在本发明实施例进行详细地解释说明之前,先对本发明实施例中可能涉及 的一些名词进行定义和说明:
公共标识,是运营者在信息交互平台上申请的应用账号,通过公共标识,运营者可在信息交互平台上,基于文字、图片、语音、视频等方式,实现和特定群体的全方位沟通或互动。其中,运营者通常是指受用户关注度较高的机构或个人,如商家、企业、政府、媒体、名人等。其中,信息交互平台,是指基于原有软件***向第三方提供接口,通过第三方的接入,来增强原有软件***的功能或使用该原有软件***的资源的平台。如微信公众平台、支付宝服务窗平台等。原有软件***可以是信息交互应用***、支付类应用***或者其它相关应用***。以信息交互应用***为例,运营者在信息交互平台上申请公共标识后,信息交互应用***中的普通注册用户便可关注该公共标识。之后,普通注册用户和运营者可以以信息交互应用为媒介,进行文本、图片、语音、视频等信息交互。此外,在普通注册用户与运营者之间的信息交互页面上还显示有菜单选项,该菜单选项的菜单样式可由运营者自定义,并由第三方调用开放的创建菜单接口来生成。比如,可创建3个一级菜单,每一个一级菜单下又可包括多个二级菜单等,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。
图1是本发明实施例提供的一种信息推荐方法所涉及的***架构图。参见图1,该***包括用户终端、信息交互服务器和公共标识服务器。其中,普通注册用户在用户终端上安装信息交互应用后,可基于信息交互应用和信息交互服务器与用户关系链上的好友进行信息交互、在个人展示页面上发布信息、与公共标识进行信息交互等。其中,公共标识服务器用于对各个运营者的公共标识进行管理、存储各个公共标识的相关信息等。以景区的公共标识为例,则相关信息可为景区中各个景点的语音解说词、景区的图片、景区的地图数据等,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。其中,各个公共标识的相关信息可由运营者通过开放接口上传至公共标识服务器。在普通注册用户与公共标识进行互动时,信息交互服务器会主动从公共标识服务器获取该公共标识的相关信息,并展示在普通注册用户与公共标识之间的信息互动页面上。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种信息推荐的方法流程图。参见图2,以用户终端执行该方法的角度为例,本发明实施例提供的方法流程包括:

图4是本发明实施例提供的一种信息推荐方法的流程图。交互主体为用户终端和信息交互服务器。参见图4,本发明实施例提供的方法流程包括:
401、用户终端向信息交互服务器发送购票链接的访问请求。
时下对于景区、游乐园、博物馆等大多数游览场所来说,均是需要购票游览的。传统的购票方式均需要用户在待游览场所的入口处设置的购票窗口排队购买纸质门票,再进入待游览场所。本发明实施例为了缓解购票压力,节省用户的时间,提出了如下三种较为智能和快捷的电子购票方式。
第一种方式为:在游览场所的入口处铺设图形码,用户通过扫描图形码的方式购票。
针对第一种方式,图形码优选地为二维码。其中,出售的门票通常可分为 儿童票、老年票、成人票等多个票种。在生成图形码时,可为每一个票种分别生成一个二维码,并将每一个票种的二维码均铺设在入口处,用户欲购得相应门票,扫描对应的二维码即可。此外,还可为所有票种统一生成一个二维码,后续用户在扫描该二维码进入购票页面后,再在购票页面上选择所购票种。具体采取何种方式,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。本发明实施例仅以生成一个统一的二维码为例进行说明。如图5A所示,用户在通过信息交互应用提供的扫码功能扫描用于购票的二维码后,触发用户终端向信息交互服务器发送购票链接的访问请求,从而获取到如图5A所示的购票页面。
第二种方式为:用户关注待游览场所的公共标识后,通过在第一信息互动页面上点击购票菜单选项来购票。
针对第二种方式,如果待游览场所的运营者在信息交互平台上申请了公共标识,且提供了用于购票的菜单选项,则可直接通过该公共标识购票。其中,第一信息互动页面为用户在关注该公共标识后进入的页面。如图5B所示,通过第一信息互动页面待游览场所的运营者可向用户发送推送通知等。在第一信息互动页面上提供了多个一级菜单选项,比如显示“购票游玩”字样的菜单选项。在用户点击该菜单选项后,便会如图5B所示显示多个二级菜单选项,上述二级菜单选项中包括“我要购票”的购票菜单选项,终端在检测到购票菜单选项的选中操作后,向信息交互服务器发送购票链接的访问请求。
第三种方式为:用户接收用户关系链上好友发送的待游览场所的购票链接。
针对第三种方式,由于时下信息交互应用提供了分享功能,所以好友在通过线上的方式购买门票后,可如图5C所示通过信息交互应用将购票链接分享给用户。用户在通过第二信息互动页面接收到该购票链接后,可直接点击该购票链接进行购票。其中,基于第二信息互动页面,用户和好友之间可进行文本、图片、视频等形式的信息互动。
402、信息交互服务器在接收到该访问请求后,获取该购票链接对应的网页信息,并将该网页信息发送至用户终端。
在本发明实施例中,信息交互服务器在接收到对购票链接的访问请求后,可通过开放接口从待游览场所的运营服务器或运营终端中,获取该购票链接对应的网页信息,并将该网页信息发送至用户终端,以方便用户终端根据该网页信息渲染出购票页面。
403、用户终端根据该网页信息显示购票页面。
