本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是涉及一种烧伤用膏药涂抹器。
背景技术
现有技术中的医院烧伤科在给患者涂抹药物时多为人工涂擦,患者在上药时因为棉棒等物的涂擦极其痛苦,药物在涂擦后不能均匀的覆盖在患者身体的表面,涂擦部位厚度不均匀,药效很难达到理想的效果。
因此,有必要提供一种新的技术方案以克服上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可有效解决上述技术问题的烧伤用膏药涂抹器。

所述第一支撑块设有两个且分别位于所述底框下方的左右两侧,所述第一支撑块的横截面呈等腰梯形,所述第一支撑块的上表面与所述底框的下表面固定连接,所述第一支撑块的下表面设有第一凹槽,所述第一滚轮设有两个且分别位于所述第一支撑块的下方,所述第一滚轮呈圆柱体,所述第一滚轮收容于所述第一凹槽内且与所述第一支撑块轴转连接。
所述第一支撑杆设有若干个且收容于所述底框内,所述第一支撑杆呈竖直状,所述第一支撑杆的下端与所述底框的内表面固定连接,所述第一支撑杆的上端与所述第一弯曲板固定连接,所述第一弯曲板位于所述第一支撑杆的正上方,所述第一弯曲板呈半圆环状,所述第一横板设有两个且分别位于所述第一弯曲板的左右两侧,所述第一横板呈长方体,所述第一横板水平放置,所述第一弯 曲板的上表面与所述第一横板的下表面固定连接,所述底框的上表面与所述第一横板的下表面固定连接,所述第一支架设有两个且分别位于所述底框的左右两侧,所述第一支架呈L型,所述第一支架的一端与所述底框的侧面固定连接,所述第一支架的另一端与所述第一横板的下表面固定连接。

所述涂抹框呈横截面为半圆环的柱体,所述涂抹框水平放置且位于所述第一弯曲板的上方,所述涂抹框上设有位于其内部的空腔、位于所述空腔下方的若干第一通孔及位于所述空腔上方的第二通孔,所述第一通孔设有若干个且均匀分布在所述涂抹框的下表面上,所述第一通孔与所述空腔相通,所述第二通孔与所述空腔相通,所述第一横杆设有两个且分别位于所述涂抹框的左右两侧,所述第一横杆呈水平状,所述第一横杆的一端与所述涂抹框的侧面固定连接,所述第一横杆的另一端与所述第三支架的下端固定连接,所述第三支架设有两个且分别位于所述第一横杆的左右两侧,所述第三支架呈L型,所述第三支架的上端呈水平状,所述第三支架的下端呈竖直状。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明烧伤用膏药涂抹器结构简单,使用方便,能够减少人工的使用,降低人工成本,并且降低人工劳动强度,并且可以保证涂抹的均匀性,使得膏药能够均匀的分布在患者烧伤的部位,进而可以使得患者的伤势能够尽快的康复,同时可以对患者的多个部位进行涂抹,提高涂抹的效率及精确度,提高烧伤治疗的效率,并且可以包住患者烧伤的部位,扩大了涂抹的面积,从而提高了效率。

如图1所示,本发明烧伤用膏药涂抹器包括底框1、位于所述底框1上方的支撑装置2、位于所述支撑装置2上方左右两侧的气缸装置3、位于所述气缸装置3之间的涂抹装置4、位于所述涂抹装置4上方的储存装置5及位于所述储存装置5左右两侧的电机装置6。
如图1所示,所述底框1呈空心的长方体,所述底框1的横截面呈凹字形,所述底板1上设有位于其下方的第一支撑块11及位于所述第一支撑块11下方的第一滚轮12,所述第一支撑块12设有两个且分别位于所述底板1下方的左右两侧,所述第一支撑块11的横截 面呈等腰梯形,所述第一支撑块11的上表面与所述底板1的下表面固定连接,所述第一支撑块11的下表面设有第一凹槽111,所述第一凹槽111呈半圆柱体状。所述第一滚轮12设有两个且分别位于所述第一支撑块11的下方,所述第一滚轮12呈圆柱体,所述第一滚轮12收容于所述第一凹槽11内且与所述第一支撑块11轴转连接,使得所述第一滚轮12可以在所述第一凹槽111内旋转。

