Description

基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法及*** 技术领域
本发明涉及一种对被监护人进行寻找的方法,尤其是一种基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法及***。
本申请要求2016年4月15日在中国提交的申请号为CN201610237395.6的申请的优先权,在此将其内容并入本文。
背景技术
目前,在发现独自一人的被监护人时,一般是联系国家公安机关报警中心,让国家公安机关报警中心将独自一人的被监护人带走,让国家公安机关报警中心与其监护人取得联系。而当被监护人走失后,其监护人一般是通过报警、在电视或报纸等媒体发布被监护人走失信息以使其他人协助一起寻找走失的被监护人。然而,上述寻找方式过于单一,且参与对被监护人进行寻找的人数有限,因此,不利于尽快寻找到已走失或独自一人的被监护人。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种为监护人寻找已走失、或独自一人的被监护人提供一种新途径,从而使监护人能够尽快找被监护人的基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法及***。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、监护人对空码型的被监护人二维码进行识读,在填写完成被监护人信息后向服务器发送被监护人信息上传请求,服务器根据被监护人信息上传请求以建立被监护人信息链表后,激活被监护人二维码;
步骤2、路人识读被监护人二维码以填写完成必填信息后,向服务器发送被监护人发现指令;
步骤3、服务器根据被监护人发现指令以查询到被监护人信息链表中存储的被监护人信息与监护人信息后,联系监护人,告之被监护人当前位置及路人联系方式。
本发明还提供一种实施权利要求1中所述的基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法的***,包括被监护人二维码、安装有监护人APP软件的监护人终端、服务器与路人用终端;
所述安装有监护人APP软件的监护人终端,用于识读空码型的被监护人二维码,在填写完成被监护人信息后向所述服务器发送被监护人信息上传请求;
所述路人用终端,用于识读被监护人二维码以填写完成必填信息后,向所述服务器发送被监护人发现指令;

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
通过本发明可为监护人寻找已走失、或独自一人的被监护人提供一种新途径,从而使监护人能够尽快找被监护人;
在发现走失后、或独自一人的被监护人时,只需要对被监护人二维码识读后向服务器发送被监护人发现指令,服务器根据被监护人二维码的码值信息以查询到与其相对应的监护人信息,并告之被监护人的位置与发现人联系方式,从而使监护人能够尽快找被监护人;
另外,可将被监护人二维码附着在服装或小饰品等商品上,从而使服装或小饰品等商品在现有基础上又可以增加一个新的附属功能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、监护人(监护人终端)对空码型的被监护人二维码进行识读,在填写完成被监护人信息后向服务器发送被监护人信息上传请求,服务器根据被监护人信息上传请求以建立被监护人信息链表后,激活被监护人二维码。
其中,在步骤1中,包括以下子步骤:
步骤11、监护人在通过终端设备(监护人终端)以识读空码型的被监护人二维码后,向服务器发送请求下载监护人APP软件指令。
步骤12、服务器根据下载监护人APP软件指令中终端设备的当前IP地址,以向其发送监护人APP软件安装程序。
另外,监护人还可以从网络上的APP商城等其他APP网站下载该监护人APP软件。
在对处于未激活状态的空码型的被监护人二维码进行识读时只能出现提示安装监护人APP软件的提示信息。
步骤13、在完成监护人APP软件的安装与注册后,监护人通过安装于终 端设备中的监护人APP软件识读空码型的被监护人二维码,以在监护人APP软件的填写界面中填写被监护人信息。
监护人在终端设备中安装完成监护人APP软件后,需要填写注册信息后才能正式进入该监护人APP软件的界面。
监护人在注册时先将手机号码发送至服务器,服务器根据手机号码向带有该手机号码的手机发送所生成验证码,监护人在输入验证码后以进行注册信息填写页面。
