Abstract
Procédé et système de reconnaissance de plaque d'immatriculation pour transports intelligents. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à capturer une photo d'un véhicule et à reconnaître la plaque d'immatriculation du véhicule afin d'obtenir une image entière de la plaque d'immatriculation (S101) ; à retirer des pixels bleus dans l'image entière de la plaque d'immatriculation pour obtenir une image demandée (S102) ; et à comparer l'image demandée à des chiffres et des lettres dans le but de reconnaître la plaque d'immatriculation (S103). La solution technique met en œuvre une reconnaissance exacte de plaques d'immatriculation.
