本发明涉及终端技术领域,尤其涉及一种终端控制方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,如智能眼镜、智能手环、智能手表以及智能手机等终端为使用者提供了打电话、看视频、查短信、检测健康状态以及社交聊天等功能。尤其是智能眼镜这类产品,为用户提供了非常丰富的功能,同时,其数据内容也更加私密化,如个人视频、个人社交聊天、个人资料、个人通讯录等。然而,在现有技术中,终端解除锁定后,任何使用者都可以查阅终端的所有内容。但是,终端是私人物品,即使是在家庭成员之间,也有部分内容是希望保持私密的。现有技术中,存在终端私密性较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例的主要目的在于提供一种终端控制方法及装置,旨在提高终端的私密性。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供一种终端控制方法,所述终端控制方法包括:
获取终端当前用户的眼球特征;
将获取的眼球特征与预存的眼球特征进行匹配;
在匹配成功时,将终端的所有数据内容设置为可见;
在匹配失败时,按照预设的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏。
在一实施例中,所述将终端的所有数据内容设置为可见的步骤之前,还包括:
在匹配成功时,判断所述眼球特征是否为默认眼球特征;
在所述眼球特征为默认眼球特征时,执行所述将终端的所有数据内容设置为可见的步骤;
所述判断所述眼球特征是否为默认眼球特征的步骤之后,所述终端控制方法还包括:

本发明提供一种终端控制方法,参照图1,在本发明终端控制方法的第一实施例中,所述终端控制方法包括:
步骤S10,获取终端当前用户的眼球特征;
本实施例提出的终端控制方法可以应用于终端的控制中,例如,智能眼镜周期获取当前用户的眼球特征,利用眼球识别技术进行用户识别,根据当前用户的身份对当前用户可用的数据内容进行限制,达到“因人而异”,提升智能眼镜的私密性。
本实施例中,在获取当前用户的眼球特征时,可以实时获取当前用户的眼球特征,也可以定时获取当前用户的眼球特征,具体是实时获取当前用户 的眼球特征,或是定时获取当前用户的眼球特征以及间隔多长时间获取当前用户的眼球特征,可由具有预设权限级别的用户进行设置。例如,本实施例间隔3秒获取一次当前用户的眼球特征,以下以智能手机为例进行获取当前用户眼球特征的说明。
智能手机通常包括前置摄像头和后置摄像头,用户在使用智能手机时,需要正向握持智能手机,才能正常的进行操作,此时,智能手机的前置摄像头正对用户。智能手机可以通过前置摄像头对当前用户的眼球进行定位,并按照眼球识别算法的要求,拍摄当前用户的眼球特征图片/视频,进而提取到当前用户的眼球特征。其中,提取的眼球特征可以包括眼纹特征和/或虹膜特征,眼纹特征主要指分布在白眼球上的静脉血管特征,通常具备几十到上百的特征点;虹膜特征是指位于黑色瞳孔和白色巩膜之间的圆环状部分的特征,通常具备几百个特征点。
步骤S20,将获取的眼球特征与预存的眼球特征进行匹配;
本实施例中,终端可以预先采集归属用户(具有预设权限级别的用户)的眼球特征,并将采集的眼球特征存储至预设的眼球特征数据库中。需要说明的是,终端并不存储拍摄的眼球特征图片/视频,只保存从眼球特征图片/视频提取的眼球特征,眼球特征不能逆向推出原始的眼球特征图片/视频。在完成归属用户的眼球特征的采集之后,归属用户可以在终端指定访客在使用终端时不可用的数据内容,例如,可指定访客不能查看终端的部分视频、图片,以及不能使用社交类应用等。在归属用户完成指定之后,终端将根据归属用户输入的指定信息生成配置参数存储至预设的存储路径指向的存储区域。
在获取到当前用户的眼球特征之后,将获取的眼球特征与眼球特征数据库存储的眼球特征进行匹配,若两个眼球特征的相似度达到预设阈值以上,则匹配成功。其中,所述预设阈值可按实际需要进行设置,例如,本实施例优选将所述预设阈值设置为99.5%。
步骤S30,在匹配成功时,将终端的所有数据内容设置为可见;
步骤S40,在匹配失败时,按照预设的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏。
