根据本发明的第二方面还提供了一种管理终端无线网络热点的装置,其特征在于,所述响应单元用于直接关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或用于提示用户关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或用于直接断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户,或用于提示用户断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户。在此情形下,所述响应单元还可以用于:当处理单元判定监测单元监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值,用于提示用户关闭第一终端无线网络热点后,若用户没有关闭,超过预设的第一时间范围则执行直接关闭第一终端的无线网络热点的功能;或用于提示用户断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户后,若用户没有关闭,超过预设的第二时间范围则直接执行断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户的功能。
根据本发明的第二方面还提供了一种管理终端无线网络热点的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
第二预设单元,用于在监测单元监测第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值之前设置第一终端无线网络热点的连接密码。
根据本发明的第二方面还提供了一种管理终端无线网络热点的装置,其特征在于:
所述的预设单元,用于预设第一终端无线网络热点被第二终端使用的时间长度阈值和/或第一终端向第二终端输出流量的阈值;
所述的监测单元,用于监测第一终端无线网络热点被第二终端使用的时间长度和/或第一终端向第二种终端输出流量的数值;
所述的处理单元,用于比较监测单元所监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值是否大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值;
所述的响应单元:若监测单元监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被第二终端使用的时间长度和/或第一终端向第二终端输出流量的数值大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被第二终端使用的时间长度阈值和/或第一终端向第二 终端输出流量的阈值,则用于直接关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或用于提示用户关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或用于直接断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的第二终端,或用于提示用户断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的第二终端。
根据以上任何一种管理终端无线网络热点的装置,其特征在于,所述监测单元,用于每间隔第三时间执行一次监测第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值。
另外,应当指出的是,所述第一终端、第二终端之“第一”、“第二”仅仅是为了区分开启无线网络热点的终端及接入该无线网络热点的其他终端,除此之外,“第一”、“第二”并无其他特殊含义,不应解释为对本发明的限制;所述第一时间、第二时间、第三时间仅仅是为了便于表述,“第一”、“第二”、“第三”并无特殊含义,第一时间、第二时间、第三时间可相同,亦可以不同。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,而非对本发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本发明相关的部分而非全部内容。
实施例一
图1是本发明实施例一提供的一种管理终端无线网络热点的方法的流程图;本方法是可以由智能手机、个人数字助理、平板电脑等终端来执行,包括如下步骤:根据用户的操作信息确定用户当前操作的安全等级
步骤110,预设第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值。在实际的场景中,时间长度阈值可以设置为10分钟、30分钟等,输出的流量的阈值可以设置为10M、20M、30M等。
步骤120,监测第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值;该监测过程可以是持续进行,也可以是间断性进行,例如可以每间隔5分钟监测一次,如此可以减轻终端负荷,达到省电的目的。
步骤130,若监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值,则执行:
步骤140,对第一终端无线网络热点进行管理
实施例二
图2是本发明实施例二提供的一种管理终端无线网络热点的方法的流程图;
实施例二提供的一种管理终端无线网络热点的方法的步骤210、220、230分别与步骤110、120、130相同,240步骤为:直接关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或提示用户关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或直接断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户,或提示用户断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户。其中直接断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户,是指直接断开开启无线网络热点的终端与其他已经入该开启无线网络热点的终端的其他终端之间的连接。
实施例三
图3是本发明另一个实施例二提供的一种管理终端无线网络热点的方法的流程图,本实施例可适用于开启无线网络热点的用户对每一个接入该无线网络热点的终端所使用流量和/或使用时间的控制,从而从整体上实现对所开启的无线网络热点被使用的时间和/或输出流量的管理,该方法具体包括如下步骤:
步骤310,预设第一终端无线网络热点被第二终端使用的时间长度阈值和/或第一终端向第二终端输出流量的阈值。
步骤320,监测第一终端无线网络热点被第二终端使用的时间长度和/或第一终端向第二种终端输出流量的数值。
步骤330,若监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被第二终端使用的时间长度和/或第一终端向第二终端输出流量的数值大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被第二终端使用的时间长度阈值和/或第一终端向第二终端输出流量的阈值。
步骤340,直接关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或提示用户关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或直接断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户,或提示用户断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户。
应当指出的是,本实施例中提到接入第一终端无线网络热点的第二终端只有一个,但是当接入第一终端无线网络热点的终端有多个时,通过分别或一次性预设第一终端无线网络热点被其他终端使用的时间长度阈值和/或第一终端向其他终端输出流量的阈值,进而监测第一终端无线网络热点被其他终端使用的时间长度和/或第一终端向其他终端输出流量的数值,若监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被其他终端使用的时间长度和/或第一终端向其他终端输出流量的数值大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被第二终端使用的时间长度阈值和/或第一终端向第二终端输出流量的阈值,则直接关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或提示用户关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或直接断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户,或提示用户断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户之技术方案已被本发明所覆盖,属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例三
