Description

旋转磁力拼装块 技术领域
本发明涉及玩具类,尤其设计用于拼图等智力游戏的拼装块。
背景技术
拼装玩具受到不少父母及儿童的追捧,其灵活多变的玩法在带来乐趣的同时,还能极大地开发儿童智力。现有的拼装玩具一般都是采用磁力块作为拼装单元,每一个磁力块其朝向拼接面并起到吸附作用的都是一个单向的磁极,当与另一拼装单元进行组合时,易发生同性相斥的情形,因此两个拼装单元之间不能实现任意两个拼接面互相吸引,而只限于北极吸引南极或金属面,这极大的限制了拼装玩具的灵活性和趣味性。基于前述问题,现有拼装玩具存在改进的必要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种操作更灵活、随意的拼装块。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种旋转磁力拼装块,包括拼装块主体,所述拼接块主体具有至少一个拼接面,任一拼接面均对应有磁石块,所述磁石块可旋转的安装于拼接块主体内,所述磁石块的外表面同时具有南极、北极。
如前所述的旋转磁力拼装块,所述拼接块主体内设有用于安装所述磁石块的容纳腔。
如前所述的旋转磁力拼装块,所述拼接块主体为长方体,其具有六个拼接面。
如前所述的旋转磁力拼装块,所述拼接块主体为盒状结构,包括盒身以及用于开合盒身的盒盖,所述盒身内底面设有一向盒盖方向延伸的套接筒,套接筒内插有一套接柱;所述套接柱的底端与套接筒的底部之间、所述套接柱的顶端以及盒身的侧壁分别形成有所述容纳腔。
如前所述的旋转磁力拼装块,所述盒盖上设有一用于卡接所述套接柱顶端的凹槽。
如前所述的旋转磁力拼装块,所述盒身侧壁上容纳腔朝向盒盖的一端为开口,容纳腔底部设有承托块;所述盒盖上设有用于***该容纳腔的插接板,所述磁石块限定于所述承托块与插接板之间。
如前所述的旋转磁力拼装块,所述盒身内顶角部位均设有限位筒,所述盒盖上设有与所述限位筒对应的限位杆,所述限位杆插接于所述限位筒内。
如前所述的旋转磁力拼装块,所述拼接块主体为三棱锥或三棱柱。
如前所述的旋转磁力拼装块,所述磁石块为圆形。
如前所述的旋转磁力拼装块,所述限位杆与所述盒盖之间设置有板状加强筋。
实施本发明的技术方案,至少具有以下的有益效果:每个拼接面所对应的磁石块同时有南北极,当接近另一拼装块的拼接面时,同性相斥的作用力会使磁石自动旋转以达到南极接近北极,这自动旋转功能让拼装块的每一面都能互相吸引,每一面都不会产生排斥。这样的拼装块可以应用到智力开发玩具、立体拼图或日用品上。如立体拼图就能让每个拼装块都能自由拼合,让小朋友与大人随意发挥创意轻松的拼出立体模型,不需要像以前的产品需要用力积压插进另一方块,增加了模型建构速度与弹性。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1-5所示,一种旋转磁力拼装块,包括拼装块主体,所述拼接块主体1具有至少一个拼接面(拼接面是指拼接块主体上用于与其他拼接块主体进行吸附的表面),任一拼接面均对应有磁石块4,所述磁石块4可旋转的安装于拼接块主体1内,所述磁石块4的表面同时具有南极、北极。组合时,每个拼接面所对应的磁石块4外表面(朝向拼接面的一侧为外表面)同时有南北极,当接近另一拼装块的拼接面时,同性相斥的作用力会使磁石自动旋转以达到南极接近北极,这自动旋转功能让拼装块的每一面都能互相吸引,每一面都不会产生排斥,能让每个拼装块都能自由拼合,让小朋友与大人随意发挥创意轻松的拼出立体模型。磁石块4的旋转是指沿其周长方向进行转动,即磁石块旋转时其表面与拼接面之间的相对关系是不改变的,处于平行状态。
在一些实施例中,拼接块主体1内设有用于安装所述磁石块4的容纳腔5。在拼接块主体1内形成较大于磁石块4的容纳腔5,使得磁石块4有足够的空间进行旋转,拼接块主体1与磁石块4可以通过注塑的方式一体成型。
在一些实施例中,如附图所示,拼接块主体1为长方体,其具有六个拼接面。当然拼接块主体1还可以是其他立体形状,例如三棱锥或三棱柱等其他任何形状,这主要取决于立体拼图的需求。