基于前述描述,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在匹配成功时,说明当 前用户是归属用户,若此时处于锁屏状态,则直接切换至亮屏状态,将终端的所有数据内容设置为可见,使得归属用户能够使用终端的所有数据内容;在匹配失败时,说明当前用户是访客,若此时处于锁屏状态,则切换至亮屏状态并按照预设的配置参数(由终端根据归属用户输入的指定信息生成)将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏,达到限制访客仅能使用部分数据内容的目的。例如,在当前用户为终端的归属用户时,可以播放终端中所有的视频,在当前用户访客时,仅能够播放终端中由归属用户指定的视频。
此外,在本实施例中,在匹配成功且当前处于亮屏状态时,说明归属用户在持续使用终端,维持终端的所有数据内容为可见;在匹配失败且当前处于亮屏状态时,说明此时可能是访客在持续使用终端,也可能是访客在归属用户之后接着使用终端,此时可根据是否加载有预设的所述配置参数进行判断,具体的,若当前加载有预设的所述配置参数,则继续按照所述预设的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏,若当前未加载有预设的所述配置参数,则加载并按照所述预设的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏。
本实施例提出的终端控制方法,采用眼球识别技术对当前用户进行身份识别,根据不同的用户身份筛选和屏蔽当前用户可用的数据内容,相较于现有技术,避免了任何用户均可使用终端所有数据内容的问题,从而本发明能够提高终端的私密性。
进一步的,基于第一实施例,提出本发明终端控制方法的第二实施例,在本实施例中,上述步骤S30之前,还包括:
在匹配成功时,判断所述眼球特征是否为默认眼球特征;
在所述眼球特征为默认眼球特征时,执行步骤S30;
所述判断所述眼球特征是否为默认眼球特征的步骤之后,所述终端控制方法还包括:
在所述眼球特征为非默认眼球特征时,根据预设眼球特征和配置参数的映射关系,获取并按照所述眼球特征对应的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏。
本实施例中,在预采集眼球特征时,除了采集归属用户的眼球特征之外,还需要采集归属用户授权的其他用户(如其他家庭成员)的眼球特征,采集 眼球特征具体可参照第一实施例,此处不再赘述。在完成归属用户以及其他授权用户的眼球特征的采集之后,将归属用户的眼球特征标记为默认眼球特征。归属用户还可以在终端指定不同授权用户在使用终端时可用的数据内容,例如,让每个授权用户可见的视频、社交软件等数据文件不同。在归属用户完成指定之后,终端根据归属用户指定的不同用户在使用终端时可用的数据内容,生成配置参数,并将配置参数与相应授权用户的眼球特征关联后存储。
在将获取的当前用户的眼球特征与预存的眼球特征(此时包括归属用户的眼球特征和其他授权用户的眼球特征)进行匹配,且匹配成功时,当前用户可能为归属用户也可能为其他授权用户,此时判断所述眼球特征是否为默认眼球特征,其中,在所述眼球特征为默认眼球特征时,说明当前用户为归属用户,此时将终端的所有数据内容设置为可见,使得归属用户能够使用终端的所有数据内容;在所述眼球特征不为默认眼球特征时,说明当前用户为其他授权用户,根据预设眼球特征和配置参数的映射关系,获取并按照所述眼球特征对应的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏,使得其他授权用户能够使用的数据内容相应受到限制。例如,在当前用户为终端的归属用户时,可以播放终端所有的视频;在当前用户为其他授权用户时,仅能够播放终端中由归属用户指定的视频,而且不同的授权用户能够播放的视频不同。
本发明通过预先分别为不同用户指定可用的数据内容,能够提升终端控制的灵活性。
进一步的,基于第一或第二实施例,提出本发明终端控制方法的第三实施例,在本实施例中,上述步骤S10之后,还包括:
在未获取到所述眼球特征,且所述终端当前处于亮屏状态时,退出当前的应用界面并切换至锁屏状态。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在终端的实际使用过程中,用户会处理其他事务或者休息而暂停使用终端,即用户通常是间歇性的使用终端,例如,用户放下当前使用的智能手机,或者是取下佩戴的智能眼镜。在用户暂停使用终端时,终端将获取不到当前用户的眼球特征。
