通过本申请,采用在第一终端通过公共交换电话网络PSTN通话方式呼叫第二终端时,检测到第一终端和第二终端连接至同一个指定网络;将第一终端与第二终端之间建立的PSTN通话方式切换至网络电话VOIP通话方式;通过该指定网络建立第一终端与第二终端之间的VOIP连接,解决了现有技术中主叫方通过PSTN电话方式呼叫被叫方的情况下,不能将PSTN电话方式切换至VOIP电话方式的问题,实现了自动将PSTN电话切换至VOIP电话,达到节省费用的目的。

实施例1
在本实施例中提供了一种切换电话通话方式的方法,图1是根据本申请实施例的切换电话通话方式的方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,在第一终端通过公共交换电话网络PSTN通话方式呼叫第二终端时,检测到第一终端和该第二终端连接至同一个指定网络;
步骤S104,将第一终端与第二终端之间建立的PSTN通话方式切换至网络电话VOIP通话方式;
步骤S106,通过该指定网络建立第一终端与第二终端之间的VOIP连接。
通过上述步骤,在第一终端使用普通电话方式呼叫第二终端的情况下,首先检测该第一终端和该第二终端是否处于同一个网络中,如果处于同一网络说明多个终端之间可以通过网络电话进行通话,这时将第一终端与第二终端之间已经建立的PSTN通话方式切换至网络电话VOIP通话方式,通过该同一网络建立第一终端与第二终端之间的VOIP连接,相比于现有技术中,仅能通过手动方式在PSTN通话方式和VOIP通话方式之间进行切换,上述步骤解决了现有技术中主叫方通过PSTN电话方式呼叫被叫方的情况下,不能将PSTN电话方式切换至VOIP电话方式的问题,实现了自动将PSTN电话切换至VOIP电话,达到节省费用的目的。
上述步骤S106涉及到通过该指定网络建立第一终端与第二终端之间的VOIP连接,需要说明的是,可以通过多种方式进行建立。下面对此进行举 例说明。在一个可选实施例中,根据第一终端与该第二终端之间建立的PSTN通话连接,获取第二终端的IP地址,根据第二终端的IP地址建立第一终端与第二终端之间的VOIP连接。第二终端的IP地址例如可以是192.168.1.10。
在通过该指定网络建立第一终端与第二终端之间的VOIP连接时,在一个可选实施例中,将第一终端与第二终端传输的语音包封装至该指定网络的数据包中,通过VOIP通话方式在第一终端与第二终端之间传输该数据包,完成终端之间语音的传输,
上述步骤S102中涉及到检测第一终端和第二终端连接至同一个指定网络,需要说明的是,可以通过多种方式检测多个终端是否处于同一网络中,下面对此进行举例说明。在一个可选实施例中,检测到第一终端连接的无线局域网络WI-FI热点与第二终端连接的WI-FI热点相同,通过对WI-FI热点的比较,能够比较直观的判断出多个终端是否处于同一网络。
通过该指定网络建立第一终端与第二终端之间的VOIP连接之后,在一个可选实施例中,接收PSTN通话方式的请求信息,根据该请求信息将第一终端与第二终端建立的VOIP通话方式切换至PSTN通话方式。由于VOIP通话方式和PSTN通话方式各有其优点,例如,PSTN通话方式通话质量比较好,因此在两个终端之间已经建立VOIP通话之后,用户可以将VOIP电话切换至PSTN电话,进行稳定地通话。
实施例2
在本实施例中还提供了一种切换电话通话方式的装置,该装置用于实 现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本申请实施例的切换电话通话方式的装置的一个结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括:检测模块22,用于在第一终端通过公共交换电话网络PSTN通话方式呼叫第二终端时,检测到第一终端和第二终端连接至同一个指定网络;第一切换模块24,用于将该第一终端与该第二终端之间建立的PSTN通话方式切换至网络电话VOIP通话方式;建立模块26,用于通过该指定网络建立第一终端与第二终端之间的VOIP连接。
图3是根据本申请实施例的建立模块的一个结构框图,如图3所示,建立模块26包括:获取单元262,用于根据该第一终端与该第二终端之间建立的PSTN通话连接,获取第二终端的IP地址;建立单元264,用于根据第二终端的IP地址建立第一终端与第二终端之间的VOIP连接。
图4是根据本申请实施例的建立模块的另一个结构框图,如图4所示,建立模块26还包括:封装单元266,用于通过该指定网络建立第一终端与该第二终端之间的VOIP连接之后,将第一终端与第二终端传输的语音包封装至该指定网络的数据包中;传输单元268,用于通过VOIP通话方式在第一终端与第二终端之间传输该数据包。
可选地,检测模块22还用于检测到该第一终端连接的无线局域网络WI-FI热点与该第二终端连接的WI-FI热点相同。
图5是根据本申请实施例的切换电话通话方式的装置的另一个结构框图,如图5所示,该装置还包括:接收模块52,用于接收PSTN通话方式的请求信息;第二切换模块54,用于根据该请求信息将第一终端与第二终端建立的VOIP通话方式切换至PSTN通话方式。
综上所述,通过本申请提供的一种切换电话通话方式的方法及装置,解决了现有技术中主叫方通过PSTN电话方式呼叫被叫方的情况下,不能将PSTN电话方式切换至VOIP电话方式的问题,实现了自动将PSTN电话切换至VOIP电话,达到节省费用的目的。
上述各个模块的更进一步的功能描述与上述对应实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
实施例3
如图6所示,本申请还提供了一种电子设备,包括至少一个处理器810;以及,与所述至少一个处理器810通信连接的存储器800;其中,所述存储器800存储有可被所述至少一个处理器810执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器810执行,以使所述至少一个处理器810能够在第一终端通过公共交换电话网络PSTN通话方式呼叫第二终端时,检测到所述第一终端和所述第二终端连接至同一个指定网络;将所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间建立的PSTN通话方式切换至网络电话VOIP通话方式;通过所述指定网络建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接。所述电子设备还包括与所述存储器800和所述处理器电连接的输入装置830和输出装置840,所述电连接优选为通过总线连接。

