在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。一般来说,工业连接器包括跟机器固定连接的连接座,以及跟连接座对接的插头。本发明的面板、连接筒、卡扣可以设置在连接座上,也可以设置在插头上。以下实施方式为了方便阐述,默认将面板、连接筒、卡扣设置在连接座上。
下面结合附图1至23和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种工业连接器,参见,该工业连接器高精密、高品质,其主要应用于自动插拔、自锁装置的各种电源与信号及具有挑战性的环境和场合,如LED屏、医疗设备、工业控制、检测和测量设备、AV***、广播电视及通讯等领域。本发明的工业连接器依其连接于一机器上为例进行说明,具体参见 以下实施例。
本实施例的工业连接器包括座子100和与座子100配套连接的插头20,座子100与机器固定连接,本实施例采用的是将座子100可拆卸的固定连接在机器上,以实现工业连接器与机器的连接。比如:座子100和机器通过螺接固定、卡接固定。
本发明包括一种工业连接器,包括座子100和与座子010配套连接的插头20,座子100包括内部中空的连接筒12;环绕固定在连接筒12开口处的连接座10,固定在连接座10内的扣板11和弹性部件,扣板11上设有嵌入连接筒12内部的卡扣,与卡扣连接的、用于驱动扣板11沿开口平面方向平移的弹性部件108。
现有的工业连接器多采用螺纹固定的方式,该固定方式耗费人工,装配效率低下,而且一旦未拧紧,会导致信号连接不稳定,影响设备的正常运行。本发明采用平移的扣板11结构,工业连接器的凸起的一端嵌入卡扣内即可实现固定,组装方式快捷方便,而且未卡接到位,组装人员当场即可发现,不容易出现插接不到位的情况,可靠性更高。另外,本发明可以通过平移方式脱扣,插头可以垂直插拔,相比旋转方式,需要的操作空间明显减少,可以在设备有限的空间内多安装工业连接器;在实际应用过程中,哪怕工业连接器所处位置的操作空间比较小,也能顺利插拔。平移的扣板结构制造工艺简单,良品率高,有利于降低工业连接器的成本。扣板11环绕开口,可以根据应用的需要随意定制卡扣的数量,有利于实现插头的多点固定,工业连接器两端的连接更牢固。扣板11环绕固定在连接筒12开口,因此扣板11跟插头20的接触面积较大,可以设置多个卡扣,提高连接强度。
座子100包括内部中空的连接筒12;环绕固定在连接筒12开口处的连接座10,固定在连接座10内的扣板11和弹性部件,扣板11上设有嵌入连接筒12内部的卡扣,与卡扣连接的、用于驱动扣板11沿开口平面方向平移的弹性部件。
其中,插头20包括外套,外套包括用于嵌入工业连接器座子100的套筒201、 与套筒201连接的固定筒202,固定筒202内设有线缆接头的安装空间,固定筒202远离套筒201的一端设有电缆定位结构;套筒201临近固定筒202的一端设有卡位结构。外套可以采用金属、塑胶材料制作,推荐采用合金材料,防护程度高,耐磨损。
本发明的插头20仅用一个外套即可实现线缆接头的固定和与工业连接器的座子100配合,而且卡位结构直接在套筒201的外壁形成,形成一体化的结构;整个插头20的外部结构极为简单。结构越简单,一体化程度越高,生产制造越简单,大大减少装配的劳动强度,可明显增加生产效率;由于产品的结构简单,因而减少用户在使用时因为产品零件与零件之间可能出现问题的机率。另外,卡位结构的位置直接影响到防水结构的设计;如果卡位结构设置在套筒201的开口位置,防水结构的设计就需要考虑到避让该卡位结构,设计和制作难度会大幅提升。而本发明的套筒201结构临近连接筒12的一端,卡位结构至套筒201的开口端之间的筒壁可以整体嵌入到座子100内,座子100可以在该筒壁范围内设置防水结构,不需要考虑避让卡位结构,降低了防水结构设计难度,而且接触面积较大,防水效果也更佳。
安装时,将插头20的套筒201从座子100的开孔内穿过伸入到连接筒12内,设置在套筒201上的定位机构与塑胶组件外边缘配合起到导向作用,保证设置在套筒201上的卡位结构与环绕连接筒12开口处的扣板11卡扣连接,驱动扣板11沿开口平面方向平移,可以实现插头20与座子100的可拆卸连接。