注册信息填写页面中包括必填信息与选填信息。
其中,必填信息包括账户名称、账号密码、至少一个紧急联系人信息与监护人家庭地址,紧急联系人信息包括联系人姓名、与联系人电话。
其中,账户名称可以是监护人的手机号码。
另外,还可以根据监护人的实际需要设置若干个紧急联系人。
选填信息包括监护人身份证信息、工作单位与监护人照片等其他信息。
在填写完成注册信息填写页面中的必填信息后,根据必填信息生成监护人注册信息存储请求,并将监护人注册信息存储请求发送到服务器中。
服务器在对所收到的监护人注册信息存储请求进行解析后,根据账户名称中所填写的信息以在监护人信息数据库中建立与账户名称中所填写的信息相对应的监护人信息存储链表。
监护人在完成注册后,对空码型的被监护人二维码进行识读后,以进入监护人APP软件中与被监护人二维码相对应的被监护人信息填写页面。其中,被监护人信息包括被监护人姓名、年龄、家庭住址、被监护人视频、被监护人近照、血型、过敏史与至少一个监护人信息,监护人信息包括监护人姓名与监护人联系方式。其中,监护人联系方式包括监护人手机号码、QQ号码、微信号码或电子邮箱等。
另外,监护人还可以对多个空码型的被监护人二维码进行识读,以填写 相关的被监护人信息。
另外,监护人在完成注册后,通过监护人APP软件中的界面还可以查看或修改所填写的监护人信息。
步骤14、在根据被监护人二维码的码值信息、被监护人信息与监护人APP软件的账户信息以生成被监护人信息上传请求后,根据服务器的IP地址以向服务器发送被监护人信息上传请求。
步骤15、服务器根据被监护人信息上传请求中的被监护人二维码的码值信息以在被监护人信息数据库中建立与码值信息相对应的被监护人信息链表,并将被监护人信息以及监护人APP软件的账户信息存储在被监护人信息链表中。
当被监护人信息链表完成存储后,服务器将被监护人二维码激活。
其中,服务器可对被监护人信息链表中所存储的信息完整程度进行判断,若所存储的信息完整程度达到最低的标准,则判定该被监护人二维码符合被激活标准,则可以将其由未激活状态转变为激活状态。
再对已激活状态的被监护人二维码进行扫描后,就不会再出现该二维码为未激活二维码的提示信息,并且,也不会再出现需要安装监护人APP软件的提示信息。
另外,被监护人二维码被激活后,通过监护人APP软件中的界面还可以查看或修改所填写的被监护人信息。
另外,在监护人APP软件中还包括在线支付功能,通过向服务器支付相应的费用,以长期使用该监护人APP软件,从而享受到监护人APP软件为其提供的相应服务。
步骤2、路人(路人用终端)识读被监护人二维码以填写完成必填信息后,向服务器发送被监护人发现指令。
在步骤2中,包括以下子步骤:
步骤21、路人发现独自一人的被监护人,通过其终端设备对被监护人二维码进行识读后,接收由服务器所发送的WEB样式的表单页面。
步骤22、在填写完成必填信息后,通过被监护人二维码的码值信息与带有必填信息的表单以生成被监护人发现指令,并根据服务器的IP地址以向服务器发送被监护人发现指令。
其中,路人通过选定以进入WEB样式的表单页面后,在WEB样式的表单页面中所填写的信息包括有路人的手机号与被监护人的当前发现地址信息所形成的必填信息,以及包括有被监护人当前状态、被监护人当前照片或被监护人当前视频的选填信息。
其中,被监护人当前状态包括被监护人当时是否受伤、或留言框。
路人在表单中完成信息输入后,通过必填信息和/或选填信息与被监护人二维码的码值信息生成被监护人发现指令,并根据服务器的IP地址以向服务器发送被监护人发现指令。
另外,路人还可以拍摄被监护人的面部照片,并将面部照片发送至服务器。
步骤3、服务器根据被监护人发现指令以查询到被监护人信息链表中存储的被监护人信息与监护人信息后,联系监护人,告之被监护人当前位置及路人联系方式。
在步骤3中,包括以下子步骤:
步骤31、服务器对被监护人发现指令进行解析,以获得被监护人二维码的码值信息与表单信息;
步骤32、根据被监护人二维码的码值信息以在被监护人信息数据库进行查询,并在查询到与其相对应的被监护人信息链表后,调用所存储的监护人信息;
步骤33、根据表单信息中被监护人的当前发现地址信息,以在地图中对 所定位到的位置进行标注;
步骤34、根据已调用的监护人信息联系监护人,告之被监护人当前位置信息及路人手机号。
在步骤34中,若服务器通过监护人信息无法与监护人取得联系,服务器则联系国家公安机关报警中心,并将被监护人信息链表中所存储的全部信息、路人手机号与被监护人的当前发现地址信息告之国家公安机关报警中心,让国家公安机关报警中心派出民警去查看被监护人,并将被监护人带回报警中心。