  1. 一种切换电话通话方式的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在第一终端通过公共交换电话网络PSTN通话方式呼叫第二终端时,检测到所述第一终端和所述第二终端连接至同一个指定网络;
    将所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间建立的PSTN通话方式切换至网络电话VOIP通话方式;
    通过所述指定网络建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过所述指定网络建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接包括:
    根据所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间建立的PSTN通话连接,获取所述第二终端的IP地址;
    根据所述第二终端的IP地址建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过所述指定网络建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接包括:
    将所述第一终端与所述第二终端传输的语音包封装至所述指定网络的数据包中;
    通过VOIP通话方式在所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间传输所述数据包。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,检测到所述第一终端和所述第二终端连接至同一个指定网络包括:
    检测到所述第一终端连接的无线局域网络WI-FI热点与所述第二终端连接的WI-FI热点相同。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,通过所述指定网络建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接之后包括:
    接收PSTN通话方式的请求信息;
    根据所述请求信息将所述第一终端与所述第二终端建立的VOIP通话方式切换至PSTN通话方式。
  6. 一种切换电话通话方式的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    检测模块,用于在第一终端通过公共交换电话网络PSTN通话方式呼叫第二终端时,检测到所述第一终端和所述第二终端连接至同一个指定网络;
    第一切换模块,用于将所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间建立的PSTN通话方式切换至网络电话VOIP通话方式;
    建立模块,用于通过所述指定网络建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述建立模块包括:
    获取单元,用于根据所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间建立的PSTN通话连接,获取所述第二终端的IP地址;
    建立单元,用于根据所述第二终端的IP地址建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述建立模块还包括:
    封装单元,用于通过所述指定网络建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接之后,将所述第一终端与所述第二终端传输的语音包封装至所述指定网络的数据包中;
    传输单元,用于通过VOIP通话方式在所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间传输所述数据包。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块还用于检测到所述第一终端连接的无线局域网络WI-FI热点与所述第二终端连接的WI-FI热点相同。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收PSTN通话方式的请求信息;
    第二切换模块,用于根据所述请求信息将所述第一终端与所述第二终端建立的VOIP通话方式切换至PSTN通话方式。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于包括至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够

  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,通过所述指定网络建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接包括:
    根据所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间建立的PSTN通话连接,获取所述第二终端的IP地址;

  13. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,通过所述指定网络建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接包括:
    将所述第一终端与所述第二终端传输的语音包封装至所述指定网络的 数据包中;
    通过VOIP通话方式在所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间传输所述数据包。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,检测到所述第一终端和所述第二终端连接至同一个指定网络包括:
    检测到所述第一终端连接的无线局域网络WI-FI热点与所述第二终端连接的WI-FI热点相同。
  15. 根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,通过所述指定网络建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接之后,使所述至少一个处理器还能够:
    接收PSTN通话方式的请求信息;
    根据所述请求信息将所述第一终端与所述第二终端建立的VOIP通话方式切换至PSTN通话方式。
  16. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于:所述存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令的所述计算机可执行指令,当由电子设备执行时使得电子设备能够:
    在第一终端通过公共交换电话网络PSTN通话方式呼叫第二终端时,检测到所述第一终端和所述第二终端连接至同一个指定网络;
    将所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间建立的PSTN通话方式切换至网络 电话VOIP通话方式;
    通过所述指定网络建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,通过所述指定网络建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接包括:
    根据所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间建立的PSTN通话连接,获取所述第二终端的IP地址;
    根据所述第二终端的IP地址建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,通过所述指定网络建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接包括:
    将所述第一终端与所述第二终端传输的语音包封装至所述指定网络的数据包中;
    通过VOIP通话方式在所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间传输所述数据包。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,检测到所述第一终端和所述第二终端连接至同一个指定网络包括:
    检测到所述第一终端连接的无线局域网络WI-FI热点与所述第二终端连接的WI-FI热点相同。
  20. 根据权利要求16至19中任一项所述的存储介质,其特征在于,通过所述指定网络建立所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的VOIP连接之后,使得电子设备还能够:
    接收PSTN通话方式的请求信息;
    根据所述请求信息将所述第一终端与所述第二终端建立的VOIP通话方式切换至PSTN通话方式。
  21. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,其特征在于,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行上述任一权利要求所述的方法。
