通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种车载空气过滤器,包括圆柱形结构的滤芯,所述滤芯的第一端端头套接有第一滤芯盖板,所述滤芯的第二端端头套接有第二滤芯盖板,所述第一滤芯盖板的第一端端头与第一风机相连,所述第二滤芯盖板的第二端端头与第二风机相连,所第一风机、第二风机之间设置有多根起支撑作用的支架,所述的多根支架均匀环布于滤芯的外部,支架上连接有用于罩住滤芯的滤壳,所述滤壳上开设有多个进气孔。
可选的,所述第一风机、第二风机结构相同,第一风机和第二风机都分别包括机壳及与机壳相连的机壳盖板,所述机壳内设置有风机本体及风道,机壳设有出风口,所述机壳盖板上开有与风道相连的进风口。
可选的,所述风道为螺旋形结构。
可选的,所述风机本***于机壳中心的第一侧,所述出风口位于机壳中心的第二侧。
可选的,所述的支架为4根,呈矩形结构分布。
可选的,所述滤壳为矩形结构,由四块盖板构成,所述盖板卡接于支架上,每块盖板上均开设有多个进气孔。
本公开的所述一种车载空气过滤器结构简单、紧凑,通过在滤芯外部的滤壳上布置多个进气孔,使得滤芯四周的空气均可进入滤芯中进行过滤,增大了空气进入量,且滤芯两端均设置有风机,有效提高了出风量,从而大大提高了过滤效果。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来说明本公开的技术方案。可以理解的是,此处所描述的实施例仅仅用于解释本公开,而非对本公开的限定。
图1为本实施例一种车载空气过滤器的结构示意图;图2为本实施例一种车载空气过滤器的***图。
请参照图1及图2所示,于本实施例中,一种车载空气过滤器,包括圆柱形结构的滤芯7,所述滤芯7的第一端端头套接有第一滤芯盖板8,所述滤芯的第二端端头套接第二滤芯盖板12,所述第一滤芯盖板8的第一端端头与第一风机1相连,所述第二滤芯盖板12的第二端端头与第二风机2相连。可选的,所述第一风机1、第二风机2结构相同,可以是都分别包括机壳11及与机壳11相连的机壳盖板10,所述机壳11内设置有风机本体14及风道13,所述风道13可以为螺旋形结构,所述螺旋型结构可以是根据风道的基本原理设计,具有风量大,噪音小的优点。机壳11设有出风口5。可选的,所述风机本体14位于机壳11中心的第一侧,所述出风口5位于机壳11中心的第二侧。可选的,所述机壳盖板10上开有与风道13相连的进风口101。可选的,所第一风机1和第二风机2之间设置有4根起支撑作用的支架9,所述的4根支架9均匀环布于滤芯7的外部,呈矩形结构分布,支 架9上连接有用于罩住滤芯7的滤壳3。可选的,所述滤壳3为矩形结构,由四块盖板6构成,所述盖板6卡接于支架9上,每块盖板6上均开设有多个进气孔4,通过采用此种结构,外界气体可由四周进入滤芯,大大提高了进气量。
上述一种车载空气过滤器的滤壳3上布置多个进气孔4,提高了进气量,且滤壳3两端均设置风机(第一风机1、第二风机2),有效提高出风量,进而大大提高了过滤效率,结构简单、易于实现。
工业实用性
本实施例的所述一种车载空气过滤器结构简单、紧凑,通过在滤芯外部的滤壳上布置多个进气孔,使得滤芯四周的空气均可进入滤芯中进行过滤,增大了空气进入量,且滤芯两端均设置有风机,有效提高了出风量,从而大大提高了过滤效果。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种车载空气过滤器,包括圆柱形结构的滤芯,其中,所述滤芯的第一端端头套接有第一滤芯盖板,所述滤芯的第二端端头套接有第二滤芯盖板,所述第一滤芯盖板的第一端端头与第一风机相连,所述第二滤芯盖板的第二端端头与第二风机相连,所第一风机和第二风机之间设置有多根起支撑作用的支架,所述多根支架均匀环布于滤芯的外部,支架上连接有用于罩住滤芯的滤壳,所述滤壳上开设有多个进气孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车载空气过滤器,其中,所述第一风机、第二风机结构相同,第一风机和第二风机都分别包括机壳及与机壳相连的机壳盖板,所述机壳内设置有风机本体及风道,机壳设有出风口,所述机壳盖板上开有与风道相连的进风口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车载空气过滤器,其中,所述风道为螺旋形结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的车载空气过滤器,其中,所述风机本***于机壳中心的第一侧,所述出风口位于机壳中心的第二侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车载空气过滤器,其中,所述的支架为4根,呈矩形结构分布。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的车载空气过滤器,其中,所述滤壳为矩形结构,由四块盖板构成,所述盖板卡接于支架上,每块盖板上均开设有多个进气孔。