本实施例中,在未获取到当前用户的眼球特征时,说明此时用户已暂停使用终端,若当前处于亮屏状态,终端退出当前的应用界面并切换至锁屏状 态。例如,播放视频过程中,在未获取到当前用户的眼球特征时,说明此时用户已离开,退出当前播放的视频并锁定;又例如,在运行社交应用过程中,在未获取到当前用户的眼球特征时,说明此时用户已离开,退出运行的社交应用并锁定。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,终端处于锁屏状态和处于亮屏状态时眼球特征的获取周期可以设置为不同。优选地,设置终端亮屏时的眼球特征获取周期大于终端锁屏时的眼球特征获取周期,例如,终端处于亮屏状态时,每间隔2分钟获取一次当前用户的眼球特征;终端处于锁屏状态时,每间隔5秒获取一次当前用户的眼球特征。
此外,在终端的实际使用过程中,还存在用户眨眼的情况,在用户眨眼的过程中(尤其是闭眼时),终端也将获取不到用户的眼球特征。因此,为避免由于用户眨眼导致终端的错误响应,优选地,在本实施例中,当到达眼球特征的获取周期时,若在预设时间段内未获取到当前用户的眼球特征,且当前处于亮屏状态时,退出当前的应用界面并切换至锁屏状态。其中,所述预设时间段具体按照实际需要进行设置,例如可以设置为1秒。
本实施例通过在未获取到当前用户的眼球特征,且当前处于亮屏状态时,退出当前的应用界面并切换至锁屏状态,能够确保终端在用户暂停使用时,存储的数据内容不被非法用户获取,进一步提高终端的私密性。
进一步的,基于第一或第二实施例,提出本发明终端控制方法的第四实施例,在本实施例中,上述步骤S40之前,还包括:
在匹配失败,且所述终端当前处于锁屏状态时,进行报警操作;
在报警解除后,执行所述按照预设的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏的步骤。
基于前述技术方案的描述,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在获取到当前用户的眼球特征,且获取的所述眼球特征匹配失败时,说明此时欲使用终端的当前用户可能是访客,也可能是非法用户,存在终端被盗的情况。本实施例中,为提升终端的安全性,在获取的所述眼球特征匹配失败,且当前处于锁屏状态时,首先进行报警操作,待报警解除后,再切换至亮屏状态并加载预设的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏,具体可参照前述实施 例,此处不再赘述。其中,终端进行的报警操作需要由具有预设权限级别的用户解除,即需要由终端的归属用户解除。
进一步的,基于第二实施例,提出本发明终端控制方法的第五实施例,在本实施例中,所述终端控制方法,还包括:
在接收到具有预设权限级别的用户的调整指令时,根据所述调整指令更新所述预设眼球特征和配置参数的映射关系。
本实施例中,终端的归属用户(具有预设权限级别的用户)可以随时对不同用户(包括归属用户和其他授权用户)在使用终端时可用的数据内容进行调整,例如,归属用户在通过终端新下载视频时,可以指定能够观看该视频的其他授权用户,即将新下载的视频指定为其他授权用户可用的数据内容。相应的,在归属用户进行可用的数据内容的调整时,将触发调整指令,终端根据用户的调整操作生成新的配置参数,并更新所述预设眼球特征和配置参数的映射关系。
本实施例通过随时响应用户操作对预设眼球特征和配置参数的映射关系进行特征,能够提升终端控制的灵活性。
本发明还提供一种终端控制装置,参照图2,在本发明终端控制装置的第一实施例中,所述终端控制装置包括:
获取模块10,设置为获取其所在终端当前用户的眼球特征;
本实施例提出的终端控制装置可以应用于终端的控制中,例如,终端控制装置内置于智能眼镜运行,智能眼镜周期获取当前用户的眼球特征,利用眼球识别技术进行用户识别,根据当前用户的身份对当前用户可用的数据内容进行限制,达到“因人而异”,提升智能眼镜的私密性。