具体的,连接座10包括开孔101、缺口102、挡板103、固定柱104、以及侧壁,由上往下凹陷形成的一个收纳空间,该凹陷形成一个支撑平台,凹陷的外边缘为侧壁,扣板11落在支撑106台上,连接座10的中心位置开设有通孔,从通孔的边缘向上延伸出一块挡板103,从挡板103向外侧壁方向延伸、在侧壁上开设有缺口102,缺口102与挡板103之间设置有固定柱104,支撑台106上开设有避让槽1064,连接座10的四个角上设有固定孔107,固定孔107的数量当然也可以为三个或两个,本实施例中不做限定。通过螺丝穿过固定孔107将 座子100安装在机器外壳上,连接筒嵌入到机器的内部。这样整个连接座10的端面平整,不会明显突出在机器外壳表面,有效避免机器在搬运、使用过程中碰坏连接座10。
扣板11包括按扣110、推动装置,按扣110和推动装置连接,按扣110包括锁圈111和卡扣,锁圈111为一个闭环结构,卡扣设置在锁圈111的环臂内侧,卡扣包括卡座和卡台,卡座设在锁圈111的环臂内侧,卡台沿着卡座向连接座10开孔的圆心方向延伸出卡台。
具体的,锁圈111环绕着连接座10的通孔落在支撑台106上,卡座落在避让槽1064中,推动装置沿着缺口102向外延伸出连接座10的侧壁105,平行的按压推动装置,带动锁圈111平行的移动。
本技术方案公开一种具体的扣板11结构,通过推动装置推动按扣110平移,可以方便实现退锁,方便拔开插头20。
按扣110的形成闭环结构的锁圈111,卡扣设置锁圈111的内侧闭上。锁圈111的形状可以为圆形或矩形,当然,锁圈111的形状还可以为其他形状,本实施例中只是锁圈111的形状只是为了更好的说明本实施例,但不能限定锁圈111的形状为圆形或矩形。
具体的,推动装置包括一个按扣,按扣与锁圈111一体成型,锁圈111落在支撑台106上,锁圈111的内环臂上设置有卡扣,卡扣设置在卡扣和连接座10通孔的中心线上,固定柱104上套设有扭簧,扭簧一端抵靠在挡板103上另一端与按扣110固定连接,按压按扣110,推动锁圈111和卡扣做平移运动。
闭环结构的锁圈111结构简单,方便生产、组装,另外锁圈111环绕整个开口,可以在开口对应的任意位置设置卡扣,可以应对各种插头固定场景的要求,适用范围光。且插头***锁圈111后,锁圈111环抱插头,有利于实现插头的全方位固定,固定更牢固。再者,闭环的锁圈111只需要一个按扣110即可实现解锁,在使用过程中,操作人员只需要一根手指控制按扣,其余手指可以抱紧插头端进行插拔,实现单手操作。单手操作节省时间,在大规模接线的场合可以 提高工作效率。另外,在一些比较危险的作业场合,比如高空作业,能够单手插拔意味着可以空出一只手来保障操作人员的人身安全,可以大幅提高安全性。同时本技术方案公开了两种具体的锁圈111形状,适用于不同工业连接器的要求,应用范围广泛。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,卡扣包括第一卡扣112和第二卡扣113,第一卡扣112和第二卡扣113对称设置在按扣的两侧,连接座10的支撑台106上开设有第一避让孔132和第二避让孔132,第一卡扣112的第一卡座1122落在第一避让孔内,第二卡扣113的第二卡座1132落在第二避让孔132内,其中,支撑台106上也可以不设置避让孔132,卡座的底面和锁圈111的地面属于同一平面,固定柱104上套设有扭簧,扭簧一端抵靠在挡板103上另一端与按扣固定连接,按压按扣,推动锁圈111和卡扣做平移运动。
本技术方案公开了双卡扣的结构形式,两个卡扣对称设置,受力均匀,可以在卡扣数量较少的、成本较低的情况下获得稳定的固定效果。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,如图7示,卡扣包括第一卡扣112、第二卡扣113以及第三卡扣114,第一卡扣112和第二卡扣113对称设在按扣的两侧,第三卡扣114设置于按扣对应的另一侧,连接座10的支撑台106上开设有第一避让孔和第二避让孔以及第三避让孔,第一卡扣112的第一卡座1122落在第一避让孔内,第二卡扣113的第二卡座1132落在第二避让孔内,第三卡扣114的第三卡座落在第三避让孔内,第一卡扣112和第二卡扣13的卡座朝向侧壁外的一侧设有柱状凸缘115,柱状凸缘115可以包括一个、两个、或者多个,与柱状凸缘115的对应的侧壁为一块平整的限位板131,侧壁外侧的限位板131两边各设置有一卡勾108,固定柱104上套设有扭簧,扭簧一端抵靠在挡板103上另一端与按扣固定连接,按压按扣,推动锁圈111和卡扣做平移运动。