用户终端在接收到该网页信息后,可根据该网页信息通过页面渲染方式渲染出购票页面,并通过信息交互应用显示该购票页面。如图5A所示,购票页面上可包括当前正在热销的门票类型、待游览场所的Logo标识、门票价格等。在用户点击诸如“立即购买”的选项后,进行页面跳转,跳转至购票详情页面。在购票详情页面上用户可手动选择票据类型和票据数目。用户终端在购票详情页面上检测到支付确认操作后,页面进行再次跳转,跳转至支付页面,用户通过支付页面的引导向待游览场所支付门票费用。信息交互服务器在检测到用户成功支付后,通过信息交互应用或短信等方式向用户终端发送电子门票。其中,电子门票可为二维码、条形码、取票码等形式,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。
需要说明的是,在用户成功购买门票后,为了提升用户体验,本发明实施例还提供了基于用户的购票信息向用户推荐适宜的游览路线的步骤,详情如下:
404、用户终端获取用户在购票过程中通过该购票页面输入的购票信息。
其中,购票信息中至少包括票据类型和票据数目。票据类型可包括儿童票、成人票、军人票、老年票、残疾人票等,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。可选地,购票页面上可提供有关票据类型和票据数目的下拉选项,用户通过该下拉选项可自行选择购买的票种和票据张数。
405、用户终端根据该购票信息和待游览场所的标识信息,生成游览路线获取请求。
其中,待游览场所的标识信息可为待游览场所的名称、图片或编码等,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。
406、用户终端向信息交互服务器发送该游览路线获取请求和用户的用户标识。
其中,用户标识可为用户在登录信息交互应用后使用的头像或昵称等,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。
407、信息交互服务器在接收到该游览路线获取请求和用户标识后,从公共标识服务器中,获取与游览路线获取请求匹配的指定游览路线,并基于该用户标识,将指定游览路线发送至用户终端。
在本发明实施例中,对于一个游览场所来说,其通常涵盖了大量的景点,以满足不同年龄段人群的需求。因此,对于不同年龄段的人群而言,出于时间和体力等因素的考量,在有限的时间和精力内通常不会逛遍待游览场所中的全 部景点。当然,在游玩过程中若错过热门景点或地标性景点,对于用户来说也是一种损失,因此本发明实施例提出了基于用户的购票信息向用户进行游览路线推荐的方式。比如,若用户购买了两张成人票,则向用户首推情侣游览路线;若用户购买了儿童票,则向用户首推亲子游览路线;若用户购买了老年票,则向用户首推休闲游览路线;若用户购买了多张成人票,则向用户首推团体游览路线。此外,若用户购买的门票有多张,且每个票种的张数相差不太,则可向用户推荐多种游览路线。比如,用户购买了10张门票,6张成人票和4张老年票,则可向用户同时推荐热门或地标性游览路线,和休闲旅游路线。
需要说明的是,在向用户进行游览路线的推荐时,还可根据用户的用户标识获取用户属性信息,结合购票信息和用户属性信息进行游览路线的推荐。其中,不同游览路线的制定可由待游览场所的运营者自行设置,并通过开放接口上传至公共标识服务器,由公共标识服务器进行存储。这样,信息交互服务器在接收到该游览路线获取请求后,便可直接从公共标识服务器中获取对应的游览路线。
408、用户终端在接收到指定游览路线后,显示指定游览路线。
在本发明实施例中,用户在接收到指定游览路线后,可如图5D所示直接在第一信息互动页面上显示指定游览路线的标题信息等。当用户点击该标题信息所在的框体后,显示指定游览路线的详情信息。比如各个兴趣点的名称、图片等,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例除了在用户游览过程中推荐游览路线外,还提供了地图导览和语音解说的服务,详细过程如下。
针对地图导览功能来说,为了便于用户及时获知景区地图,用户终端还可预先下载待游览场所的离线地图数据包。具体过程为:用户终端向信息交互服务器发送地图数据获取请求,该地图数据获取请求中至少包括待游览场所的标识信息,以使信息交互服务器获取与待游览场所匹配的地图数据。而用户终端在接收到信息交互服务器返回的地图数据后,可先将地图数据进行存储,以便后续使用。
如图5B所示,在第一信息互动页面上显示有诸如“景区地图”的菜单选项,点击该菜单选项会触发地图导览操作,即用户终端检测到用户通过信息交互应用执行的地图导览操作。之后,如图5E所示,用户终端将基于存储的地图数据和用户的当前地理位置,在地图界面上显示预设地理范围内的地图信息。其中, 预设地理范围内可为以用户当前所在位置为中心,方圆几百米或几千米的范围,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。用户的当前所在位置以星号标记。
在另一个实施例中,为了便于用户快速对某一类型的兴趣点进行锁定,以尽快前往该类兴趣点,如图5E所示,地图界面上还包括多个兴趣点筛选选项。其中,兴趣点筛选选项可包括休息场所、可无线上网场所、洗手间、餐饮场所、公车场所、景点场所、商店或便利店等,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。此外,除了以图片形式显示多个兴趣点筛选选项外,还可以文字形式进行显示,本发明实施例对此同样不进行具体限定。这样,在地图界面上显示预设地理范围内的地图信息时,可采取下述方式实现:
当检测到一个兴趣点筛选选项的选中操作后,在地图界面上显示预设地理范围内与兴趣点筛选选项匹配的至少一个兴趣点;当检测到至少一个兴趣点中任一兴趣点的选中操作后,显示任一兴趣点的详情描述信息和到达任一兴趣点的路径导航信息。