本实施例中,在获取当前用户的眼球特征时,获取模块10可以实时获取当前用户的眼球特征,也可以定时获取当前用户的眼球特征,具体是实时获取当前用户的眼球特征,或是定时获取当前用户的眼球特征以及间隔多长时间获取当前用户的眼球特征,可由具有预设权限级别的用户进行设置。例如,本实施例所述获取模块10间隔3秒获取一次当前用户的眼球特征,以下以终端控制装置运行于智能手机为例进行获取当前用户眼球特征的说明。

控制模块30,设置为在匹配成功时,控制其所在终端将所有数据内容设置为可见;
所述控制模块30还设置为在匹配失败时,控制其所在终端按照预设的配置参数将部分数据内容设置为隐藏。
基于前述描述,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在匹配成功时,说明当前用户是归属用户,若此时处于锁屏状态,则直接切换其所在终端至亮屏状态,并控制其所在终端将所有数据内容设置为可见,使得归属用户能够使用 终端的所有数据内容;在匹配失败时,说明当前用户是访客,若此时处于锁屏状态,则切换其所在终端至亮屏状态并控制其所在终端按照预设的配置参数(由终端根据归属用户输入的指定信息生成)将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏,达到限制访客仅能使用部分数据内容的目的。例如,在当前用户为终端的归属用户时,可以播放终端中所有的视频,在当前用户访客时,仅能够播放终端中由归属用户指定的视频。
此外,在本实施例中,在匹配成功且当前处于亮屏状态时,说明归属用户在持续使用终端,维持终端的所有数据内容为可见;在匹配失败且当前处于亮屏状态时,说明此时可能是访客在持续使用终端,也可能是访客在归属用户之后接着使用终端,此时可根据是否加载有预设的所述配置参数进行判断,具体的,若当前加载有预设的所述配置参数,则控制其所在终端继续按照所述预设的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏,若当前未加载有预设的所述配置参数,则控制其所在终端加载并按照所述预设的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏。

本实施例中,在所述获取模块10预采集眼球特征时,除了采集归属用户的眼球特征之外,还需要采集归属用户授权的其他用户(如其他家庭成员)的眼球特征,所述获取模块10采集眼球特征具体可参照第一实施例,此处不再赘述。在所述获取模块10完成归属用户以及其他授权用户的眼球特征的采集之后,将归属用户的眼球特征标记为默认眼球特征。归属用户还可以在终 端指定不同授权用户在使用终端时可用的数据内容,例如,让每个授权用户可见的视频、社交软件等数据文件不同。在归属用户完成指定之后,终端根据归属用户指定的不同用户在使用终端时可用的数据内容,生成配置参数,并将配置参数与相应授权用户的眼球特征关联后存储。
在所述匹配模块20将所述获取模块10获取的当前用户的眼球特征与预存的眼球特征(此时包括归属用户的眼球特征和其他授权用户的眼球特征)进行匹配,且匹配成功时,当前用户可能为归属用户也可能为其他授权用户,此时所述控制模块30判断所述眼球特征是否为默认眼球特征,其中,在所述眼球特征为默认眼球特征时,说明当前用户为归属用户,此时所述控制模块30控制其所在终端将终端的所有数据内容设置为可见,使得归属用户能够使用终端的所有数据内容;在所述眼球特征不为默认眼球特征时,说明当前用户为其他授权用户,所述控制模块30根据预设眼球特征和配置参数的映射关系,获取并控制其所在终端按照获取的所述眼球特征对应的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏,使得其他授权用户能够使用的数据内容相应受到限制。例如,在当前用户为终端的归属用户时,可以播放终端所有的视频;在当前用户为其他授权用户时,仅能够播放终端中由归属用户指定的视频,而且不同的授权用户能够播放的视频不同。
本发明通过预先分别为不同用户指定可用的数据内容,能够提升终端控制的灵活性。
进一步的,基于第一或第二实施例,提出本发明终端控制装置的第三实施例,在本实施例中,所述控制模块30还设置为在未获取到所述眼球特征,且其所在终端当前处于亮屏状态时,控制其所在终端退出当前的应用界面并切换至锁屏状态。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在终端的实际使用过程中,用户会处理其他事务或者休息而暂停使用终端,即用户通常是间歇性的使用终端,例如,用户放下当前使用的智能手机,或者是取下佩戴的智能眼镜。在用户暂停使用终端时,所述获取模块10将获取不到当前用户的眼球特征。