本技术方案公开了三卡扣的结构形式,第二卡扣和所述第一卡扣对称设置在两侧,第三卡扣在按扣相对的位置,即位于第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣的对称线位置,三个卡扣可以获得均匀的受力,固定更牢固。
本实施例中,卡扣还可以包括多个卡扣,本实施例中卡扣包括一个卡扣的固定形式、两个卡扣的固定形式,三个卡扣的以及环形卡扣的固定形式,这些形式这是更好的说明本发明实施例,并不能认为卡扣的只能包括这些卡扣形式,同时,卡扣包括第一卡扣、第二卡扣以及第三卡扣,通过三点卡接的形式作为本发明实施例的优选实施方式。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,锁圈111内设有凹槽1112,凹槽1112的底面为倾斜面113,按扣设置在凹槽1112内,按扣底部设有弹簧108;底部的边缘跟凹槽1112的底面配合,用于推动锁圈111平移。相应的,弹性部件包括第二扭簧32;座子至少在所述凹槽一侧设有放置第二扭簧32的凹坑35;所述第二扭簧32一端抵靠锁圈的内侧,另一端抵靠座子。
本技术方案的按扣沿垂直开口的方向运动,且按扣设置在锁圈111的凹槽1112内。因此,安装按扣不需要额外加宽座子100,有利于进一步缩减工业连接器的占用面积。
其中,推动装置包括一块拨动板,拨动板与锁圈111一体成型,锁圈111绕连接座10通孔外边缘上,卡扣设置锁圈111的内边缘上,拨动板的从缺口102延伸出连接座10的侧壁外侧,连接座10上设置有挡板103,挡板103设置相对拨动板、距离连接座10通孔的另一侧,弹簧一端抵靠在挡板103上另一端挡固定连接在连接座10侧壁上。当向外拨动拨动板,锁圈111带动卡扣向外平移,当松开拨动板,锁圈111回到原来位置。在本领域技术人员不付出创造性劳动的情况下,推动装置无论是水平拨动、水平按压或倾斜的拨动或者按压来实现卡扣在连接座10上的平移。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,锁圈111的环臂上设有环形卡扣,环形卡扣设置在按扣对应的另一侧,环形卡扣为沿着锁圈111环臂延伸的环状凸缘,环状凸缘不超过半圆。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,如图12、13示,锁扣包括开环的第一锁圈1110和第二锁圈1111,第一锁圈1110与第二锁圈1111绕连接座10的通孔外边缘配 合形成一个圆环,第一锁圈1110上连接有第一按扣1101,第二锁圈1111上连接有第二按扣1102,第一按扣1101和第二按扣1102对称设置,弹性部件包括第三扭簧33和第四扭簧34,第三扭簧33的一端与第一锁圈1110固定连接,另一端连接在连接座10上,第四扭簧34的一端与第二锁圈1111固定连接,另一端连接在连接座10上,连接座10上对称开设有缺口102,第一按扣1101从第一锁圈1110沿着缺口102103向外延伸至连接座10外侧,第二按扣1102从第二锁圈1111沿着缺口102向外延伸至连接座10外侧。同时相对的按压第一按扣1101和第二按扣1102,第一锁圈1110和第二锁圈1111向内移动,松开第一按扣1101和第二按扣1102,在弹簧的作用下,第一锁圈1110和第二锁圈1111回到原来的位置。
本技术方案公开一种双锁圈111的锁扣结构。通过两个推动装置,可以实现两个锁圈111的错位运动,即两个锁圈111的平移方向是不同的,这样整个锁扣在平移过程中会有更大的开、合范围,卡扣的数量、位置几乎没有限制,固定方式更为多样化。
本技术方案的两个推动装置是从座子边缘凸出,跟锁圈大致位于同一平面,整个座子的端面是相对平整的,当工业连接器固定到设备上的时候不会凸出在设备的表面。设备在搬运、使用过程中都难免磕碰,因此,本技术方案可以有效保护推动装置,避免推动装置被磕坏。再者,两个推动装置需要从座子和面板穿出,因此,座子和面板在推动装置对应的位置必须加宽,因此,直接从推动装置根部形成一个内凹的装配区域用来固定弹性部件,可以跟推动装置实现空间复用,不需要额外增加空间来容纳弹性部件,有利于缩减座子和面板的大小,有利实现工业连接器的小型化。