在一些实施例中,长方体的拼接块主体1为盒状结构,包括盒身2以及用于开合盒身2的盒盖3,所述盒身2内底面设有一向盒盖3方向延伸的套接筒6,套接筒6内插有一套接柱7;所述套接柱7的底端与套接筒6的底部之间、所述套接柱7的顶端以及盒身2的侧壁分别形成有所述容纳腔5。用盒状结构,便于生产加工,打开盒盖3即可以将磁石块4安装入内,其后把盒盖3盖好即可。
在一些实施例中,盒盖3上设有一用于卡接所述套接柱7顶端的凹槽,盖上盒盖3之后,套接柱7的顶端刚好卡入在凹槽内,除了可以对顶端容纳腔5内的磁石块4起到限定作用外,还能加强盒盖3与套接柱7乃至整个盒身2之间的连接强度。
在一些实施例中,盒身2侧壁上容纳腔5朝向盒盖3的一端为开口,容纳腔5底部设有承托块50;所述盒盖3上设有用于***该容纳腔5的插接板8,所述磁石块4限定于所述承托块50与插接板8之间。插接板8***容纳腔5内能加强盒盖3与盒身2的严密性,不能随意的被松动,而磁石块4限定于所述承托块50与插接板8之间,避免其活动范围过大,影响正常的吸附功能。
在一些实施例中,盒身2内顶角部位均设有限位筒9,所述盒盖3上设有与所述限位筒9对应的限位杆10,所述限位杆10插接于所述限位筒9内。限位杆10、限位筒9的配合能在盒身2和盒盖3组装时起到导向作用,使两者顺利的套合,当然还能加强整个盒状拼接块的严密性。磁石块4能经受一定的外力作用,不会从拼装块内脱落。在限位杆的上端和盒盖本体之间设置板状的加强筋11,稳固限位杆的结构。

  1. 一种旋转磁力拼装块,包括拼装块主体,其特征在于:所述拼接块主体具有至少一个拼接面,任一拼接面均对应有磁石块,所述磁石块可旋转的安装于拼接块主体内,所述磁石块的外表面同时具有南极、北极。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的旋转磁力拼装块,其特征在于:所述拼接块主体内设有用于安装所述磁石块的容纳腔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的旋转磁力拼装块,其特征在于:所述拼接块主体为长方体,其具有六个拼接面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的旋转磁力拼装块,其特征在于:所述拼接块主体为盒状结构,包括盒身以及用于开合盒身的盒盖,所述盒身内底面设有一向盒盖方向延伸的套接筒,套接筒内插有一套接柱;所述套接柱的底端与套接筒的底部之间、所述套接柱的顶端以及盒身的侧壁分别形成有所述容纳腔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的旋转磁力拼装块,其特征在于:所述盒盖上设有一用于卡接所述套接柱顶端的凹槽。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的旋转磁力拼装块,其特征在于:所述盒身侧壁上容纳腔朝向盒盖的一端为开口,容纳腔底部设有承托块;所述盒盖上设有用于***该容纳腔的插接板,所述磁石块限定于所述承托块与插接板之间。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的旋转磁力拼装块,其特征在于:所述盒身内顶角部位均设有限位筒,所述盒盖上设有与所述限位筒对应的限位杆,所述限位杆插接于所述限位筒内。
  8. 如权利要求1所述旋转磁力拼装块,其特征在于:所述拼接块主体为三棱锥或三棱柱。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的旋转磁力拼装块,其特征在于:所述磁石块为圆形。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的旋转磁力拼装块,其特征在于:所述限位杆与所述盒盖之间设置有板状加强筋。
