  • a distance (Ad) between the wall bars (A, Al, A2) is larger than a length (Gd) of the working platform (G) in a longitudinal direction of the middle interconnection bar (C).
  • the two embodiments above may also be combined to have both a wall bar (A) in the top of the scaffolding (2) and pairs of one more middle interconnection bars (C) with corresponding wall bars (Al, A2) below the hinge (K).
  • the foldable platform lift (1) comprises a lower interconnection means (F) fixed horizontally in first and second ends to respective lower ends of the first and second legs (Bl, B2) as illustrated in the Figures 1 to 4.
  • This lower interconnection means (F) is preferably arranged close to the ground and is used to join the two legs (Bl, B2) and secure them relative each other to prevent the foldable scaffolding from expanding when the working position has been established.
  • the lower interconnection means (F) can be arranged for one or more leg separation distances, to allow different angles of the legs (Bl, B2) relative each other, and thus different heights of the hinge (K).
  • the actuator (5) comprises a winch (5) as illustrated in Fig. l.
  • a first end of the winch (5) is connected to the hinge (K) and a second end is connected to the working platform (G).
  • the winch can lift the working platform up and down relative the hinge (K) when operated.
  • a first end of the winch (5) is connected to the lower interconnection means (F) and a second end is connected to the working platform (G).
  • the foldable platform lift (1) comprises a pulley (E) fixed to the hinge (K) and wherein a line of the winch (5) runs over the pulley (E).
  • the foldable platform lift (1) obtains an increased stability due to its unique construction.
  • the weight of the platform results in a downward force component acting on the hinge (K), increasing stability in the horizontal direction parallel to the wall (W), i.e. the platform will push the middle of the scaffolding down .

  • the supporting structure of the pulley (E) is fixed to the wall bar (A) which is also the pivot (P) of the hinge (K).
  • This has the advantage that the foldable platform lift (1) can be easily assembled and disassembled with a limited number of parts. Further, the required stiffness for the pulley support can be obtained by utilizing available parts, instead of adding additional reinforcing parts to the scaffolding.
  • the foldable platform lift (1) comprises a pulley (E) with a supporting structure fixed to arms of the hinge (K).
  • the working platform (G) comprises an operator panel (O) allowing the operator to control the height of the working platform (G).

  • the foldable platform lift (1) comprises holding means arranged for keeping the working platform (W) adjacent to the legs (Bl, B2) when the working platform (W) moves up and down.
  • the holding means are in an embodiment arranged to slide in the longitudinal direction of the working platform (W) to adapt varying distance between the legs (Bl, B2) at different heights.
  • the foldable platform lift (1) comprises in an embodiment locking means to lock the platform to the legs (Bl, B2) when the working platform (G) is in the desired position.
  • These locking means could be manually operated, such as e.g. the use of bolts or ropes, or controlled from the operator panel (O).
  • the locking means can be automatically activated as long as the actuator is not activated, and de-activated when the actuator (5) is operated.
  • the working platform (G) may have fences with doors as illustrated in Fig. 2.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une plateforme élévatrice pliable (1) placée pour fonctionner dans une position de travail dans laquelle : des premier et deuxième pieds (Bl, B2) sont inclinés vers le bas et vers l'extérieur à partir d'une charnière supérieure (K) avec des angles opposés autour d'un axe vertical traversant la charnière ; une première barre de paroi (A, A1) est en contact avec une paroi à une première extrémité et avec l'échafaudage pliable (2) à une deuxième extrémité ; une plate-forme de travail (G) est disposée entre l'échafaudage pliable (2) et la paroi ; et un actionneur (5) est disposé de sorte à déplacer verticalement la plate-forme de travail (G), de haut en bas et de bas en haut, le long de la paroi, en dessous de la charnière (K). Dans une position de transport, les premier et deuxième pieds (B1, B2) sont repliés l'un vers l'autre autour du pivot (P).
