[청구항 2] 제 1항에있어서，
상기스타의구매대금지불권확보를위한경매에대한낙찰금액중,상품 대금을제외한차액은상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)가기부처리하고, 그기부정보를열람가능하게공개하도록처리하는것을특징으로하는 스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 3] '제 1항에있어서，
상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)는스타가소유할수있는상품에대한 결제시에는낙찰자가 1명으로낙찰되도록처리하고,스타가소유할수 없는소비재상품에대한결제시에는낙찰자가기설정된인원수만큼 다수명이낙찰되도록처리하는것을특징으로하는스타결제경매 시스템.
[청구항 4] 제 1항에있어서，
상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)는상기스타단말기 (2a)의요청시, 스타가결제한도를실시간으로파악할수있도록팬계좌중자동인출 가능한금액을모니터링하게구성된것을특징으로하는스타결제경매 시스템.
[청구항 5] 제 1항에있어서，
상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)는상기스타단말기 (2a)의요청시, 스타가결제한도를각상품카테고리별로파악할수있도록팬계좌중각 카테고리별로자동인출가능하게설정된금액을모니터링하게구성된 것을특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템. [청구항 6] 제 1항에있어서,
상기결제경매에대한팬들의입찰은자동입찰만가능하게구성되고， 상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)는경매이벤트발생시자동입찰이 이루어지도록각스타에대한팬들의입찰정보가미리설정된것을 특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 7] 제 1항에있어서，
상기결제경매는팬이특정스타의전체결제에대해경매참여를설정할 수도있으며 ,상품카테고리별로경매참여를설정할수도있는경매인 것을특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 8] 제 1항에있어서,
상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)는그내부에어떤스타에대한결제 경매에참여할것인지에대한스타지정정보와，계좌정보,카테고리별 자동인출한도금액설정정보를포함한데이터를저장하는팬설정 데이터저장부 (22)가구성된것을특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 9] 제 1항에있어서,
상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)는그내부에스타별상품구매데이터 및화보데이터，사인데이터와실시간누적된결제한도데이터를 저장하는스타결제경매데이터저장부 (24)가더구성된것을특징으로 하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 10] 제 1항에있어서，
상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)는그내부에참여업체 단말기 (32)로부터제공받고，스타가결제한상품에대한정보및그 상품과관련된상품정보를저장하는결제상품데이터저장부 (26)가더 포함된것을특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 11] 제 1항에있어서，
상기'스타결제경매관리서버 (20)는그내부에상기낙찰금액중,상품 대금을제외한차액을기부처리하는기부처리부 (28)와,기부처를비롯한 기부금액정보와스타정보및해당팬정보를연결하여저장하는 기부정보저장부 (30)가더포함된것을특징으로하는스타결제경매 시스템
[청구항 12] 제 1항에있어서,
상기결제경매처리어를리케이션 (6)은결제경매를설정하는설정 화면 (50)이구성되고，그설정화면 (50)에는스타를지정하는스타 설정부 (52)와，경매에참여하는결제카테고리를설정하는카테고리 설정부 (54)와,카테고리별자동인출한도금액을설정하는카테고리별 금액설정부 (58)가포함된것을특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템. [청구항 13] 제 1항에있어서，
상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)는그내부에스타의결제정보를 관리하고차후금융처리서버 (12)에설정된팬의계좌로부터입찰금액을 인출하여상품대금을정산할수있도록하는결제정보관리부 (34)가더 포함된것올특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 M] 제 1항에있어서,
상기팬의계좌는실계좌와매칭≤1는추가적인가상계좌를구성하고， 특정스타에대해자동인출가능하게설정한금액을가상계좌에 분리하여저장하게하거나또는,
실계좌내에자동인출가능하게인출권을부여한금액을열람가능하게 분리하여표시되도록상기금융처리서버 (12)에서관리하게구성된것을 특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 15] 제 1항에있어서， t
