Description

DALI和WiFi一体化无线LED灯具 技术领域
本实用新型涉及DALI和WiFi一体化无线LED灯具,具体涉及结合了IEEE802.11通讯技术的DALI和WiFi一体化无线LED灯具。
背景技术
随着我国对能源和环境保护越来越重视,以及现在人们对节能意识和控制灯光照明的方便性、舒适性等要求的提高,智能照明控制***越来越多地应用于家居和公共建筑中,尤其是在具有智能和绿色概念的建筑中应用地更多。
目前,灯光控制采用的方式有两种:一种是有线方式,开关或调光器通过线缆直接与灯具相连进行灯光的开关控制和显示效果控制;另一种方式,以采用ZigBee(TEEE802.15.4标准)通讯协议的无线方式把控制信号传到无线开关或无线调光器,无线开关或无线调光器接收到控制信号后,对灯光进行开关控制或显示效果控制。该无线控制方式必须通过一个信号转换器才能与WiFi(IEEE802.11系列标准)互通。基于成本和技术的考虑,不能取得经济和无缝连接的效果。
DALI(Digital Addressable Lighting Interface,数字可寻址照明接口)具有开发成本低、***开发快,而实用性强和控制简单灵活、容易扩展等特点。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本实用新型的目的是:提供一种DALI和WiFi一体化无线LED灯具。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:DALI和WiFi一体化无线LED灯具,包括DALI控制单元、WiFi无线路由器和无线LED灯;所述DALI 控制单元和WiFi无线路由器相互连接;所述无线LED灯包括LED灯珠和LED驱动电源,所述LED驱动电源的电能输出端与LED灯珠电能输入端连接,为LED灯珠提供电能;
所述无线LED灯还包括WiFi模块、单片机和控制器;所述WiFi无线路由器与WiFi模块无线通讯连接,将DALI控制单元发出的DALI信号传送至WiFi模块;所述WiFi模块、单片机和控制器依次通讯连接,控制器的信号输出端与LED驱动电源的受控端连接,LED驱动电源的反馈信号输出端与控制器的反馈信号输入端连接。
作为优化,所述单片机采用型号为Renesas78KO的8位微控制器。
作为优化,所述WiFi模块包括型号为MT7681的SoCs芯片和与其连接的2.4G天线。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型具有如下优点:本实用新型提供的DALI和WiFi一体化无线LED灯具在施工时,不需要另外铺设DALI信号线,因此施工过程中即能节省成本,还能降低施工时间,便于在家居、办公楼、大型娱乐场、体育馆、商场等场所使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
参见图1,DALI和WiFi一体化无线LED灯具,包括DALI控制单元1、WiFi无线路由器2和无线LED灯3。
所述DALI控制单元1和WiFi无线路由器2相互连接;
所述无线LED灯3包括LED灯珠35、LED驱动电源34、WiFi模块31、单片机32和控制器33。
所述LED驱动电源34的电能输出端与LED灯珠35电能输入端连接,为LED灯珠35提供电能;所述WiFi无线路由器2与WiFi模块31无线通讯连接,将DALI控制单元1发出的DALI信号传送至WiFi模块31;所述WiFi模块31、单片机32和控制器33依次通讯连接,控制器33的信号输出端与LED驱动电源34的受控端连接,LED驱动电源34的反馈信号输出端与控制器33的反馈信号输入端连接。
作为优化,所述单片机32可以采用型号为Renesas78KO的8位微控制器。78K0微控制器的体积小,和低功耗。并拥有内置高速晶振(CPU最高20MHz)。它的内置DALI(照明用通信)功能可以很快速和有效地实现DALI协议接收/发送。
所述WiFi模块31包括型号为MT7681的SoCs芯片和与其连接的2.4G天线。MT7681芯片体积小,和低功耗。它支持802.11b/g/n协议,和WiFi加密方式WEP/WPA-PSK/WAP2-PSK/AES。并可在局域网内支持搜索协议查找模块。
需要说明的是,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种DALI和WiFi一体化无线LED灯具的结构,而使用该灯具时对单片机或控制器所进行的编程,不属于本实用新型的保护范围。
下面举例说明本实用新型提供的DALI和WiFi一体化无线LED灯具的工作过程:
DALI控制单元1发出的DALI信号,并通过WiFi无线路由器2传送至WiFi模块31;此DALI信号经过单片机32和控制器33的后转化为DALI指令,然后控制器33将此DALI指令传送至LED驱动电源34,为此,LED驱动电源34 根据接受到的DALI指令调节LED灯珠35的驱动电流,从而发出相应的亮度。LED驱动电源34在驱动LED灯珠35的同时,会将目前LED灯珠35的工作情况反馈至控制器33,控制器33再将该反馈信号传输至DALI控制单元1,由此,用户可以实时掌握目前LED灯珠35的工作情况。
具体使用时,参见图2,DALI和WiFi一体化无线LED灯具需进入DALI控制单元1所述的无线网络,才能跟DALI控制单元1实现互通。用户需要通过带WiFi功能的移动电子设备首先和WiFi无线路由器2连接上,然后再将WiFi无线路由器2的无线网络名称(SSID)和密码输入后,便可实现互通。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本实用新型进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本实用新型的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本实用新型技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本实用新型的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (3)

  1. DALI和WiFi一体化无线LED灯具,包括DALI控制单元(1)、WiFi无线路由器(2)和无线LED灯(3);
    所述DALI控制单元(1)和WiFi无线路由器(2)相互连接;
    所述无线LED灯(3)包括LED灯珠(35)和LED驱动电源(34),所述LED驱动电源(34)的电能输出端与LED灯珠(35)电能输入端连接,为LED灯珠(35)提供电能;
    其特征在于:所述无线LED灯(3)还包括WiFi模块(31)、单片机(32)和控制器(33);
    所述WiFi无线路由器(2)与WiFi模块(31)无线通讯连接,将DALI控制单元(1)发出的DALI信号传送至WiFi模块(31);
    所述WiFi模块(31)、单片机(32)和控制器(33)依次通讯连接,控制器(33)的信号输出端与LED驱动电源(34)的受控端连接,LED驱动电源(34)的反馈信号输出端与控制器(33)的反馈信号输入端连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的DALI和WiFi一体化无线LED灯具,其特征在于:所述单片机(32)采用型号为Renesas78KO的8位微控制器。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的DALI和WiFi一体化无线LED灯具,其特征在于:所述WiFi模块(31)包括型号为MT7681的SoCs芯片和与其连接的2.4G天线。
