Description

在线更换吸附材料的净化柱及手套箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种手套箱领域所使用的净化柱,具体涉及一种在线更换吸附材料的净化柱及手套箱。
背景技术
手套箱广泛应用于医学、生物、化学化工、核能、锂电以及机械加工等高科技研究领域和生产制造过程中。手套箱不仅可以为各种科研与生产提供无水、无氧的实验环境,同时还可以给科研工作者以安全防护,此如医疗生物防菌防病、核能防辐射防泄漏,还有化学化工防有毒气体等等。
目前手套箱设备的净化柱中,其内部的净化材料吸附饱和后需要实时进行更换,否则就会影响净化柱的净化功能。目前通常所使用的更换方式有以下三种:
一、利用再生手段直接对净化柱内部的净化材料进行再生恢复,此种方式的缺点是花费时间较长,占用正常运行时间,影响科研和生产效率;
二、在手套箱内准备两只或者更多只净化柱,做到一用一备或者一用多备,以此来提高更换净化柱的工作效率,但是由于净化柱是手套箱的核心部件,其在整个手套箱内的成本占此较大,由此使得手套箱的制造成本较高;
三、由厂家人员直接将整只净化柱更换掉,此种方式需要对手套箱进行拆卸作业,维护成本较高,且影响手套箱内部的气氛纯净度,后期使用时还需要进行气氛置换,同样十分影响手套箱的工作效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种在线更换吸附材料的 净化柱及手套箱,其可以解决现有技术中三种方式所产生的效率低、制造成本和维护成本高的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
在线更换吸附材料的净化柱,其包括:
罐体,其内用于填充吸附材料,罐体上的一端设置为可开启;
至少一卸料部,其对接于罐体上,卸料部与罐体之间安装有卸出吸附材料的启闭单元,卸料部内设置有腔室,腔室连通气体置换单元。
本发明提供的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱,主要设置于了用于填充吸附材料的罐体以及对接于罐体上的卸料部,罐体上安装有可启闭的盖体,卸料部与罐体之间安装有卸出吸附材料的启闭单元,卸料部内还设置有腔室,该腔室连通气体置换单元;当罐体内的吸附材料饱和或达不到能力要求时,将空的料瓶对接在卸料部的对接口,对接好后通过气体置换单元和腔室对料瓶进行气体置换,置换成和腔室内一致的气体氛围,随后打开启闭单元泄出用过的吸附材料,卸料完毕后关闭启闭单元,随后打开罐体上的盖体,直接将料瓶里的活化好的吸附材料倒入罐体内,盖好盖体后就可以重新使用,由此完成净化柱的置换作业。
因此,本发明与现有技术相比,有效地解决了现有技术中净化柱更换方式所产生的效率低、制造成本和维护成本高的问题;此外,当将净化柱放在手套箱内部使用时,更换吸附材料可以保证不会泄露手套箱内部的水氧。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以作如下改进:
作为优选的方案,上述的罐体的相对两端部分别对接有两卸料部。
采用上述优选的方案,可以便于卸料和重新装入吸附材料。
作为优选的方案,上述的卸料部上连接外部的端部还设置有保护盖。

本实施例提供的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱,主要设置于了用于填充吸附材料的罐体以及对接于罐体上的卸料部,罐体上安装有可启闭的盖体,卸料部与罐体之间安装有卸出吸附材料的启闭单元,卸料部内还设置有腔室,该腔室连通气体置换单元;当罐体内的吸附材料饱和或达不到能力要求时,将空的料瓶对接在卸料部的对接口,对接好后通过气体置换单元和腔室对料瓶进行气体置换,置换成和腔室内一致的气体氛围,随后打开启闭单元泄出用过的吸附材料,卸料完毕后关闭启闭单元,随后打开罐体上的盖体,直接将料瓶里的活化好的吸附材料倒入罐体内,盖好盖体后就可以重新使用,由此完成净化柱 的置换作业。因此,本实施例与现有技术相此,有效地解决了三种净化柱更换方式所产生的效率低、制造成本和维护成本高的问题;此外,当将净化柱放在手套箱内部使用时,更换吸附材料可以保证不会泄露手套箱内部的水氧。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,如图1-2所示,在本发明的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱的另一些实施方式中,在上述内容的基础上,上述的盖体12和卸料部2分别设置于罐体1的相对两端部。采用该实施方式的方案,可以便于卸料和重新装入吸附材料。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,如图3所示,在本发明的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱的另一些实施方式中,在上述内容的基础上,罐体1的相对两端部分别设置有卸料部2。采用该实施方式的方案,可以便于从罐体1的两端进行卸料。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,如图1-3所示,在本发明的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱的另一些实施方式中,在上述内容的基础上,上述的卸料部2上连接外部的端部设置为可启闭,具体可以为设置可开闭的盖体24或者其他可启闭的方式,盖体24作为保护盖存在。