其中,第一锁圈1110和第二锁圈1111上可以分别设置一个卡扣,第一锁圈1110上的卡扣和第二锁圈1111上的卡扣对称设置。当然第一锁圈1110上和第二锁圈1111上也可以设置两个或者多个卡扣,第一锁圈1110上的卡扣和第二锁圈1111上的卡扣对称设置,在插头20的套筒201上设置有对应的卡扣结构供卡 扣连接,第一锁圈1110上和第二锁圈1111上也可以设置两个,第一锁圈1110上的卡扣和第二锁圈1111上的卡扣对称设置,作为本实施例的优选方式,因此,在本领域技术人员不付出创造性劳动的情况下,不能限定第一锁圈1110和第二锁圈1111上的卡扣的数量。
本技术方案公开了一种四个扣点的固定结构;可以从多个方向对插头进行锁定,固定更牢固。
其中,第一锁圈1110与第二锁圈1111各设有一个环状的卡扣,两个环状的卡扣圈绕连接筒12开口的外边缘配合形成封闭的圈体。当然第一锁圈1110和第二锁圈1111设置的环状卡扣可以不形成一个封闭的圆环,只需要第一锁圈1110和第二锁圈1111的环状卡扣对称设置,与套筒201的卡位结构卡扣时,环状的卡扣和套筒201的卡位结构实现一个均匀的面接触,实现面卡接。
本技术方案的两个卡扣形成一个完整的圈体,可以将插头完全抱死,是卡扣固定方式中连接强度最大的固定方式,而且完全抱死以后,扣板11和插头之间的间隙很小,能兼顾防尘和部分防水的效果。
其中,卡扣包括卡座、沿所述卡座向连接筒12内部延伸的卡台,连接座10上设有避让卡座的避让槽1064,卡座以平移的方式落在避让槽1064上。卡座上朝向锁圈111圈外的一侧上设有弧形的凸缘,卡台在轴向方向上设有倾斜的导面。因为卡台上设有倾斜的导面可以在卡扣的过程当中容易自动扣入,方面座子100和插头20的卡扣。
本技术方案公开一种卡扣的形状。卡座一方面可以提高整个卡扣的固定强度,再插拔力度较大也不易损坏卡扣;卡座跟避让槽1064配合也兼顾一定的限位作用,限定扣板的平移范围。同时本技术方案公开了一种面固定的方式,即卡扣呈连续的条状,可以增加接触面积,提高连接强度。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,连接座10表面覆盖有面板13;按扣110根部设有按压面;按压面两端设有凸起的侧杆;两根侧杆分别与锁圈111的两端一体连接;弹性部件设置在按压面和两根侧杆形成的装配区域内。相应的,弹性 部件包括第一扭簧31;所述座子在装配区域内设有凸起的固定柱;所述座子在连接筒开口的边缘处设有凸起的挡板;所述第一扭簧套接在所述固定柱上;所述第一扭簧一端抵靠挡板,另一端抵靠按压面。面板13包括限位板131、限位孔132、中心孔,中心孔开设在面板13的中心位置,沿着中心孔的边缘下延伸出环状的凸缘133,凸缘133上设置有用于供卡扣穿过的穿孔134,面板13的四周侧壁上开设有扣孔135,面板13套设在连接座10的外侧壁上,连接座10上的卡勾卡入面板13的扣孔13内,面板13上的限位孔132和连接座10上的固定孔107重合,限位板131设置面壳13侧壁的外侧,限位板131的方向与连接座10扣板11在同一方向上,限位板131上设置两个轴孔136。
本技术方案公开一种按扣跟弹性部件的配合结构。按扣需要从子座100和面板13穿出,因此,连接座10和面板13在按扣对应的位置必须加宽,因此,直接从按扣根部形成一个内凹的装配区域用来固定弹性部件,可以跟按扣实现空间复用,不需要额外增加空间来容纳弹性部件,有利于缩减座子100和面板的大小,有利实现工业连接器的小型化。
在本发明的构思中选用扭簧作为弹性部件有其特殊的优势。首先,扭簧对材质和工艺的要求相比弹片要低很多,既可以提高稳定性,也可以降低成本,更重要的是,扭簧的弹力方向跟扣板11平移方向吻合,使得将扭簧应用到本发明成为可能;而传统的工业连接器只能采用弹片。再者,固定扭簧的固定柱104是垂直固定的,即垂直于扣板11平移方向,不会妨碍扣板11平移,这样就大幅降低了设计和生产的难度,有利于降低设计和生产成本。另外,扭簧两端是可以错位移动的,在空间有限的座子100内能给按扣提供更大的行程范围,确保扣板11能可靠脱扣。