参见图5E,用户在选中了展示待游览场所中景点对应的兴趣点筛选选项后,在地图界面上将以气泡的方式显示预设地理范围内所有的景点信息,以对用户进行提醒。当然,除了以气泡的方式进行显示外,还可以其他方式进行显示,比如以红色圆点标记进行显示,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。此外,为了更好地进行地图展示,上述兴趣点筛选选项可根据用户执行的页面隐藏操作进行隐藏。比如,当检测到用户在地图界面上空白区域的点击操作,或用户在兴趣点筛选项所在区域执行的下拉操作后,将兴趣点筛选选项进行隐藏,进而展示如图5F所示的地图完整界面。由于地图界面上示出了各个景点的所在位置,所以当检测到用户对图5E筛选出的各个景点中任一景点的点击操作后,在该景点所在位置的周围以消息框的形式显示该兴趣点的详情描述信息。其中,详情描述信息可包括该景点的历史简介、详细位置信息、门票价格等。比如,如图5F所示,可显示形如“***祖居再现了***少年时代的生活场景,位于劳动路369号,40元联票”的详情描述信息。进一步地,路径导航信息用于指示用户当前所在位置至该景点的路线。其中,路径导航信息可与详情描述信息显示在当前地图界面上,比如在当前地图界面上以红色或蓝色等粗线条显示用户当前所在位置至该景点的路线信息。此外,路径导航信息还可与详情描述信息显示在两个页面上,比如用户在当前地图界面上点击了诸如导航按键后,用户终端由当前地图界面跳转到路径导航页面,在该路径导航页面上显示路径导航信息。本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。
针对语音解说过程而言,在第一信息互动页面上可显示有诸如“景区解说”的菜单选项,点击该菜单选项会触发语音解说请求操作,即用户终端检测到用户通过信息交互应用执行的语音解说操作。在检测到用户通过信息交互应用执行的语音解说操作后,如图5G所示,用户终端将在第一信息互动页面上显示与待游览场所匹配的语音解说词的简介信息。其中,简介信息至少包括每一个景点的标识信息,该标识信息可包括景点名称和代码等,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。用户可在第一信息互动页面上通过手动写入操作输入需要解说的景点的标识信息,还可在第一信息交互界面上通过语音收录操作输入需要解说的景点的标识信息,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。比如,如图5H所示,用户通过语音的方式输入了需要解说的景点的标识信息。
用户终端在接收到用户对待游览场所中任一景点的语音解说请求后,向信息交互服务器发送语音解说词获取请求。其中,该语音解说词获取请求中至少包括任一景点的标识信息。信息交互服务器在接收到该语音解说请求后,从公共标识服务器中获取待游览场所的运营者事先存储的与该景点匹配的语音解说词。之后,信息交互服务器将该语音解说词发送至用户终端。而用户终端在接收到信息交互服务器发送的语音解说词后,如图5H所示,在第一信息互动页面上显示相关提示信息,以对用户进行是否进行语音播报的提示。用户终端在检测到用户的播报确认操作后,调用内置的扬声器设备播报接收到的语音解说词。
本发明实施例提供的方法,用户终端在获取到用户在购票过程中输入的购票信息后,主动根据该购票信息和待游览场所的标识信息生成游览路线获取请求,并向信息交互服务器发送该游览路线获取请求,由信息交互服务器根据该游览路线获取请求向用户终端发送与用户匹配的游览路线,以向用户进行游览路线的推荐,该种游览方式更为智能化,节省了用户主动查询游览路线时的时间成本和繁琐度,还能避免用户错过一些热门景点或地标性景点。此外,除了向用户进行游览路线的推荐外,还可提供游览场所的地图导览和景点的语音解说服务,因此该种信息推荐方式更加多元化,极大地方便了用户,用户的游览体验更佳。

其中,访问请求由用户终端对待游览场所的图形码扫描得到;或,访问请求由用户终端在第一信息互动页面上检测到购票菜单选项的选中操作后发送,第一信息互动页面为与待游览场所相关的包括多级菜单选项的页面;或,访问请求由用户终端在第二信息互动页面上检测到购票链接的点击操作后发送,第二信息互动页面为用户与好友进行信息交互的页面。
可选地,接收模块701还用于接收用户终端发送的地图数据获取请求,地图数据获取请求中至少包括待游览场所的标识信息;
获取模块702还用于从公共标识服务器中,获取与待游览场所匹配的地图数据;
发送模块703还用于将地图数据发送至用户终端。
可选地,接收模块701还用于接收用户终端发送的语音解说词获取请求,语音解说词获取请求中至少包括待游览场所中任一兴趣点的标识信息;
获取模块702还用于从公共标识服务器中,获取与任一兴趣点匹配的语音解说词;
发送模块703还用于将语音解说词发送至用户终端。
本发明实施例提供的装置,用户终端在获取到用户在购票过程中输入的购票信息后,主动根据该购票信息和待游览场所的标识信息生成游览路线获取请求,并向信息交互服务器发送该游览路线获取请求,由信息交互服务器根据该游览路线获取请求向用户终端发送与用户匹配的游览路线,以向用户进行游览路线的推荐,该种游览方式更为智能化,节省了用户主动查询游览路线时的时间成本和繁琐度,还能避免用户错过一些热门景点或地标性景点。此外,除了向用户进行游览路线的推荐外,还可提供游览场所的地图导览和景点的语音解说服务,因此该种信息推荐方式更加多元化,极大地方便了用户,用户的游览体验更佳。
需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的信息推荐装置在进行信息推荐时,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外,上述实施例提供的信息推荐装置与信息推荐方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里 不再赘述。
图8是本发明实施例提供的一种终端,该终端可以用于执行上述实施例中提供的由用户终端执行的信息推荐方法。参见图8,该终端800包括:
RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路110、包括有一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器120、输入单元130、显示单元140、传感器150、音频电路160、WiFi(Wireless Fidelity,无线保真)模块170、包括有一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器180、以及电源190等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图8中示出的终端结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
RF电路110可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,交由一个或者一个以上处理器180处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,RF电路110包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、收发信机、耦合器、LNA(Low Noise Amplifier,低噪声放大器)、双工器等。此外,RF电路110还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于GSM(Global System of Mobile communication,全球移动通讯***)、GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码分多址)、LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)、电子邮件、SMS(Short Messaging Service,短消息服务)等。
存储器120可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器180通过运行存储在存储器120的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器120可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作***、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据终端800的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器120可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件或其他易失性固态存储器件。相应地,存储器120还可以包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器180和输入单元130对存储器120的访问。
输入单元130可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以 及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。具体地,输入单元130可包括触敏表面131以及其他输入设备132。触敏表面131,也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏表面131上或在触敏表面131附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选地,触敏表面131可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器180,并能接收处理器180发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触敏表面131。除了触敏表面131,输入单元130还可以包括其他输入设备132。具体地,其他输入设备132可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元140可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及终端800的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元140可包括显示面板141,可选地,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板141。进一步地,触敏表面131可覆盖显示面板141,当触敏表面131检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器180以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器180根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板141上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图8中,触敏表面131与显示面板141是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触敏表面131与显示面板141集成而实现输入和输出功能。
