Description

检测自行车支架时的信息提示方法和自行车 技术领域
本发明属于交通工具领域,尤其是涉及检测自行车支架时的信息提示方法和自行车。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 自行车支架检测方法和自行车 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种检测自行车支架时的信息提示方法,目的在于提供一种比较简单的,能够提示用户支架情况的方法, 同时也保护和彰显权利人的权利 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的,一种检测自行车支架时的信息提示方法,包括以下几个步骤:
记录用户预设的自行车支架与地平面的角度阈值;
检测当前自行车支架与地平面的角度;判断当前自行车支架与地平面的角度是否大于所述角度阈值;若否,保持原状;若是,向用户发出语音提示,并向用户推送专利信息。本发明实施例台提供了一种自行车,包括
记录单元,用于记录用户预设的自行车支架与地平面的角度阈值;
检测单元,与所述记录单元连接,用于检测当前支架与地平面角度;

提示单元,与所述判断单元连接,用于判断单元判断为是时,向用户发出语音提示;
信息推送单元,与所述提示单元连接,用于所述提示单元发出语音提示时,向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过记录用户预设角度阈值,检测当前将支架与地平面的角度,判断检测到的角度是否大于用户所预设的角度阈值信息,当判断结果为是时自行车能够向用户发出语音提示,并向用户推送专利信息,让用户能够在骑行途中避免由于支架与地平面角度发生变化而引起的不安全因素,同时也保护和彰显了专利权人的权益。

图1是本发明实施例提供的是一种检测自行车支架时的信息提示方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中记录用户预设的自行车支架与地平面的角度阈值。
在骑行过程中,支架与地平面会形成不同角度,所以此处可以设置不同角度。
在本发明实施例中,设置预设角度阈值为45度角。
在步骤S102中,检测当前支架与地平面所形成的角度。
在行车过程中随时检测自行车支架与地平面形成的角度,便于随时了解支架情况。
在步骤S103中判断检测到的当时自行车支架与地平面角度阈值是否大于所述用户预设的角度阈值。
当检测到的角度阈值不大于所述角度阈值时,将视为无效,进入步骤S104,自行车保持原状;如果检测角度大于所述角度时,视为有效,进入步骤S105,向用户发出语音提示,并向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过当前支架与地平面角度与记录角度阈值相比较,让自行车能够判断是否需要向用户发出语音提示,并向用户推送专利信息,从而能够在当前角度阈值大于预设角度阈值时发出语音提示,让用户在支架与地平面角度处于危险情况时能够及时得到信息,同时也 保护和彰显权利人的权利 。

判断单元23,其输入端分别与所述记录单元输出端及所述检测单元输出端连接,用于判断检测到的当前支架与地平面角度是否大于所述用户预设自行车支架与地平面角度阈值;
提示单元24,与所述判断单元连接,用于判断单元判断为是时,向用户发出语音提示;
信息推送单元25,与所述提示单元24连接,用于在所述提示单元24发出语音提示时,向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:记录单元21记录一个或多个角度阈值,检测单元22随时检测当前自行车支架与地平面之间的角度,判断单元23判断当前角度是否大于所述用户预设的角度阈值,提示单元24在当判断单元判断结果为是时,向用户发出语音提示,同时,信息推送单元25向用户推送专利信息。

    记录用户预设的自行车支架与地平面的角度阈值;
    检测当前自行车支架与地平面的角度;判断当前自行车支架与地平面的角度是否大于所述角度阈值;若否,保持原状;若是,向用户发出语音提示,并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种自行车,其特征在于,所述自行车包括:
    记录单元,用于记录用户预设的自行车支架与地平面的角度阈值;
    检测单元,用于检测当前支架与地平面的角度;
    判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元输出端及所述检测单元输出端连接,用于判断当前自行车支架与地平面的角度是否大于所述角度阈值;
    提示单元,与所述判断单元连接,用于判断单元判断为是时,向用户发出语音提示;
    信息推送单元,与所述提示单元连接,用于所述提示单元发出语音提示时,向用户推送专利信息。