其中,推动装置包括一块拨动板,拨动板与锁圈111一体成型,锁圈111绕连接座10通孔外边缘上,卡扣设置锁圈111的内边缘上,拨动板的从缺口102延伸出座子的侧壁外侧,连接座10上设置有挡板103,挡板103设置相对拨动板、距离连接座10通孔的另一侧,弹簧一端抵靠在挡板103上另一端挡固定连 接在连接座10侧壁上。当向外拨动拨动板,锁圈111带动卡扣向外平移,当松开拨动板,锁圈111回到原来位置。
其中,连接筒12内壁上设有两个台面,其中靠近底部的台面安装有防水垫圈,插头20的套筒底端将防水垫圈抵靠在台面上,防水套圈套设在套筒上并落在连接筒12内壁的另一个台面上。
本技术方案公开一种连接筒12的防水结构;靠近开口的阶梯面用于跟插头的外侧壁配合形成防水结构;靠近底部的阶梯面则用于跟插头的端部配合形成防水结构。采用双重防水方式,可极大的解决因漏水损坏设备的可能性,特别适用于户外环境或潮湿的室内环境。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,座子100包括连接座10、扣板、连接筒12、面板13、盖板14、垫圈15、防水套圈16、胶芯组件18、防水垫19,胶芯组件19装入连接座10中,然后将防水垫垫19和防水套圈装入连接筒12的侧壁的台面上,将弹性部件装入固定柱104中,扣板装入连接座10上,面板13套设在连接座10的侧壁105与连接座10合拢,防水垫圈17黏在盖板14的底部,通过横销将弹簧和盖板14以及连接座10一起连接。
进一步的,盖板14上设有一个勾部,盖板14可翻转的进行运动,插头20上设有一个和勾部配合的沟槽,盖板14翻转,插头20和座子100配合安装后以后,盖板14上的勾部卡勾到插头20的沟槽内,实现卡勾,这样能够使得连接点有多一个的卡勾结构,使得插头20跟座子100的连接更加牢靠。
本实施例提供一种工业连接器的插头20,插头20包括套筒,以及跟套筒201一端固定的电缆定位结构;套筒201为一整体的空心主体,套筒201内部中空,设有线缆接头的容置空间;套筒201的外壁在临近电缆定位结构的一端设有卡位结构。

其中,作为本实施例的进一步改进,套筒包括套筒和接筒,套筒201和固定筒202一体成型,套筒201可以采用适用于工业连接器的金属材料或者其他材料,套筒201用于跟工业连接器的座子100配合固定,套筒包括第一筒体2011和第二筒体2012,第二筒体2012外表面高于第一筒体2011的,第一筒体2011和第二筒体2012的连接处形成阶梯面,阶梯面上设置有防水套圈用于防水,第二筒体2012上设置有卡位结构,通过第二筒体2012上的卡位结构与工业连接器座子100连接进行卡扣连接。第一筒体2011和第二筒体2012之间也可以设置有环槽,将防水套圈16嵌入到环槽内进行防水,防水套圈16的安装方式套还可以设置在第一筒体2011和第二筒体2012或者套设在第一筒体2011上或第二筒体2012上,因此,在本领域技术人员不付出创造性劳动的情况下,防水套圈16的安装方式都视为被本实施例公开。
通过台面的设计,整个套筒201的外壁在台面处形成折弯,跟座子配合,就可以实现防水结构。
其中,套筒201上的第一筒体2011和第二筒体2012也可以为一体成型,防水套圈16直接套设在一体成型的套筒201上,或者第一筒体2011和第二筒体2012的圆心在同一轴线上且外经相同。
本技术方案公开一种单筒结构的套筒201,这样可以用标准形状的空心管(如圆柱形、矩形、椭圆形、多边形等)来制作套筒,降低套筒的设计、生产 成本。
其中,卡位结构包括开槽206,开槽206包括侧壁,跟侧壁根部连接的第一底面204,侧壁设有跟座子100卡扣连接的凸出部205。
本技术方案公开一种具体的卡勾结构,通过在套筒201外壁开槽206,开槽206自然会形成跟套筒的外壁相交的侧壁203,然后在侧壁203上设置卡凸出部205。第一底面204既为了形成卡勾,又在装配过程中起到导向的作用,引导用户快速插拔。再者,座子配套的卡扣结构必须先嵌入第一底面204才能顺着第一底面20跟卡勾配合固定;因此也起到了一定的防呆作用。
其中,第一底面204从侧壁203根部倾斜延伸到套筒201的外表面,凸出部205面向工业连接器的座子的一侧设有导入面。