终端800还可包括至少一种传感器150,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板141的亮度,接近传感器可在终端800移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板141和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于终端800还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他 传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路160、扬声器161,传声器162可提供用户与终端800之间的音频接口。音频电路160可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器161,由扬声器161转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器162将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路160接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器180处理后,经RF电路110以发送给比如另一终端,或者将音频数据输出至存储器120以便进一步处理。音频电路160还可能包括耳塞插孔,以提供外设耳机与终端800的通信。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,终端800通过WiFi模块170可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。
处理器180是终端800的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器120内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器120内的数据,执行终端800的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选地,处理器180可包括一个或多个处理核心;可选地,处理器180可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作***、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器180中。
终端800还包括给各个部件供电的电源190(比如电池),可选地,电源可以通过电源管理***与处理器180逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理***实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源190还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电***、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管未示出,终端800还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。具体在本实施例中,终端的显示单元是触摸屏显示器,终端还包括有存储器,以及一个或者一个以上的程序,其中一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器中,且经配置以由一个或者一个以上处理器执行述一个或者一个以上程序,所述一个或一个以上的程序包含上述的应用于用户终端的信息推荐方法的指令,从而处理器可通过访问存储器中存储的程序来执行相应的信息推荐操作。
本发明实施例提供的终端,用户终端在获取到用户在购票过程中输入的购票信息后,主动根据该购票信息和待游览场所的标识信息生成游览路线获取请 求,并向信息交互服务器发送该游览路线获取请求,由信息交互服务器根据该游览路线获取请求向用户终端发送与用户匹配的游览路线,以向用户进行游览路线的推荐,该种游览方式更为智能化,节省了用户主动查询游览路线时的时间成本和繁琐度,还能避免用户错过一些热门景点或地标性景点。此外,除了向用户进行游览路线的推荐外,还可提供游览场所的地图导览和景点的语音解说服务,因此该种信息推荐方式更加多元化,极大地方便了用户,用户的游览体验更佳。
图9是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种服务器,该服务器可以用于实施上述任一示例性实施例示出的由信息交互服务器执行的信息推荐方法。具体来讲:参见图9,该服务器900可因配置或性能不同而产生比较大的差异,可以包括一个或一个以***处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)922(例如,一个或一个以上处理器)和存储器932,一个或一个以上存储应用程序942或数据944的存储介质930(例如一个或一个以上海量存储设备)。其中,存储器932和存储介质930可以是短暂存储或持久存储。存储在存储介质930的程序可以包括一个或一个以上模块(图示没标出)。
服务器900还可以包括一个或一个以上电源926,一个或一个以上有线或无线网络接口950,一个或一个以上输入输出接口958,和/或,一个或一个以上操作***941,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM等等。一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器中,且经配置以由一个或者一个以上处理器执行上述一个或者一个以上程序,所述一个或一个以上的程序包含上述的应用于信息交互服务器的信息推荐方法的指令,从而处理器可通过访问存储器中存储的程序来执行相应的信息推荐操作。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完成,也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种信息推荐方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取输入的购票信息,所述购票信息至少包括票据类型、票据数目;
