- 一种饮品机,其特征在于,包括:机体,所述机体包括从上到下依次相连的机头、机身和底座;酿造机构,所述酿造机构可拆卸地设在所述机头上,所述酿造机构具有酿造腔;支架,所述支架设在所述机身内;锅炉,所述锅炉设在所述支架上,所述锅炉与所述酿造腔相连,且所述锅炉内部与外部大气相通;液泵,所述液泵设在所述支架上,所述液泵连接在所述锅炉和所述酿造腔之间;和电源板,所述电源板设在所述支架上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述机头上设有液体连通通路和安全开关,所述液体连通通路与所述锅炉内部连通,所述酿造机构上设有供液接头,所述供液接头与所述酿造腔连通,当所述酿造机构安装至所述机头上时所述供液接头与所述液体连通通路连通并触动所述安全开关。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述锅炉的顶部敞开,所述机头上设有锅炉盖,所述锅炉盖位于所述锅炉的顶部。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述支架包括:第一支架,其中所述锅炉支撑在所述第一支架上;和第二支架,所述第二支架连接在所述第一支架的下方,所述液泵和所述电源板均设在所述第二支架上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述第一支架内限定出顶部敞开的容纳腔,所述锅炉的顶部设有向外延伸的翻边,所述锅炉设在所述容纳腔内且所述翻边支撑在所述第一支架的顶部。
- 根据权利要求5所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述第一支架的顶部设有向外延伸的支架翻边,所述锅炉的所述翻边支撑在所述支架翻边的上表面上,所述支架翻边向外延伸至超出所述锅炉的所述翻边,所述支架翻边的外边缘与所述锅炉的所述翻边的边缘之间的距离为A,所述A满足:8mm≤A≤12mm。
- 根据权利要求5或6所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述锅炉的侧面上设有热敏电阻,所述容纳腔的内壁上形成有用于容纳所述热敏电阻的限位槽,所述限位槽贯穿所述第一支架的上端面。
- 根据权利要求4-7中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述第二支架的外周横截面积大于所述第一支架的外周横截面积以在所述第一支架和所述第二支架之间构成所述台阶部,所述锅炉的底部向下伸入所述第二支架内,所述锅炉的底部边缘与所述台阶部的底面之间的距离为B,所述B满足:B≥7mm。
- 根据权利要求4-8中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述电源板通过至少一个卡扣结构连接在所述第二支架上,每个所述卡扣结构包括:卡扣,所述卡扣设在所述第二支架的底部并向下延伸;和卡槽,所述卡槽形成在所述电源板的底面上,所述卡扣与所述卡槽配合将所述电源板连接至所述第二支架。
- 根据权利要求9所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述第二支架和所述电源板中的其中一个上设有定位筋,所述第二支架和所述电源板中的另一个上形成有与所述定位筋配合的定位槽,所述电源板相对于所述第二支架自下向上移动以使所述定位筋与所述定位槽配合并使所述卡扣与所述卡槽配合。
- 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述锅炉的底部设有加热装置,所述加热装置与所述电源板之间的最小距离为C,所述C满足:20mm≤C≤35mm。
- 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述酿造机构包括:酿造本体,所述酿造本体的顶部敞开;针盘,所述针盘设在所述酿造本体内的下部,所述针盘上设有第一刺针;以及酿造盖,所述酿造盖可枢转地设在所述酿造本体的顶部,所述酿造盖上设有第二刺针,所述酿造盖和所述酿造本体之间限定出酿造腔。
- 根据权利要求12所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述酿造本体的上表面与所述酿造本体的底部之间的距离为M,所述酿造本体的杯口直径为Y,所述M与Y的比值关系为:0.91≤M/Y≤1.56。
- 根据权利要求13所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述E满足:50mm≤E≤70mm,所述Y满足:40mm≤Y≤60mm。
- 根据权利要求12-14中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述酿造本体的一侧设有握持部,所述握持部向上延伸至高出所述酿造本体的上端面,所述握持部的两端之间的距离为G,所述G满足:75mm≤G≤85mm。
- 根据权利要求15所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述酿造本体的与所述握持部相连的两端之间的距离为V,所述V满足:62mm≤V≤70mm。
- 根据权利要求15或16所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述握持部的顶部高出所述酿造盖的距离为U,所述U满足:5mm≤U≤10mm。
- 根据权利要求15-17中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述第二刺针的中心轴线与所述握持部的外侧表面之间的距离为Q,所述Q满足:35mm≤Q≤45mm。
- 根据权利要求15-18中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述酿造盖的上表面与所述酿造本体的上表面之间的距离为N,所述N满足:8mm≤N≤13mm。
- 根据权利要求15-19中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述酿造盖通过枢转轴可枢转地设在所述酿造本体上,所述枢转轴的中心轴线与所述第二刺针的中心轴线之间的距离为P,所述P满足:35mm≤P≤45mm。
- 根据权利要求1-20中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述锅炉形成有第一出液口,所述锅炉的横截面形状为圆形,所述锅炉的外径为R,所述锅炉的高度为h,所述锅炉的高度h与所述锅炉的外径R的比值关系为:0.5≤h/R≤0.88。
