背景技术
十二指肠镜广泛应用于肝、胆、胰***疾病的诊断与治疗。特别对于逆行肝胆管造影(ERCP)术是十二指肠镜的一项独特且目前不能替代的肝胆管检查方法,是诊断胆道疾病的重要手段,是微创外科中的一个重要组成部分。但是消毒安全问题却一直困扰该内窥镜,由于受成像核心原器件光学传感器CCD及主体材料限制,不可用高温高压等方式消毒灭菌,其镜体操作部功能主要由钢丝绳牵引抬钳器控制手术器械的抬起和落下,结构复杂有细长钢丝引导孔,消毒难以彻底且消毒手段少,普遍存在消毒风险。由于其结构复杂,在手术操作使用难度也较大,使手术的难度增加。本发明涉及的十二指肠镜由于其功能结构均比其它内窥镜结构复杂,所以存在着更大的消毒风险。
用一次性耗材将内窥镜全面包覆应用是防止交叉感染最为可靠的办法,如申请号为201510461920.8,申请日为2015年7月31日中国发明专利:用一次性耗材防护的十二指肠镜,该专利将内窥镜凡是与人体体腔体液接触部分从里到外都用一次性耗材包覆,但用一次性耗材包覆后镜体头端物镜***与端帽之间存在间隙,易产生杂光干扰,造成成像不清晰问题,需要在十二指肠镜一次性防护套结构基础上对端帽等结构进行进一步改进。

护套内窥镜,其基本原理是用一次性灭菌耗材对不能经受高温高压灭菌处理的内窥镜全面防护,使其凡与患者体腔体液接触部分都被耗材隔离覆盖,并在一次性耗材中的端帽与镜体头端配合处设置防杂光结构,解决了十二指肠镜临床中消毒不彻底所发生的交叉感染问题,以及用端帽覆盖内窥镜镜体头端部时间隙产生杂光干扰问题。
本发明技术方案如下:
护套内窥镜,包括内窥镜和一次性耗材,内窥镜的内表面和外表面通过一次性耗材保护,一次性耗材包括套在内窥镜镜体头端部的端帽,在内窥镜镜体头端部的侧面设有多个窗口,在端帽与内窥镜镜体头端部之间设有装有透明液体的胶丸,胶丸通过端帽与内窥镜镜体头端部共同作用碎裂,胶丸碎裂后,胶丸内的透明液体充满端帽与内窥镜镜体头端部的多个窗口之间的空隙。
一次性耗材包括端帽、套囊和一次性钳道管,其中端帽套在内窥镜镜体头端部上,一次性钳道管设置于内窥镜内部,套囊套设于内窥镜外侧,套囊通过端帽与一次性钳道管相连。在端帽侧面设有与内窥镜镜体头端部上的手术管道 开口形状一致的长条状开口,在长条状开口内设有软接口,软接口的大口端外缘与端帽上的长条状开口内侧粘接密封,软接口小口端套在一次性钳道管上。
内窥镜包括内窥镜镜体头端部、抬钳器和拉丝,内窥镜镜体头端部侧面设有开口,抬钳器置于开口内,抬钳器通过拉丝作用抬起。在内窥镜镜体头端部侧面设有观察窗口和光学照明窗口,在端帽与内窥镜镜体头端部上的观察窗口和光学照明窗口相对应下侧面处设有光窗,透明液体充满端帽光窗与内窥镜镜体头端部的观察窗口和光学照明窗口之间的空隙。端帽的前端立面与下侧面之间的连接处为一斜面,在该斜面上设有凹坑,胶丸设置于凹坑内,内窥镜镜体头端部观察窗口和光学照明窗口侧前端面靠近端帽的下侧面一侧设有斜面,胶丸通过内窥镜镜体头端部的斜面与所述端帽内设有凹坑的斜面共同作用挤碎。
在端帽的前端内壁设有一个凸台,在内窥镜镜体头端部前端设有一个空心针,胶丸设置于凸台上并通过空心针扎破,空心针的尾端设有通孔,透明液体沿通孔流至端帽与内窥镜镜体头端部的多个窗口之间的空隙。内窥镜镜体头端部内与胶丸同轴心位置设有一个锥形凹坑,在锥形凹坑底部设有盲孔,盲孔与通孔相通,空心针尖朝外安装到盲孔内,空心针的针尖不超过所述锥形凹坑的大端平面。
本实用新型的优点与积极效果为:
1.本发明在一次性耗材中的端帽与内窥镜镜体头端部配合处设置防杂光结构,所述防杂光结构包括内部含有透明液体的胶丸,胶丸通过端帽与内窥镜镜体头端部挤碎,使透明液体流至端帽与内窥镜镜体头端部的窗口之间的空隙处,防止杂光干扰。
2.本发明利用一次性耗材将内窥镜全面包覆应用是防止交叉感染。

具体实施方式
如图1~13所示,本发明主要包括两部分,其中一部分是经过改造的内窥镜1,如图3所示,内窥镜镜体头端部1.1侧面设有开口,抬钳器1.2置于开口内,在内窥镜镜体头端部1.1远离所述开口的一侧设有观察窗口1.3和光学照明窗口1.4;本发明的另一部分是一次性耗材2,如图4~13所示,所述一次性耗材2将多次使用的内窥镜1保护起来不受污染,所述一次性耗材2不仅设有套囊2.4和端帽2.1保护内窥镜1外表面,如图11~12所示,还有一次性钳道管2.6置于内窥镜1镜体管道内保护内窥镜1内表面,保护内窥镜1外表面的套囊2.4和保护内窥镜1内表面的一次性钳道管2.6通过所述端帽2.1连为一体,将内窥镜1从里到外进行了全面保护,在端帽2.1与内窥镜镜体头端部1.1之间设有装有透明液体的胶丸2.2,所述胶丸2.2通过端帽2.1与内窥镜镜体头端部1.1共同作用碎裂,所述胶丸2.2碎裂后,胶丸2.2内的透明液体充满端帽2.1与内窥镜镜体头端部1.1上的观察窗口1.3和光学照明窗口1.4之间的空隙。
现结合附图对护套内窥镜结构说明如下:
如图4~13所示,所述一次性耗材2包括端帽2.1、水气管2.3、套囊2.4、软接口2.5和一次性钳道管2.6,其中端帽2.1套在内窥镜镜体头端部1.1上,所述端帽2.1整体为透明弹性材料制成,如图11~12所示,在端帽2.1侧面设有与内窥镜镜体头端部1.1上的手术管道开口形状一致的长条状开口,在所述长条状开口内设有软接口2.5,所述软接口2.5为弹性薄膜制成且为烟斗状,所述软接口2.5的大口端外缘与端帽2.1上的长条状开口内侧粘接密封,软接口2.5小口端套在一次性钳道管2.6远端外壁一定距离处并粘接,端帽2.1通过所述长条状开口内的软接口2.5与一次性钳道管2.6相连,端帽2.1敞口端与套囊2.4连接,所述套囊2.4与所述端帽2.1相连将内窥镜1外表面保护,在套囊2.4与内窥镜镜体头端部1.1之间设有水气管2.3,如图5所示,在端面2.1端部内壁与内窥镜镜体头端部1.1之间设有胶丸2.2,如图11~13所示, 活检钳3依次穿过一次性钳道管2.6和内窥镜镜体头端部1.1,最后由软接口2.5伸出。
如图3~13所示,所述内窥镜1包括内窥镜镜体头端部1.1、抬钳器1.2和拉丝1.5,内窥镜镜体头端部1.1侧面设有开口,抬钳器1.2置于所述开口内,所述抬钳器1.2通过拉丝1.5作用抬起,如图11~13所示,当抬钳器1.2与拉丝1.5处于放松状态时,抬钳器1.2与软接口2.5不发生相互作用,活检钳3通过软接口2.5从端帽2.1上的长条状开口斜向伸出;当拉紧拉丝1.5使抬钳器1.2抬起时,软接口2.5产生相应变形,并隔着软接口2.5推动一次性钳道管2.6抬起,从而间接调整活检钳3的抬起,调整其指向,从而对特定部位进行钳取操作。
在本发明中为增加端帽的透光性能,提高照明的效率,避免杂光干扰,在端帽2.1与内窥镜镜体头端部1.1上的观察窗口1.3和光学照明窗口1.4相对应的下侧面2.7处设有光窗,该光窗大小与内窥镜镜体头端部1.1上的观察窗口1.3和光学照明窗口1.4一致并采用光学级材料密封,用以保证物体成像的清晰度和照明的透光度。
本发明的端帽2.1前端内壁采用不同结构放置胶丸2.2,并通过不同方式使胶丸2.2碎裂。
实施例1
如图5~7所示,本实施例中,端帽2.1的前端立面与下侧面2.7之间的连接处为一斜面,在该斜面上设有凹坑2.8,胶丸2.2放置于所述凹坑2.8内并通过粘接的方式固定,所述端帽2.1的前端立面与下侧面2.7连接处的斜面与内窥镜镜体头端部1.1配合挤压胶丸2.2,如图5~6所示,所述内窥镜镜体头端部1.1前端面靠近所述下侧面2.7的一侧设有倾斜一定角度的斜面,当内窥镜镜体头端部1.1与端帽2.1配合挤压胶丸2.2时,所述内窥镜镜体头端部1.1的斜面与所述端帽2.1的前端立面与下侧面2.7连接处的斜面共同作用将胶丸2.2挤碎,使胶丸2.2内的透明液体顺着端帽2.1的下侧面2.7流动到所述观察窗口1.3和光学照明窗口1.4与端帽2.1上的光窗之间的间隙内。
实施例2
如图8~10所示,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:在端帽2.1的前端内壁设有一个凸台2.9,在内窥镜镜体头端部1.1前端设有一个空心针1.6,胶丸2.2通过粘接的方式固定于所述凸台2.9上并通过所述空心针1.6扎破。
如图8~9所示,在内窥镜镜体头端部1.1内靠近观察窗口1.3和光学照明窗口1.4的一侧设置一个空心针1.6,在内窥镜镜体头端部1.1内与胶丸2.2同轴心位置加工一个锥形凹坑,在所述锥形凹坑底部设有盲孔和通孔2.10,其 中盲孔的一端与所述锥形凹坑相通,盲孔的另一端与所述通孔2.10相通,所述通孔2.10的作用在于使毛刺液体能够流至端帽2.1的下侧面2.7上,将空心针1.6尖朝外安装到所述盲孔内,需保证空心针1.6的针尖不超过所述锥形凹坑的大端平面,即使空心针1.6始终处于所述锥形凹坑内,固定好空心针1.6后,在空心针1.6的尾端加工出所述通孔2.10,所述通孔2.10倾斜设置并指向内窥镜镜体头端部1.1设有观察窗口1.3和光学照明窗口1.4的平面,当端帽2.1与内窥镜镜体头端部1.1配合时,利用内窥镜镜体头端部1.1上的空心针1.6将胶丸2.2扎漏,使胶丸2.2内的透明液体顺着空心针1.6内的针孔流至空心针1.6尾端,再顺着所述通孔2.10流至到所述观察窗口1.3和光学照明窗口1.4与端帽2.1上的光窗之间的间隙内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种护套内窥镜,包括内窥镜和一次性耗材,所述内窥镜的内表面和外表面通过所述一次性耗材保护,所述一次性耗材包括套在内窥镜镜体头端部的端帽,其特征在于:在内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)的侧面设有多个窗口,在端帽(2.1)与内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