如图1所示,所述电机装置6设有两个且分别位于所述储存箱51的左右两侧。所述电机装置6包括第三竖杆61、位于所述第三竖杆61上端的第二滚轮62、设置于所述第二滚轮62上的连接线63、设置于所述储存箱51侧面上的第二横杆64、位于所述第二横杆64上方的第四竖杆67、位于所述第四竖杆67上方的电机65及设置于所述电机65上的输出轴66。所述第三竖杆61呈竖直状,所述第三竖杆61的下端与所述涂抹框41的上表面固定连接,所述第三竖杆61的上端设有第三凹槽611,所述第三凹槽611呈长方体状。所述第二滚轮62呈圆柱体,所述第二滚轮62收容于所述第三凹槽611中且与所述第三竖杆61轴转连接,使得所述第二滚轮62可以在所述第三凹槽611中旋转。所述连接线63的一端与所述压板53的下 表面固定连接,所述连接线63的另一端贯穿所述储存箱51的下表面且与其滑动连接,且绕过所述第二滚轮62与所述输出轴66固定连接。所述第二横杆64呈长方体,所述第二横杆64水平放置,所述第二横杆64的一端与所述第三支架42固定连接,所述第二横杆64的另一端与所述储存箱51的外表面固定连接,所述第二横杆64上设有方孔641,所述方孔641呈长方体状,所述方孔641贯穿所述第二横杆64的上下表面,所述连接线63穿过所述方孔641。所述第四竖杆67呈长方体,所述第四竖杆67竖直放置,所述第四竖杆67的下端与所述第二横杆64的上表面固定连接,所述第四竖杆67的上端与所述电机65的下表面固定连接。所述电机65与所述第三支架42固定连接,所述电机65与所述储存箱51的外表面固定连接。所述输出轴66呈圆柱体且水平放置,所述输出轴66与所述电机65连接,使得所述电机65带动所述输出轴66旋转。
如图1所示,所述本发明烧伤用膏药涂抹器使用时,首先握住按压块57并向上移动,使得压板53不再收容于所述储存箱51内,然后往储存箱51内放置膏药,然后将压板53收容于所述储存箱51内,并且第一定位杆52贯穿所述压板53的上下表面且与其滑动连接,使得所述压板53可以上下移动。然后患者将烧伤的部位放置在第一弯曲板22上,然后启动与第二滚轮36连接的电机,使得第二滚轮36旋转,进而使得第二横板45可以左右移动,以便将涂抹框41移动到放置患者涂抹部的第一弯曲板22上,然后启动气缸31,通过第一推动杆32带动所述框架33向下移动,进而使得第二横板45向下移动,进而使得第三支架42及储存箱51、涂抹框41随之下降,使得涂抹框41与患者需要涂抹的部位接触,并且可以将患者需要涂抹的部位包住,然后启动电机65,使得输出轴66旋转,进而 使得连接线63移动,通过第二滚轮62旋转,使得压板53开始向下移动,进而使得膏药被挤到第三通孔511内,进而进入到管道54内,打开阀门55,使得膏药进入到空腔411内,然后经过第一通孔412涂抹在患者需要涂抹的部位上,由于第一通孔412均匀分布,因而可以使得涂抹的较为均匀。涂抹完毕后,启动气缸31,使得第一推动杆32向上推动框架33,使得第二横板45向下移动,进而使得涂抹框41、储存箱51及第三支架42向上移动,然后启动与第二滚轮36连接的电机,使得第二滚轮36旋转,进而使得第二横板45左右移动,将涂抹框41移动到另外的放置了患者烧伤部位的第一弯曲板22上,然后重复上述步骤即可,从而可以完成对患者多个烧伤部位的涂抹,涂抹效率较高且较为均匀,减少人工的使用,降低人工成本,并且可以减轻人工劳动强度,大大提高工作效率,并且可以将其移动到需要的位置上,提高了其便利性。至此,本发明烧伤用膏药涂抹器使用过程描述完毕。

  1. 一种烧伤用膏药涂抹器,其特征在于:所述烧伤用膏药涂抹器包括底框、位于所述底框上方的支撑装置、位于所述支撑装置上方左右两侧的气缸装置、位于所述气缸装置之间的涂抹装置、位于所述涂抹装置上方的储存装置及位于所述储存装置左右两侧的电机装置,所述底框上设有位于其下方的第一支撑块及位于所述第一支撑块下方的第一滚轮,所述支撑装置包括若干第一支撑杆、位于所述第一支撑杆上方的第一弯曲板、位于所述第一弯曲板上方的第一横板、位于所述第一横板下方的第一支架、第一固定块及位于所述第一横板上方的第一竖杆,所述气缸装置包括气缸、位于所述气缸上方的第一推动