具体的,第一底面204可以为倾斜的平面或者弧面,在此不做限定,导入面为倾斜的弧面或倾斜的平面,在此不做限定。
本技术方案的开槽206仅需要一个侧壁204,第一底面204倾斜设置可以自然过渡到套筒201的外壁表面;这样套筒201的筒壁在侧壁203对应处比较薄,然后逐渐加厚,整个套筒的结构强度较高。
具体的,侧壁203包括第一侧壁2301和第二侧壁2302,第一底面204两侧分别连接第一侧壁2301和第二侧壁2302的根部;凸出部205包括卡条,卡条横跨第一底面204分别与第一侧壁2301和第二侧壁2302连接;卡条的长度不超过第二筒体2012外圆周长度的一半。
为了进一步说明本实施例,在套筒上开设有开槽206,开槽206的两边为第一侧壁2301和第二侧壁2302,第一侧壁2301和第二侧壁2302之间的距离可以根据需要进行调整,但是第一侧壁2301和第二侧壁2302之间的距离不超过套筒201的圆周周长的一半。
本技术方案的开槽206有两个侧壁,这样可以使得卡勾的长度进一步加长,增加跟座子的卡扣的接触面积;提高插头20和座子的连接强度。
其中,第一筒体2011和第二筒体2012为一个一体成型圆筒,那么导入面 的第一底面延伸到套筒的开口处,第一筒体2011和第二筒体2012形成阶梯面,那么导入面和第一底面延伸到第二筒体2012与阶梯面交接处。
通过台面的设计,整个套筒的外壁在台面处形成折弯,跟座子配合,就可以实现防水结构。
当然,套筒201可以采用一整体的第三筒体。这样可以用标准形状的空心管(如圆柱形、矩形、椭圆形、多边形等)来制作套筒,降低套筒的设计、生产成本。
其中,卡条上至少设有一个避让座子100卡扣的避让口,避让口有两个,设置在卡条两侧位置,避让口不跟第一侧壁2301和第二侧壁2302连接,以便形成卡位结构。
避让口可以避让座子的卡扣,这样卡条不仅适用于面固定的方式,也能通用适配点固定的方式。即对应连接座10的卡扣结构是类似条状的结构,可以跟卡条咬合固定;如果连接座10的卡扣结构是卡点结构,也可以在通过避让口后跟卡条本体卡接固定;通用性更好。
其中,卡位结构包括第三侧壁和第四侧壁;连接第三侧壁和第四侧壁根部的第二底面;连接第三侧壁和第四侧壁端部的、用于跟连接座10的卡扣连接的卡接面。
本发明卡位结构是直接在套筒外壁开凹坑,卡接面直接依托套筒的筒壁,在反复插拔过程中不容易磨损掉,有利于提高卡位结构的使用寿命。
卡位结构包括环绕在套筒201外壁的卡环,也可以是环绕套筒上多个凸出部205,也可以是贯穿套筒外壁的卡口207,卡位结构的结构形式和座子100上的卡扣结构配合使得插头20与座子100卡接固定,本实施例中包括了多种卡位结构的形式,但只是更好的说明卡位结构,在本领域技术人员不付出创造性劳动的情况下,不能认为本实施例中的卡位结构为本发明保护的全部卡位结构。
本发明卡位结构是直接在套筒201外壁开凹坑,卡接面直接依托套筒的筒壁,在反复插拔过程中不容易磨损掉,有利于提高卡位结构的使用寿命。同时 卡位结构是直接在套筒外壁开通孔,卡口直接依托套筒的筒壁,在反复插拔过程中不容易磨损掉,有利于提高卡位结构的使用寿命。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,电缆定位结构包括螺帽21、夹线圈22、固定组件23和防水水圈24,线缆接头包括塑胶芯25,塑胶芯25上一端设有跟座子连接的导电接点;另一端连接电缆。塑胶芯25装入套筒中,再将夹线圈22、防水水圈24套设在固定组件23上,然后将套设有防水水圈24和夹线圈22的固定组件通过螺帽将固定组件螺纹连接到套筒201上。
本实施例也可以将插头20上的卡接结构和座子100上的卡勾结构进行互换,即在座子100上设置有凸出部用于卡位结构,在插头20上设有扣板11,驱动扣板11沿开口方向平移使得扣板11上的卡扣结构和卡位结构可分离的卡接固定。
当然,本实施例的工业连接器通过座子100和机器可拆卸的固定连接,以及插头20和座子100之间的可拆卸固定连接,比如焊接的方式或者直接将座子100设置在机器上,从而实现插头20和机器的可拆卸连接,或插头20和座子100固定再与机器固定。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变以及变形都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (32)

