Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de rapport d'informations. La présente invention résout le problème dans l'état de la technique pertinent selon lequel un eNode B ne peut pas acquérir la capacité de l'UE du fait que la capacité de prise en charge de schéma d'optimisation de transmission de l'UE et une indication de préférence sont mémorisées dans une MME et ne sont pas visibles par l'eNode B.