杆、位于所述第一推动杆上方的框架、位于所述框架一侧的第二支架、设置于所述框架上的第二竖杆、设置于所述第二竖杆上端的第二滚轮及设置于所述框架内的第一弹簧,所述涂抹装置包括涂抹框、位于所述涂抹框左右两侧的第一横杆、设置于所述第一横杆上的第三支架、设置于所述第三支架上的握持环、位于所述握持环下方的第一斜杆、位于所述第一斜杆下方的第二横板及位于所述第二横板下方的第二弹簧,所述储存装置包括储存箱、位于所述储存箱内的第一定位杆、收容于所述储存箱内的压板、位于所述储存箱下方的管道、设置于所述管道上的阀门、位于所述压板上方的第一顶靠杆及位于所述第一顶靠杆上方的按压块,所述电机装置包括第三竖杆、位于所述第三竖杆上端的第二滚轮、设置于所述第二滚轮上的连接线、设置于所述储存箱侧面 上的第二横杆、位于所述第二横杆上方的第四竖杆、位于所述第四竖杆上方的电机及设置于所述电机上的输出轴。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烧伤用膏药涂抹器,其特征在于:所述第一支撑块设有两个且分别位于所述底框下方的左右两侧,所述第一支撑块的横截面呈等腰梯形,所述第一支撑块的上表面与所述底框的下表面固定连接,所述第一支撑块的下表面设有第一凹槽,所述第一滚轮设有两个且分别位于所述第一支撑块的下方,所述第一滚轮呈圆柱体,所述第一滚轮收容于所述第一凹槽内且与所述第一支撑块轴转连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的烧伤用膏药涂抹器,其特征在于:所述第一支撑杆设有若干个且收容于所述底框内,所述第一支撑杆呈竖直状,所述第一支撑杆的下端与所述底框的内表面固定连接,所述第一支撑杆的上端与所述第一弯曲板固定连接,所述第一弯曲板位于所述第一支撑杆的正上方,所述第一弯曲板呈半圆环状,所述第一横板设有两个且分别位于所述第一弯曲板的左右两侧,所述第一横板呈长方体,所述第一横板水平放置,所述第一弯曲板的上表面与所述第一横板的下表面固定连接,所述底框的上表面与所述第一横板的下表面固定连接,所述第一支架设有两个且分别位于所述底框的左右两侧,所述第一支架呈L型,所述第一支架的一端与所述底框的侧面固定连接,所述第一支架的另一端与所述第一横板的下表面固定连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的烧伤用膏药涂抹器,其特征在于:所述第一固定块设有两个且分别位于所述第一弯曲板的左右两侧,所述第一固定块呈水平状,所述第一固定块的上表面与所述第一横板的下表面固定 连接,所述第一固定块的一端与所述底框的内表面固定连接,所述第一固定块的另一端与所述第一弯曲板固定连接,所述第一竖杆设有两个且分别位于所述第一横板上方的左右两侧,所述第一竖杆呈长方体,所述第一竖杆竖直放置,所述第一竖杆的下端与所述第一横板的上表面固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的烧伤用膏药涂抹器,其特征在于:所述气缸的下表面与所述第一横板的上表面固定连接,所述第一推动杆呈长方体,所述第一推动杆竖直放置,所述第一推动杆的下端与所述气缸连接,所述第一推动杆的上端与所述框架的下表面固定连接,所述框架的横截面呈凹字形,所述框架水平放置,所述框架的侧面与所述第二竖杆的侧面滑动连接,所述第二支架呈L型,所述第二支架的一端与所述框架的一端固定连接,所述第二支架的另一端呈竖直状,所述第二竖杆呈长方体,所述第二竖杆竖直放置,所述第二竖杆的下端与所述框架的内表面固定连接,所述第二竖杆的上端设有第二凹槽,所述第二滚轮呈圆柱体,所述第二滚轮收容于所述第二凹槽内且与所述第二竖杆轴转连接,所述第二滚轮与电机连接,所述第一弹簧呈水平状,所述第一弹簧的一端与所述框架的内表面固定连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的烧伤用膏药涂抹器,其特征在于:所述涂抹框呈横截面为半圆环的柱体,所述涂抹框水平放置且位于所述第一弯曲板的上方,所述涂抹框上设有位于其内部的空腔、位于所述空腔下方的若干第一通孔及位于所述空腔上方的第二通孔,所述第一通孔设有若干个且均匀分布在所述涂抹框的下表面上,所述第一通孔与所述空 