  1. 一种工业连接器;包括座子和与座子配套连接的插头,其中,所述座子包括内部中空的连接筒;环绕固定在连接筒开口处的连接座,固定在连接座内的扣板和弹性部件,所述扣板上设有嵌入连接筒内部的卡扣,与卡扣连接的、用于驱动扣板沿开口平面方向平移的弹性部件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述扣板包括锁扣和推动装置,所述推动装置分别与所述弹性部件和锁扣连接;所述卡扣设置在所述锁扣上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述锁扣形成闭环结构的锁圈;所述推动装置包括一个与锁圈固定连接的按扣;所述卡扣设置在所述锁圈的内侧壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述锁圈的形状包括圆形或矩形。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述卡扣包括第一卡扣,所述第一卡扣设置在与所述按扣相对的位置。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述卡扣包括第二卡扣和第三卡扣,所述第二卡扣和第三卡扣对称设置在所述按扣的两侧位置。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述卡扣包括第一卡扣、第二卡扣以及第三卡扣,所述第一卡设置在在与所述按扣相对的位置;所述第二卡扣和所述第三卡扣对称设置在所述按扣的两侧位置。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述卡扣设置在与所述按扣相对的位置,所述卡扣为沿着所述锁圈环臂延伸的环状凸缘,所述环状凸缘长度不超过锁圈周长的一半。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述连接座上设有开孔,所述开孔边缘设有限位部,所述锁圈收纳于所述连接座内、套设在所述限位件 边缘,所述连接座边缘设有缺口,所述按扣与所述锁圈一体连接,所述按扣从所述锁圈向所述缺口向外延伸至所述连接座外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述连接座表面覆盖有面板;所述按扣根部设有按压面;所述按压面两端设有凸起的侧杆;所述两根侧杆分别与所述锁扣的两端一体连接;所述弹性部件设置在按压面和两根侧杆形成的装配区域内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述弹性部件包括第一扭簧;所述连接座在装配区域内设有凸起的固定柱;所述连接座在连接筒开口的边缘处设有凸起的挡板;所述第一扭簧套接在所述固定柱上;所述第一扭簧一端抵靠挡板,另一端抵靠按压面。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述锁圈内设有凹槽,所述凹槽的底面为倾斜面,所述按扣设置在凹槽内,所述按扣底部设有弹簧;所述底部的边缘跟凹槽的底面配合,用于推动所述锁圈平移。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种工业连接器的连接结构,其中,所述弹性部件包括第二扭簧;座子至少在所述凹槽一侧设有放置第二扭簧的凹坑;所述第二扭簧一端抵靠锁圈的内侧,另一端抵靠连接座。