采用该实施方式的方案,对腔室具有密封保护功能:一是可以保持真空,二是相当于两道门保护;甚至还可以连接压力传感器或气体传感器检测是否泄露。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,如图1-3所示,在本发明的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱的另一些实施方式中,在上述内容的基础上,上述的启闭单元21由第一驱动单元211驱动进行启闭,该第一驱动单元211具体可以为电机或气缸等。采用该实施方式的方案,可以实现自动化的卸料作业。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,如图1-3所示,在本发明的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱的另一些实施方式中,在上述内容的基础上,上述的腔室22通过管路231与气体置换单元23进行连通。采用该实施方式的方案,可以便于与气体置换单元进行连通。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,如图1-3所示,在本发明 的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱的另一些实施方式中,在上述内容的基础上,上述的管路231上设置有阀门232。采用该实施方式的方案,可以便于对气体置换进行控制,即不进行气体置换时可以及时关闭,保持内部气氛。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,如图1-3所示,在本发明的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱的另一些实施方式中,在上述内容的基础上,上述的罐体1上设置有出气口13和进气口14。采用该实施方式的方案,可以配合循环风机等设备进行内部气氛的循环。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,如图1-3所示,在本发明的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱的另一些实施方式中,在上述内容的基础上,上述的罐体1内设置有加热单元15。采用该实施方式的方案,可以使得吸附材料在管体内直接得到再生。
为了达到本发明的目的,如图4-6所示,在本发明的手套箱的其中一些实施方式中,包括手套箱本体1,其还包括一个上述在线更换吸附材料的净化柱3,净化柱3在一些情况下也可以设置多个,设置多个净化柱3时最好是串联设置的,手套箱本体1内又具体设置了过渡仓41、氧气传感器42、水分传感器43和循环风机44。如图4所示,净化柱3具体是设置在了手套箱本体1的内部;如图5所示,净化柱3连接在了手套箱本体1的壳体上,净化柱3的盖体打开后内部即连通到手套箱本体1的内部;如图6所示,净化柱3则是直接设置了手套箱本体1的外部;此外,还可以采取半嵌入式的安装方式。本实施例的手套箱由于采用了上述在线更换吸附材料的净化柱,因此也取得了相同的技术效果。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 在线更换吸附材料的净化柱,其特征在于,包括:
    罐体,其内用于填充吸附材料,所述罐体的一端设置为可开启;
    至少一卸料部,其对接于所述罐体上,所述卸料部与所述罐体之间安装有卸出吸附材料的启闭单元,所述卸料部内设置有腔室,所述腔室连通气体置换单元。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱,其特征在于,所述罐体的相对两端部分别对接有两所述卸料部。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱,其特征在于,所述卸料部上连接外部的端部还设置有保护盖。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱,其特征在于,所述启闭单元由第一驱动单元驱动进行启闭。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱,其特征在于,所述启闭单元为阀门。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱,其特征在于,所述腔室通过管路与所述气体置换单元进行连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱,其特征在于,所述管路上设置有阀门。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱,其特征在于,所述罐体上设置有出气口和进气口。
  9. 根据权利要求1或8所述的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱,其特征在于,所述罐体内设置有加热单元。
  10. 手套箱,包括手套箱本体,其特征在于,还包括至少一个如权利要求1-7任一所述的在线更换吸附材料的净化柱。