本实施例中,在所述获取模块10未获取到当前用户的眼球特征时,说明此时用户已暂停使用终端,若当前处于亮屏状态,所述控制模块30控制其所 在终端退出当前的应用界面并切换至锁屏状态。例如,播放视频过程中,在未获取到当前用户的眼球特征时,说明此时用户已离开,退出当前播放的视频并锁定;又例如,在运行社交应用过程中,在未获取到当前用户的眼球特征时,说明此时用户已离开,退出运行的社交应用并锁定。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,终端处于锁屏状态和处于亮屏状态时眼球特征的获取周期可以设置为不同。优选地,设置终端亮屏时的眼球特征获取周期大于终端锁屏时的眼球特征获取周期,例如,终端处于亮屏状态时,所述获取模块10每间隔2分钟获取一次当前用户的眼球特征;终端处于锁屏状态时,所述获取模块10每间隔5秒获取一次当前用户的眼球特征。
此外,在终端的实际使用过程中,还存在用户眨眼的情况,在用户眨眼的过程中(尤其是闭眼时),所述获取模块10也将获取不到用户的眼球特征。因此,为避免由于用户眨眼导致的错误响应,优选地,在本实施例中,当到达眼球特征的获取周期时,若所述获取模块10在预设时间段内未获取到当前用户的眼球特征,且当前处于亮屏状态时,所述控制模块30控制其所在终端退出当前的应用界面并切换至锁屏状态。其中,所述预设时间段具体按照实际需要进行设置,例如可以设置为1秒。
本实施例通过在未获取到当前用户的眼球特征,且当前处于亮屏状态时,退出当前的应用界面并切换至锁屏状态,能够确保终端在用户暂停使用时,存储的数据内容不被非法用户获取,进一步提高终端的私密性。
进一步的,基于第一或第二实施例,提出本发明终端控制装置的第四实施例,在本实施例中,所述终端控制装置还包括报警模块,设置为在匹配失败,且其所在终端当前处于锁屏状态时,进行报警操作;
所述控制模块30还设置为在报警解除后,控制其所在终端按照预设的配置参数将部分数据内容设置为隐藏。
基于前述技术方案的描述,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在获取到当前用户的眼球特征,且获取的所述眼球特征匹配失败时,说明此时欲使用终端的当前用户可能是访客,也可能是非法用户,存在终端被盗的情况。本实施例中,为提升终端的安全性,在所述获取模块10获取的所述眼球特征匹配失败,且其所在终端当前处于锁屏状态时,报警模块首先进行报警操作,待 报警解除后,所述控制模块30再控制其所在终端将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏,具体可参照前述实施例,此处不再赘述。其中,所述报警模块进行的报警操作需要由具有预设权限级别的用户解除,即需要由终端的归属用户解除。
进一步的,基于第二实施例,提出本发明终端控制装置的第五实施例,在本实施例中,所述终端控制装置,还包括调整模块,设置为在接收到具有预设权限级别的用户的调整指令时,根据所述调整指令更新所述预设眼球特征和配置参数的映射关系。
本实施例中,终端的归属用户(具有预设权限级别的用户)可以随时对不同用户(包括归属用户和其他授权用户)在使用终端时可用的数据内容进行调整,例如,归属用户在通过终端新下载视频时,可以指定能够观看该视频的其他授权用户,即将新下载的视频指定为其他授权用户可用的数据内容。相应的,在归属用户进行可用的数据内容的调整时,将触发调整指令,调整模块根据用户的调整操作生成新的配置参数,并更新所述预设眼球特征和配置参数的映射关系。
本实施例通过随时响应用户操作对预设眼球特征和配置参数的映射关系进行特征,能够提升终端控制的灵活性。

工业实用性
在本发明实施例的终端控制过程中,采用眼球识别技术对当前用户进行身份识别,根据不同的用户身份筛选和屏蔽当前用户可用的数据内容,相较于现有技术,避免了任何用户均可使用终端所有数据内容的问题,从而本发明能够提高终端的私密性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种终端控制方法,所述终端控制方法包括:
    获取终端当前用户的眼球特征;
    将获取的眼球特征与预存的眼球特征进行匹配;
    在匹配成功时,将终端的所有数据内容设置为可见;
    在匹配失败时,按照预设的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的终端控制方法,其中,所述将终端的所有数据内容设置为可见的步骤之前,还包括:
    在匹配成功时,判断所述眼球特征是否为默认眼球特征;
    在所述眼球特征为默认眼球特征时,执行所述将终端的所有数据内容设置为可见的步骤;
    所述判断所述眼球特征是否为默认眼球特征的步骤之后,所述终端控制方法还包括:
    在所述眼球特征为非默认眼球特征时,根据预设眼球特征和配置参数的映射关系,获取并按照所述眼球特征对应的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的终端控制方法,其中,所述获取终端当前用户的眼球特征的步骤包括:
    实时获取终端当前用户的眼球特征。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的终端控制方法,其中,所述获取当前用户的眼球特征的步骤之后,还包括:
    在未获取到所述眼球特征,且所述终端当前处于亮屏状态时,退出当前的应用界面并切换至锁屏状态。
  5. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的终端控制方法,其中,所述按照预设的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏的步骤之前,还包括:
    在匹配失败,且所述终端当前处于锁屏状态时,进行报警操作;
    在报警解除后,执行所述按照预设的配置参数将终端的部分数据内容设置为隐藏的步骤。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的终端控制方法,其中,所述终端控制方法,还包括:
    在接收到具有预设权限级别的用户的调整指令时,根据所述调整指令更新所述预设眼球特征和配置参数的映射关系。
  7. 一种终端控制装置,所述终端控制装置包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取其所在终端当前用户的眼球特征;
    匹配模块,设置为将获取的眼球特征与预存的眼球特征进行匹配;
    控制模块,设置为在匹配成功时,控制其所在终端将所有数据内容设置为可见;
    所述控制模块还设置为在匹配失败时,控制其所在终端按照预设的配置参数将部分数据内容设置为隐藏。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的终端控制装置,其中,所述控制模块还设置为在匹配成功时,判断所述眼球特征是否为默认眼球特征;以及在所述眼球特征为默认眼球特征时,控制其所在终端将所有数据内容设置为可见;以及在所述眼球特征为非默认眼球特征时,根据预设眼球特征和配置参数的映射关系,获取并控制其所在终端按照所述眼球特征对应的配置参数将部分数据内容设置为隐藏。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的终端控制装置,其中,所述获取模块还设置为实时获取其所在终端当前用户的眼球特征。
  10. 如权利要求7-9任一项所述的终端控制装置,其中,所述控制模块还设置为在未获取到所述眼球特征,且其所在终端当前处于亮屏状态时,控制其所在终端退出当前的应用界面并切换至锁屏状态。
  11. 如权利要求7-9任一项所述的终端控制装置,其中,所述终端控制装置还包括报警模块,设置为在匹配失败,且其所在终端当前处于锁屏状态时,进行报警操作;
    所述控制模块还设置为在报警解除后,控制其所在终端按照预设的配置参数将部分数据内容设置为隐藏。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的终端控制装置,其中,所述终端控制装置,还包括调整模块,设置为在接收到具有预设权限级别的用户的调整指令时,根据所述调整指令更新所述预设眼球特征和配置参数的映射关系。