상기금융처리서버 (12)는스타에게부여된전용신용카드또는전용 체크카드또는전용캐쉬카드중어느하나인전용결제카드 (68)와연계된 계정을설정하고，상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)의요청에의해미리 연결된다수의팬계좌로부터일정금액을자동으로해당스타계정으로 이체하도록처리하는것을특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 16] 제 1항에있어서,
상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)는상기유저단말기 (2b)의결제경매 처리어플리케이션 (6)으로해당팬이지정한스타의실시간경매상품 정보 (72)를전송하고,연결상품을열람할수있는하이퍼텍스트 정보 (75)를전송하는경매정보전송부 (36)가더포함된것을특징으로 하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 17] 제 1항에있어서,
상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)는스타소장품에대한결제경매에 대한낙찰자에게자동으로소장품인도계약서를작성하는자동계약 처리부 (42)가더포함된것을특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 IS] 제 1항에있어서，
상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)는그내부에낙찰자가확보한스타 소장품에대한이력및인증번호를관리하기위한소장품 등록처리부 (44)와;
소장품에대한양도및양수에대한처리를수행하는소장품양도 /양수 처리부 (46)와;
소장품에대한경매신청과처리를수행하는소장품경메처리부 (48)가 더포함되어결제경매를통해낙찰받은소장품에대한이력관리를 수행하게된것을특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 19] 제 1항에있어서， ，
상기입찰정보는팬이설정한일정흿수에대해일정비율로자동 입찰금액이증가처리되도록상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)에 ' 설정하는자동입찰정보가포함된것을특징으로하는스타결제경매 시스템.
[청구항 20] 제 1항에있어서，
상기입찰정보는팬이설정한일정횟수에대해일정비율로자동 입찰금액이증가처리되도록상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)에 설정하고,그한도금액을설정한자동입찰정보가포함된것을특징으로 하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 21] 제 3항에있어서,
상기스타가소유할수없는소비재상품에대한결제시에는상기스타 결제경매관리서버 (20)에서다수의낙찰자가발생되도록처리하고, 낙찰자전원은기부금을기부하는것으로정보처리하며,입찰금액순으로 정렬한후상위일정인원은스타의결제금액을분할지급하는것으로 정보처리한것을특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템 .
[청구항 22] 제 4항에있어서,
상기결제한도는결제물품이스타의소장품을받을수있는결제인경우， 최고금액의자동인출을설정한유저의설정금액이며;
결제물품이소장불가능한결제에대한물품이면，다수유저의최저 설정금액의총합인것을특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 23] 제 14항에있어서，
상기결제정보관리부 (34)는전체상품대금중스타가일부결제한 금액을차감한잔액을일정인원의팬으로분할하여최소입찰금액으로 설정하도록한것을특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 24] 제 1항에있어서,
상기기부정보는해당결제로인한기부정보와,전체누적기부정보로 구분되어제공받을수있는것을특징으로하는스타결제경매시스템.
[청구항 25] a)스타단말기 (2a)에탑재된결제정보출력어플리케이션 (4)이스타결제 경매관리서버 (20)로부터결제가능한한도금액에대한정보를수신하여 출력시키는과정과;
b)해당스타에게발급된전용결제카드로부터결제신호가수신되면 결제처리서버 (10)가결제처리를수행하는과정과;
c)상기결제처리서버 (10)가해당스타의결제정보를상기스타결제 경매관리서버 (20)로전송하는과정과;
d)상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)가해당스타의구매대금지불권 결제경매를진행하는과정과;
e)상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)가낙찰자를선정하는과정과;
f)상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)가해당낙찰자의계좌로부터낙찰 대금을인출하도록금융처리서버 (12)에요청하는과정이포함되어 이루어진것을특징으로하는스타결제경매방법. [청구항 26] 제 25항에있어서，
상기 a)과정의이전에,
상기스타결제경매관리서버 (20)는팬단말기 (2b)에탑재된결제 경매처리어플리케이션 (6)으로부터어떤스타에대한결제경매에 참여할것인지에대한스타지정정보와，계좌정보，카테고리별자동 인출한도금액설정정보를포함한데이터를수신받아등록하는과정이 더포함된것을특징으로하는스타결제경매방법 .