)之间设有装有透明液体的胶丸(2.2),所述胶丸(2.2)通过端帽(2.1)与内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)共同作用碎裂,所述胶丸(2.2)碎裂后,胶丸(2.2)内的透明液体充满端帽(2.1)与内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)的多个窗口之间的空隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的护套内窥镜,其特征在于:所述一次性耗材(2)包括端帽(2.1)、套囊(2.4)和一次性钳道管(2.6),其中端帽(2.1)套在内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)上,一次性钳道管(2.6)设置于内窥镜(1)内部,套囊(2.4)套设于内窥镜(1)外侧,所述套囊(2.4)通过端帽(2.1)与所述一次性钳道管(2.6)相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的护套内窥镜,其特征在于:在端帽(2.1)侧面设有与内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)上的手术管道开口形状一致的长条状开口,在所述长条状开口内设有软接口(2.5),所述软接口(2.5)的大口端外缘与端帽(2.1)上的长条状开口内侧密封连接,软接口(2.5)小口端套在一次性钳道管(2.6)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的护套内窥镜,其特征在于:所述内窥镜(1)包括内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)、抬钳器(1.2)和拉丝(1.5),内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)侧面设有开口,抬钳器(1.2)置于所述开口内,所述抬钳器(1.2)通过拉丝(1.5)作用抬起。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的护套内窥镜,其特征在于:在内窥镜镜体头端部侧面设有观察窗口(1.3)和光学照明窗口(1.4),在端帽(2.1)与内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)上的观察窗口(1.3)和光学照明窗口(1.4)相对应下侧面(2.7)处设有光窗,所述透明液体充满端帽(2.1)光窗与内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)的观察窗口(1.3)和光学照明窗口(1.4)之间的空隙。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的护套内窥镜,其特征在于:所述端帽(2.1)的前端立面与下侧面(2.7)之间的连接处为一斜面,在该斜面上设有凹坑(2.8),胶丸(2.2)设置于所述凹坑(2.8)内,所述内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)观察窗口(1.1)和光学照明窗口(1.4)侧前端面靠近端帽(2.1)的下侧面(2.7)一侧设有斜面,胶丸(2.2)通过所述内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)的斜面与所述端帽(2.1)内设有凹坑(2.8)的斜面共同作用挤碎。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的护套内窥镜,其特征在于:在端帽(2.1)的前端内壁设有一个凸台(2.9),在内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)前端设有一个空心针(1.6),胶丸(2.2)设置于所述凸台(2.9)上并通过所述空心针(1.6)扎破,所述空心针(1.6)的尾端设有通孔(2.10),所述透明液体沿所述通孔(2.10)流至端帽(2.1)与内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)的多个窗口之间的空隙。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的护套内窥镜,其特征在于:内窥镜镜体头端部(1.1)内与胶丸(2.2)同轴心位置设有一个锥形凹坑,在所述锥形凹坑底部设有盲孔,所述盲孔与所述通孔(2.10)相通,空心针(1.6)尖朝外安装到所述盲孔内,空心针(1.6)的针尖不超过所述锥形凹坑的大端平面。