    根据所述购票信息和待游览场所的标识信息,生成游览路线获取请求;
    向信息交互服务器发送所述游览路线获取请求和用户的用户标识;
    接收所述信息交互服务器基于所述用户标识发送的与所述游览路线获取请求匹配的指定游览路线,显示所述指定游览路线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取输入的购票信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    向信息交互服务器发送购票链接的访问请求,所述购票链接由用户终端对所述待游览场所的图形码扫描得到;
    接收所述信息交互服务器发送的与所述购票链接对应的网页信息,基于所述网页信息显示购票页面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取输入的购票信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    当在第一信息互动页面上检测到购票菜单选项的选中操作后,向信息交互服务器发送购票链接的访问请求,所述第一信息互动页面为与所述待游览场所相关的包括多级菜单选项的页面;
    接收所述信息交互服务器发送的与所述购票链接对应的网页信息,基于所述网页信息显示购票页面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取输入的购票信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    当在第二信息互动页面上检测到购票链接的点击操作后,向信息交互服务器发送所述购票链接的访问请求,所述第二信息互动页面为所述用户与好友进行信息交互的页面;
    接收所述信息交互服务器发送的与所述购票链接对应的网页信息,基于所述网页信息显示购票页面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取输入的购票信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    向所述信息交互服务器发送地图数据获取请求,所述地图数据获取请求中至少包括所述待游览场所的标识信息;
    接收所述信息交互服务器发送的与所述待游览场所匹配的地图数据;
    在检测到所述用户通过信息交互应用执行的地图导览操作后,基于所述地图数据和所述用户的当前地理位置,在地图界面上显示预设地理范围内的地图信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述地图界面上包括多个兴趣点筛选选项,所述在地图界面上显示预设地理范围内的地图信息,包括:
    当检测到一个兴趣点筛选选项的选中操作后,在所述地图界面上显示所述预设地理范围内与所述兴趣点筛选选项匹配的至少一个兴趣点;
    当检测到所述至少一个兴趣点中任一兴趣点的选中操作后,显示所述任一兴趣点的详情描述信息和到达所述任一兴趣点的路径导航信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取输入的购票信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到所述用户通过信息交互应用执行的语音解说操作后,在第一信息互动页面上显示与所述待游览场所匹配的语音解说词的简介信息;
    在接收到所述用户对所述待游览场所中任一兴趣点的语音解说请求后,向所述信息交互服务器发送语音解说词获取请求,所述语音解说词获取请求中至少包括所述任一兴趣点的标识信息;
    接收所述信息交互服务器发送的与所述任一兴趣点匹配的语音解说词,播报所述语音解说词。
  8. 一种信息推荐方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收用户终端发送的游览路线获取请求和用户标识,所述游览路线获取请求中至少包括用户在购票过程中输入的购票信息和所述待游览场所的标识信息,所述购票信息至少包括票据类型、票据数目;
    从公共标识服务器中,获取与所述游览路线获取请求匹配的指定游览路线;
    基于所述用户标识,将所述指定游览路线发送至所述用户终端;
    其中,所述公共标识服务器是对所述待游览场所的指定公共标识进行管理、存储所述指定公共标识的相关信息的服务器。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收用户终端发送的游览路线获取请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述用户终端发送的购票链接的访问请求;
    获取所述购票链接对应的网页信息,将所述网页信息发送至所述用户终端。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述用户终端发送的地图数据获取请求,所述地图数据获取请求中至少包括所述待游览场所的标识信息;
    从所述公共标识服务器中,获取与所述待游览场所匹配的地图数据,将所述地图数据发送至所述用户终端。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述用户终端发送的语音解说词获取请求,所述语音解说词获取请求中至少包括所述待游览场所中任一兴趣点的标识信息;