腔相通,所述第二通孔与所述空腔相通,所述第一横杆设有两个且分别位于所述涂抹框的左右两侧,所述第一横杆呈水平状,所述第一横杆的一端与所述涂抹框的侧面固定连接,所述第一横杆的另一端与所述第三支架的下端固定连接,所述第三支架设有两个且分别位于所述第一横杆的左右两侧,所述第三支架呈L型,所述第三支架的上端呈水平状,所述第三支架的下端呈竖直状。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的烧伤用膏药涂抹器,其特征在于:所述握持环设有两个且分别位于所述第三支架的左右两侧,所述握持环呈半圆环状,所述握持环的两端与所述第三支架的侧面固定连接,所述第一斜杆设有两个且分别位于所述第三支架的左右两侧,所述第一斜杆呈倾斜状,所述第一斜杆的上端与所述握持环固定连接,所述第一斜杆的下端与所述第二横板的上表面固定连接,所述第二横板设有两个且分别位于所述第三支架的左右两侧,所述第二横板呈长方体,所述第二横板水平放置,所述第二横板的一端与所述第三支架固定连接,所述第二横板的另一端收容于所述框架内,所述第二横板的上表面与所述框架的内表面滑动连接,所述第二滚轮顶靠在所述第二横板的下表面上,所述第二支架的上端顶靠在所述第二横板的下表面上且与其滑动连接,所述第一弹簧的一端与所述第二横板固定连接,所述第二弹簧设有两个且分别位于所述第三支架的左右两侧,所述第二弹簧呈水平状,所述第二弹簧的一端与所述第二支架的侧面固定连接,所述第二弹簧的另一端与所述第三支架的侧面固定连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的烧伤用膏药涂抹器,其特征在于:所述储存箱 呈空心的长方体,所述储存箱的下表面设有第三通孔,所述第三支架的上端与所述储存箱的侧面固定连接,所述第一定位杆设有两个且分别位于所述储存箱内的左右两侧,所述第一定位杆呈圆柱体,所述第一定位杆竖直放置,所述第一定位杆的下端与所述储存箱的内表面固定连接,所述压板呈长方体,所述压板水平放置,所述压板的侧面与所述储存箱的内表面滑动连接,所述第一定位杆贯穿所述压板的上下表面且与其滑动连接,所述管道呈竖直状,所述管道的上端对准所述第三通孔且与所述储存箱的下表面固定连接,所述管道的下端对准所述第二通孔且与所述涂抹框的上表面固定连接,所述第一顶靠杆呈长方体,所述第一顶靠杆竖直放置,所述第一顶靠杆的下端与所述压板的上表面固定连接,所述按压块呈圆柱体,所述按压块水平放置,所述第一顶靠杆的上端与所述按压块的下表面固定连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的烧伤用膏药涂抹器,其特征在于:所述第三竖杆呈竖直状,所述第三竖杆的下端与所述涂抹框的上表面固定连接,所述第三竖杆的上端设有第三凹槽,所述第二滚轮呈圆柱体,所述第二滚轮收容于所述第三凹槽中且与所述第三竖杆轴转连接,所述连接线的一端与所述压板的下表面固定连接,所述连接线的另一端贯穿所述储存箱的下表面且与其滑动连接,且与所述输出轴固定连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的烧伤用膏药涂抹器,其特征在于:所述第二横杆呈长方体,所述第二横杆水平放置,所述第二横杆的一端与所述第三支架固定连接,所述第二横杆的另一端与所述储存箱的外表面固定连接,所述第二横杆上设有方孔,所述方孔贯穿所述第二横杆的上 下表面,所述连接线穿过所述方孔,所述第四竖杆呈长方体,所述第四竖杆竖直放置,所述第四竖杆的下端与所述第二横杆的上表面固定连接,所述第四竖杆的上端与所述电机的下表面固定连接,所述电机与所述第三支架固定连接,所述电机与所述储存箱的外表面固定连接,所述输出轴呈圆柱体且水平放置,所述输出轴与所述电机连接。