另外,在步骤3中,若路人向服务器所发送的被监护人发现指令还包括有被监护人的面部照片,则服务器在查询到被监护人信息链表后,会调用被监护人信息链表中所存储的监护人近照,并将被监护人的面部照片与监护人近照进行图像比对,以确定被监护人身份。
其中,服务器可采用现有的图像对比方法以确定走失发现信息中的被监护人照片与被监护人信息链表所存储的被监护人近照的吻合度,若对比后的吻合度高于60%,则生成被监护人身份确认信息;
若对比后的吻合度低于60%,则服务器通知工作人员,使其按照表单信息中的路人联系方式采用人工方式与路人进行联系,以对被监护人身份进行确认。
在对被监护人身份确认后,服务器根据已调用的监护人信息联系监护人,告之被监护人当前位置信息及路人手机号,监护人在得知被监护人当前位置信息及路人手机号后,通过与路人手机号相联系以尽快到达被监护人当前位置。
如图2所示,本实施例提供一种基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、监护人对空码型的被监护人二维码进行识读,在填写完成被监 护人信息后向服务器发送被监护人信息上传请求,服务器根据被监护人信息上传请求以建立被监护人信息链表后,激活被监护人二维码。
其中,在步骤1中,包括以下子步骤:
步骤11、监护人在通过终端设备以识读空码型的被监护人二维码后,向服务器发送请求下载监护人APP软件指令。
步骤12、服务器根据下载监护人APP软件指令中终端设备的当前IP地址,以向其发送监护人APP软件安装程序。
另外,监护人还可以从网络上的APP商城等其他APP网站下载该监护人APP软件。

监护人在完成注册后,对空码型的被监护人二维码进行识读后,以进入监护人APP软件中与被监护人二维码相对应的被监护人信息填写页面。其中,被监护人信息包括被监护人姓名、年龄、家庭住址、被监护人视频、被监护人近照、血型、过敏史与至少一个监护人信息,监护人信息包括监护人姓名与监护人联系方式。其中,监护人联系方式包括监护人手机号码、QQ号码、微信号码或电子邮箱等。
另外,监护人还可以对多个空码型的被监护人二维码进行识读,以填写相关的被监护人信息。
另外,监护人在完成注册后,通过监护人APP软件中的界面还可以查看或修改所填写的监护人信息。
步骤14、在根据被监护人二维码的码值信息、被监护人信息与监护人APP软件的账户信息以生成被监护人信息上传请求后,根据服务器的IP地址以向服务器发送被监护人信息上传请求。
步骤15、服务器根据被监护人信息上传请求中的被监护人二维码的码值信息以在被监护人信息数据库中建立与码值信息相对应的被监护人信息链表,并将被监护人信息以及监护人APP软件的账户信息存储在被监护人信息链表中。
当被监护人信息链表完成存储后,服务器将被监护人二维码激活。
其中,服务器可对被监护人信息链表中所存储的信息完整程度进行判断,若所存储的信息完整程度达到最低的标准,则判定该被监护人二维码符 合被激活标准,则可以将其由未激活状态转变为激活状态。
再对已激活状态的被监护人二维码进行扫描后,就不会再出现该二维码为未激活二维码的提示信息,并且,也不会再出现需要安装监护人APP软件的提示信息。
另外,被监护人二维码被激活后,通过监护人APP软件中的界面还可以查看或修改所填写的被监护人信息。

步骤2、监护人在发现被监护人走失后,通过终端设备中的监护人APP软件向服务器发送被监护人走失信息。
在步骤2中,包括以下子步骤:
步骤21、监护人在发现被监护人走失后,在终端设备中的监护人APP软件中以填写被监护人走失位置、走失时间与着装信息,并在生成被监护人走失指令后发送至服务器。
步骤22、服务器在接收到被监护人走失指令后,在被监护人信息数据库中查询到相对应的被监护人信息链表,并将该被监护人信息链表调入被监护人走失数据库中,以生成被监护人走失信息。
步骤23、服务器在监护人信息数据库中查询到每一个已注册的监护人信息存储链表,由监护人信息存储链表中调用监护人信息,并将当前被监护人走失指令发送至每一个监护人。
步骤3、路人或得知被监护人走失信息的某一个监护人识读被监护人二维码以填写完成必填信息后,向服务器发送被监护人发现指令。
在步骤3中,包括以下子步骤:
步骤31、路人或得知被监护人走失信息的某一个监护人在发现单独一 人的被监护人,通过其终端设备对被监护人二维码进行识读后,接收由服务器所发送的WEB样式的表单页面。