  14. 根据权利要求2所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述锁扣包括开环的第一锁圈和第二锁圈,所述推动装置包括设置在第一锁圈上的第一推动装置,以及设置在第二锁圈上的第二推动装置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述弹性部件包括第三扭簧和第四扭簧,所述第三扭簧的一端抵靠第一推动装置,另一端抵靠连接座,所述第三扭簧的一端抵靠第一推动装置,另一端抵靠连接座,所述连接座边缘设有避让第一推动装置和第二推动装置的第一缺口和第二缺口,所述第一推动装置从第一锁圈沿着所述第一缺口向外延伸至所述连接座外侧,所述第二推动装置从第二锁圈沿着所述第二缺口向外延伸至所述连接座外侧。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述第一锁圈上设有 两个卡扣,所述第二锁圈上设有两个卡扣,所述第一锁圈上的两个卡扣与所述第二锁圈上的两个卡扣对称设置。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述第一锁圈与所述第二锁圈各设有一个环状的卡扣,两个环状的卡扣圈绕连接筒开口的外边缘配合形成封闭的圈体。
  18. 根据权利要求1-17任一所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述连接筒内壁上设有两个阶梯面,其中靠近底部的阶梯面安装有防水垫圈,靠近开口的阶梯面上安装防水套圈。
  19. 根据权利要求1-17任一所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述卡扣包括卡座、沿所述卡座向连接筒内部延伸的卡台,所述连接座上设有避让卡座的避让槽,所述卡座以平移的方式落在所述避让槽上。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述卡座上朝向所述锁圈圈外的一侧上设有弧形的凸缘,所述卡台在轴向方向上设有倾斜的导面;所述凸缘的长度不超过所述开口周长的一半。
  21. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业连接器,其中,所述插头包括外套,所述外套包括用于嵌入工业连接器的座子的套筒、与套筒连接的固定筒,所述连固定筒内设有线缆接头的安装空间,所述连固定筒远离套筒的一端设有电缆定位结构;所述套筒的外壁在临近连固定筒的一端形成有卡位结构。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的工业连接器;其中,所述套筒包括第一筒体和第二筒体;所述第二筒体外表面高于第一筒体,所述第一筒体跟第二筒体连接处设有用于跟工业连接器的座子配合防水的台面;所述卡位结构设置在第二筒体的外壁上。
  23. 如权利要求21所述的工业连接器;其中,所述套筒为一整体的第三筒体。
  24. 如权利要求21-23任一所述的工业连接器;其中,所述卡位结构包括第一卡槽;所述第一卡槽包括侧壁,跟侧壁根部连接的第一底面;所述侧壁设有 跟所述座子的卡扣连接的卡钩。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的工业连接器;其中,所述第一底面从侧壁根部倾斜延伸到套筒的外表面,所述卡钩面向工业连接器的座子的一侧设有导入面。
  26. 如权利要求24所述的工业连接器;其中,所述侧壁包括第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一底面两侧分别连接第一侧壁和第二侧壁的根部;所述卡钩包括卡条,所述卡条横跨第一底面,分别与第一侧壁和第二侧壁连接;所述卡条的长度不超过所述套筒外圆周长度的一半。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的工业连接器;其中,所述卡条上至少设有一个避让所述座子的卡扣的避让口。
  28. 如权利要求21-23任一所述的工业连接器;其中,所述卡位结构包括第三侧壁和第四侧壁;连接第三侧壁和第四侧壁根部的第二底面;连接第三侧壁和第四侧壁端部的、用于跟所述座子的卡扣连接的卡接面。
  29. 如权利要求21-23任一所述的工业连接器;其中,所述卡位结构包括环绕在外套外壁的卡环。
  30. 如权利要求21-23任一所述的工业连接器;其中,所述卡位结构包括贯穿所述外套外壁的卡口。
  31. 一种工业连接器的连接结构,其中,所述连接结构包括如权利要求1-30任一所述的座子。
  32. 一种工业连接器的连接结构,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-30任一所述的插头。