    从所述公共标识服务器中,获取与所述任一兴趣点匹配的语音解说词,将所述语音解说词发送至所述用户终端。
  12. 一种信息推荐装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取输入的购票信息,所述购票信息至少包括票据类型、票据数目;
    生成模块,用于根据所述购票信息和待游览场所的标识信息,生成游览路线获取请求;
    发送模块,用于向信息交互服务器发送所述游览路线获取请求和用户的用户标识;
    接收模块,用于接收所述信息交互服务器基于所述用户标识发送的与所述游览路线获取请求匹配的指定游览路线;
    显示模块,用于显示所述指定游览路线。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块还用于向信息交互服务器发送购票链接的访问请求,所述购票链接由用户终端对所述待游览场所的图形码扫描得到;
    所述接收模块还用于接收所述信息交互服务器发送的与所述购票链接对应的网页信息;
    所述显示模块还用于基于所述网页信息显示购票页面。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块还用于当在第一信息互动页面上检测到购票菜单选项的选中操作后,向信息交互服务器发送购票链接的访问请求,所述第一信息互动页面为与所述待游览场所相关的包括多级菜单选项的页面;
    所述接收模块还用于接收所述信息交互服务器发送的与所述购票链接对应的网页信息;
    所述显示模块还用于基于所述网页信息显示购票页面。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块还用于当在第二信息互动页面上检测到购票链接的点击操作后,向信息交互服务器发送所述购票链接的访问请求,所述第二信息互动页面为所述用户与好友进行信息交互的页面;
    所述接收模块还用于接收所述信息交互服务器发送的与所述购票链接对应的网页信息;
    所述显示模块还用于基于所述网页信息显示购票页面。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块还用于向所述信息交互服务器发送地图数据获取请求,所述地图数据获取请求中至少包括所述待游览场所的标识信息;
    所述接收模块还用于接收所述信息交互服务器发送的与所述待游览场所匹配的地图数据;
    所述显示模块还用于在检测到所述用户通过信息交互应用执行的地图导览 操作后,基于所述地图数据和所述用户的当前地理位置,在地图界面上显示预设地理范围内的地图信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示模块,用于当检测到一个兴趣点筛选选项的选中操作后,在所述地图界面上显示所述预设地理范围内与所述兴趣点筛选选项匹配的至少一个兴趣点;当检测到所述至少一个兴趣点中任一兴趣点的选中操作后,显示所述任一兴趣点的详情描述信息和到达所述任一兴趣点的路径导航信息。
  18. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于:
    所述显示模块还用于在检测到所述用户通过信息交互应用执行的语音解说操作后,在第一信息互动页面上显示与所述待游览场所匹配的语音解说词的简介信息;
    所述发送模块还用于在接收到所述用户对所述待游览场所中任一兴趣点的语音解说请求后,向所述信息交互服务器发送语音解说词获取请求,所述语音解说词获取请求中至少包括所述任一兴趣点的标识信息;
    所述接收模块还用于接收所述信息交互服务器发送的与所述任一兴趣点匹配的语音解说词;
    其中,所述装置还包括:
    播报模块,用于播报所述语音解说词。
  19. 一种信息推荐装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户终端发送的游览路线获取请求和用户标识,所述游览路线获取请求中至少包括用户在购票过程中输入的购票信息和所述待游览场所的标识信息,所述购票信息至少包括票据类型、票据数目;
    获取模块,用于从公共标识服务器中,获取与所述游览路线获取请求匹配的指定游览路线;
    发送模块,用于基于所述用户标识,将所述指定游览路线发送至所述用户终端;
    其中,所述公共标识服务器是对所述待游览场所的指定公共标识进行管理、存储所述指定公共标识的相关信息的服务器。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块还用于接收所述用户终端发送的购票链接的访问请求;
    所述获取模块还用于获取所述购票链接对应的网页信息;
    所述发送模块还用于将所述网页信息发送至所述用户终端。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块还用于接收所述用户终端发送的地图数据获取请求,所述地图数据获取请求中至少包括所述待游览场所的标识信息;
    所述获取模块还用于从所述公共标识服务器中,获取与所述待游览场所匹配的地图数据;
    所述发送模块还用于将所述地图数据发送至所述用户终端。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块还用于接收所述用户终端发送的语音解说词获取请求,所述语音解说词获取请求中至少包括所述待游览场所中任一兴趣点的标识信息;
    所述获取模块还用于从所述公共标识服务器中,获取与所述任一兴趣点匹配的语音解说词;
    所述发送模块还用于将所述语音解说词发送至所述用户终端。