步骤32、在填写完成必填信息后,通过被监护人二维码的码值信息与带有必填信息的表单以生成被监护人发现指令,并根据服务器的IP地址以向服务器发送被监护人发现指令。
其中,路人或得知被监护人走失信息的某一个监护人通过选定以进入WEB样式的表单页面后,在WEB样式的表单页面中所填写的信息包括有路人的手机号与被监护人的当前发现地址信息所形成的必填信息,以及包括有被监护人当前状态、被监护人当前照片或被监护人当前视频的选填信息。
其中,被监护人当前状态包括被监护人当时是否受伤、或留言框。
路人或得知被监护人走失信息的某一个监护人在表单中完成信息输入后,通过必填信息和/或选填信息与被监护人二维码的码值信息生成被监护人发现指令,并根据服务器的IP地址以向服务器发送被监护人发现指令。
另外,路人或得知被监护人走失信息的某一个监护人还可以拍摄被监护人的面部照片,并将面部照片发送至服务器。
步骤4、服务器根据被监护人发现指令以查询到被监护人信息链表中存储的被监护人信息与监护人信息后,联系监护人,告之被监护人当前位置及路人或得知被监护人走失信息的某一个监护人联系方式。
在步骤4中,包括以下子步骤:
步骤41、服务器对被监护人发现指令进行解析,以获得被监护人二维码的码值信息与表单信息;
步骤42、根据被监护人二维码的码值信息以在被监护人信息数据库进行查询,并在查询到与其相对应的被监护人信息链表后,调用所存储的监护人信息;
步骤43、根据表单信息中被监护人的当前发现地址信息,以在地图中 对所定位到的位置进行标注;
步骤44、根据已调用的监护人信息联系监护人,告之被监护人当前位置信息及路人手机号。
在步骤44中,若服务器通过监护人信息无法与监护人取得联系,服务器则联系国家公安机关报警中心,并将被监护人信息链表中所存储的全部信息、路人手机号与被监护人的当前发现地址信息告之国家公安机关报警中心,让国家公安机关报警中心派出民警去查看被监护人,并将被监护人带回报警中心。
监护人在找到走失的被监护人后,通过监护人APP软件以向服务器发送被监护人找到指令,服务器对被监护人找到指令进行解析后,在被监护人走失数据库中将被监护人信息链表进行取消,并在监护人信息数据库中查询到每一个已注册的监护人信息后,将被监护人找到指令发送至每一个监护人。
另外,在步骤4中,若路人或得知被监护人走失信息的某一个监护人向服务器所发送的被监护人发现指令还包括有被监护人的面部照片,则服务器在查询到被监护人信息链表后,会调用被监护人信息链表中所存储的监护人近照,并将被监护人的面部照片与监护人近照进行图像比对,以确定被监护人身份。
图2中的实施例在图1中实施例的基础上增加了监护人在发现被监护人走失后,向服务器发送被监护人走失信息,以使服务器向每一个已注册的监护人发送被监护人走失信息,使安装有监护人APP软件的每一个监护人都能够协助共同寻找走失的被监护人,从而增加对被监护人进行寻找的人数,增加尽快寻找到被监护人的机率。
另外,当监护人发现被监护人走失后,还可以向媒体发布被监护人走失信息,向公众寻求帮助,从而使更多的民众都能够得知被监护人走失信息, 大幅度增加被监护人进行寻找的人数,提高尽快寻找到被监护人的机率。
如图3所示,本发明还提供一种基于二维码以对走失的被监护人进行寻找的***,包括被监护人二维码、安装有监护人APP软件的监护人终端、服务器与路人用终端。
安装有监护人APP软件的监护人终端通过所安装的监护人APP软件对空码型的被监护人二维码进行识读,在填写完成被监护人信息后,根据被监护人二维码的码值信息、被监护人信息与监护人APP软件的账户信息以生成被监护人信息上传请求后,根据服务器的IP地址以向服务器发送被监护人信息上传请求。
另外,安装有监护人APP软件的监护人终端通过第一次识读空码型的被监护人二维码以安装完成监护人APP软件时,需要填写注册信息。
在填写完成注册信息填写页面中的必填信息后,根据必填信息以生成监护人注册信息存储请求,并将监护人注册信息存储请求发送至服务器。
路人用终端用于对被监护人二维码进行识读,在填写完成必填信息后,根据被监护人二维码的码值信息与必填信息以生成被监护人发现指令,并将被监护人发现指令发送至服务器。
服务器根据安装有监护人APP软件的监护人终端中的监护人APP软件所发送的被监护人信息上传请求以建立被监护人信息链表后,激活被监护人二维码。
服务器还根据路人用终端所发送的被监护人发现指令,以查询到被监护人信息链表中存储的被监护人信息与监护人信息后,联系监护人,向其告之被监护人当前位置及路人联系方式。
