Description

一种注胶泵控制机构 技术领域
本发明涉及混合机附件,涉及送料机构,尤指一种注胶泵控制机构。
背景技术
现在国内外在使用双组份胶水时,多采用人工称量搅拌配制法,过程烦琐且易导致搅拌不均匀、称量误差大,严重时可造成不符合要求而报废。且所用胶液为化学制品,人工配置时存在一定危险性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种注胶泵控制机构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种注胶泵控制机构,包括底板,其特征在于:在底板上固定有两台柱塞泵,两台柱塞泵前侧面分别有入胶口,前端面分别有出胶口,伺服电机与丝杠螺母传动机构连接,所述丝杠螺母传动机构与A柱塞泵的柱塞杆连接,所述丝杠螺母传动机构同时与比例调节机构连接,所述比例调节机构与B柱塞泵的柱塞杆连接。
工作过程如下:
1,A、B两种胶水分别通过A柱塞泵和B柱塞泵的入胶口进入所述柱塞泵;
2,伺服电机驱动丝杠螺母传动机构,带动左侧A柱塞杆向前移动;
3,丝杠螺母传动机构经比例控制机构带动右侧B柱塞杆按给定的传动比(通过比例调节块调节传动比)向前移动;
4,A、B两根柱塞杆分别将A、B两个柱塞泵中不同份量的胶水从出胶 口压出,进行配调;
5,伺服电机反转,柱塞杆回到原来的位置,重复1-5动作。
所述丝杠螺母传动机构和比例调节机构均为公知的装置,不再赘述。
A、B胶水出胶的比例由A、B柱塞杆移动的比例决定。
进一步地:
所述丝杠螺母传动机构可以连接一直线传动A滑块,该A滑块可移动地安装于A直线滑轨上与A柱塞杆连接。
所述比例调节机构可以连接一直线传动B滑块,该B滑块可移动地安装于B直线滑轨上与B柱塞杆连接。
所述A滑块可移动地安装于A直线滑轨上与A柱塞杆连接可以是通过浮动接头连接。
所述B滑块可移动地安装于B直线滑轨上与B柱塞杆连接可以是通过浮动接头连接。
本发明的有益效果是:出胶比例稳定、可调(比例由机械结构控制不受外部影响)。结构简单、可靠、易于维护(伺服电机单一控制出胶,柱塞泵易于拆卸维护),可大大降低了人工劳动强度。

具体实施方式
参见附图,本发明一种注胶泵控制机构,包括底板1,其特征在于:在底板1上固定有两台柱塞泵10和13,两台柱塞泵10和13前侧面分别有入胶口11、15,前端面分别有出胶口12、14,伺服电机3与丝杠螺母传动机构17连接,所述丝杠螺母传动机构17与A柱塞泵10的柱塞杆9连接,所述丝杠螺母传动机构同时与比例调节机构6连接,所述比例调节机构6与B柱塞泵13的柱塞杆16连接。
工作过程如下:
1,A、B两种胶水分别通过A柱塞泵10和B柱塞泵的入胶口11、15进入所述柱塞泵;
2,伺服电机2驱动丝杠螺母传动机构17,带动左侧A柱塞杆9向前移动;
3,丝杠螺母传动机构17经比例控制机构6带动右侧B柱塞杆16按给定的传动比(通过比例调节块5调节传动比)向前移动;
4,A、B两根柱塞杆分别将A、B两个柱塞泵中不同份量的胶水从出胶口压出,进行配调;
5,伺服电机反转,柱塞杆回到原来的位置,重复1-5动作。
所述丝杠螺母传动机构和比例调节机构均为公知的装置,不再赘述。
在本发明的实施例中:
所述丝杠螺母传动机构17连接有一直线传动A滑块4,该A滑块4可移 动地安装于A直线滑轨8上与A柱塞杆9连接。
所述比例调节机构6连接有一直线传动B滑块19,该B滑块19可移动地安装于B直线滑轨2上与B柱塞杆16连接。
所述A滑块4可移动地安装于A直线滑轨8上与A柱塞杆9连接的连接是分别通过各自的浮动接头18连接。
所述B滑块19可移动地安装于B直线滑轨2上与B柱塞杆16连接的连接是分别通过各自的浮动接头18连接。

  1. 一种注胶泵控制机构,包括底板,其特征在于:在底板上固定有两台柱塞泵,两台柱塞泵前侧面分别有入胶口,前端面分别有出胶口,伺服电机与丝杠螺母传动机构连接,所述丝杠螺母传动机构与A柱塞泵的柱塞杆连接,所述丝杠螺母传动机构同时与比例调节机构连接,所述比例调节机构与B柱塞泵的柱塞杆连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种注胶泵控制机构,其特征在于:所述丝杠螺母传动机构连接有一直线传动A滑块,该A滑块可移动地安装于A直线滑轨上与A柱塞杆连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种注胶泵控制机构,其特征在于:所述比例调节机构连接有一直线传动B滑块,该B滑块可移动地安装于B直线滑轨上与B柱塞杆连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种注胶泵控制机构,其特征在于:所述A滑块可移动地安装于A直线滑轨上与A柱塞杆连接是通过浮动接头连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种注胶泵控制机构,其特征在于:所述B滑块可移动地安装于B直线滑轨上与B柱塞杆连接是通过浮动接头连接。