图3是本发明实施例三提供的一种管理终端无线网络热点的装置的结构示意图,包括:
预设单元410,用于预设第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值;
监测单元420,用于监测第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值;
处理单元430,用于比较监测单元监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值是否大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值;
响应单元440:当处理单元判定监测单元监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值,用于执行对第一终端无线网络热点进行管理;
具体实现中,所述响应单元440用于直接关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或用于提示用户关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或用于直接断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户,或用于提示用户断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户。
其中,所述装置还包括:
启动单元,用于在监测单元监测第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值之前开启第一终端上的无线网络热点。
实施例四
图4是本发明实施例三提供的一种管理终端无线网络热点的装置的结构示意图,包括:
预设单元510,用于预设第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值;
启动单元520,用于在监测单元监测第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值之前开启第一终端上的无线网络热点。
第二预设单元530,用于在监测单元监测第一终端无线网络热点被使用的 时间长度和/或输出流量的数值之前设置第一终端无线网络热点的连接密码。
监测单元540,用于监测第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值;
处理单元550,用于比较监测单元监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值是否大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值;
响应单元560:当处理单元判定监测单元监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值,用于直接关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或用于提示用户关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或用于直接断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户,或用于提示用户断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种管理终端无线网络热点的装置,其特征在于包括:
    预设单元,用于预设第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值;
    监测单元,用于监测第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值;
    处理单元,用于比较监测单元监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值是否大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值;
    响应单元:当处理单元判定监测单元监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值,用于执行对第一终端无线网络热点进行管理;
    其中,所述装置还包括:
    启动单元,用于在监测单元监测第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值之前开启第一终端上的无线网络热点。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的管理终端无线网络热点的装置,其特征在于,所述响应单元用于直接关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或用于提示用户关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或用于直接断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户,或用于提示用户断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述到的管理无线网络热点的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二预设单元,用于在监测单元监测第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值之前设置第一终端无线网络热点的连接密码。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的管理无线网络热点的装置,其特征在于,所述响应单元:当处理单元判定监测单元监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被使用 的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值,用于提示用户关闭第一终端无线网络热点后,若用户没有关闭,超过预设的第一时间范围则执行直接关闭第一终端的无线网络热点的功能;或用于提示用户断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户后,若用户没有关闭,超过预设的第二时间范围则直接执行断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的其他用户的功能。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的管理终端无线网络热点的装置,其特征在于,
    所述的预设单元,用于预设第一终端无线网络热点被第二终端使用的时间长度阈值和/或第一终端向第二终端输出流量的阈值;
    所述的监测单元,用于监测第一终端无线网络热点被第二终端使用的时间长度和/或第一终端向第二种终端输出流量的数值;
    所述的处理单元,用于比较监测单元所监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值是否大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度阈值和/或输出流量的阈值;
    所述的响应单元:若监测单元监测到的第一终端无线网络热点被第二终端使用的时间长度和/或第一终端向第二终端输出流量的数值大于或等于预设的第一终端无线网络热点被第二终端使用的时间长度阈值和/或第一终端向第二终端输出流量的阈值,则用于直接关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或用于提示用户关闭第一终端无线网络热点,或用于直接断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的第二终端,或用于提示用户断开已接入第一终端无线网络热点的第二终端。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的管理终端无线网络热点的装置,其特征在于,所述监测单元,用于每间隔第三时间执行一次监测第一终端无线网络热点被使用的时间长度和/或输出流量的数值。