在服务器中设有用于存储监护人注册信息的监护人信息数据库、用于存储被监护人信息的被监护人信息数据库、以及用于存储被监护人走失信息的被监护人走失数据库。
服务器在对所收到的监护人注册信息存储请求进行解析后,根据账户名称中所填写的信息以在监护人信息数据库中建立与账户名称中所填写的信息相对应的监护人信息存储链表。
服务器根据被监护人信息上传请求中的被监护人二维码的码值信息以在被监护人信息数据库中建立与码值信息相对应的被监护人信息链表,并将被监护人信息以及监护人APP软件的账户信息存储在被监护人信息链表中。
服务器在接收到被监护人走失指令后,在被监护人信息数据库中查询到相对应的被监护人信息链表,并将该被监护人信息链表调入被监护人走失数据库中,以生成被监护人走失信息。当被监护人找到后,根据监护人发送的被监护人发现指令,以将与被监护人走失数据库中所存储的被监护人走失信息删除。
在服务器中还包括二维码生成装置,用于生成空码型的被监护人二维码。
在服务器中还包括用于判断被监护人信息链表中所存储的信息完整程度的信息判断装置、以及用于对被监护人二维码进行激活的激活装置。
服务器通过信息判断装置可对被监护人信息链表中所存储的信息完整程度进行判断,若所存储的信息完整程度达到最低的标准,则判定该被监护人二维码符合被激活标准,可以通过激活装置将其激活,使其由未激活状态转变为激活状态。
在服务器中还包括图像对比装置。当服务器收到由路人或得知被监护人走失信息的某一个监护人所拍摄的被监护人的面部照片时,通过图像对比装置以确定被监护人的面部照片与被监护人近照的吻合度,若对比后的吻合度高于60%,则生成被监护人身份确认信息;
若对比后的吻合度低于60%,则服务器通知工作人员,使其按照表单 信息中的方式采用人工方式与其进行联系,以对被监护人身份进行确认。
本发明在应用时,可将被监护人二维码印制在服装上,路人或得知被监护人走失信息的某一个监护人在发现独自一人或走失的被监护人时,对其服装上的被监护人二维码进行识读、且向服务器发送被监护人发现指令后,服务器对被监护人发现指令进行解析,经解析后就会查询到与被监护人二维码相对应的监护人联系方式,并与监护人进行联系,以告之被监护人的当前位置、以及路人或得知被监护人走失信息的某一个监护人的联系方式,以使监护人能够尽快寻找到走失的被监护人。
另外,若服务器通过监护人信息无法与监护人取得联系,服务器则联系国家公安机关报警中心,并将被监护人信息链表中所存储的全部信息、路人手机号与被监护人的当前发现地址信息告之国家公安机关报警中心,让国家公安机关报警中心派出民警去查看被监护人,并将被监护人带回报警中心。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,对发明而言仅仅是说明性的,而非限制性的。本专业技术人员理解,在发明权利要求所限定的精神和范围内可对其进行许多改变,修改,甚至等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法,其中,方法包括:
    步骤1、监护人设置被监护人二维码;
    步骤2、路人识读被监护人二维码从而向服务器发送被监护人发现指令;以及
    步骤3、服务器根据被监护人发现指令向监护人通知被监护人当前位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法,其中,
    步骤1具体包括:监护人对空码型的被监护人二维码进行识读,在填写完成被监护人信息后向服务器发送被监护人信息上传请求,服务器根据被监护人信息上传请求以建立被监护人信息链表后,激活被监护人二维码;
    步骤2具体包括:路人识读被监护人二维码以填写完成必填信息后,向服务器发送被监护人发现指令;
    步骤3具体包括:服务器根据被监护人发现指令以查询到被监护人信息链表中存储的被监护人信息与监护人信息后,联系监护人,告之被监护人当前位置及路人联系方式。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法,其中,在步骤1中,包括以下子步骤:
    步骤11、监护人在通过终端设备以识读空码型的被监护人二维码后,向服务器发送请求下载监护人APP软件指令;
    步骤12、服务器向监护人当前使用的终端设备发送监护人APP软件安装程序;
    步骤13、在完成监护人APP软件的安装与注册后,监护人通过安装于终端设备中的监护人APP软件识读空码型的被监护人二维码,以在监护人APP软件的填写界面中填写被监护人信息;