- 根据权利要求21所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述锅炉的外径R进一步满足:80mm≤R≤100mm,所述锅炉的高度h进一步满足:50mm≤h≤70mm。
- 根据权利要求1-22中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述锅炉的底壁相对于所述锅炉的上表面的倾斜角度为α,所述α满足:5°≤α≤10°。
- 根据权利要求7-23中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述锅炉上设有热敏电阻,所述热敏电阻的一端伸入所述本体内,所述热敏电阻水平设置,所述热敏电阻的中心轴线与所述锅炉的底部外边缘之间的距离为J,所述J满足:10mm≤J≤20mm。
- 根据权利要求24所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述锅炉的内壁上具有第一水位线,所述第一水位线高于所述热敏电阻。
- 根据权利要求25所述的用于饮品机的锅炉,其特征在于,所述第一水位线与所述锅炉的上端面之间的距离为E,所述E满足:10mm≤E≤20mm。
- 根据权利要求5-26中任一项所述的用于饮品机的锅炉,其特征在于,所述锅炉的所述翻边的宽度为W,所述W满足:2.5mm≤W≤4.5mm。
- 根据权利要求1-27中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述酿造机构的下端面与所述底座的上表面之间的距离为L1,所述L1满足:110mm≤L1≤180mm。
- 根据权利要求1-28中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述酿造机构的下端面与所述机头的上端面之间的距离为L2,所述L2满足:95mm≤L2≤110mm。
- 根据权利要求1-29中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述机身形成为圆筒形形状,所述机身的外径为D,所述D满足:125mm≤D≤140mm。
- 根据权利要求1-30中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述机体的高度为H,所述H满足:230mm≤H≤295mm。
- 根据权利要求1-31中任一项所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述机体的长度为L3,所述L3满足:225mm≤L3≤240mm。
- 一种饮品机的酿造方法,其特征在于,所述饮品机包括机体、酿造机构、支架、锅炉、液泵和电源板,所述机体包括从上到下依次相连的机头、机身和底座;所述酿造机构可拆卸地设在所述机头上,所述酿造机构包括:酿造本体、针盘以及酿造盖,所述酿造本体的顶部敞开;所述针盘设在所述酿造本体内的下部,所述针盘上设有第一刺针;所述酿造盖可枢转地设在所述酿造本体的顶部,所述酿造盖上设有第二刺针,所述酿造盖和所述酿造本体之间限定出酿造腔;所述支架设在所述机身内,所述支架包括第一支架和第二支架,所述第二支架连接在所述第一支架的下方,所述锅炉支撑在所述第一支架上,所述锅炉与所述酿造腔相连,且所述锅炉内部与外部大气相通;所述液泵和所述电源板均设在所述第二支架上,所述液泵连接在所述锅炉和所述酿造腔之间;所述饮品机的酿造方法包括以下步骤:将饮料胶囊放入到所述酿造腔中;将所述酿造盖盖合,所述酿造盖上的所述第二刺针首先将所述饮料胶囊顶部刺破;然后,所述针盘上的所述第一刺针将所述饮料胶囊底部刺破;将所述酿造机构推入所述饮品机中,所述饮品机检测所述酿造机构是否安装到位。
- 一种根据权利要求1-32中任一项所述的饮品机的控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:检测所述锅炉内的液体是否达到预设温度;当所述锅炉内的液体达到预设温度时,所述液泵抽水输出至所述酿造腔,当所述锅炉内的水位到达所述液位感应器所检测的水位时,所述液泵继续工作t2时间直至酿造工作结束。
- 根据权利要求34所述的饮品机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述t2满足:20s≤t2≤30s。
- 根据权利要求34或35所述的饮品机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述锅炉通过加热装置对所述锅炉内的液体进行加热,所述加热装置将所述锅炉内的液体加热至所述预设温度后,所述加热装置停止工作并经过第一预设时间t1后启动所述液泵。
- 根据权利要求36所述的饮品机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述第一预设时间t1满足:5s≤t1≤10s。
- 根据权利要求36或37所述的饮品机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述加热装置的工作时间为t3,所述t3满足:t3≤120s。
- 根据权利要求36-38中任一项所述的饮品机的控制方法,其特征在于,启动所述加热装置之前,还包括步骤:检测所述锅炉内的液位是否达到预设液位;检测所述酿造机构是否安装到位。
- 根据权利要求39所述的饮品机的控制方法,其特征在于,检测所述酿造机构是否安装到位之后,检测所述锅炉内的液位是否到达预设液位。
- 根据权利要求34-40中任一项所述的饮品机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述液泵将所述锅炉内的液体全部输送至所述酿造腔所需的时间为t4,所述t4满足:35s≤t4≤60s。
- 根据权利要求34-41中任一项所述的饮品机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述预设温度为T,所述预设温度T满足:80℃≤T≤90℃。
- 根据权利要求34-42中任一项所的饮品机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述饮品机还包括:计时器、突跳式温控器,所述计时器设置在所述饮品机上,所述突跳式温控器设置在所述锅炉上,所述控制方法还包括步骤:所述锅炉内的液体到达预设温度T时控制所述饮品机断电;或者当所述热敏电阻失效时,所述锅炉的温度到达所述突跳温控器的温度点时,所述突跳温控器控制所述饮品机断电;或者当所述热敏电阻和所述突跳温控器均失效时,所述计时器从加热开始计时,计时至t5时间时,控制所述饮品机断电。
- 根据权利要求43所述的饮品机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述t5满足:120s≤t5≤180s。