    步骤14、在根据被监护人二维码的码值信息、被监护人信息与监护人APP软件的账户信息以生成被监护人信息上传请求后,向服务器发送被监护 人信息上传请求;
    步骤15、服务器根据被监护人信息上传请求中的被监护人二维码的码值信息以在被监护人信息数据库中建立与码值信息相对应的被监护人信息链表,并将被监护人信息存储在被监护人信息链表中,以实现对被监护人二维码的激活。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法,其中,在步骤13中,在监护人APP软件的填写界面中所填写的被监护人信息包括被监护人姓名、年龄、家庭住址、被监护人视频、被监护人近照、血型、过敏史与至少一个监护人信息,监护人信息包括监护人姓名与监护人联系方式。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法,其中,在步骤2中,包括以下子步骤:
    步骤21、路人发现单独一人的被监护人,通过终端设备对被监护人二维码进行识读后,接收由服务器所发送的表单页面;
    步骤22、在填写完成必填信息后,通过被监护人二维码的码值信息与带有必填信息的表单以生成被监护人发现指令,并向服务器发送被监护人发现指令。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法,其中,在步骤22中,路人在表单页面中所填写的信息包括有路人的手机号与被监护人的当前发现地址信息所形成的必填信息、以及包括有被监护人当前照片或被监护人当前视频的选填信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法,其中,在步骤3中,包括以下子步骤:
    步骤31、服务器对被监护人发现指令进行解析,以获得被监护人二维码的码值信息与表单信息;
    步骤32、根据被监护人二维码的码值信息以在被监护人信息数据库进行查询,并在查询到与其相对应的被监护人信息链表后,调用所存储的监护人信息;
    步骤33、根据表单信息中被监护人的当前发现地址信息,以在地图中对所定位到的位置进行标注;
    步骤34、根据已调用的监护人信息联系监护人,告之被监护人当前位置信息及路人手机号。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法,其中,在步骤34中,若服务器通过监护人信息无法与监护人取得联系,服务器则联系国家公安机关报警中心,并将被监护人信息链表中所存储的全部信息、路人手机号与被监护人的当前发现地址信息告之国家公安机关报警中心。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法,其中,在步骤2实施之前,还包括监护人在发现被监护人走失后,通过终端设备中的监护人APP软件向服务器发送被监护人走失信息的步骤。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法,其中,上述步骤包括以下子步骤:
    步骤a、监护人在发现被监护人走失后,在终端设备中的监护人APP软件中以填写被监护人走失位置、走失时间与着装信息,并在生成被监护人走失指令后发送至服务器;
    步骤b、服务器在接收到被监护人走失指令后,在被监护人信息数据库中查询到相对应的被监护人信息链表,并将该被监护人信息链表调入被监护人走失数据库中;
    步骤c、服务器在监护人信息数据库中查询到每一个监护人信息,并将当前被监护人走失指令发送至每一个监护人。
  11. 一种实施权利要求1中所述的基于二维码以对被监护人进行寻找的方法的***,其中,包括被监护人二维码、安装有监护人APP软件的监护人终端、服务器与路人用终端;
    所述安装有监护人APP软件的监护人终端,用于识读空码型的被监护人二维码,在填写完成被监护人信息后向所述服务器发送被监护人信息上传请求;
    所述路人用终端,用于识读被监护人二维码以填写完成必填信息后,向所述服务器发送被监护人发现指令;
    所述服务器,根据所述安装有监护人APP软件的监护人终端所发送的被监护人信息上传请求以建立被监护人信息链表后,激活被监护人二维码;根据所述路人用终端所发送的被监护人发现指令以查询到被监护人信息链表中存储的被监护人信息与监护人信息后,联系监护人,告之被监护人当前位置及路人联系方式。
